A Study on Cost Control of Agricultural Water Conservancy Projects Based on Activity-based Costing

Based on the theory of activity-based costing and the idea of value chain,activity optimization and cost control are carried out on the whole construction process of agricultural water conservancy projects. Through the use of literature review,case analysis and statistical analysis and other methods,with agricultural water conservancy projects as the research object,and comparing activity-based costing with the traditional model of cost accounting,the writer carries out the corresponding value chain analysis,and comes to the following conclusion: the statistical calculation and analysis of the entire construction process based on activity-based costing can accurately and effectively control the costs of water conservancy projects. Through the use of activity-based costing,the cost data of agricultural water conservancy projects is more detailed and accurate,and cost management personnel can also find non-value-added activities,optimize the enterprise's value chain and achieve cost control objectives through the analysis of the activity chain and value chain of agricultural water conservancy projects.

A Study on the Funding Management of Agricultural Scientific Research Project in the New Situation

The agricultural scientific research project funding is an important prerequisite for the implementation of agricultural scientific research project,and an essential basic condition to support agricultural research. In recent years,China has paid great attention to the development of scientific research,and increased the input of scientific research funds,but there are some shortcomings in funding management during the implementation of the project. Based on many years of practice,this paper expounds the main problems in the current funding management for agricultural scientific research project,and brings forward the relevant recommendations,in order to provide a reference for the scientific management of agricultural scientific research project funding in the new situation.

A Study on the performance evaluation of the agricultural comprehensive development project

Design of an Agricultural Production Model for the Food Demand of the Mining Complex

The work＇s main purpose was to design and implement a model of agricultural production for the attention of food demand of the coal complex in the center of the department of Cesar, Colombia, by mounting Profitable Productive Units in rural areas of the zone with mining influence. The aforementioned rural communities are at a socioeconomic disadvantage concerning to the local economic development policies. It was taken a rural society with socio-economic conditions at a disadvantage, level 1 in the classification scale of 1 to 5 of Colombia, several associations were organized in each one of the affected municipalities with strong agricultural vocation to train them in profitable production strategies, authors performed technical and technological support for 12 months. In synthesis, there were meaningful differences among gross income per month of people who worked in the projects of the Young Rural Entrepreneurs, a fact confirmed by the P-value 0.00000005 （Prob. 〉 F） and the F-value 29.3, both denote the significance statistic for this case is best gross income per month of persons covered by the program, this implies that for a person of the rural community it is more meaningful economically linked to the SENA＇s Young Rural Entrepreneurs, in contrast to search for jobs in the informal sector, there is even an average value of 530.000 COP/month （about 265 US/month） higher than the statutory minimum wage for 2009, equivalent to 497.000 COP/month （about 245 US/month）.

SWOT analysis on snail control measures applied in the national schistosomiasis control programme in the People’s Republic of China

Background:Snail control is an important component in the national schistosomiasis control programme in China,by application of chemical molluscicides,forestry projects,agriculture projects and water conservancy projects in recent decades.However,there are still wide areas of snail inhabited in China which remains a great challenge to achieve the goal of schistosomiasis elimination by 2025.Therefore,a SWOT(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats)analysis on snail control measures is required for precision schistosomiasis control.Methods:The SWOT approach,which is a well-known structured analysis tool,was used to identify and evaluate the specific characteristics of four types of snail control measures in China,including chemical mollusciciding,forestry,agriculture,and water conservancy projects.The analysis were carried out based on the information collection from literature review,of research papers,books,annual report database of national schistosomiasis control programme in China,reports from the academic forums,and so on.Results:For chemical mollusciciding,application strategy needs to focus on specific local settings,such as stage of schistosomiasis control,environmental factors,and limitations from external policies and internal deficiencies.Regarding forestry projects,the optimal strategies are to cooperate with other national forestry programmes to share the investment costs and pay attention on wetland protection.In agriculture projects,it is necessary to develop related cash crop industries and combine with national farmland consolidation projects simultaneously to increase the total economic benefits.Concerning water conservancy projects,the main purpose is to control snail migration from snail area to snail-free areas nationwide.Conclusions:Integrated strategies for various measures application and a top-level designed cooperation mechanism will be the necessary to eliminate snail and schistosomiasis in China.
