Modification of Nano-α-Al2O3 and Its Influence on the Surface Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane Resin Composite Passivation Films

Silane coupling agent KH560 was used to modify the surface of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> in ethanol-aqueous solution with different proportions. The particle size of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> was determined by nano-particle size analyzer, and the effects of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> content, ethanol-aqueous solution ratio and KH560 dosage on the dispersion and particle size of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> were investigated. The material structure before and after modification was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Aqueous polyurethane resin and inorganic components are combined with modified nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> dispersion to form chromium-free passivation solution. The solution is coated on the galvanized sheet, the adhesion and surface hardness are tested, the bonding strength of the coating and the surface hardness of the substrate are discussed. The corrosion resistance and surface morphology of the matrix were investigated by electrochemical test, neutral salt spray test and scanning electron microscope test. The chromium-free passivation film formed after the modification of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> increases the surface hardness of galvanized sheet by about 85%. The corrosion resistance of the film is better than that of a single polyurethane film. The results show that the surface hardness and corrosion resistance of polyurethane resin composite passivation film are significantly improved by the introduction of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. 展开更多

铝脱氧钢连铸过程中的水口堵塞一直是困扰生产的难题,弄清水口堵塞的形成机理对解决该问题非常重要。研究首先在实验室制备了含有单一、量多的Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物的钢液,然后与Al_(2)O_(3)-C质耐材棒反应不同时间,研究了钢中Al_(2)O_(3)... 铝脱氧钢连铸过程中的水口堵塞一直是困扰生产的难题,弄清水口堵塞的形成机理对解决该问题非常重要。研究首先在实验室制备了含有单一、量多的Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物的钢液,然后与Al_(2)O_(3)-C质耐材棒反应不同时间,研究了钢中Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物与耐材棒的粘附行为,在此基础上探讨了铝脱氧钢连铸过程水口堵塞的形成机理。研究发现,耐材棒与钢液反应一段时间后,在耐材棒表面由内向外逐渐形成两层Al_(2)O_(3),第1层致密平滑,厚度较薄;第2层松散粗糙,厚度较厚。水口堵塞的形成机理为,耐材插入钢液一段时间内,因温度升高,耐材表面区域的SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)与C反应生成的SiO、Al_(2)O气体向钢液扩散,在耐材表面分别与钢液中的[Al]、耐材中的SiO_(2)反应生成Al_(2)O_(3);耐材棒表面的SiO_(2)也会与钢液中的[Al]反应生成Al_(2)O_(3);三者共同作用形成第1层致密的Al_(2)O_(3)。第1层Al_(2)O_(3)层形成后,钢液中的Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物易于在其上面附着,形成第2层松散的Al_(2)O_(3)。随着时间的延长,Al_(2)O_(3)层变厚,水口堵塞逐渐形成。第1层Al_(2)O_(3)形成机理以化学反应为主,增长缓慢;第2层以钢中夹杂物粘附为主,增长较快。 展开更多

以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)和六水合氯化铝(AlCl_(3)·6H_(2)O)作为混合前驱体,环氧丙烷作为网络诱捕剂,在不添加螯合剂情况下,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺与CO_(2)超临界干燥法制备出了不同摩尔比的Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)复合气凝胶。对样品分别进... 以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)和六水合氯化铝(AlCl_(3)·6H_(2)O)作为混合前驱体,环氧丙烷作为网络诱捕剂,在不添加螯合剂情况下,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺与CO_(2)超临界干燥法制备出了不同摩尔比的Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)复合气凝胶。对样品分别进行600℃、800℃、1000℃和1200℃热处理,并利用傅里叶红外光谱分析仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、比表面积分析仪、热重差热分析仪等仪器对Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)复合气凝胶的微观形貌、结构及热稳定性能进行表征。结果表明:当AlCl_(3)·6H_(2)O∶TEOS=8∶1时,Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)气凝胶样品在1000℃和1200℃热处理后的导热系数分别为0.0621 W/m·K和0.0803 W/m·K,在1000℃以上热处理后,孔径更加均匀,保留了较好的介孔结构;并且不同的热处理温度延缓了晶型转变,在常温和1200℃条件下,样品比表面积分别为617.14 m^(2)/g和102.9 m^(2)/g,为均匀的介孔结构(孔直径为8~32 nm),孔径低于常温下空气的平均自由程,在1200℃热处理后,样品总失重率为16.3%,具有较好的高温热稳定性。 展开更多

固态电解质Li_(1+x)Al_(x)Ti_(2-x)(PO_(4))_(3)中Li+的迁移特性

Li_(1+x)Al_(x)Ti_(2-x)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP)是一种颇具前景的NASICON型锂离子固态电解质.本文通过第一性原理计算研究了不同Al掺杂浓度(x=0.00,0.16,0.33,0.50)对LATP的结构特性、电学特性以及Li^(+)迁移特性的影响.结果表明,Al能够稳定掺杂进入LiTi2(PO4)3(LTP)的晶体结构当中.当Al掺杂浓度x=0.16时,Li—O键的平均键长最长,成键强度最弱,而Ti—O键强度随Al掺杂浓度变化不大.Al掺杂浓度对LATP带隙的影响不大,但Al附近的O原子聚集了更多的负电荷,形成AlO6极化中心.Li^(+)不同的迁移方式(空位迁移、间隙位迁移和协同迁移)在Al掺杂浓度不同时展现出复杂的能垒变化,Li^(+)在空位迁移中迁移势垒随Al掺杂浓度的增大而升高,而在间隙位迁移中Li^(+)的迁移势垒变化相反,由于协同迁移中涉及空位和间隙位两种位点,Li^(+)的迁移势垒表现为随Al掺杂浓度的升高先降低后升高的复杂变化.当x=0.50时,LATP具有最低的Li^(+)迁移势垒0.342 eV,这个势垒值是间隙位迁移的结果.因此,通过改变Al掺杂浓度,可改变间隙Li^(+)浓度及迁移通道结构,进而调节Li^(+)的迁移性能,提高LATP中的Li^(+)导电性能. 展开更多

Al掺杂对β-Ga_(2)O_(3)薄膜光学性质的影响研究

近年来,半导体器件向着高散热性、高击穿场强和低能耗的方向发展,因此超宽禁带半导体材料β-Ga_(2)O_(3)具有广阔的应用前景,而有效掺杂是实现β-Ga_(2)O_(3)器件的基础。实验采用磁控溅射法制备Ga_(2)O_(3)/Al/Ga_(2)O_(3)/Al/Ga_(2)O_... 近年来,半导体器件向着高散热性、高击穿场强和低能耗的方向发展,因此超宽禁带半导体材料β-Ga_(2)O_(3)具有广阔的应用前景,而有效掺杂是实现β-Ga_(2)O_(3)器件的基础。实验采用磁控溅射法制备Ga_(2)O_(3)/Al/Ga_(2)O_(3)/Al/Ga_(2)O_(3)复合结构,经高温退火使Al原子热扩散进入薄膜中,形成Al掺杂的β-Ga_(2)O_(3)薄膜。采用激光区熔法使薄膜区域熔化再结晶,进一步提升掺杂质量。对Al掺杂β-Ga_(2)O_(3)薄膜的晶体性质、杂质含量及光学性质进行了测试表征。结果表明:Al掺杂不改变β-Ga_(2)O_(3)薄膜的晶体结构;随着Al层溅射时间延长,掺杂含量逐渐增加;当Al溅射时间为5和10 s时,薄膜紫外吸收率分别为40%和50%;随着Al溅射时间的增加,Al掺杂β-Ga_(2)O_(3)薄膜紫外区域光吸收率逐渐增强,Al溅射时间为300 s时,β-Ga_(2)O_(3)薄膜的光吸收率接近90%;低浓度的Al掺杂会导致β-Ga_(2)O_(3)薄膜的禁带宽度变窄。 展开更多

镁合金基体超音速等离子喷涂Al-Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层组织与耐腐蚀性能研究

镁合金的耐腐蚀性能差,在工程应用中往往因腐蚀而发生失效,通过表面工程技术对镁合金进行表面改性或防护,是工程应用中采用的重要手段。本工作采用超音速等离子喷涂(Supersonic plasma spray,SPS)工艺在AZ61镁合金表面制备Al-Al_(2)O_(3... 镁合金的耐腐蚀性能差,在工程应用中往往因腐蚀而发生失效,通过表面工程技术对镁合金进行表面改性或防护,是工程应用中采用的重要手段。本工作采用超音速等离子喷涂(Supersonic plasma spray,SPS)工艺在AZ61镁合金表面制备Al-Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层,其中Al_(2)O_(3)的质量分数分别为30%、50%和70%(下文简称AA30、AA50、AA70)。研究了Al_(2)O_(3)含量对Al-Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层微观组织、孔隙率、电化学性能以及盐雾耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,涂层的表面呈现熔滴铺展堆叠形成的浪花状形貌,粉末熔化充分,涂层内部结合紧密,各涂层均由Al、α-Al_(2)O_(3)和γ-Al_(2)O_(3)三种物相组成。AA70涂层的孔隙率较AA30和AA50明显升高,达到了6.71%;电化学极化试验研究表明,各涂层比AZ61镁合金基体表现出更高的电极电位和较低的自腐蚀电流密度,AZ61镁合金基体自腐蚀电流密度为5.144 mA·m^(-2),而AA30、AA50和AA70的自腐蚀电流密度分别为2.950 mA·m^(-2)、3.084 mA·m^(-2)和2.496 mA·m^(-2),三种涂层相比母材AZ61表现出较低的电化学腐蚀速率。电化学阻抗测试结果表明,三种涂层的R ct达到了AZ61镁合金基体的两倍左右,显示出较低的阳极溶解活性。在盐雾试验中,AZ61镁合金基体产生大量的腐蚀产物和龟裂纹;涂层AA30和AA50由于腐蚀产物的积累产生了大量裂纹,在涂层与基体的界面处发生了电偶腐蚀,最终随着基体表面的腐蚀,涂层产生了剥落;涂层AA70腐蚀程度最小,表现出最佳的抗腐蚀性能。 展开更多

The properties of the combustion and deflagration to detonation transition(DDT)of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)/RDX hybrid nanocomposites,a type of potentially novel lead-free primary explosives,were tested in weakly confined conditions,and the interaction of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)nanothermite and RDX in the DDT process was studied in detail.Results show that the amount of the Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)nanothermite has a great effect on the DDT properties of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)/RDX nanocomposites.The addition of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)nanothermite to RDX apparently improves the firing properties of RDX.A small amount of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)nanothermite greatly increases the initial combustion velocity of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)/RDX nanocomposites,accelerating their DDT process.When the contents of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)nanothermite are less than 20 wt%,the DDT mechanisms of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)/RDX nanocomposites follow the distinct abrupt mode,and are consistent with that of RDX,though their DDT processes are different.The RDX added into the Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)nanothermite increases the latter's peak combustion velocity and makes it generate the DDT when the RDX content is at least 10 wt%.RDX plays a key role in the shock compressive combustion,the formation and the properties of the DDT in the flame propagation of nanocomposites.Compared with RDX,the fast DDT of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)/RDX nanocomposites could be obtained by adjusting the chemical constituents of nanocomposites. 展开更多

In this paper,the effect of the Si content on microstructure evolution,mechanical properties,and fracture behavior of the Al-xSi/AZ91D bimetallic composites prepared by compound casting was investigated systematically.The obtained results showed that all the Al-xSi/AZ91D bimetallic composites had a metallurgical reaction layer(MRL),whose thickness increased with increasing Si content for the hypoeutectic Al-Si/AZ91D composites,while the hypereutectic Al-Si/AZ91D composites were opposite.The MRL included eutectic layer(E layer),intermetallic compound layer(IMC layer)and transition region layer(T layer).In the IMC layer,the hypereutectic Al-Si/AZ91D composites contained some Si solid solution and flocculent Mg_(2)Si+Al-Mg IMCs phases not presented in the hypoeutectic Al-Si/AZ91D composites.Besides,increasing Si content,the thickness proportion of the T layer increased,forming an inconsistent preferred orientation of the MRL.The shear strengths of the Al-xSi/AZ91D bimetallic composites enhanced with increasing Si content,and the Al-15Si/AZ91D composite obtained a maximum shear strength of 58.6 MPa,which was 73.4% higher than the Al-6Si/AZ91D composite.The fractures of the Al-xSi/AZ91D bimetallic composites transformed from the T layer into the E layer with the increase of the Si content.The improvement of the shear strength of the Al-xSi/AZ91D bimetallic composites was attributed to the synergistic action of the Mg_(2)Si particle reinforcement,the reduction of oxidizing inclusions and the ratio of Al-Mg IMCs as well as the orientation change of the MRL. 展开更多

A ternary system of PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)is constructed by incorporating PTFE-based reactive material and thermite for enhancing the energy release of the PTFE-based reactive material.The effects of Bi_(2)O_(3)in the PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)on both mechanical properties and the energy release were investigated through various tests such as thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry,adiabatic oxygen bomb test and split Hopkinson pressure bar test.The microstructure observed through scanning electron microscope and Xray diffraction results are used to analyze the ignition and reaction mechanism of PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3).The results indicate that the PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)are capable of triggering the exothermic reaction of molten PTFE/Bi_(2)O_(3)and Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)over the PTFE/Al reactive materials,thereby promoting reactions.The excessive aluminum in the ternary system is beneficial for increasing energy release.The ignition of shock-induced chemical reactions in PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)is closely related to the material fracture.The dominant mechanism for hot-spot generation under Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar test is the frictional temperature rise at the microcrack after failure. 展开更多

Al<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub>/MoS<sub>2</sub> nanocomposite has been synthesized through electrochemical method and characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy, XRD, SEM and EDAX data. UV-Visible spectroscopy measurements reveal that the Al<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub>/MoS<sub>2</sub> nanocomposite has maximum absorption at 353.04 nm and this peak position reflects the band gap of particles and it is found to be 2.51 eV which was calculated using Tauc plot. X-Ray diffraction (XRD) reveals crystaline size to be 49.85 nm which was calculated using Williamson-Hall (W-H) plot method. Photocatalytic degradation of acetic acid, chloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid has been studied by volumetric method using NaOH solution. Photocatalytic degradation of chloroacetic acid and acetic acid follows first order kinetics. The photodegradation efficiency for Al<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub>/MoS<sub>2</sub> nanocomposite was found to be ≈97.8%. A Taft linear free energy relationship is noted for the catalysed reaction with ρ* = 0.233 and indicating electron withdrawing groups enhance the rate. An isokinetic relation is observed with β = 358 K indicating that enthalpy factor controls the reaction rate. The result of this paper suggests the possibility of degradation of organic compounds, industrial effluants and toxic organic compounds by photodegradation process by ecofriendly Al<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub>/ MoS<sub>2</sub>. The antibacterial activity of Al<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub>/MoS<sub>2</sub> nanocomposite was investigated. These particles were shown to have an effective bactericide. 展开更多

Two Al2O3/Cu composites containing 0.24 wt.% Al2O3 and 0.60 wt.% Al2O3 separately are prepared by internal oxidation. Effects of sliding speed and pressure on the frictional characteristics of the composites and copper against brass are investigated and compared. The changes in morphology of the sliding surface and subsurface are examined with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrum (EDS). The results show that the wear resistance of the Al2O3/Cu composites is superior to that of copper under the same conditions, Under a given electrical current, the wear rate of Al2O3/Cu composites decreases as the Al2O3-content increases, However, the wear rates of the Al2O3/Cu composites and copper increase as the sliding speed and pressure increase under dry sliding condition. The main wear mechanisms for Al2O3/Cu composites are of abrasion and adhesion; for copper, it is adhesion, although wear by oxidation and electrical erosion can also be observed as the speed and pressure rise. 展开更多

A Y2O3 particle enhanced Ni/TiC composite coating was fabricated in-situ on a TC4 Ti alloy by laser surface cladding. The phase component, microstructure, composition distribution and properties of the composite layer were investigated. The composite layer has graded microstructures and compositions, due to the fast melting followed by rapid solidification and cooling during laser cladding. The TiC powders are completely dissolved into the melted layer during melting and segregated as fine dendrites when solidified. The size of TiC dendrites decreases with increasing depth. Y2O3 fine particles distribute in the whole clad layer. The Y2O3 particle enhanced Ni/TiC composite layer has a quite uniform hardness along depth with a maximum value of HV1380, which is 4 times higher than the initial hardness. The wear resistance of the Ti alloy is significantly improved after laser cladding due to the high hardness of the composite coating. 展开更多

The deformation behaviors of Al2O3/Al composites were investigated by compressive tests conducted at temperature of 300-450 °C and strain rates of 0.001-1.0 s-1 with Gleeble-1500 D thermal simulator system. The results show that the flow stress increases with increasing strain rate and decreasing temperature. The hyperbolic sine constitutive equation can describe the flow stress behavior of Al2O3/Al composites, and the deformation activation energy and constitutive equations were calculated. The processing maps of Al2O3/Al-2 μm and Al2O3/Al-1 μm composites at strain of 0.6 were obtained and the optimum processing domains are in ranges of 300-330 °C, 0.007-0.03 s-1 and 335-360 °C, 0.015-0.06 s-1 for hot working, respectively. The instability zones of flow behavior can also be recognized by the maps. 展开更多

(TiB2+Al2O3)/NiAl composites were synthesized by self-propagation high-temperature synthesis, and their phase compositions, microstructures and evolution modes were studied. The microstructures and shapes vary with the TiB2+Al2O3 content in the NiAl matrix. TiB2 particles take a great variety of elementary shapes such as white bars, plates, herringbones, regular cubes and cuboids. These results outline a strategy of self-assembly processes in real time to build diversified microstructures. Some TiB2 grains in sizes of 2-5μm are embeded in Al2O3 clusters, while a small number of TiB2 particles disperse in the NiAl matrix. It is believed that the higher the TiB2+Al2O3 content is, the more the regular shapes and homogeneous distributions of TiB2 and Al2O3 will be present in the NiAl matrix. 展开更多
