Due to ever-growing soccer data collection approaches and progressing artificial intelligence(AI) methods, soccer analysis, evaluation, and decision-making have received increasing interest from not only the professio...Due to ever-growing soccer data collection approaches and progressing artificial intelligence(AI) methods, soccer analysis, evaluation, and decision-making have received increasing interest from not only the professional sports analytics realm but also the academic AI research community. AI brings gamechanging approaches for soccer analytics where soccer has been a typical benchmark for AI research. The combination has been an emerging topic. In this paper, soccer match analytics are taken as a complete observation-orientation-decision-action(OODA) loop.In addition, as in AI frameworks such as that for reinforcement learning, interacting with a virtual environment enables an evolving model. Therefore, both soccer analytics in the real world and virtual domains are discussed. With the intersection of the OODA loop and the real-virtual domains, available soccer data, including event and tracking data, and diverse orientation and decisionmaking models for both real-world and virtual soccer matches are comprehensively reviewed. Finally, some promising directions in this interdisciplinary area are pointed out. It is claimed that paradigms for both professional sports analytics and AI research could be combined. Moreover, it is quite promising to bridge the gap between the real and virtual domains for soccer match analysis and decision-making.展开更多

T...A dissertation is a research report or scientific paper written by an author to obtain a certain degree. It reflects postgraduates’ research achievements and the educational quality of an institute, even a country. To construct an optimized quality evaluation system for postgraduate dissertation (QESPD), we summarized the influencing factors and invited 10 experienced specialists to rate and prioritize them based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Four primary indicators (innovation, integrity, scientificity and normativity) and 16 sub-indicators were selected to form the evaluation system. The order of primary indicators by weight, was innovation (0.4269), scientificity (0.2807), integrity (0.1728) and normativity (0.1196). The top five sub-dimensions were theoretical originality, scientific value, data reliability, design rationality and evidence credibility. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system, a case study was performed. In the case study, it was demonstrated that the established two-index-hierarchy QESPD in this study was a more scientific and reasonable evaluation system worthy of promotion and application.展开更多

This paper analyses the bending of rectangular orthotropic plates on a Winkler elastic foundation.Appropriate definition of symplectic inner product and symplectic space formed by generalized displacements establish d...This paper analyses the bending of rectangular orthotropic plates on a Winkler elastic foundation.Appropriate definition of symplectic inner product and symplectic space formed by generalized displacements establish dual variables and dual equations in the symplectic space.The operator matrix of the equation set is proven to be a Hamilton operator matrix.Separation of variables and eigenfunction expansion creates a basis for analyzing the bending of rectangular orthotropic plates on Winkler elastic foundation and obtaining solutions for plates having any boundary condition.There is discussion of symplectic eigenvalue problems of orthotropic plates under two typical boundary conditions,with opposite sides simply supported and opposite sides clamped.Transcendental equations of eigenvalues and symplectic eigenvectors in analytical form given.Analytical solutions using two examples are presented to show the use of the new methods described in this paper.To verify the accuracy and convergence,a fully simply supported plate that is fully and simply supported under uniformly distributed load is used to compare the classical Navier method,the Levy method and the new method.Results show that the new technique has good accuracy and better convergence speed than other methods,especially in relation to internal forces.A fully clamped rectangular plate on Winkler foundation is solved to validate application of the new methods,with solutions compared to those produced by the Galerkin method.展开更多
The advent of healthcare information management systems(HIMSs)continues to produce large volumes of healthcare data for patient care and compliance and regulatory requirements at a global scale.Analysis of this big da...The advent of healthcare information management systems(HIMSs)continues to produce large volumes of healthcare data for patient care and compliance and regulatory requirements at a global scale.Analysis of this big data allows for boundless potential outcomes for discovering knowledge.Big data analytics(BDA)in healthcare can,for instance,help determine causes of diseases,generate effective diagnoses,enhance Qo S guarantees by increasing efficiency of the healthcare delivery and effectiveness and viability of treatments,generate accurate predictions of readmissions,enhance clinical care,and pinpoint opportunities for cost savings.However,BDA implementations in any domain are generally complicated and resource-intensive with a high failure rate and no roadmap or success strategies to guide the practitioners.In this paper,we present a comprehensive roadmap to derive insights from BDA in the healthcare(patient care)domain,based on the results of a systematic literature review.We initially determine big data characteristics for healthcare and then review BDA applications to healthcare in academic research focusing particularly on No SQL databases.We also identify the limitations and challenges of these applications and justify the potential of No SQL databases to address these challenges and further enhance BDA healthcare research.We then propose and describe a state-of-the-art BDA architecture called Med-BDA for healthcare domain which solves all current BDA challenges and is based on the latest zeta big data paradigm.We also present success strategies to ensure the working of Med-BDA along with outlining the major benefits of BDA applications to healthcare.Finally,we compare our work with other related literature reviews across twelve hallmark features to justify the novelty and importance of our work.The aforementioned contributions of our work are collectively unique and clearly present a roadmap for clinical administrators,practitioners and professionals to successfully implement BDA initiatives in their organizations.展开更多

The time dependent analytical solution for substrate, enzyme-substrate complex and product concentrations are presented by solving system of non-linear differential equation. We employ He’s Homotopy perturbation method to solve the coupled non-linear differential equations containing a non-linear term related to basic enzymatic reaction. The time dependent simple analytical expressions for substrate, enzyme-substrate and free enzyme concentrations have been derived in terms of dimensionless reaction diffusion parameters ε, λ1, λ2 and λ3 using perturbation method. The numerical solution of the problem is also reported using SCILAB software program. The analytical results are compared with our numerical results. An excellent agreement with simulation data is noted. The obtained results are valid for the whole solution domain.展开更多

Compared with the classical analytical method, it can be seen that the presentmethod is simpler for a two-dimensional problem due to the comparable effort needed for the computation ofdiffraction potential and for that of radiated potential. To verify the correctness of the method, a classical example inthe reference is recomputed and the obtained results are in good accordance with those by use of other methods,which shows that the present method is correct.展开更多

The science of strategy(game theory)is known as the optimal decision-making of autonomous and challenging players in a strategic background.There are different strategies to complete the optimal decision.One of these ...The science of strategy(game theory)is known as the optimal decision-making of autonomous and challenging players in a strategic background.There are different strategies to complete the optimal decision.One of these strategies is the similarity technique.Similarity technique is a generalization of the symmetric strategy,which depends only on the other approaches employed,which can be formulated by altering diversities.One of these methods is the fractal theory.In this investigation,we present a new method studying the similarity analytic solution(SAS)of a 3D-fractal nanofluid system(FNFS).The dynamic evolution is completely given by the concept of differential subordination and majorization.Subordination andmajorization relationships are the sets of observable individualities.Game theory can simplify the conditions under which particular sets combine.We offer an explicit construction for the complex possible velocity,energy and thermal functions of two-dimensional fluid flow(the complex variable is suggested in the open unit disk,where the disk is selected at a constant temperature and concentration with uniform velocity).We establish that whenever the 3D-fractal nanofluid systemis approximated by a fractal function,the solution has the same property,so a class of fractal tangent function gives SAS.Finally,we demonstrate some simulations and examples that give the consequences of this methodology.展开更多

Strong free-surface water vortices are found throughout industrial hydraulic systems used for water treatment,flow regulation,and energy generation.Previous models using the volumetric flow rate as a model input have ...Strong free-surface water vortices are found throughout industrial hydraulic systems used for water treatment,flow regulation,and energy generation.Previous models using the volumetric flow rate as a model input have generally been semi-empirical,and have tended to have some limitations in terms of the design of practical hydropower systems.In this study,an analytical model of a strong free-surface water vortex was developed.This model only requires the water head and geometric parameters as its inputs and calculates the maximum volumetric flow rate,aircore diameter,and rotational constant.Detailed experimental depthedischarge data from a full-scale gravitational vortex hydropower system,unavailable in the relevant literature,were obtained,and the simulated results showed excellent agreement with the experimental observations.These data could be used to verify similar models using laboratory-scale physical models in order to investigate the scaling effects.In contrast to previous models,this model does not assume a constant average velocity across the vortex radius and allows precise calculation of the resultant velocity vectors.Therefore,this model presents advantages in turbine design for energy generation systems.展开更多

An infinite area can be divided into a regular infinite external area and a finite internal area. The finite internal area was dealt with by the FEM and the regular infinite external area was settled in a polar coordinate. All governing equations were transformed into the Hamiltonian system. The methods of variable separation and eigenfunction expansion were used to derive the stiffness matrix of a new infinite analytical element.This new element, like a super finite element, can be combined with commonly used finite elements. The proposed method was verified by numerical case studies. The results show that the preparation work is very simple, the infinite analytical element has a high precision, and it can be used conveniently. The method can also be easily extended to a three-dimensional problem.展开更多

The time dependent analytical solution for substrate, enzyme-substrate complex and product concentrations are presented by solving system of non-linear differential equation. We employ He’s Homotopy perturbation method to solve the coupled non-linear differential equations containing a non-linear term related to basic enzymatic reaction. The time dependent simple analytical expressions for substrate, enzyme-substrate and free enzyme concentrations have been derived in terms of dimensionless reaction diffusion parameters ε, λ1, λ2 and λ3 using perturbation method. The numerical solution of the problem is also reported using SCILAB software program. The analytical results are compared with our numerical results. An excellent agreement with simulation data is noted. The obtained results are valid for the whole solution domain.

文摘A new analytical method is proposed to analyze the force acting on a rectangular oscillating buoy due to linear waves.In the method a new analytical expression for the diffraction velocity potential is obtained first by use of theeigenfunction expansion method and then the wave excitation force is calculated by use of the known incident wavepotential and the diffraction potential. Compared with the classical analytical method, it can be seen that the presentmethod is simpler for a two-dimensional problem due to the comparable effort needed for the computation ofdiffraction potential and for that of radiated potential. To verify the correctness of the method, a classical example inthe reference is recomputed and the obtained results are in good accordance with those by use of other methods,which shows that the present method is correct.
文摘Tunnel seepage is an important factor affecting the progress and safety of tunnel construction. In this paper, the mining method tunnel construction in the water-rich weathered granite stratum is taken as the research object. Through the analytical calculation method, the distribution law of tunnel seepage field under different waterproof and drainage types is studied, and the comparative analysis is carried out. According to the analytical solution, the influencing factors of grouting parameters are proposed. The sensitivity of the tunnel seepage field to the variation of grouting parameters is analyzed. A novel waterproof and drainage system, and construction technology suitable for subway tunnels with large buried depth below groundwater level were proposed.

文摘The science of strategy(game theory)is known as the optimal decision-making of autonomous and challenging players in a strategic background.There are different strategies to complete the optimal decision.One of these strategies is the similarity technique.Similarity technique is a generalization of the symmetric strategy,which depends only on the other approaches employed,which can be formulated by altering diversities.One of these methods is the fractal theory.In this investigation,we present a new method studying the similarity analytic solution(SAS)of a 3D-fractal nanofluid system(FNFS).The dynamic evolution is completely given by the concept of differential subordination and majorization.Subordination andmajorization relationships are the sets of observable individualities.Game theory can simplify the conditions under which particular sets combine.We offer an explicit construction for the complex possible velocity,energy and thermal functions of two-dimensional fluid flow(the complex variable is suggested in the open unit disk,where the disk is selected at a constant temperature and concentration with uniform velocity).We establish that whenever the 3D-fractal nanofluid systemis approximated by a fractal function,the solution has the same property,so a class of fractal tangent function gives SAS.Finally,we demonstrate some simulations and examples that give the consequences of this methodology.

文摘Strong free-surface water vortices are found throughout industrial hydraulic systems used for water treatment,flow regulation,and energy generation.Previous models using the volumetric flow rate as a model input have generally been semi-empirical,and have tended to have some limitations in terms of the design of practical hydropower systems.In this study,an analytical model of a strong free-surface water vortex was developed.This model only requires the water head and geometric parameters as its inputs and calculates the maximum volumetric flow rate,aircore diameter,and rotational constant.Detailed experimental depthedischarge data from a full-scale gravitational vortex hydropower system,unavailable in the relevant literature,were obtained,and the simulated results showed excellent agreement with the experimental observations.These data could be used to verify similar models using laboratory-scale physical models in order to investigate the scaling effects.In contrast to previous models,this model does not assume a constant average velocity across the vortex radius and allows precise calculation of the resultant velocity vectors.Therefore,this model presents advantages in turbine design for energy generation systems.
文摘It is not convenient to solve those engineering problems defined in an infinite field by using FEM. An infinite area can be divided into a regular infinite external area and a finite internal area. The finite internal area was dealt with by the FEM and the regular infinite external area was settled in a polar coordinate. All governing equations were transformed into the Hamiltonian system. The methods of variable separation and eigenfunction expansion were used to derive the stiffness matrix of a new infinite analytical element.This new element, like a super finite element, can be combined with commonly used finite elements. The proposed method was verified by numerical case studies. The results show that the preparation work is very simple, the infinite analytical element has a high precision, and it can be used conveniently. The method can also be easily extended to a three-dimensional problem.
文摘In the presence of ethyl alcohol or emulsifier OP,molybdenum(Ⅵ) forms 1∶1∶1'water soluble colored coordination com- pound with both of 2-(2-thiazolylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (abbreviation TAE) and hydroxylamine.This deep blue coordination compound is inert characteristically and remains stable in 1.7 mol/L sulfuric acid,2.4 mol/L hydrochloric or ni- tric acid.It will not be decomposed by masking agents even on boiled,while in that case,almost all the colored coordination com- pounds formed by other metal ions will be decomposed completely.This inert character of the coordination compound of molybdenum(Ⅵ) and its utilization in improving the analytical selectivity have been discussed.In the coexistence of various for- eign ions,especially in the presence of a great quantity of tungsten,which always interferes with the determination of molybdenum,the direct determination of molybdenum in the aqueous solution by applying this system has shown an acceptable sensitivity and reproducibility.From the results of determination in some synthetic and standard samples,it seems feasible to use this system in the determination of molybdenum in nonferrous alloys.
文摘The theory of rotational relativistic mechanics is discussed and the theory of relativistic analytical mechanics' of the rotational systems is constructed. The relativistic generalized kinetic energy function for the rotational systems [GRAPHICS] and the generalized acceleration energy function [GRAPHICS] are constructed, and furthermore, the Hamilton principle and three kinds of D'Alembert principles are given. For the systems with holonomic constraints, the relativistic Lagrange equation, Nielsen equation, Appell equation and Hamilton canonical equation of the rotational systems are constructed; For the systems with nonholonomic constraints, the relativistic Routh equation, Chaplygin equation, Nielsen equation and Appell equation of the rotational systems are constructed; the relativistic Noether conservation law of the rotational systems are given too.
