Discussion on Planning of Overall Urban Agriculture Park

The urban agriculture park plan involves urban plan, agricultural plan, eco- logical plan, tourism plan and land plan, which can be further divided into strategic plan, general plan and detail plan to explore related issues. With social develop- ment, urban agricultural park is playing an increasingly important role in promoting agricultural and rural development, protecting nearby area farmlands and maintaining sustainable development, as well as an important part of government research. Based on status quo of urban agricultural park in China, basic characters were summarized and frameworks of urban agricultural park with Chinese characteristics were proposed, including early-stage research, prospect exploration, spatial planning, industry planning and guarantees, of which spatial planning and industry planning are highlights.

Study of Overseas Development and Construction of Sino- Russian Cooperation Agriculture Park of Jilin Province

Implement agricultural ＂going out＂ strategy, guide and promote agricultural enterprises＇ higher and wider participation in international agricultural division of labor and cooperation, foster transnational agricultural groups, which will help to speed up China＇s agricultural industrialization, internationalization and modernization, the promotion of domestic strategic adjustment of agricultural structure, the optimization and upgrading. Jilin Province shall make an integrated use of a variety of ways to strengthen the development strength of overseas market of agricultural resources and agricultural products, promote improved varieties, superior agricultural technology, equipment and agricultural products to ＂walk out＂, establish foreign grain, important industrial crop and fishery production base and independent logistics and trade system, and continuously improve the international competitiveness of China＇s agriculture. This thesis discusses the current research of overseas agriculture development and the major ways of the construction of Sino-Russian Cooperation Agriculture Park in Jilin Province. It also proposes the measures to accelerate the implementation of the development of Jilin Province Sino-Russian Cooperation Agriculture Park.

With Xiangtian Village, Jin＇an County as an example, development objec- tive and functional orientation of ecological and leisure agricultural demonstration park were described in detail, based on which a characteristic and promising plan of the park was proposed.

Spatial Heterogeneity of Agricultural Science and Technology Parks Technology Diffusion: A Case Study of Yangling ASTP

Agricultural science and technology parks(ASTPs) represent an important growth pole in China’s agricultural modernization.Clarifying their diffusion laws can optimize the technological diffusion process and improve its efficiency. Our study uses disaggregated spatial information in its model to analyze ASTP technology diffusion in a heterogeneous space. We constructed a comprehensive index system to evaluate the diffusion environmental quality and introduced the heterogeneous diffusion equation to calculate the technological diffusion probability. We applied this framework to a real-world scenario: the apple planting technology diffusion of the Yangling ASTP in the Loess Plateau, China. The results indicated: (1)the technological diffusion environment of the Loess Plateau advantageous apple producing area showed strong spatial heterogeneity caused by climate, topography, and external transportation links.(2) Under the combined effects of distance and spatial heterogeneity, the spatial diffusion pattern of the Yangling ASTP apple technology was expansion diffusion supplemented by hierarchical diffusion and banded diffusion, and (3) ASTP technology diffusion showed a strong distance attenuation effect, and the frictional effect of distance can be decreased by improving the diffusion environmental quality. These laws can promote regional balanced ASTP-driven development.

Analysis of Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park Planning Based on Plant Experience——A Case Study of Jiuxi Agricultural Science and Technology Park in Yunnan Province

It is an inevitable trend to replace the traditional agriculture with modern agricultural science and technology park, but the excessively unified development mode, similar functions and feature loss of modern science and technology park have become the obstacles to its development. As a kind of structure view element with the highest life attributes, plants can make the modern agricultural science and technology park have more vitality. Therefore, combined with the case study of Jiuxi Agricultural Science and Technology Park, the modern agricultural science and technology park planning was analyzed based on the perspective of plant experience, with the aim to provide bases for the planning of featured modern leisure science and technology park.

Current Situations and Recommendations for Development of Agricultural Sci-Tech Park District of Luzhou City

The agricultural science and technology park is a demonstration carrier for the assembly and integration of agricultural technology,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the modern agricultural production. It is an inevitable choice and important way to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. This paper reviewed the construction background,functional characteristics and development history of agricultural science and technology parks. It analyzed the current development situations of the provincial agricultural science and technology parks in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City of Sichuan Province. Then,it summarized its experience in park construction and compared with surrounding national and provincial agricultural science and technology parks. It found existing problems including insufficient industry-university-research integration,low level of agricultural intensification,weak functions of public service platforms and brand effect,and insufficient exploration of tourism resources. In view of these problems,it came up with recommendations for development of agricultural Sci-Tech Park District of Luzhou City,including gathering scientific and technological resources,enhancing scientific and technological support,strengthening the high-quality development of the park economy,and building a national 4 A-level excellent scenic spot.

Regulation Flexibility Assessment and Optimal Aggregation Strategy of Greenhouse Loads in Modern Agricultural Parks

With advances in modern agricultural parks,the rural energy structure has undergone profound change,leading to the emergence of an agricultural energy internet.This integrated system combines agricultural energy utilization,the information internet,and agricultural production.Accordingly,this study proposes a regulation flexibility assessment approach and optimal aggregation strategy of greenhouse loads(GHLs)for modern agricultural parks.First,taking into account the operational characteristics of typical GHLs,refined load demand models for lighting,humidification,and temperature-controlled loads are established.Secondly,the recursive least squares method-based parameter identification method is designed to accurately determine key GHL model parameters.Finally,based on the regulation flexibility of quantitatively evaluated GHLs,GHLs are optimally aggregated into multiple flexible aggregators considering minimal operational cost and greenhouse environmental constraints.The results indicate that the proposed regulation flexibility assessment approach and optimal aggregation strategy of GHLs can alleviate the peak regulation pressure on power grids by flexibly shifting the load demands of GHLs.

Places of Heritage in Cities:The Challenge of Planning Based on Their Sustainable Urban Integration

The paper examines a case study of a monument of cultural heritage,which includes elements of historical,architectural and rural landscape,as well as other material and intangible elements.The monument,named“Averofios Agricultural School”,is located within the urban area of Larissa,on its outskirts.The school,established in 1901,operates as an educational agricultural organization,has been declared to be preserved by the Greek Ministry of Culture and its management involves five different public institutions.The main issue is that the school is at risk of depreciation due to degrading phenomena and its further isolation.The paper argues that its obsolescence could be stopped if the area could be integrated into the city of Larissa from the urban,operational,educational and strategic point of view.For this purpose,it is proposed to regenerate the area and to use it as a peri-urban rural educational park with local,regional and national scope.
