Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a functional intestinal disease characterized by abdominal pain or discomfort and altered bowel habits. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a functional intestinal disease characterized by abdominal pain or discomfort and altered bowel habits. It has drawn great attention because of its high prevalence, reoccurring symptoms, and severe influence on patients&#x02019; lives. Many clinical studies have demonstrated the efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating IBS. Increasing attention has been paid to research regarding the action mechanisms of acupuncture-moxibustion for IBS, and the adoption of modern techniques has achieved some progress. This article reviews the latest advances among action mechanism studies from the perspectives of gastrointestinal motility, visceral hypersensitivity, the brain-gut axis, the neuroendocrine system, and the immune system. It is shown that acupuncture-moxibustion can effectively regulate the above items, and thus, this treatment should have a high efficacy in the treatment of IBS. This article also identifies existing problems in current mechanism research and raises several ideas for future studies. Further revelations regarding these action mechanisms will promote the application of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating IBS. 展开更多

目的通过观察血管生成抑制因子METH1的cDNA片段在酵母双杂交中的表达及检测其对报告基因有无激活作用,为进一步明确METH1抑制增生性瘢痕的分子机制奠定基础。方法采用酵母双杂交Gal4系统3,经PCR扩增子METH1的cDNA片段,分别克隆入pUC19质... 目的通过观察血管生成抑制因子METH1的cDNA片段在酵母双杂交中的表达及检测其对报告基因有无激活作用,为进一步明确METH1抑制增生性瘢痕的分子机制奠定基础。方法采用酵母双杂交Gal4系统3,经PCR扩增子METH1的cDNA片段,分别克隆入pUC19质粒,经测序正确后,再分别亚克隆入酵母双杂交诱饵载体pGBKT7中。将重组质粒导入酵母菌AH109,检测其表达产物在酵母细胞中对报告基因的激活作用。结果成功获得METH1的cDNA片段,该片段所表达的蛋白对酵母菌AH109无毒性,且对报告基因无激活作用。结论血管生成抑制因子METH1蛋白活性区在酵母双杂交系统中的表达产物,可作为诱饵蛋白进行相互作用蛋白的筛选研究。 展开更多

目的筛选血管生成抑制因子METH1功能编码区基因片段,为进一步研究METH1抑制增生性瘢痕的分子机制奠定基础。方法设计METH1三种基因截短体,分别构建相应的重组pcDNA3.1真核表达载体,然后将其稳定转染入HUVEC细胞,用RT-PCR、Western-Blot... 目的筛选血管生成抑制因子METH1功能编码区基因片段,为进一步研究METH1抑制增生性瘢痕的分子机制奠定基础。方法设计METH1三种基因截短体,分别构建相应的重组pcDNA3.1真核表达载体,然后将其稳定转染入HUVEC细胞,用RT-PCR、Western-Blot方法检测其在细胞中的表达,最后,通过MTT及FCM法验证其对HUVEC细胞增殖的影响。结果获得了能稳定表达的三种截短体,其中METH1-T2同METH1一样具有明显抑制HUVEC细胞增殖的作用,而METH1-T1、METH1-T3抑制细胞增殖的效果不明显。结论所获METH1-T2为功能活性区片段,可以替代METH1全长进行抑制增生性瘢痕的分子机制研究。 展开更多

A simple and effective way to prepare poly(acrylate)s, such as poly(methacrylate), poly(butyl acrylate) and poly(butyl methacrylate), has been achieved by using the single component aluminum-based compounds, such as modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO), triisobutylaluminium (TIBA) and triethylaluminium (TEA) as initiators. Effective initiations and high molecular weight polymers with unimodal molecular weight distributions could be easily obtained by varying the reaction parameters of systems under mild conditions. Although these aluminum compounds were inefficient initiators for methyl methacrylate (MMA) polymerization, they exhibited remarkable catalytic activity for butyl methacrylate (BMA) polymerization, affording high molecular weight poly(BMA)s. 展开更多

In this paper, the helix-sense-selective polymerization of N,N-diphenyl acrylamide (DPAA) and N,N-diphenyl methacrylamide(DPMAA) were studied with living helix prepolymer as anionic initiator, and the chiral optical properties of the obtained polymers were investigated too. It was shown that optically active polymers of DPAA and DPMAA could be obtained under the experimental condition, and exhibited the same screw sense as that of the prepolymer. 展开更多

This paper discusses the application of the boundary contour method fo r resolving plate bending problems. The exploitation of the integrand divergence free property of the plate bending boundary integral equation based on the Kirc hhoff hypothesis and a very useful application of Stokes' Theorem are presented to convert surface integrals on boundary elements to the computation of bending potential functions on the discretized boundary points,even for curved surface elements of arbitrary shape. Singularity and treatment of the discontinued corne r point are not needed at all. The evaluation of the physics variant at internal points is also shown in this article. Numerical results are presented for some plate bending problems and compared against analytical and previous solutions. 展开更多
