The crystal structure was determined by X ray diffraction method and the chemical formula weight of the complex is 267.34. and the crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c and cell parameters: a=2.0292(8)nm, b=0.7283(4)nm, c=0.7540(4)nm; β=94.15(1)°, V=1.1115(9)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.598 g·cm-3, μ=0.0663mm-1, F(000)=552. Thecomplex is a lamellar compound of infinite expansion. In addition, the complex has been tested for its antibacterial active. The average diameter of complex antibacterial activing cycle: colibacillus is 9mm, pseudomonas aeruginosa is 8mm. CCDC: 194630.展开更多

The crystal structure ...The novel copper?complex with salicylaldehyde benzoylhydrazone and pyridine ligands, Cu(C14H10N2O2)(C5H5N), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of the title complex has been determined by single crystal X ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.6362(9)nm, b=1.7140(9)nm, c=1.2255(7)nm, β=105.168(9)°, V=3.317(3)nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.525g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=1.334mm-1, F(000)=1560. The structure wasrefined to final R1=0.0376, wR2=0.0909. The copper?ion lies in a distorted square planar environment composed of two oxygen atoms, one nitrogen atom of tridentate acyhydrazone Schiff base ligand and one nitrogen atom of the pyridine ligand. 文摘2013年,从秦皇岛野鸟林鹬体内分离到一株H10N7亚型禽流感病毒(AIV),命名为A/Wood Sandpiper/Qinhuangdao/660-662/2013(H10N7)[简称WSP/QHD/660-662/2013(H10N7)]。本研究对该分离株的全基因序列进行测定,并对其进行致病性研究。基因组序列分析表明:该病毒的HA蛋白裂解位点为334PELMQGRGL343,属于低致病性AIV的分子特征,其HA基因与A/Duck/Hunan/S11205/2012(H10N3)的相似性达到97.90%,NA基因与A/Domestic Duck/Republic of Georgia/1/2010(H10N7)的相似性达到97.46%,内部基因与H9N2等多亚型AIV的相应基因节段具有较高的相似性,推测该分离株可能为一株多亚型流感病毒的重组株。对动物致病性试验结果显示:该病毒可以感染哺乳动物模型BALB/c小鼠,并且仅能够在鼠的肺脏和鼻甲骨粘膜上皮细胞中复制,表明该病毒分离株对小鼠也呈现低致病性。
