Along with the Western Europe in some developed countries protect their existing markets, with the name of environmental protection and green trade protection measures, construction of the green trade barriers, so in practice to a certain extent seriously hindered the of some agricultural products sales and foreign trade credits. In this paper, starting from the factors and characteristics of green barrier produces, analyzes the causes of the green trade barrier of positivity and negativity, and contact our country agricultural product export and the present situation of the green trade barrier causes, analysis the reason of the thwarted by the green trade barrier, the feasibility of the agricultural development status in China, and puts forward some operable countermeasures, in order to adapt to the new situation of the development of foreign trade of agricultural products in China and good circulation.展开更多

[Method] Based on the synoptics analysis principle, by analyzin...[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of spring low temperature on the agriculture and the formation reason in Liaoning Province in 2010. [Method] Based on the synoptics analysis principle, by analyzing the atmospheric circulation situation and satellite cloud map, the influence of spring low temperature on the agriculture and the formation reason of low temperature weather in Liaoning Province during April-May, 2010 were discussed. [Result] The high-altitude situation analysis showed that it was two-trough-two-ridge situation in the high latitude of Eurasia in April, 2010. Ural Mountains high-pressure ridge strengthened to move eastward. Lake Baikal cold air went down toward the southeast along the front of ridge and strengthened into the cold vortex. Liaoning was in the front of cold vortex. Affected by the cold vortex, the temperature in Liaoning area was low. In the first dekad of May, 2010, the activity of cold air was frequent. There were two times cold vortex influence, and the temperature was still low. In the later period of middle dekad of May, the warm ridge entered, and the temperature rose. The high-altitude trough and the low-level jet were the main system and the dynamic condition of precipitation generation respectively. The cold vortex was the main reason of spring continuous low temperature generation, and the secondary reason was the more precipitation. [Conclusion] The research provided the reference basis for the prevention and prediction of spring low temperature in Liaoning Province.展开更多
[Objective] The aim was to study the influence of abnormal climate in Fushun City in 2010 and its influences on agriculture.[Method] In response to the abnormal climate in Fushun in 2010,the atmosphere circulation cha...[Objective] The aim was to study the influence of abnormal climate in Fushun City in 2010 and its influences on agriculture.[Method] In response to the abnormal climate in Fushun in 2010,the atmosphere circulation characteristics of abnormal climate and their influences on each aspect of agriculture were expounded.[Result] The abnormal weather in Fushun City in 2010 was as follows:extreme low temperature in spring,much precipitation,more precipitation in each month,less sunshine hours,abnormally less precipitation in July and August,having five times of heavy rain.The main atmosphere circulation features were extreme strong of vortex in March and frequent cold air activity;strong high pressure ridge in Mountain Ural in Middle April,west and strong east Asian Trough and strong front in middle and north part of Asia;middle and high latitude in Asia in May was wide trough region.The subtropical high ridge of the north front was more north than that in other common years and the position of west ridge was more conductive to the transportation of water vapor and formation of rain;because of extreme strong vortex in July and August,subtropical high was conductive to the cold air in the north moving south and the transportation of south water vapor.The extreme climate brought adverse influences on each aspect of agriculture and resulted into large economic losses.[Conclusion] The study provided references for the improvement of abnormal climate forecast and disaster prevention capacity.展开更多
