Both surface area and micropore area of YWB-7 resin were bigger than those of XAD-7 resin and HP2MG resin. Dielectric relaxation of alcohols (1-propanol, 1-butanol, sec-butanol, tert-butanol, 1-pentanol, 1-heptanol, 1-octanol, and 1-decanol) with acrylic esters (methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, and butyl methacrylate) at 9.84 GHz were studied in n-heptane at 298 K. The result showed that 1∶1 complex was predominant in these systems. The relaxation time showed a linear dependence with alkyl chain length of both alcohols and acrylic esters, but the dielectric constant showed a reverse trend. A comparative study of the free energy of activation for the dielectric relaxation and viscous flow suggested that a greater interference by neighboring atom was observed in the process of viscous flow than in dielectric relaxation, as the latter involved rotational form of motion, whereas the viscous flow involved both rotational and translational forms of motion. 展开更多

Epoxy resin based Unsaturated poly(ester-amide) resins (UPEAs) can be prepared by many methods but here these were prepared by reported method [1]. These UPEAs were then treated with acrylotl chloride to afford acrylated UPEAs resin (i.e. AUPEAs). Interacting blends of equal proportional AUPEAs and vinyl ester epoxy (VE) resin were prepared. APEAs and AUPEAs were characterized by elemental analysis, molecular weight determined by vapour pressure osmometer and by IR spectral study and by thermogravimetry. The curing of interacting blends was monitored on differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Based on DSC data in situ glass reinforced composites of the resultant blends have been prepared and characterized for mechanical, electrical and chemical properties. Dielectric absorption studies of H-bonded complexes of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and ethyl methacrylate (EMA) with p-cresol, p-chlorophenol, 2,4-dichlorophenol, and p-bromophenol were studied at microwave frequency 9.37 GHz in dilute solution of carbon tetrachloride at 308 K. Different dielectric parameters like dielectric constantε′ and dielectric loss ε″ at microwave frequency, static dielectric constant ε_0 and dielectric constant ε_∞ at optical frequency were determined. The validity of the single frequency equation of Higasi et al. for multiple relaxation time τ_(1) was found to be a function of the hydrogen bonding strength of phenolic hydrogen, whereas the group rotation relaxation time τ_(2) was a function of the steric interaction of proton donor. The relaxation time was the maximum at 50∶50 (molar ratio) of methacrylates with phenols. 展开更多

为进一步探究自由基聚合与配位共聚得到乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的支链结构差异,并对该支链结构差异性的本质原因进行解释,本研究对进口的乙烯-丙烯酸及酯共聚物的熔点、熔指、分子量、极性单体插入率以及共聚物的微观链结构进行表征分析... 为进一步探究自由基聚合与配位共聚得到乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的支链结构差异,并对该支链结构差异性的本质原因进行解释,本研究对进口的乙烯-丙烯酸及酯共聚物的熔点、熔指、分子量、极性单体插入率以及共聚物的微观链结构进行表征分析。研究结果表明:(1)乙烯-丙烯酸及酯共聚物熔点范围为64.1~98.4℃,熔融指数范围为2.81~10.50 g/10 min。EMA、EEA、EBA的重均分子量(Mw)都在20万左右,分子量分布(M_(w)/M_(n))小于5.0。(2)EMA共聚物中极性单体MA是以支链末端和主链两种形式并存于聚乙烯链上,其中以支链末端为主。MA在聚乙烯链中没有连续插入结构,MA主要以无规形式插入聚乙烯中。(3)进口的EMA共聚物是通过高温高压自由基聚合得到,EMA共聚物链中含有丁基、戊基以及长支链,而配位聚合得到的EMA共聚物含有甲基、乙基、丙基等短支链以及长支链。两种聚合方式得到EMA聚合物的微观链结构存在明显差异。 展开更多

In this study, a series of acrylic ester resins with different pore size distribution were prepared successfully by varying the type and the amount of pore-forming agents. In order to inves-tigate the adsorption behavior and mechanism of surfactants on acrylic ester resins, three kinds of surfactants were utilized as adsorbates that were sodium 6-dodecyl benzenesulfonate (6-NaDBS), sodium 1-dodecyl benzene sulfonate (1-NaDBS) and sodium 1-dodecyl sulfonate, respectively. It was observed that the surface area was available in a particular pore size and an appropriate pore size of resins appeared to be more important for the adsorption of surfactants. As compared to commercial acrylic ester resins XAD-7 and HP2MG, 50# and 38# resins exhibited more excellent adsorption properties toward 1-NaDBS and 6-NaDBS. The experimental equilibrium data were fitted to the Langmuir, and double-Langmuir models. Two models provided very good fittings for all resins over the temperature range studied. The investigation indicated that electrostatic attraction and hydrogen bond between resins and surfactants were the main forces and had an obvious effect on adsorption proc-ess. 展开更多

没食子酸酯/改性苯丙防腐转锈乳胶的制备及性能研究

为提升乳胶的相容性及防腐性能,以没食子酸(GA)与乙二醇丁醚(BE)为原料合成没食子酸酯(GA-BE)作为转锈剂,采用预乳化-半连续种子乳液聚合法合成有机硅改性苯丙乳胶(SALSi)作为成膜物,制备没食子酸酯/改性苯丙防腐转锈乳胶(GA-BE/SAL-Si... 为提升乳胶的相容性及防腐性能,以没食子酸(GA)与乙二醇丁醚(BE)为原料合成没食子酸酯(GA-BE)作为转锈剂,采用预乳化-半连续种子乳液聚合法合成有机硅改性苯丙乳胶(SALSi)作为成膜物,制备没食子酸酯/改性苯丙防腐转锈乳胶(GA-BE/SAL-Si)。采用稳定性分析仪测试乳胶的稳定性,采用中性盐雾测试、盐水浸泡测试和电化学分析探究其防腐性,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析探讨锈蚀转化前后基体表面形貌及转锈机理。结果表明:制备的GA-BE/SAL-Si具有较好的稳定性;在3.5%NaCl溶液浸泡下,覆涂GA-BE/SAL-Si试样的自腐蚀电流密度相较于锈蚀钢降低了2个数量级,相较于覆涂GA/SAL-Si试样降低了1个数量级,当GA-BE添加量为2.0%时,防腐效果最佳;经过168 h的中性盐雾测试及盐水测试后,对比GA/SAL-Si及GA-BE/SAL涂膜,GA-BE/SAL-Si涂膜表现出更佳的防腐性能;GA-BE结构中的酚羟基可与锈蚀产物发生螯合反应,生成新的Fe—O—C配位键,达到转锈的作用,配合SAL-Si,使涂膜具有良好的防腐和转锈性能。 展开更多

Wound healing dressing is increasingly needed in clinical owing to the large quantity of skin damage annually.Excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)produced through internal or external environmental influences can lead to lipid peroxidation,protein denaturation,and even DNA damage,and ultimately have harmful effects on cells.Aiming to sufficiently contact with the wound microenvironment and scavenge ROS,superabsorbent poly(acrylic acid)and antioxidant poly(ester amide)(PAA/PEA)hybrid hydrogel has been developed to enhance wound healing.The physical and chemical properties of hybrid hydrogels were studied by Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)absorption spectrum,compression,swelling,degradation,etc.Besides,the antioxidant properties of hybrid hydrogels can be investigated through the free radical scavenging experiment,and corresponding antioxidant indicators have been tested at the cellular level.Hybrid hydrogel scaffolds supported the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells and fibroblasts,as well as accelerated angiogenesis and skin regeneration in wounds.The healing properties of wounds in vivo were further assessed on mouse skin wounds.Results showed that PAA/PEA hybrid hydrogel scaffolds significantly accelerated the wound healing process through enhancing granulation formation and re-epithelialization.In summary,these superabsorbent and antioxidative hybrid hydrogels could be served as an excellent wound dressing for full-thickness wound healing. 展开更多

壳聚糖作为一种天然的氨基多糖,拥有良好的生物相容性和资源可再生性,但是较差的力学性能限制了其更广泛的应用。本研究以丙烯酸、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和丙烯酸-N-琥珀酰亚胺酯为单体聚合得到三元共聚物大分子交联剂,然后将其与壳聚糖溶液... 壳聚糖作为一种天然的氨基多糖,拥有良好的生物相容性和资源可再生性,但是较差的力学性能限制了其更广泛的应用。本研究以丙烯酸、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和丙烯酸-N-琥珀酰亚胺酯为单体聚合得到三元共聚物大分子交联剂,然后将其与壳聚糖溶液混合后制备壳聚糖水凝胶。采用红外、热重、SEM等对合成的聚合物及壳聚糖凝胶的组成、形貌和热稳定性进行了表征。结果表明,丙烯酸-N-琥珀酰亚胺酯共聚物的数均分子量为111900,具有一定的水溶性,与壳聚糖形成的水凝胶有良好的力学性能、溶胀性能和水蒸气渗透速率。在PBS(pH=7.4)中交联的凝胶膜与酸性条件下制备的凝胶膜相比,热分解温度提高,水接触角变大,力学性能得到较大提升。细胞毒性实验表明壳聚糖凝胶有良好的生物相容性,人脂肪干细胞在壳聚糖凝胶膜上会形成细胞簇并分泌外泌体。将壳聚糖凝胶膜覆盖在脂肪干细胞上,细胞能正常生长并分泌外泌体。因此,壳聚糖凝胶具有负载外泌体后应用于皮肤敷料的潜力。 展开更多

以二乙烯酮和丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料,通过酯加成法合成了乙酰乙酰基丙烯酸羟乙酯。通过单因素优化法,探究不同的催化剂(三乙胺、氢氧化钠、乙醇钠、三乙醇胺)、阻聚剂(对苯二酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、吩噻嗪、二丁基羟甲苯)、不同反应物比... 以二乙烯酮和丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料,通过酯加成法合成了乙酰乙酰基丙烯酸羟乙酯。通过单因素优化法,探究不同的催化剂(三乙胺、氢氧化钠、乙醇钠、三乙醇胺)、阻聚剂(对苯二酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、吩噻嗪、二丁基羟甲苯)、不同反应物比例以及催化剂、阻聚剂用量、反应温度对实验结果的影响。结果表明:最佳反应温度为50℃,最佳的催化剂为乙醇胺,最佳的阻聚剂为对苯二酚,二乙烯酮和丙烯酸羟乙酯的物质的量之比为1.1:1时,阻聚剂用量为0.05%时,最佳催化剂用量0.5%,在此条件下反应8.5h,得到产物。产物主要通过柱层析法,将产品纯化,经红外色谱、核磁共振检测图谱分析,确定产物为乙酰乙酰基丙烯羟乙酯。经GC检测,最终产率为92.7%。 展开更多
