Meanwhile, neglected rural areas have exposed social problems such as aging and hollowing out, making the urban-rural dual structure more prominent. Currently, China s economic and social development has reached a new stage, and the realization of urban-rural integration is a major measure to comprehensively develop the national economy and social undertakings. Vigorously developing the rural areas and revitalizing the countryside has become a national policy. Traditional ancient villages are treasures in the vast rural areas. They should be more protected and developed to eliminate the urban-rural gap, thereby passing down and carrying forward the essence of traditional culture and enhancing China s national confidence and cultural confidence. Recent advances in coherence tomography have also revealed that skin aging affects in vivo epidermal keratinocyte architecture. However, the interconnectivity between spatial architectural aging and visual/physiological aging parameters remains largely unknown. Purpose: To elucidate whether the tomographic keratinocyte architectural aging is correlated with visual and physiological skin aging parameters and to quantitatively evaluate the improvements of the architectural, visual, and physiological aging parameters by the daily treatment of the skin care formula containing Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (GFF, 8X Pitera<sup>TM</sup>). Method: We measured the in vivo keratinocyte cellular architecture with two-photon stereoscopic tomography obtaining by-layer epidermal section images in 78 Asian females of various ages. Visual aging parameters were analyzed using a portable image capture system. Hydration and TEWL were also assessed. The anti-aging effects of GFF-containing skin moisturizer (SK-II LXP Cream<sup>TM</sup>) were also examined in two studies after twice-daily application for 2 (N = 35) and 4 (N = 32) weeks. Results: As for the keratinocyte cellular architecture, skin aging was significantly associated with decreased cell density and increased cell uniformity. These architectural aging parameters were significantly correlated with visual and physiological aging parameters, namely, rough texture, wrinkles, pore dilation, dull skin tone, dehydration, and increased TEWL. The strong interconnectivity allowed us to develop formulae to estimate the keratinocyte architecture from visual aging parameters. Moreover, twice-daily application of SK-II significantly improved the keratinocyte architecture associated with multiple skin aging visual and physiological parameters. Conclusion: Skin aging is a process involving mutual interconnections among epidermal keratinocyte cellular architecture, visual, and physiological parameters. The GFF-containing moisturizer SK-II effectively improves spatial architecture of keratinocytes in epidermis and these evaluated skin aging parameters in a new trajectory over the course of treatment. .展开更多

To clarify the internal mechanism of the influence of the aging population and the new generation on housing prices is helpful to scientifically analyze and predict the trend of housing prices and the aging population...To clarify the internal mechanism of the influence of the aging population and the new generation on housing prices is helpful to scientifically analyze and predict the trend of housing prices and the aging population and the new generation.This paper uses the intergenerational overlap model of the two periods as the theoretical basis,and uses the provincial panel data from 1998 to 2018 to study the impact of the elderly population and the new generation on the price fluctuations of commercial housing.The results of the study show that on the whole,both the aging population and the new generation have promoted the rise in commodity housing prices.However,the regional heterogeneity is significant.The aging population has the most significant impact on housing price increases in developed and general developed areas,and has no significant impact on housing price increases in other places.The new generation has a negative impact on housing prices in backward areas and a positive impact on housing prices in other areas.Looking further,using the ARIMA model to predict housing prices in the next 10 years,it is concluded that housing prices will show a slow upward trend in the next 10 years.Therefore,the government can ensure the stable development of the real estate market by revitalizing the second-hand housing market and implementing housing projects.展开更多

The strong interconnectivity allowed us to develop formulae to estimate the keratinocyte architecture from visual aging parameters. Moreover, twice-daily application of SK-II significantly improved the keratinocyte architecture associated with multiple skin aging visual and physiological parameters. Conclusion: Skin aging is a process involving mutual interconnections among epidermal keratinocyte cellular architecture, visual, and physiological parameters. The GFF-containing moisturizer SK-II effectively improves spatial architecture of keratinocytes in epidermis and these evaluated skin aging parameters in a new trajectory over the course of treatment. .

文摘Significance and theoretic foundation of "village relocation and annexation" in the planning of new countryside was elaborated. Planning schemes of New Pingdi and Xiangyunzhuang Village were analyzed from six perspectives: selection of new village site, planning structure, planned road, architectural layout, public facilities and landscape design. It was then proposed that "village relocation and annexation" could not only save investment in public infrastructure, but also improve land use efficiency, thus it was an important approach of optimizing distribution of land resources.
文摘Firstly, definition of village administration is introduced. Then, through analysis of history, complexity and innovation characteristics of village administration, it points out that village administration plays a significant role in the reform of grass-roots government. Based on these, existing problems in village administration mode are discussed. It is believed that the administration subject (government), object (farmers), and administration measures have potential to explore. Finally, suggestions are put forward from perfecting village autonomy, role orientation of grass-roots government, and simplifying grass-roots government organs.
文摘On the basis of field investigation in 13 typical villages in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, and questionnaire survey over 45 local residents, this paper analyzed rural production and living environment, greening conditions, and villagers' consciousness about greening in the local area, and proposed 5 major principles for village greening: government plays the leading role, rural households are subjects; adopt unifi ed planning and coordinated development; choose suitable species for suitable land according to actual conditions; put ecology on the top priority, balance economic and ecological development; facilitate operation and management. In addition, the paper highlighted 5 characters in village greening, namely, cultural, ecological, practical, concise, and lifeconcerned.

文摘The purpose of this paper is to point out the urgency and importance of cultivating inter-disciplinary elderly care workers in the new era by analyzing the prominent problems facing the current pension industry in China.Based on data analysis,survey and summary,multi-disciplinary integration and other means,training methods for inter-disciplinary elderly care workers in the new era are put forward,including enhancing multi-disciplinary theoretical knowledge reserve,improving professional skills and psychological communication skills and improving nursing ability of elderly care workers.The coping strategies proposed in this article have certain reference value for cultivating inter-disciplinary elderly care workers in the new era.

文摘In a new round of urban renewal,China’s urban space expansion is shifting from incremental development to inventory mining.Residents’ demands for improvement of community material environment and community cultural identity are increasing.Meantime,affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019,community resilience has become an urgent problem to be solved in urban communities.Based on resilience theory,TOD theory and other planning concepts,the paper analyzes the vulnerability of Shanghai Caoyang river ring area,and puts forward a multi-level community resilience improvement strategy,including increasing diversified public service facilities,building public pedestrian network,and reshaping public open space to improve the stability,adaptability and resilience of the community,in order to build the development path of resilient communities.The study will provide inspiration for future micro-renewal of communities and promote the sustainable development of urban communities.

文摘To clarify the internal mechanism of the influence of the aging population and the new generation on housing prices is helpful to scientifically analyze and predict the trend of housing prices and the aging population and the new generation.This paper uses the intergenerational overlap model of the two periods as the theoretical basis,and uses the provincial panel data from 1998 to 2018 to study the impact of the elderly population and the new generation on the price fluctuations of commercial housing.The results of the study show that on the whole,both the aging population and the new generation have promoted the rise in commodity housing prices.However,the regional heterogeneity is significant.The aging population has the most significant impact on housing price increases in developed and general developed areas,and has no significant impact on housing price increases in other places.The new generation has a negative impact on housing prices in backward areas and a positive impact on housing prices in other areas.Looking further,using the ARIMA model to predict housing prices in the next 10 years,it is concluded that housing prices will show a slow upward trend in the next 10 years.Therefore,the government can ensure the stable development of the real estate market by revitalizing the second-hand housing market and implementing housing projects.
