Different amounts of AlON have been introduced in calcium hexaaluminate(CA_(6)) using two approaches, that is, one-step and twostep methods, to improve the slag resistance of CA_(6). A one-step method can directly sinter the mixtures combining Al_(2)O_(3), CaCO_(3), and Al in flowing nitrogen, in which AlON clusters are always formed because of the poor wettability of Al by Al_(2)O_(3), leading to the high porosity of CA_(6)/AlON composite. In a two-step method, CA_(6)and AlON are prepared separately and then mixed and sintered in flowing nitrogen. Compared with the sample prepared by the one-step method, CA_(6)and AlON in composite by the two-step method are more uniformly distributed,and the optimized amount of AlON added is 10wt%. The slag corrosion and penetration test shows that the CA_(6)/AlON composite using the two-step method exhibits superior slag corrosion protection. The promoted effect of AlON on slag penetration and corrosion resistance is also discussed. 展开更多

Tribological Behavior of MC Nylon6 Composites Filled with Glass Fiber and Flyash 被引量:5

To improve tribological property of MC Nylon6, the glass fiber and fly ash reinforced monomer casting nylon compogites (GFFAPA) were prepared by anionic polymerization of e-caprolactam. The friction and wear behaviors of composites under dry condition, water lubrication and oil lubrication were investigated through a ring-black wear tester. Worn surfaces were analyzed using a scanning electron microscope. The experimental results show that the tensile strength and hardness of nylon composites are obviously improved with reinforcement increasing. Compared to MC nylon, the lowest friction coefficient and wear rate of glass fiber reinforced nylon composites (GFPA) with GF30% respectively decrease by 33.1% and 65.3%, of fly ash reinforced nylon composites (FAPA) with FA20% decrease by 5.2% and 68.9% and of GFFAPA composites with GF30% and FA10% decrease by 57.8% and 89.9%. The main wear mechanisms of FAPA composites are adhesive and abrasive wear and of GFPA composites with high proportion are abrasive and fatigue wear. The wom surfaces of GFFAPA composites are much multiplex and the optional distributing glass fiber and fly ash have a synergetic effect on the wear resistance for GFFAPA composites. Compared with dry friction, the friction coefficient and wear rate under oil lubricated conditions decrease sharply while the latter reversely increase under water lubricated conditions. The wear mechanisms under water lubricated condition are principally chemical corrosion wear and abrasive wear and they become boundary friction under oil lubricated condition. 展开更多

Poor ductility is the primary concern of magnesium matrix composites(MMCs)inflicted by non-deformable ceramic particle reinforcements.Metal particles which melt at elevated temperature can be used as reinforcement to improve the deformation characteristics.Ti-6Al-4V particles reinforced AZ31 MMCs were produced through friction stir processing(FSP)which was carried out in a traditional vertical milling machine.The microstructural features as well as the response to external tensile load were explored.A homogenous distribution of Ti-6Al-4V was achieved at every part of the stir zone.There was no chemical decomposition of Ti-6Al-4V.Further,Ti-6Al-4V did not react with Al and Zn present in AZ31 alloy to form new compounds.A continuous strong interface was obtained around Ti-6Al-4V particle with the matrix.Ti-6Al-4V particles underwent breakage during processing due to severe plastic strain.There was a remarkable refinement of grains in the composite caused by dynamic recrystallization in addition to the pinning of smaller size broken particles.Dense dislocations were observed in the matrix because of plastic deformation and the associated strain misfit.Ti-6Al-4V particles improved the tensile behavior and assisted to obtain appreciable deformation before fracture.Brittle mode of failure was avoided. 展开更多

针对空气过滤纤维材料的过滤效率、阻力和使用寿命难以平衡的问题,采用多喷头静电纺丝技术,制备了不同直径、形貌纤维及不同纤维沉积顺序的聚酰胺6/聚苯乙烯(PA6/PS)复合纳米纤维膜,测试了复合膜的平均孔径及孔隙率,建立了纤维结构与过... 针对空气过滤纤维材料的过滤效率、阻力和使用寿命难以平衡的问题,采用多喷头静电纺丝技术,制备了不同直径、形貌纤维及不同纤维沉积顺序的聚酰胺6/聚苯乙烯(PA6/PS)复合纳米纤维膜,测试了复合膜的平均孔径及孔隙率,建立了纤维结构与过滤效率及阻力的构效关系;结合扫描电镜表征探讨了不同形貌、直径纤维的叠加次序对过滤寿命及细颗粒物沉积行为的影响,系统研究了过滤风速、细颗粒物尺寸对过滤性能的影响。结果表明:在5.33 cm/s的风速下,以多喷头静电纺丝方式制备的PA6/PS复合膜具有更好的抵抗风速变化的能力,在长期使用中阻力增加较缓慢,其具有93.13%的过滤效率,30.67 Pa的过滤阻力和0.0889 Pa-1的品质因子,综合过滤性能优于同等条件下H10等级(过滤效率>90%)的商业玻璃纤维过滤膜。 展开更多

深入探讨了玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺6在焊机外壳应用中的性能表现,并基于ANSYS软件平台,进行了静力学仿真和落球冲击仿真分析,旨在揭示玻纤含量、玻纤长径比以及玻纤取向等关键参数对焊机外壳性能的影响。静力学分析显示,当外壳承受2500 N的... 深入探讨了玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺6在焊机外壳应用中的性能表现,并基于ANSYS软件平台,进行了静力学仿真和落球冲击仿真分析,旨在揭示玻纤含量、玻纤长径比以及玻纤取向等关键参数对焊机外壳性能的影响。静力学分析显示,当外壳承受2500 N的拉力时,玻纤含量的增加对焊机外壳应力强度的影响较小,但能够降低了外壳变形程度。当玻纤质量分数超过25%时,等效应力趋于稳定(约51 MPa)。此外,玻纤的取向对焊机外壳性能具有显著影响。当纤维沿X轴和Z轴取向且各占50%时(方向向量为a2),外壳的等效应力达54.6 MPa,同时变形量最小,仅为0.5 mm,这一性能与玻纤质量分数为40%的外壳相当。而玻纤长径比的增加对等效应力的影响并不显著,但有助于减少变形。进一步,通过落球冲击分析发现,随着玻纤含量的增加,外壳的等效应力逐渐增大,变形逐渐减小,这一趋势与静力学分析结果高度一致。当玻纤质量分数低于20%时,焊机外壳在冲击下易出现破裂;然而,当玻纤质量分数为20%~35%时,外壳表现出了优异的冲击性能,未出现开裂现象。 展开更多

The precursor fiber was prepared under the optimized parameter, and the composites were made using the vacuum hot pressure method. The influence of heat exposure time on products of thelinterfacial reaction was investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and analytical transmission electron microscope (TEM) with energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The main products are TiC and Ti5Si3 after vacuum exposing the samples at 700℃ for 50 h. The growth dynamics of interracial reaction products was analyzed quantitatively, which fitted the parabola rule. The activity energy of the reaction was 252 kJ·mol^-1. 展开更多

为研究Al_(2)O_(3)粒度对CA_(6)轻质陶瓷材料结构与性能的影响,本文以平均粒径分别为80、61、45和38μm的α-Al_(2)O_(3)为氧化铝源,以平均粒径为15μm的轻质碳酸钙为氧化钙源,采用发泡法结合原位烧成工艺,经1550℃保温5 h烧成后获得CA_... 为研究Al_(2)O_(3)粒度对CA_(6)轻质陶瓷材料结构与性能的影响,本文以平均粒径分别为80、61、45和38μm的α-Al_(2)O_(3)为氧化铝源,以平均粒径为15μm的轻质碳酸钙为氧化钙源,采用发泡法结合原位烧成工艺,经1550℃保温5 h烧成后获得CA_(6)轻质陶瓷材料,研究不同粒度的Al_(2)O_(3)原料对其物相组成、显微结构和物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着α-Al_(2)O_(3)粒度的减小,CA_(6)轻质陶瓷的线收缩率、体积密度和热导率逐渐变小,显气孔率增大,压缩强度呈先增大后减小的趋势。综合考虑,以平均粒径为45μm的α-Al_(2)O_(3)为氧化铝源所制试样的综合性能较佳,更能满足使用需求,其显气孔率、热导率和压缩强度分别为87.8%、0.149 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)和0.29 MPa。 展开更多

Influence of Plastic and Coconut Shell (Cocos nucifera L.) on the Physico-Mechanical Properties of the 8/6 Composite Rafter

In this paper, the authors aim to propose the use of waste plastics as a binder in a coconut shell reinforcement for the development of an 8/6 size composite rafter to replace the natural 8/6 size backbone in construction. Following a study into the choice of the best proportions, a total of 30 size 8/6 composite rafters with different proportions of 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40% and 50% plastic content were developed. All the 8/6 composite rafters were subjected to mechanical (3-point bending strength and Monnin hardness) and physical (bulk density and water absorption) characterization analyses. The results show that flexural strength increases from 27.56 MPa to 33.30 MPa for proportions ranging from 20% to 35% plastic content. Above 35% plastic, the strength drops to 19.60 MPa for a 50% plastic content. Similarly, the Monnin hardness drops from 9 mm to 5 mm when the plastic content varies from 20 to 50%. As for the results of the physical characterisation, the values obtained for apparent density vary from 0.89 to 1 for proportions varying from 20% to 35% plastic content and drop to 0.94 for 50% plastic content. As for water absorption, values drop from 6.82% to 2.45% when the plastic content increases from 20% to 50%. These mechanical strengths stabilise at 35% plastic content. The development of an 8/6 chevron composite material based on plastic and coconut shell could therefore be a way of recovering waste and solving the problem of deforestation. 展开更多

为明确鄂尔多斯盆地油房庄北部有利相带和优质储层发育区,推进鄂尔多斯盆地探明储量的进一步扩大,通过岩心薄片观察、岩石矿物成分分析测定等多种手段开展油房庄北部重点层段长6油层组储层的碎屑颗粒组成、填隙物组分等关键特征要素研究... 为明确鄂尔多斯盆地油房庄北部有利相带和优质储层发育区,推进鄂尔多斯盆地探明储量的进一步扩大,通过岩心薄片观察、岩石矿物成分分析测定等多种手段开展油房庄北部重点层段长6油层组储层的碎屑颗粒组成、填隙物组分等关键特征要素研究,并在此基础上分析长6油层组储层的重、轻矿物分布规律,进而探讨物源的指示意义以及油气耦合关系,以期补充该地区关于储层岩石学和物源分析的科研成果.经分析,长6砂岩储层主要为长石砂岩,并见少量岩屑长石砂岩;填隙物的类型多、含量变化大,主要包括黏土胶结物、碳酸盐类胶结物、硅质胶结物等;粒级分布以细砂为主,颗粒磨圆为次棱角状,颗粒分选中等以上占主体;胶结类型以薄膜-孔隙型和孔隙-薄膜型、孔隙型、薄膜型、加大-孔隙型胶结为主.长6砂岩储层标准偏差对粒度平均值图解和重矿物组合、轻矿物组分都揭示了长6油层组时期研究区主要受东北方向物源影响,发育了多期叠置的三角洲前缘水下分流河道砂体,并且由于长距离搬运效应,残余粒间孔、长石溶孔较为发育,长石、绿泥石和高岭石的矿物组合在一定程度上提升了研究区的储层物性,并增加了低阻油藏的渗透性.长61和长62的水下分流河道砂体为研究区的优质储层发育区. 展开更多

Unidirectional Tungsten filament (W_f) reinforced pure Al,Al-6Ti-6Nb and SiC_p-Al-6Ti-6Nb matrix composites were prepared by hot-pressing in vacuum atmosphere,their microstructure and room temperature mechanical properties were investigated. It was indicated that no reaction products appeared at W_f/Al interfaces in pure Al matrix composites. While, in W_f/Al-6Ti-6Nb and W_f/SiCp-Al-6Ti-6Nb,intermetallic WAl_4 interfacial reaction products formed. Much better strengthening effect from W filament was shown in the W_f/Al-6Ti-6Nb and W_f/SiCp-Al-6Ti-6Nb composites than in the pure Al matrix composite. Their strength reached 319 and 339MPa, respectively, with only a small content of W_f(<5Vol.%). The excellent reinforcement effects could be predominantly attributed to the strong W_f/Al interfacial bonding strength due to the interfacial reaction. 展开更多

Based on the unified Hauser–Feshbach and exciton model,which can describe the particle emission processes between discrete energy levels with energy,angular momentum,and parity conservations,a statistical theory of light nucleus reaction(STLN)is developed to calculate the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing neutron and light charged particles for the proton-induced^(6) Li reaction.A significant difference is observed between the p+^(6) Li and p+^(7) Li reactions owing to the discrepancies in the energy-level structures of the targets.The reaction channels,including sequential and simultaneous emission processes,are analyzed in detail.Taking the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton as an example,the influence of contaminations(such as^(1) H,^(7)Li,^(12)C,and^(16)O)on the target is identified in terms of the kinetic energy of the first emitted particles.The optical potential parameters of the proton are obtained by fitting the elastic scattering differential cross-sections.The calculated total double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton and deuteron at E_(p)=14 MeV agree well with the experimental data for different outgoing angles.Simultaneously,the mixed double differential cross-sections of^(3) He andαare in good agreement with the measurements.The agreement between the measured data and calculated results indicates that the two-body and three-body breakup reactions need to be considered,and the pre-equilibrium reaction mechanism dominates the reaction processes.Based on the STLN model,a PLUNF code for the p+^(6) Li reaction is developed to obtain an ENDF-6-formatted file of the double-differential cross-sections of the nucleon and light composite charged particles. 展开更多

The as-cast amorphous Ti_(48)Zr_(27)Cu_(6)Nb_(5)Be_(14)composites,comprising in situ formedβ-Ti ductile crystalline precipitates,were prepared by water cooled copper mold suction casting.Then,the semi-solid composites were obtained after the as-cast composites were treated by semi-solid isothermal treatment.The microstructure evolution and kinetics of the composites were examined.Results show that the microstructures of both the as-cast and semi-solid composites comprise ofβ-Ti crystal phases and amorphous matrix phases.Before and after treatment,the crystals evolve from fine granular or fine dendritic crystals to coarse crystals.As the treatment temperature increasing or the time prolonging,the average crystal size gradually increases and the surface morphology of the crystals gradually becomes regular.By studying the microstructural evolution and dynamics during the isothermal treatment process,it is found that the final morphology ofβ-Ti crystals is influenced by the isothermal treatment temperature and time(t),and theβ-Ti evolution rate increases with an increase in treatment temperature.In addition,a linear relationship was observed between the size of cubicβ-Ti crystals(D^(3))and t;the growth kinetics factor K is 3.8μm^(3)·s^(-1).As the K value closes to 4μm^(3)·s^(-1),it is inferred the morphology evolution ofβ-Ti crystals is a coarsening behavior controlled by the diffusion of solute elements. 展开更多

Many researchers have shown interest in the reinforcement of commodity thermoplastic with natural fibers. However, the drawback of natural fibers is their low thermal processing temperatures, that border around 200℃. In this investigation, we tried to improve the thermal stability of natural fibers with the use of flexible epoxy surface coating that could facilitate processing with engineering thermoplastics. Jute fabric and Polyamide 6 (PA6) composites were prepared by compression molding. The thermal decomposition characteristics of the jute fabric were evaluated by using thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA). Mechanical analysis was conducted to evaluate tensile test and three point bending test of composite. It was found that thermal degradation resistance of jute fabric was improved by coating with flexible epoxy resin. Moreover, the flexural modulus improved with increasing curative concentration. The interfacial interaction between the epoxy and PA6 was clearly indicated by the photo micrographs of the polished cross sections of the coated and uncoated jute fabric/PA6 composites. 展开更多

通过改变四正辛基溴化铵(TOABr)用量和Cs/Pb摩尔比,在室温下采用一步单溶剂法成功制备出单斜相CsPbBr_(3)和六方相Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)两种相结构可调的钙钛矿纳米晶.研究发现,当TOABr浓度较低时(Cs/Pb/Br=1∶1∶4),体系中主要生成了单斜相的... 通过改变四正辛基溴化铵(TOABr)用量和Cs/Pb摩尔比,在室温下采用一步单溶剂法成功制备出单斜相CsPbBr_(3)和六方相Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)两种相结构可调的钙钛矿纳米晶.研究发现,当TOABr浓度较低时(Cs/Pb/Br=1∶1∶4),体系中主要生成了单斜相的CsPbBr_(3)纳米立方块,该立方块主要经历了快速成核、尺寸分布聚焦生长和Ostwald熟化生长3个阶段,最终尺寸为(11.8±1.6)nm.随着TOABr用量的增加,Br^(-)与Pb^(2+)结合形成[PbBr_(3)]^(-)和少量的[PbBr_(4)]^(2-)络合物,两种络合物相互竞争.在成核期和生长早期体系中[PbBr_(3)]^(-)占主导,因而形成大量的CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶,随着反应的进行,体系中过量的Br^(-)会与纳米晶中的Pb相互作用,导致CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶部分转变为具有六边形形状的Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)纳米晶,同时[PbBr_(4)]^(2-)络合物的存在使得Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)纳米晶继续长大,最终形成以CsPbBr_(3)为发光中心的CsPbBr_(3)-Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)复合纳米晶.只有当TOABr用量为0.32 mmol时所得的CsPbBr_(3)-Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)复合纳米晶其光学性能和稳定性表现最佳.在此浓度下改变Cs/Pb摩尔比只影响CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶和Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)纳米晶在体系中的相对含量,当Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)纳米晶含量较高时其荧光强度和稳定性相对较差.该工作对低温可控合成高效稳定的铯铅卤钙钛矿纳米晶提供一定思路. 展开更多
