During the summit, the Chinese Embassy in Belgium with the embassies of Brazil,Russia, India, and South Africa in Belgium jointly held “The BRICS Film Festival” at the China Cultural Center in Brussels from September 5 to 9,2017, playing altogether ten excellent films from the five countries and presenting a film world with diversified cultures.The Clown (2012)The film tells the story of clowns Benjamin and Valdemar, a father and his son. They make a living and performing across the country with a circus, without a fixed address, social security number and no ID.
