Effects of acupuncture combined with Kaijingtongmai Decoction on ATP sensitive potassium channel related proteins Kir6.1 and Kir6.2 in myocardial infarction rats

Objective:To study the effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine on the expression of ATP sensitive potassium channel related proteins Kir6.1 and Kir6.2 in rats with myocardial infarction,and to study the possible mechanism of combination of acupuncture and medicine on the improvement of myocardial infarction,so as to provide experimental data basis for the development of new treatment methods for myocardial infarction.Methods:65 healthy male SD rats were randomly selected as the control group.The other rats were fed with high-fat food for three weeks.The rats in the control group were injected with normal saline subcutaneously,and the other rats were injected with isoproterenol hydrochloride in the same way.Through ECG comparison,40 successful Mi rats were randomly divided into model group,acupuncture group,western medicine group and acupuncture drug combination group,with 10 rats in each group.After the corresponding treatment,the ECG changes of rats in each group were observed,the pathological changes of rat cardiomyocytes were observed by HE staining,and the expression of ATP sensitive potassium channel(Kir6.1,Kir6.2)protein was detected by Western blot.Results:compared with the control group,40 experimental specimens in the experimental group showed significant changes in cardiomyocyte protein The expression of Kir6.1 and Kir6.2 increased,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,compared with the model group,the protein expression of Kir6.1 and Kir6.2 in cardiomyocytes of Western medicine group,acupuncture group and acupuncture drug combination group showed a downward trend,among which the decline degree of acupuncture drug combination group was the most obvious,and the difference was statistically significant.The decline degree of acupuncture group and Western medicine group was not significant,and there was no significant difference Conclusion:acupuncture combined with medicine has a significant effect on improving myocardial infarction in rats,which may be related to the expression of ATP sensitive potassium channel related proteins Kir6.1 and Kir6.2 in rat cardiomyocytes.

Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Combined Use of Acupuncture and Medicine in Treating Sleep Disorder in Patients with Anxiety Disorder

[Objectives]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with anxiety disorders.[Methods]A total of 300 anxiety patients with sleep disorders were randomly selected and divided into a research group and a control group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was administered with western medicine,and the research group was treated with acupuncture and medicine to compare their clinical treatment effects.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group;after treatment,both the PSQI and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the reduction degree of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Combined use of acupuncture and medicine to treat sleep disorders in patients with anxiety disorders has better curative effect and fewer adverse reactions,so it has high clinical application value.

Effect of General Anaesthesia with Combination of Acupuncture and Enflurane Applied in Radical Operation of Laryngocarcinoma

Objective： To observe the effect of general anaesthesia with combination of acupuncture [ conducted with Han＇s acupoint nerve stimulator （HANS） applied] and enflurane in radical operation of laryngocarcinoma （LC）. Methods： Sixty patients with LC of grade Ⅰ -Ⅱ, classified according to the standard of American Society of Anesthesiologists （ASA）, were assigned by randomizing number table to the control group and the tested group, 30 patients in each group. The control group received anaesthesia with enflurane alone for inducing and maintaining; the tested group was anaesthetized with enflurane like that given to the control group but also received additionally needling stimulation conducted by HANS. The dosage of enflurane used, the minimum effective concentration of enflurane in alveolar air （MACEnf） and the changes of heart rate （HR） as well as blood pressure （BP） in patients at different time points in the operational process were observed. Results： As compared with those in the control group, in the tested group, both the MACEnf and the dosage of enflurane were reduced, with the difference between the two groups significant （ P〈0.01 ）. The changes of HR and BP among different time points in the tested group were slight, and as compared with those in the control group at the corresponding time points, the difference was significant （ P〈 0. 05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： General anaesthesia with combination of enflurane and needling conducted by HANS applied in radical operation of LC has definite effect with less complication. Needling could be cooperated with narcotics, and so it could be taken as an auxiliary measure of anaesthesia for radical operation of LC.

The paper reports the experiences in treatment of two cases of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)with the combination of acupuncture and medication in bedridden patients confirmed in C7 Inpatient Ward,Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital,China.The combined treatment of acupuncture with the oral administration of"Shanghai leishen No.1 formula"was given every day.The prescription was modified weekly according the symptoms of the patients.Besides,the antivirus,anti-infectious and symptomatic treatment of western medicine was combined.Both of the two cases were improved and discharged.It is anticipated that the treatment experiences in these two cases may provide the instruction and enlightenment for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.

辰时针刺对原发性高血压患者的降压效应

Objective:To observe the anti-hypertensive effect of time acupuncture on primary hypertension so as to provide the therapeutic regimen for the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods:A total of 120 patients with primary hypertension were randomized into a western medication group and an acupuncture-medication group,60 cases in each one.In the western medication group,levoamlodipine maleate tablets were prescribed for oral administration.In the acupuncture-medication group,on the base of the treatment as the western medication group,time acupuncture was combined in the period of a day from 7:00 a.m.to 9:00 a.m.The duration of treatment was 4 weeks in the two groups.Before and after treatment,blood pressure,serum endothelin(ET)and nitrious oxide(NO)were measured successively and the clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:(1)Blood pressure:the systolic and diastolic pressure after treatment were all lower than that before treatment in the two groups,indicating statistical differences(all P<0.05),After treatment,the systolic and diastolic pressure in the acupuncture-medication group were lower than that of the western medication group,indicating significant differences(both P<0.05).(2)ET and NO:after treatment,ET in the acupuncture-medication group was lower than the western medication group and NO was higher than the western medication group,indicating statistical differences(both P<0.05).(3)Clinical therapeutic effect:the total effective effect of anti-hypertension was 89%in the acupuncture-medication group,higher than 63%in the western medication group,indicating statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of western medication and time acupuncture(7:00 am to 9:00 am)achieves better effect on primary hypertension as compared with simple western medication and its anti-hypertensive effect is probably related to the decrease of ET and the increase of NO.
