This paper analyzes the connotation of the undergraduate teaching quality assurance system in agriculture-related colleges and universities,and takes Southwest University Rongchang Campus for example to probe into the long-term operating mechanism of multidimensional integrated quality assurance system as well as the sound teaching quality monitoring and management system building assurance system and operational practice effect involving personnel training programs,teaching element control,supervision and control of the teaching process,supervision and control of teaching effectiveness,teaching assurance policy and system,teaching funding system,teaching technical support guarantee,and teaching environment building guarantee,with the purpose of providing a reference for the Chinese universities and colleges to improve the teaching quality.

The Connotation Construction of Agriculture-related Majors in the Vocational Schools

Taking the case of vocational schools in Xuzhou City,we analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by the connotation construction of agriculture-related majors in vocational schools. And we discuss the focus of connotation construction of agriculture-related majors,by establishing one theme,building two aspects,deepening three reforms and highlighting four tasks,aiming to make the connotation construction of agriculture-related majors get somewhere,and provide strong support for agricultural science and technology innovation. Finally we put forth measures for the connotation construction of agriculture-related majors.

Ethical Research on Agriculture-related Higher Vocational Colleges Serving Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Huizhou Engineering Vocational College

At first,the ethical dilemmas of rural revitalization and the present situation of ethics in agriculture-related vocational education were analyzed,and then the ethical dilemmas of agriculture-related vocational education serving rural revitalization were studied.Finally,some ethical countermeasures for the dilemmas were proposed to provide reference for the research related to rural revitalization.

The relationship between rural infrastructure and agriculture-related funds under rural revitalization strategy

The rural revitalization strategy is one of the“seven strategies”clearly listed in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress.In order to better promote the effective implementation of rural revitalization policies,it is necessary to give full play to the cornerstone role of rural infrastructure in rural revitalization.This paper first analyzes the supervision mechanism of agriculture-related funds,and then selects the rural development data of local governments in 30 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions from 2013 to 2017 as samples to regress and analyze the coupling relationship between my country’s rural infrastructure construction and agriculture-related funds.The study found that my country’s rural infrastructure construction and agriculture-related funds are positively correlated,and the greater the proportion of local finance in agriculture-related funds,the stronger the impact of agriculture-related funds on rural infrastructure construction investment.Policy recommendations such as the proportion of local finances are proposed.

Current Status of the Application of Surgical Specialty Nursing Quality Evaluation Indicators

This paper reviews the current status of the application of surgical specialty nursing quality evaluation indicators both domestically and internationally.It covers the related concepts,theoretical foundations,construction methods,construction fields,application research,and existing shortcomings of these indicators.It suggests that scholars and researchers in the nursing field in China should base their work on mature theories,use scientific research methods,and construct a quality indicator system that aligns with China’s surgical development,is practical,unified,suitable for the local context,and beneficial for the development of the surgical nursing discipline.

An Investigation on the Application of Online and Offline Hybrid Teaching in Local Anatomy Course of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Specialty

The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of online and offline blended teaching in local anatomy courses of acupuncture specialty.It introduces the concept and characteristics of blended teaching mode and analyzes the respective advantages of online and offline teaching as well as the advantages and application prospects of blended teaching mode.The teaching status quo of local anatomy courses in acupuncture and moxibustion is analyzed,pointing out the problems of the traditional teaching mode and the application prospect of the blended teaching mode.In the practical part,the preparation and design of online teaching resources,the design of offline practical teaching sessions,and the evaluation methods of teaching effect are introduced in detail.This study aims to provide new teaching modes and ideas for teaching acupuncture and moxibustion and promote the improvement of teaching quality.

A Study of Health Prescribing for Children with Tourette’s Disorders in Children’s Health Education Specialty Care Clinics

Objective:This study designs and implements the health prescription of children’s health education specialized nursing clinic based on the physical and mental characteristics of children with Tourette’s syndrome.Methods:Applying the evidence-based nursing model and nursing intervention theory based on the survey research by searching China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database and Wipro Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,the study collected the literature on the health prescription intervention research in children’s Tourette’s disorders health education in children’s health education of specialized nursing outpatient clinic for review and combined with the specialty characteristics to formulate“Children’s Tourette’s Disorder Health Education Prescription.”Results:Tourette’s syndrome in children is a common pediatric neurological disorder,mainly manifested as involuntary,rapid and repeated muscle twitching and vocal tics,which brings serious psychological pressure and life disturbance to the affected children.Conclusion:For children with Tourette’s syndrome,healthcare professionals should give enough care and understanding to the children and their parents,provide timely and effective health education to them,help them improve their bad behavioral habits,establish correct cognitive attitudes,enhance self-confidence,improve patient compliance,reduce the frequency of recurrence,reduce the incidence of complications and promote children’s physical and mental health development.

The Integration of Sports Specialty English and College English Teaching in the Independent Colleges

Differential expressions among five Waxy alleles and their effects on the eating and cooking qualities in specialty rice cultivars

Eating and cooking qualities（ECQs） of rice are important attributes due to its major influence on consumer acceptability. To better understand the molecular mechanism of the variation in ECQs, we investigated and compared the expressions among different alleles of the Waxy（Wx） gene and its effect on ECQs in specialty rice cultivars. The results showed that the accumulation of amylose was positively and significantly correlated to the level of mature Wx m RNA and granule-bound starch synthase I（GBSS I） in developing rice grain at 12 days after flowering. The amount of GBSS I and its activity together are the main factors controlling amylose synthesis. Differences in ECQs among five Wx allele types were investigated in samples from 15 rice varieties. The apparent amylose content（AAC） and gel consistency（GC） were similar in each type of Wx allele. The AAC followed the order, Wx^a type〉Wx^in type〉Wx^b type〉Wx^mq type〉wx. Contrary to this, the GC showed an opposite trend compared to AAC. There was a wide variation in rapid visco analyzer（RVA） profile among five Wx allele types, while varieties sharing a specified Wx allele had basically the similar RVA profile, although there was a slight difference in some RVA parameters, peak, hot paste and cool paste viscosities.

Stress and modal birefringence of single-mode specialty optical fibers with three-stress regions

Stress-induced birefringence and modal birefringence of single-mode specialty optical fibers with three stress regions are numerically analyzed by the vector finite element method. Stress distribution and stress-induced birefringence distribution of three kinds of optical fibers with different cross structures are presented and compared, and the influence on the stress- induced birefringence by temperature change are analyzed as well. The results show that the fibers with three-stress regions have a lower linear birefringence, which is very important for the fabrication of the circular polaxization-maintalning fiber with high performance drawn from the same fiber preform by using the spinning method.

Recent development of flat supercontinuum generation in specialty optical fibers

Supercontinuum (SC) generation has attracted a significant scientific interest in the past decades due to its promising applications covering the fields of metrology, spectroscopy, defense, as well as medical treatments. To date, researchers are devoted to improving the spectral width and flatness of SC generation by using specialty optical fibers. The flatness of the spectrum is of importance because it can improve the accuracy of measurement in practical applications. This paper summarizes the theory of SC, the state of the art of flat SC generation using optical fiber including photonic crystal fibers, soft glass fibers as well as germania-doped fibers, and suggests the future research direction of flat SC light source.

Specialty optical fibers for advanced sensing applications

Optical fiber technology has changed the world by enabling extraordinary growth in world-wide communications and sensing.The rapid development and wide deployment of optical fiber sensors are driven by their excellent sensing performance with outstanding flexibility,functionality,and versatility.Notably,the research on specialty optical fibers is playing a critical role in enabling and proliferating the optical fiber sensing applications.This paper overviews recent developments in specialty optical fibers and their sensing applications.The specialty optical fibers are reviewed based on their innovations in special structures,special materials,and technologies to realize lab in/on a fiber.An overview of sensing applications in various fields is presented.The prospects and emerging research areas of specialty optical fibers are also discussed.

The Models for the Development of Specialty Agriculture in the Hilly Areas of Southern Ningxia: Are They Truly Effective?

The development of specialty agriculture is of great significance to western China's agricultural structure adjustment,and it's an essential way for the construction of ecological agriculture in Southern Ningxia mountainous area.This paper makes a summary about the development status of specialty agriculture in Southern Ningxia Mountainous Area and put forward the basic benefit goal and problems needing attention.On this basis,the paper studies the development pattern of specialty agriculture in Southern Ningxia Mountainous Area from the aspects of production factors and industry.This paper suggests that the development pattern of specialty agriculture in Southern Ningxia Mountainous Area should combine the regional agricultural pattern and innovative organization structure pattern,demonstration agriculture and market-directing pattern,engineering agricultural pattern and enterprise-driven pattern.The development of specialty agriculture in Southern Ningxia Mountainous Area should promote the three patterns,in order to achieve the construction of ecological agriculture and agricultural structure adjustment.

Evaluation of Specialty Lipids Based on Fish Oil and Capric Acid on Blood Lipid Chemistry Using Animal Models

This study aimed to produce new generation of fats or oils, known as specialty lipids, from enzymatic reaction of fish oil rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, serving as a source of essential fatty acids, and a medium-chain fatty acid (Capric acid, C10:0), for rapid energy release, using self-designed bioreactor. The beneficial aspects of the resultant specialty lipids (SL) on blood lipid chemistry were evaluated using animal models. Serum lipids were analyzed for lipid profile. Animals in the three treatments: Group 1 fed with corn oil, Group 2 fed with a physical blend (PB) of fish oil (FO) and capric acid (CA);and Group 3 fed with specialty lipids (SL) showed a significant (p 0.05) in HDL-c level after 60 days of treatment. Although SL caused an increase in HDL-c level but lower than CO. Animals in CO group showed insignificant increase (p > 0.05) in the level of LDL-c, whereas SL did not cause any change in LDL-c level. On the other hand, the level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) is considerably (p 0.05) concerning TAG, TC, and LDL-c levels, but the only difference between these two groups was in the HDL-c level. The weight of animals was increasing with time in animals fed CO, while it was decreasing with time for animals fed PB and SL. The difference in percent body change between SL and CO was significant (p < 0.05) after 8 weeks of treatment.

Intangible Cultural Heritage and Geographical Indication of Specialty Resources: A Case Study of Shiyan City

The protection of intangible cultural heritage and geographical indications of the specialty in Shiyan City was analyzed,and then related suggestions were proposed,for example,to collect and organize the intangible cultural heritage related to traditional specialty;to enhance the application of those intangible cultural heritage projects related to traditional industry and agriculture;to establish some demonstration bases for the productive protection of intangible cultural heritages;to strengthen the application of geographical indications of traditional specialty;to build national quality standards for various specialty with geographical indications;to integrate and cultivate the famous specialty brands with geographical indication;to implement the double protection of the geographical indications and intangible cultural heritages;to improve the poverty alleviation through developing the specialty industry with geographical indications.

Analysis of Consumer Appraisal of China’s Rural Specialty E-Commerce under Data Mining Method

In the research, the crawler technology was used to evaluate the Taobao silkie, and product evaluation data is the case object. After word segmentation, naive Bayesian, K-means, and TF-IDF related algorithms were used to complete word frequency statistics, sentiment analysis, and cluster analysis. It was found that the quality of rural specialty products was more recognized by e-commerce customers, but its overall emotional score was slightly lower than that of non-origin products. After summing up the drawbacks of the former, targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.

Policy options for addressing the high cost of specialty pharmaceuticals

The cost to U.S.consumers of specialty drugs is too high,and cost-sharing obligations are reducing patient access to affordable and life-changing medications.While accounting only for approximately two percent of prescriptions filled,specialty drugs accounted for nearly 45 percent of the U.S.drug spend in 2018,and this rate continues to rise.This review analyzes the current state of the U.S.specialty drug market and recommends six policy options for decreasing out-of-pocket costs to consumers.A systematic review was conducted,gathering articles from peer-reviewed and government resources published from January 2014 to May 2019 using databases such as PubMed,OVID,and the Congressional Research Service(CRS).Articles were reviewed for unique and relevant information relating to cost specialty drugs,industry trends,underlying legislation and policy challenges,and viable policy options.The findings show that,while the cost of specialty drug prices is growing,the rate of growth is projected to slow to a compound annual growth rate(CAGR)of 4 to 7 percent between 2019 to 2023,as compared to a CAGR of 7.2 percent from 2014 to 2018,largely due to the Food and Drug Administration's approval of 10 new biosimilars in 2018 and early 2019.However,specialty drug spending as a percentage of total spending continues to rise and can cost payers and patients more than USD 3,500 on average per month.We recommend six policy options for reducing consumers'out-of-pocket cost obligations:(1)discourage"pay-for-delay"agreements and patent evergreening;(2)align incentives across the specialty drug supply chain with value-based pricing;(3)tighten orphan drug eligibility or impose a sales tax on drugs if the sales tax exceeds a specified threshold until federal subsidies are recouped;(4)increase transparency in transactions between specialty drug supply chain stakeholders;(5)tax the direct-to-consumer advertising of specialty drugs and use the proceeds to fund public research;and(6)support copay cards and patient assistance programs.While the consensus across the industry is that the out-of-pocket costs of specialty drugs to patients are too high,industry stakeholders must agree about which set of policy options to implement.Lawmakers must explore options for reducing the out-of-pocket costs of specialty medications and gather public input on how to best align stakeholder incentives across the specialty drug supply chain.

Furthermore, adjustment of educational, scientific and legal regulations and prospective benefits are expected to boost this specialty's attractiveness to colleagues' worldwide.
