熔池流动行为对镀层元素在焊缝中的分布起决定性作用.采用建立激光焊熔池三维瞬态数值模型的方法,分析AlSi镀层22MnB5高强度钢激光焊的熔池流动行为及其对焊缝中Al元素分布的影响规律.在焊接试验中,根据能谱仪对焊接接头的扫描数据验证... 熔池流动行为对镀层元素在焊缝中的分布起决定性作用.采用建立激光焊熔池三维瞬态数值模型的方法,分析AlSi镀层22MnB5高强度钢激光焊的熔池流动行为及其对焊缝中Al元素分布的影响规律.在焊接试验中,根据能谱仪对焊接接头的扫描数据验证数值模型的可靠性.结合模拟结果与试验结果对激光焊熔池流动行为及焊缝Al元素分布规律进行研究.结果表明,根据激光焊热输入与功率密度阈值的不同,熔池形貌呈现无匙孔、未完全贯穿匙孔和完全贯穿匙孔3种特征,并存有不同的温度场、流场、流速和稳定性.无匙孔熔池由于流速分布均匀,涡流产生较少,稳定性最好.镀层Al元素在焊接接头上下焊趾区域易产生偏聚,较之上表面镀层,下表面镀层进入熔池后Al元素偏聚现象更明显.因此,上部Al元素均质化分布显著优于下部. 展开更多

为了提升Fe-Si-Al软磁粉芯的抗饱和性能,解决高频下产生较大的磁损耗等问题,本研究利用Al3+水解法制备了氧化铝包覆小粒径Fe-Si-Al粉末制备软磁粉芯工艺,探究了铝源液中氧化铝含量和成型压强对软磁粉芯高频磁性能的影响。运用扫描电子... 为了提升Fe-Si-Al软磁粉芯的抗饱和性能,解决高频下产生较大的磁损耗等问题,本研究利用Al3+水解法制备了氧化铝包覆小粒径Fe-Si-Al粉末制备软磁粉芯工艺,探究了铝源液中氧化铝含量和成型压强对软磁粉芯高频磁性能的影响。运用扫描电子显微镜对经不同氧化铝含量的铝源液水解物包覆处理的Fe-Si-Al粉末表面形貌进行了表征,借助傅里叶红外光谱仪对包覆层成分进行分析。结果表明随着氧化铝含量增加,由包覆层引起的结构退磁场逐渐增大,软磁粉芯的有效磁导率减小,抗磁饱和性能改善;成型压强主要通过影响粉芯内部的气隙率和包覆层的质量来影响粉芯磁性能,压强越大,气隙率越小,有效磁导率越大,但压强过大会破坏粉末表面包覆层,恶化磁性能。经测定氧化铝含量为2.0 wt%、成型压强为1 860 MPa时获得的软磁粉芯的有效磁导率约为60;外加直流磁场强为8 000 A/m时,粉芯的有效磁导率百分比(%μe)高达63.84%;200 kHz/50 mT条件下磁损耗为235.7 mW/cm^(3)。 展开更多

为改善铝硅合金的摩擦学性能,以YL113铝硅合金为基体,喷涂功率、总气流量和喷涂距离为试验因素,显微硬度和孔隙率为考核指标,采用三因素三水平的正交试验法得到了超音速等离子喷涂Al-35Si-4Fe涂层的最佳制备工艺;研究了此工艺下涂层的... 为改善铝硅合金的摩擦学性能,以YL113铝硅合金为基体,喷涂功率、总气流量和喷涂距离为试验因素,显微硬度和孔隙率为考核指标,采用三因素三水平的正交试验法得到了超音速等离子喷涂Al-35Si-4Fe涂层的最佳制备工艺;研究了此工艺下涂层的摩擦学性能。结果表明:在喷涂功率65 kW,总气流量110 L min,喷涂距离95 mm时,涂层质量最佳,Al-35Si-4Fe涂层的显微硬度达到(465±24.4)HV_(0.2),涂层孔隙率为1.3%。试验条件下,Al-35Si-4Fe涂层的磨损机制以疲劳磨损为主,磨粒磨损为辅。Al-35Si-4Fe涂层的磨损率为1.88×10^(-4) mm^(3)(N·m),摩擦因数为0.37。优化后的Al-35Si-4Fe涂层能有效保护内部YL113铝硅合金,延长其使用寿命,并应对更加复杂的工况。 展开更多

Si-Al-Y co-deposition coatings were prepared on Ti-Al alloy by pack cementation processes at 1 050 ℃ for 4 h with different halide activators in the packs for enhancing the high temperature oxidation resistance of Ti-Al alloy. The structure, constituent phases, formation process and oxidation behavior of the coatings were investigated. The experimental results showed that the coatings prepared respectively with NaF and NH_4Cl as activators were composed of a(Ti, X)_5Si_4,(Ti, X)_5Si_3(X represents Nb and Cr), and TiSi_2 outer layer, a TiAl_2 inner layer and an Al-rich interdiffusion zone. However, the constituent phases changed into TiSi_2 in the outer layer and(Ti, X)_5Si_4 and(Ti, X)_5Si_3 phases were observed in the middle layer of the coating prepared with AlCl_3·6H_2O activator. Among the halide activators studied, the coating prepared with AlCl_3·6H_2O was thicker and denser, which is the only suitable activator for pack Si-Al-Y co-deposition coatings on a Ti-Al alloy. The oxidation results show that the coating can protect the Ti-Al alloy from oxidation at 1000 ℃ in air for at least 80 h. The excellent oxidation resistance of the coating is attributed to the formation of a dense scale mainly consisted of TiO_2, SiO_2 and Al_2O_3. 展开更多

A Si-Al-lr oxidation resistant coating was prepared for SiC coated carbon/carbon composites by slurry dipping. The phase composition, microstructure and oxidation resistance of the as-prepared Si-Al-lr coating were studied by XRD (X-ray diffraction), SEM (scanning electron microscopy), and isothermal oxidation test at 1773 K in air, respectively. The surface of the as-prepared Si-Al-lr coating was dense and the thickness was approximately 100 um. Its anti-oxidation property was superior to that of the inner SiC coating. The weight loss of SiC/Si- Al-lr coated carbon/carbon composites was less than 5 wt. pct after oxidation at 1773 K in air for 79 h. The local oxidation defects in the coating may result in the failure of the SiC/Si-Al-Ir coating. 展开更多

To improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys, a 5 kW continuous wave CO2 laser was used to investigate the laser surface cladding on AZ31 B magnesium alloys with Al-Si/Al2O3-TiO2 composite powders. A detailed microstructure, chemical composition, and phase analysis of the composite coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The laser cladding shows good metallurgical bonding with the substrate. The composite coatings are composed of Mgl7Al12, Al3Mg2, Mg2Si, Al2O3, and TiO2 phases. Compared to the average microhardness (50HV0.05) of the AZ3 1 B substrate, that of the composite coatings (230HV0.05) is improved significantly. The wear resistances of the surface layers were evaluated in detail. The results demonstrate that the wear resistances of the laser surface-modified samples are considerably improved compared to the substrate. It also show that the composite coatings exhibit better corrosion resistance than that of the substrate in 3.5wt% NaCI solution. 展开更多

The halide-activated pack cementation method is utilized to codeposit aluminum and silicon on Mo substrate. Emphasis is placed on the microstructure and elevated-temperature oxidation resistance of coatings. The results show that hexagonal Mo(Si, Al)2 as a main phase and a little amount of the lower disilicide Mo5Si3 was formed on Mo substrate through the halide-activated pack cementation method. The resultant Si-Al coating on Mo substrate exhibits excellent cyclic oxidation resistance. The excellent cyclic oxidation resistance of the coatings is attributed to the formation of alumina on the coatings during the oxidation. 展开更多

Optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray Diffraction(XRD) were used to study the effects of rare earth on the microstructural characteristics of 55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si hot -dip coatings on steel.The results of OM,SEM and EDS showed that by adding RE into the 55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si bath,the saw-toothed shape of intermetallic reaction layer of coating became smooth,and the thickness of the overlay and intermetallic reaction layer decreased.The XRD results revealed that the intermetallic reaction layer was comprised of two different regions,a bright phase closest to the steel substrate with phases of Fe_2Al_3 and a dark phase closest to the metallic coating with phases of FeAl_3/α-Fe-Al-Si. 展开更多

使用可调环形光斑光纤激光焊接工艺,对铝硅镀层22MnB5钢进行激光拼焊,研究了中心激光束和环形激光束不同功率配比对焊缝宏观形貌、显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,中心激光束和环形激光束的配比对焊缝熔宽的影响较小,当两者配比为1... 使用可调环形光斑光纤激光焊接工艺,对铝硅镀层22MnB5钢进行激光拼焊,研究了中心激光束和环形激光束不同功率配比对焊缝宏观形貌、显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,中心激光束和环形激光束的配比对焊缝熔宽的影响较小,当两者配比为1∶1时,焊缝表面的塌陷量最小。随着环形激光束功率的增大,焊缝中心区域的硬度值先增大后减小,当中心激光束和环形激光束的激光功率均为1500 W时,取得最大值为448.5 HV。当中心激光束功率为2000 W、环形激光束功率为0 W时,硬度值最小,为310.2 HV。在环形光斑激光作用区域,熔合线边缘会产生条带状铁素体,拉伸形变过程中裂纹在铁素体处萌生扩展,是焊接接头失效的主要原因。当中心激光束和环形激光束功率均为1500 W时,接头抗拉强度和延伸率最高,接头断裂在焊缝熔合线附近;当中心激光束功率小于环形激光束功率时,焊缝裂纹从焊缝上边缘熔合线开始萌生;当中心激光束功率大于等于环形激光束功率时,裂纹由下边缘熔合线处萌生。 展开更多

The fatigue behavior of press hardened Al-Si coated high strength steel has been investigated,and the fatigue strength turns out to be about 1 000 MPa.Surface morphology of fractured and non-fractured specimen has been observed,and the coating shows significant influence on the fatigue behavior.The difference of elastic modulus between coating and substrate led to the main cracks perpendicular to the loading direction.The coating close to fracture exfoliated thinly,while the coating far away from the fracture kept integrated.Though the specimen was polished to obtain high surface quality,3 types of cracks occurred during the fatigue test.What’s more,inclusion particles were proved to play a crucial role in causing these cracks. 展开更多
