Achillea millefolium (Asteraceae) is a permanent herb highly recognized in traditional medicine for its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammation properties. However, studies on phytochemical constituents of A. millefolium underlying these properties are scarce. The present work focuses on examining the effect of methanol extract of A. millefolium L. on total and differential blood cells account on albino male mice. The results showed the methanol extract increased the account of lymphocyte, and monocyte cells, and total account as well as this extract showed high decrease in the oxidative stress of MTX after the interfere between the extract and MTX due to increase in the leucocyte cells compared with controls. Concluded from these results that methanol extract of A. millefolium has ability enhancement in leucocyte cells in the blood and it has detoxification effect of MTX. 展开更多

Achillea millefolium and Achillea ptarmica are both plants belonging to the Asteracea family and are traditionally used for their medicinal properties. It has already been shown that some N-alkylamides(NAAs)are responsible for these pharmacological actions. Therefore, in the present study, the NAA content of the two plants was analytically characterised. Different extracts were prepared from the roots, the leaves, the stems and the flowers. The structures of NAAs have been assigned in ethanolic extracts of Achillea millefolium and Achillea ptarmica using high performance liquid chromatography – electrospray ionisation – mass spectrometry(HPLC–ESI–MS) and gas chromatography – electron impact – mass spectrometry(GC–EI–MS). Using both analytical techniques, the structures of 14 and 15 NAAs have been assigned in Achillea ptarmica and Achillea millefolium, respectively. Structures of two new NAAs, previously never observed in Achillea ptarmica,were assigned: deca-2E,6Z,8E-trienoic acid 2-methylbutylamide(homospilanthol) or a related isomeric compound and deca-2E,4E-dienoic acid N-methyl isobutylamide. 根际促生菌的筛选及其在尾矿改良中的应用 被引量:3

为探索经济高效且应用推广性强的尾矿改良和植被恢复措施,筛选了来自尾矿原生植被的根际促生菌,并将其组配形成混合促生菌液。采用盆栽试验,研究了混合促生菌液(B)、生物炭(C)和粪肥(F)及不同组合(BC、BF、CF、BⅠCF、BⅡCF,其中BⅠCF... 为探索经济高效且应用推广性强的尾矿改良和植被恢复措施,筛选了来自尾矿原生植被的根际促生菌,并将其组配形成混合促生菌液。采用盆栽试验,研究了混合促生菌液(B)、生物炭(C)和粪肥(F)及不同组合(BC、BF、CF、BⅠCF、BⅡCF,其中BⅠCF是三者复合处理;BⅡCF是在BⅠCF基础上增加1倍的混合促生菌液)对千叶蓍种子萌发和植株生长,根际微生物群落组成,矿砂养分、酶活性以及盆栽系统中的氮素转移和可利用磷、钾总量的影响。筛选得到4株具有固氮、溶磷、解钾、合成吲哚乙酸或分泌1-氨基环丙烷羧酸脱氨酶的根际促生菌,分别为KSB1、KSB2、KSB7和KSB21。盆栽试验结果表明:与CK(空白对照)相比,接种混合促生菌能够强化矿砂磷酸酶活性,并提高假单胞菌属和根瘤菌属在根际环境中的丰度;添加生物炭对矿砂养分和千叶蓍生长的影响有限;施用粪肥可促进千叶蓍生长,强化矿砂酶活性,显著提高蓝细菌属丰度(P<0.01)、盆栽系统氮素总量及可利用磷、钾总量。与单独施用粪肥(F)相比,接种混合促生菌+粪肥(BF)与添加生物炭+粪肥(CF)均能进一步提高部分千叶蓍生长指标和矿砂酶活性。此外,BF处理盆栽系统氮素总量增加了11.18%,可利用磷、钾总量分别增加了22.54%和22.00%;而CF仅有可利用钾总量增加了8.32%。BⅠCF和BⅡCF处理下各指标均高于其他处理,BⅡCF矿砂碱解氮、磷酸酶活性以及千叶蓍植株生物量等指标较BⅠCF有显著提高(P<0.05),且盆栽系统氮素总量增加了9.54%,千叶蓍植株钾总量增加了19.12%,蓝细菌属和假单胞菌属的相对丰度提高了51.96%和13.62%。试验条件下,直接接种促生菌或添加生物炭对尾矿基质改良和植被恢复效果不显著;施用粪肥对改善矿砂养分供给和促进绿垦作物千叶蓍的生长有关键作用;促生菌液和生物炭的功能发挥与粪肥的施用与否存在直接关系;BⅡCF处理是一种有效的矿砂改良措施,其中的多功能混合促生菌发挥了固氮、溶磷和解钾作用,并增强了千叶蓍对钾元素的吸收利用能力。 展开更多

为探究生长于新疆的千叶蓍(Achillea millefolium L.)中的活性物质基础,本文对采自新疆哈密地区的千叶蓍开展了化学成分分离鉴定及其生物活性研究。利用柱层析色谱、制备型高效液相色谱等方法,从千叶蓍的全草中分离出二十种化合物。通... 为探究生长于新疆的千叶蓍(Achillea millefolium L.)中的活性物质基础,本文对采自新疆哈密地区的千叶蓍开展了化学成分分离鉴定及其生物活性研究。利用柱层析色谱、制备型高效液相色谱等方法,从千叶蓍的全草中分离出二十种化合物。通过核磁共振和质谱等波谱学技术以及和文献数据对比,将其分别鉴定为猫眼草黄素(1)、矢车菊黄素(2)、槲皮素(3)、芹菜素(4)、芹黄素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、(-)-芝麻素(6)、乙氧基阿魏酸(7)、咖啡酸乙酯(8)、香豆酸(9)、对羟基苯丙酸(10)、伞形花内酯(11)、7-甲氧基香豆素(12)、香草酸(13)、4-羟基苯甲酸(14)、二氢猕猴桃内酯(15)、paeoveitol B(16)、2-羟基-2-[(E)-1α,2β,3-三羟基-3-壬烷-5,7-二炔]-4H-吡喃(17)、吲哚-3-乙醛(18)、β-谷甾醇(19)和3β-羟基-5α,8α-环二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯麦角甾醇过氧化物(20)。其中,化合物20为首次从本植物中分离得到,化合物6、8~10、12~13、15~18为首次从本属植物中分离得到。此外,初步评估了乙醇提取物、乙酸乙酯部位和化合物1~5、8~9、13~14和16的抗氧化及其抗菌活性。化合物3(IC50=9. 9±0. 94μM)和8(IC50=21. 29±1. 65μM)表现出显著的DPPH自由基清除能力,化合物9、14和16表现出抑制白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌生长的能力。本文首次报道了分布于新疆的千叶蓍中化学成分及其活性,结果表明,酚类化合物如黄酮、苯丙素是该植物中的主要成分。此外,本研究发现千叶蓍中成分表现出一定的抗氧化和抗菌活性,为该植物作的药用价值提供了一定的科学依据。 展开更多

Cyclophosphamide(CP) is extensively used for the treatment of various cancers,as well as an immunosuppressive agent.However,CP is known to cause several adverse effects including reproductive toxicity.Achillea millefolium,a widely distributed medicinal plant,is highly regarded for its medicinal activities,including antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.The present study was conducted to assess whether Achillea millefolium inflorescences aqueous extract with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities could serve as a protective agent against reproductive toxicity during CP treatment.Male Wistar rats were categorized into four groups.Two groups of rats were administered CP at a dose of 5 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 28 d by oral gavages.One of these groups received Achillea aqueous extract at a dose of 1.2 g·kg-1·d-1 orally 4 h after cyclophosphamide administration.A vehicle treated control group and an Achillea control group were also included.The CP-treated group showed significant decreases in the body,testes and epidi-dymides weights as well as many histological alterations.Stereological parameters,spermatogenic activities and testicular antioxidant capacity along with epididymal sperm count and serum testosterone concentration were also significantly decreased by CP treatment.Notably,Achillea co-administration caused a partial recovery in above-mentioned parameters.These findings indicate that Achillea millefolium inflorescence aqueous extract may be partially protective against CP-induced testicular toxicity. 展开更多
