SPECIAL ISSUE： GLOBALIZATION AND CONTEMPORARY CHINESE CULTURAL CONSTRUCTION：Contemporary Chinese cultural construction and advanced culture

Advanced Chinese culture today has three interconnected requirements： a） it is an organic component of today＇s advanced world culture; b） it critically absorbs all the best elements of foreign cultures in an organic combination with the best elements of traditional Chinese culture; and c） it transcends the argument over ＂modernism＂ and ＂post-modernism.＂ From a world- historical perspective, all other necessary features of advanced culture in contemporary China represent the logical unfolding of these three requirements. A full and correct grasp of the three elements constituting the world-historicality of this advanced culture is of important methodological significance in clarifying the world-historical mode of the construction of contemporary Chinese culture and the path to cultural innovation.

Study on New Rural Residential Construction and Residential Culture in Longnan Region of Gansu Province

Residential construction is the important part of new rural construction,also the great event relating to the living of the general farmers,but also the physical appearance of rural area.Taking advantage of the post-quake reconstruction and new rural construction,combining with the inheritance and development of traditional culture,the new rural construction should be the first to be launched,constructing applicable and beautiful residences with rich residential cultural connotation.Longnan Region is economically underdeveloped,but it is with a beautiful environment and the forest coverage rate is high.Therefore,the discussion and investigation on the residential style and culture in this district are of great significance to the construction of the ethnic,economic and beautiful residential construction mode during new residential construction in Longnan Region.Through the analysis of the economic situation,environmental condition of Longnan Region and the analysis of the structure,function,architectural composition and existing problems of the present residence,the author discussed the style and structure of the present residence.The author also studied the protection and inheritance of the residential culture in Longnan Region,emphasizing the inheritance and development of residential culture and gave new cultural connotation to the new rural residential construction.All these provided reference for the new rural construction and planning in this area.

Rural Tourism Development Theory and Practice of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Rural Minority Areas of Sichuan Province,China——A Case Study of Kasidawen in Heishui County,Aba Prefecture of Sichuan

Researches on tourism development of intangible cultural heritage were introduced,and market gaps in the tourism development of intangible cultural heritage in ruralminority areas of China were proposed.On the basis of investigation and interview about Kasidawen in Heishui County the author participated in,a National-level Intangible Cultural Heritage,interview and questionnaire survey were adopted in this study,and the following problems were concluded:tourists having only limited knowledge about tourism development of Kasidawen;multilayered demands of tourist market;intangible cultural heritage of Sichuan Province as a whole is not widely-known because of insufficient publicity;tourists preferring tourism products that they participated in.Characteristics of intangible cultural heritage in Heishui County were summarized as strong national characteristics and unique cultural heritage,on the basis of which the "Kasidawen-based" Tourism Development Mode was proposed to change its present condition of "having only natural landscapes but no cultural connotation",and improve the cultural taste and level of tourism development in Heishui County,by arranging cultural functions and industries from the perspectives of both hardware and software facilities,and taking other types of resources as the supplement,useful theoretical references were given for rural tourism development of intangible cultural heritage inminority areas of China.

Rural Tourism, Shanxi Merchants’ Culture and New Rural Construction of Socialism

Rural tourism was a new form of tourism gradually emerging in China in recent years. It satisfied urban residents' pursuit of nature and had a promising market prospect. New rural construction of socialism was an important historical task in the process of economic and social development of China at present and in future period. New rural construction was the important basis of rural tourism development and meanwhile rural tourism development could promote new rural construction. Shanxi Merchant's Culture of Xi Village in Jinzhong City was a kind of excellent rural tourism resource. Developing rural tourism was one of the effective ways to promote new rural construction of socialism in Xi Village.

The Study on Landscape Factors,Pattern and Design in New Countryside Construction in Mountainous Areas of China

With the vigorous development of China urbanization and increase of people's environmental consciousness,landscape design had received more and more attentions in urban construction and planning.However,the planning for mountainous new countryside construction and landscape design had not been emphasized.Hence,how to make use of natural and cultural landscape factors in mountainous areas to conduct landscape design in new countryside construction was an issue needed to be highlighted.According to the field study of natural villages and residences of Longnan City in Gansu Province,the paper had discussed the composition of mountainous settlements and residences,the composition of mountainous rural landscape factors and landscape planning principles,hoping to provide reference for rural landscape design and new countryside construction.

Analysis of Rural Landscape Cultural Types in Mudanjiang City

In recent years, with the rapid increase of economy, improvement of national life standard and dramatic expansion of urbanization, the paper has pointed out that rural area has lost its feature gradually and rural landscape appears to be fuzzy. In view of this, survey and analysis have been conducted on rural landscape cultural types and features of Mudanjiang City, laying a foundation to the exploration and effective expression of rural landscape culture of Mudanjiang City during the planning and design of rural landscape. It hopes to protect original rural landscape connotation and regional feature, make it better adapt to the requirement of modern development, and provide a theoretical reference for the advancement of rural landscape planning in China.

Rural Cultural Construction in the Context of a Harmonious Society

Strengthening rural cultural construction is the objective requirement of building socialist new countryside,is the demand for promoting rural cultural and ethical progress,and is of great significance to promotion of rural economic and social development and building of a moderately prosperous countryside. Rural cultural construction is beset with many problems:( 1) unbalance in development of rural cultural construction;( 2) mistaken ideas in understanding;( 3) negative influence of traditional culture;( 4) negative effect of market economy;( 5)rural education is backward,and science and technology are free from rural production and life. In line with these problems,it comes up with following countermeasures:( 1) bringing government functions into full play;( 2) carrying forward excellent ethnic cultural tradition and learning all outstanding civilization achievements;( 3) enhancing elementary education and energetically developing science and technology;( 4)reinforcing rural democratic and legal construction,and guiding farmers to set up socialist democratic and legal awareness;( 5) stimulating cultural subject awareness of farmers and enhancing their enthusiasm for participation in cultural construction;( 6) cultivating personnel and bringing up a qualified rural cultural backbone team.

Practice of Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Areas and Its Enlightenment to Rural Revitalization Strategy: A Case Study of Qiandongnan Prefecture

The revitalization of ethnic minority areas is an important part of China’s implementation of rural revitalization strategy. According to the experience accumulated in the preliminary poverty alleviation work of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture,this article summaries the main contents of Qiandongnan Prefecture’s poverty alleviation work from the aspects of key point( rural industries),assisting forces( ethnic culture and folklore industry) and important guarantee( human resources),and proposes that the rural revitalization strategy can be implemented in ethnic minority areas through consolidating the fundamental role of industrial revitalization in rural revitalization,promoting the prosperity of rural culture to realize simultaneous revitalization of rural industries and rural culture,promoting the revitalization of rural talents,and stimulating the vitality of rural areas.

The Influence of the Gentry on Rural Political Construction

Based on some former studies of Chinese rural society, this paper summerizes the achievements and limitations of general Chinese rural studies and then proposes a social operation model in rural areas which is dominated by the squires. It uses some specific historical data and discoveries of feild sduty to further examine the profound influence of the squires on rural politcal construction in three different aspects： the model of clan and religion, the role as inter-mediator and the growth of basic armed forces. The study found that this special social group played a center role in Chinese rural political system from ancient to modem times, particularly, the research considers the decline of the squire society since the establishment of the new government in 1949. In the end, this paper points out the cultural guiding significance of this social model in the study to the rural construction in contemporay China by predicting the possiblity of renaissance

新时代温州乡村文化生态建设研究——以刘伯温故里为例

新时代的中国乡村,既要有看得见的绿水青山,也要有美好的文化生态。刘伯温作为温州的代表性地域历史文化名人,其故里文成文化资源丰富,具体从居住、建筑、交往空间、耕读、入仕、信仰、规训、民俗、技艺等九个方面,挖掘地域文化元素,并结合新时代的发展需求,分析如何进行乡村文化生态建设。文成作为刘伯温故里,文化资源具有自身的特性,但文成属于温州,文化资源更具有温州地域文化的共性。文成新时代背景下的乡村文化生态建设,对温州其他县市区具有重要的推广价值和启示作用。

移动短视频中“土味文化”的话语认知与符号建构研究

土味文化是以网络短视频为媒介逐渐流行起来的一种典型网络亚文化,它的发展反映了城乡融合过程中底层青年展示自我的现象,同时也推动了乡村的符号建构进程。基于此,本文对国内外土味文化历史研究进行回顾,通过分析移动短视频中土味文化内容的特点,追溯移动短视频对于土味文化符号的建构和传播过程,研究土味文化的传播路径多元化,以此发挥土味文化对于加强国民对乡村文化价值认同、传播中国文化的作用。

我国传统乡村聚落研究发展历程与展望

传统乡村聚落承载着我国悠久的农耕文明和广大人民的生产生活,是数量最大、分布最广的一种文化遗产体系。随着国家乡村振兴战略的推进,传统乡村聚落的存续发展面临着重大的机遇和挑战,有必要对传统乡村聚落研究历程进行回顾和梳理,探索研究发展的方向和前景。通过对重要期刊、报纸、著作、政策文件等历史资料的挖掘与梳理,结合国家经济、文化、社会背景和乡村建设发展实况,再现了20世纪30年代以来我国传统乡村聚落研究发展的全过程,揭示传统乡村聚落研究不同发展阶段的时代背景、发展动力和研究范式特征,并对其研究趋势和方向做出研判和展望,以期推动相关学术研究,促进实践工作的开展。

Suggestions for New Socialist Countryside Construction Based on Current Situations

According to our field survey,we analyzed current situations and existing problems in the new socialist countryside construction of Hebei Province. Based on these,we put forward our suggestions: put the government and farmers in correct place; improve farmers' quality and educational level; implement the new socialist countryside construction under the guidance of overall rural plan and combining natural and economic conditions of rural areas; and ensure continuous and long-term work.

纵横协同:新乡贤文化建设的双重路径

新乡贤文化是由传统乡贤文化创造性转化、创新性发展而来的新型文化形态,以其独特作用助推乡村全面振兴。政府和社会是新乡贤文化建设的两种力量,并以此形成了政府主导式建设路径和社会主动式建设路径。政府主导式建设路径以做好顶层设计、整合各种资源、注重授权赋能为主要抓手,通过行政纵向推动力量引领新乡贤文化建设;社会主动式建设路径则以乡村内生力量、特色化的优势资源和参与式行动为依托,通过内生横向协商方式践行新乡贤文化建设。双重建设路径虽共存于乡村场域,但二者属性不同,需通过纵横协同形成新乡贤文化建设的强大合力,使新乡贤文化建设更具持续性和实效性。习近平文化思想为双重路径的纵横协同提供了强大思想武器和科学行动指南,双重建设路径应顺应时代新要求,遵循互嵌互融逻辑,在互动-嵌入-融合中实现纵横协同,共同服务于新乡贤文化建设。

新时代乡村文化治理的时代意蕴

设神理以景俗,敷文化以柔远。在推进农业农村现代化的道路上,文化的作用不可小觑,是宜居宜业和美乡村建设的精神支撑。乡村文化治理作为推进乡村振兴的深层动力和引领乡村振兴的“铸魂工程”,兼具“治理对象”和“治理工具”双重意蕴,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,也是推动共同富裕的重要举措,更是提升社会文明程度的有力抓手。当前,乡村文化治理愈发成为探索中国式现代化新道路、创造人类文明新形态的重要议题,具有重要的研究意义。

新内生理论下县域乡村公共文化服务高质量发展研究

将外部支持与乡村内部自觉有机结合,采用内外共生、上下联动的新内生发展是现阶段推动中国乡村公共文化服务走向高质量发展的现实选择。在新内生理论下,乡村公共文化服务的高质量发展强调从整体发展视角,立足乡村资源和需求,通过乡村与外部的互动联结、资源整合、改革创新,实现公共文化服务的高质量发展。文章深度解构入选国家“基层公共文化服务高质量发展典型案例”的汉阴模式,认为乡村公共文化服务欲打破乡村文化自觉意识淡薄、整合性欠缺、创新动力不足的新内生困境,离不开以县政为主导的自上而下的整体谋划与统筹推进、乡村优秀传统文化的传承与发扬、乡村自治组织及其组织管理作用的有效发挥、以“文化+”为思路的资源整合逻辑及技术引领、规则协同下的多维创新。

“村BA”与乡村振兴文化建设的耦合发展研究——以贵州台盘村“村BA”为例

“村BA”是指在村里举行的以当地村民为运动主体的具有当地特色的篮球比赛。从运动员到奖品,“村BA”都与现代商业性体育文化形成鲜明相比。“村BA”虽以体育文化身份亮相乡村,却耦合乡村振兴过程中文化建设在物质、制度和精神三个层面发展需要,推动着乡村振兴过程中的文化建设。文章将从文化的物质、制度和精神三个层面解构“村BA”在乡村振兴过程中的耦合功能,多角度、多视点探讨乡村振兴过程中文化振兴的发展样式。

新时代贵州乡村文化价值构建促进乡村振兴研究

实现乡村振兴,发展农村产业、提高农民生活水平,就要在新时代条件下通过构建价值体系复兴乡村文明,为此有必要通过相应的调研,从发展的历史脉络中系统地把握乡村文明“繁荣—衰落—复兴”的发展趋势及其“传统到新生代的”建构的规律。乡村有广阔的文化培养土壤,乡村文化价值的挖掘与发行对于激发乡村振兴的农民主体性能形成一股不可小觑的动力。贵州富含丰富的文化资源,乡村文化是贵州经典的文化资源,以农村广阔天地的文化为背景,以乡村核心的文明为抓手,做到以文化价值聚合主体力量,以经济发展为再生动力助力贵州发展。

国家叙事与地方表达——论武陵山区民族村寨建设中的文化主体性价值

民族村寨建设是巩固中华民族文化主体性的国家叙事和地方表达。通过考察武陵山区民族村寨建设中文化自觉、文化惯性和文化生产过程,从文化主体的适应性、因应性和回应性中重新认识民族地区现代化过程中文化主体性建设的三重价值维度;面对国家政策设计和地方实践表达中的话语矛盾与冲突,从匠作技术传承、民族文化传播和地方性空间生产中分析民族村寨建设中的主体实践挑战;最后,从主体回归、实践赋权和空间活化三个层次提出我国民族村寨文化主体性建设的价值面向。文化主体性建设是全面推进乡村振兴的迫切要求,为保障中国式现代化过程中民族地区生活水平的实质性改善和可持续发展提供了重要理论支撑。
