DISSOLVED OXYGEN DISTRIBUTION AND O_2 FLUXES ACROSS THE SEA-AIR INTERFACE IN EAST CHINA SEA WATERS

This study on the sectional and vertical distribution of dissolved oxygen （DO） and the O2 fluxes acrossthe sea-air interface in East China Sea （ESC） waters shows that the waters were in steady state and thatthe difference of DO was great in upper and bottom waters in Apr. 1994; but that seawater mixingwas strong and the difference of DO was small in upper and bettom waters in Oct. 1994. The above con-dusions were specially obvious in continental shelf waters under 100m. The DO maximum in subsurfacelayer waters appeared only at several stations and in general the DO in the waters decreased with depth.The horizontal distributions of O2 fluxes across the sea-air interface appeared in stripes in Leg 9404 whenmost regions covend were supersaturated with O2. seawater to air flux wn large, and that on section No.1was 1.594 L/m2·d. 活性炭吸附法脱除烟气中SO_2的实验研究

本文描述了活性炭脱除烟气中Ｓｉｂ的实验过程．并在实验基础上讨论了Ｏ２／ＳＯ２、Ｈ２Ｏ／ＳＯ２、活性炭床层温度和空速等对脱硫效率的影响，提出了影响脱硫效率参数的合理取值范围．

三七总皂苷抗炎作用机制的实验研究

以角叉菜胶 (Car) 2 5 mg/kg sc诱导大鼠气囊滑膜炎为模型 ,分别采用 L owry法、试管稀释法、硫代巴比妥酸分光光度法 ,观察了三七总皂苷 (Pn S)对气囊滑膜炎渗出液中蛋白含量、白细胞数量及脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响 ,此外 ,采用细胞色素 C还原法及放射免疫分析法 ,进一步观察了 Pn S对渗出液中中性粒细胞(Neu)释放超氧阴离子 (O÷2 )及其胞内 c AMP含量的影响。结果发现 :Pn S 6 0 ,12 0 ,2 40 m g/kg 3个剂量组均能剂量依赖性地抑制 Car诱导的白细胞游出和蛋白渗出 ;显著降低 MDA含量、抑制 Neu释放 O÷2 ;但能升高 Neu内c AMP含量。提示 Pn S对大鼠气囊滑膜炎具有明显抗炎作用 ,其抗炎机制与升高 Neu内 c AMP从而抑制氧自由基生成。
