Background Face image animation generates a synthetic human face video that harmoniously integrates the identity derived from the source image and facial motion obtained from the driving video.This technology could be...Background Face image animation generates a synthetic human face video that harmoniously integrates the identity derived from the source image and facial motion obtained from the driving video.This technology could be beneficial in multiple medical fields,such as diagnosis and privacy protection.Previous studies on face animation often relied on a single source image to generate an output video.With a significant pose difference between the source image and the driving frame,the quality of the generated video is likely to be suboptimal because the source image may not provide sufficient features for the warped feature map.Methods In this study,we propose a novel face-animation scheme based on multiple sources and perspective alignment to address these issues.We first introduce a multiple-source sampling and selection module to screen the optimal source image set from the provided driving video.We then propose an inter-frame interpolation and alignment module to further eliminate the misalignment between the selected source image and the driving frame.Conclusions The proposed method exhibits superior performance in terms of objective metrics and visual quality in large-angle animation scenes compared to other state-of-the-art face animation methods.It indicates the effectiveness of the proposed method in addressing the distortion issues in large-angle animation.展开更多
Background Considerable research has been conducted in the areas of audio-driven virtual character gestures and facial animation with some degree of success.However,few methods exist for generating full-body animation...Background Considerable research has been conducted in the areas of audio-driven virtual character gestures and facial animation with some degree of success.However,few methods exist for generating full-body animations,and the portability of virtual character gestures and facial animations has not received sufficient attention.Methods Therefore,we propose a deep-learning-based audio-to-animation-and-blendshape(Audio2AB)network that generates gesture animations and ARK it's 52 facial expression parameter blendshape weights based on audio,audio-corresponding text,emotion labels,and semantic relevance labels to generate parametric data for full-body animations.This parameterization method can be used to drive full-body animations of virtual characters and improve their portability.In the experiment,we first downsampled the gesture and facial data to achieve the same temporal resolution for the input,output,and facial data.The Audio2AB network then encoded the audio,audio-corresponding text,emotion labels,and semantic relevance labels,and then fused the text,emotion labels,and semantic relevance labels into the audio to obtain better audio features.Finally,we established links between the body,gestures,and facial decoders and generated the corresponding animation sequences through our proposed GAN-GF loss function.Results By using audio,audio-corresponding text,and emotional and semantic relevance labels as input,the trained Audio2AB network could generate gesture animation data containing blendshape weights.Therefore,different 3D virtual character animations could be created through parameterization.Conclusions The experimental results showed that the proposed method could generate significant gestures and facial animations.展开更多

Subjects and Method: We independently developed a software application used to display the pelvic region and explain the labor process. The study involved a collaboration with hospital staff who recruited 18 primiparous and 18 multiparous mothers who were hospitalized for delivery at Facility A. The midwife explained the process of delivery using the “Delivery Animation Software”. A self-administered, anonymous questionnaire was distributed and analyzed separately for primiparous and multiparous mothers and their husbands. Results: 1) For both primiparous and multiparous couples, both mothers and their husbands gained a significantly higher level of understanding after delivery than during pregnancy. 2) The Self-Evaluation Scale for Experience of Delivery results were as follows: “I did my best for the baby even if it was painful” was selected more often for “birth coping skills”;“reliable medical staff” was selected more often for “physiological birth process”;“the birth progressed as I expected” was selected frequently by primiparous mothers;and “the birth progressed smoothly” was selected often by multiparous mothers. 3) In terms of husbands’ satisfaction with the delivery, “I was satisfied with the delivery”, “I was given an easy-to-understand explanation”, and “They explained the process to me” was selected of primiparous and multiparous fathers. 4) All primiparous and multiparous mothers positively evaluated whether the delivery animation was helpful in understanding the process of delivery. Background: The successful treatment of military combat casualties with penetrating injuries is significantly dependent on the time needed to get the patient to an adequate treatment facility. Profound hypothermia ind...Background: The successful treatment of military combat casualties with penetrating injuries is significantly dependent on the time needed to get the patient to an adequate treatment facility. Profound hypothermia induced suspended animation for delayed resuscitation(SADR) is a novel approach for inducing cardiac arrest and buying additional time for such injuries. However, the time used to safely administer circulatory arrest(CA) is controversial. The goal of this study was to evaluate the safety of hypothermia-induced SADR over 90 and 120 min time intervals.Methods: Sixteen male BAMA minipigs were randomized into two groups: CA90 group(90 min, n =8) and CA120 group(120 min, n =8). Cannulation of the right common carotid arteries and internal jugular veins was performed to establish cardiopulmonary bypass for each animal. Through the perfusion of cold organ preservation solution(OPS), cardioplegia and profound hypothermia(15℃) were induced. After CA, cardiopumonary bypass(CPB) was restarted, and the animals were gradually re-warmed and resuscitated. The animals were assisted with ventilators until spontaneous breathing was achieved. The index of hemodynamic perioperative serum chemistry values [alanine transaminase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), creatinine(CR), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and troponin T(TnT)] and survival were observed from pre-operation to 7 days post-operation.Results: Fifteen animals were enrolled in the experiment, while 1 animal in CA120 group died from surgical error. All 8 animals in CA90 group recovered, with only 1 animal displaying mild disability. However, in CA120 group, only 2 animals survived with severe disability, and the other 5 animals died after 2 days post-operation. In CA90 group, the perioperative serum chemistry values increased at 1 day post-operation(ALT 84.43±18.65 U/L; AST 88.99±23.19 U/L; Cr 87.90±24.49μmol/L; LDH 1894.13±322.26 U/L; TnT 0.849±0.135 ng/ml) but decreased to normal or almost normal levels at 7 days post-operation(ALT 52.48±9.04 U/L; AST 75.23±21.46 U/L; Cr 82.69±18.41μmol/L; LDH 944.67±834.32 U/L; TnT 0.336±0.076 ng/ml).Conclusion: Profound hypothermia-induced SADR is an effective method for inducing cardiac arrest. Our results indicate that inducing CA for 90 min(at 15℃) is safer than doing so for 120 min. Our results indicate that 120 min of CA at 15℃ is dangerous and can result in high mortality and severe neurological complications. Further experimentation is needed to determine whether 120 min of CA at temperatures lower than 15℃ can lead to safe recovery.展开更多

<strong>Objectives:</strong> To clarify the effects on the delivery experience of midwives giving parturient females individual explanations about how the course of delivery, using 3D animation software (D...<strong>Objectives:</strong> To clarify the effects on the delivery experience of midwives giving parturient females individual explanations about how the course of delivery, using 3D animation software (Delivery Animation). <strong>Method:</strong> 1) Subjects: Women admitted to Institution A for delivery;70 in the intervention group (34 primipara, 36 multipara), and 79 (41 primipara, 38 multipara) in the control group. 2) Data collection method: Intervention group;3) During phases 1 and 2 of delivery, after internal examinations, collaborative-researcher midwives gave parturient women explanations about the course of delivery, using tablets with the Delivery Animation software installed. This software was independently developed by the researchers. On postpartum day 1, the collaborative-researcher midwives distributed anonymous, self-administered questionnaires to the postpartum women. 4) During phases 1 and 2 of delivery, the course of delivery was explained using existing methods, and anonymous, self-administered questionnaires were distributed on postpartum day 1. 5) The intervention group and control group were compared using descriptive and inferential statistics, organized into primipara and multipara. <strong>Results:</strong> In the Understanding the Delivery Process category, primipara in the intervention group had significantly higher scores for “understood baby’s rotation” (p < 0.01) and “understood progress through delivery” (p < 0.05). In multipara, the intervention group scored significantly higher for “understood baby’s rotation” (p < 0.01). In the anonymous self-evaluation, primipara in the intervention group scored significantly higher in “midwife I could trust was by my side” (p < 0.01). Opinions on the Delivery Animation were classified into 7 categories. In their evaluations of the Delivery Animation, 89.0% of primipara and 92.0% of multipara said it helped them understand the course of labor, and 85.0% of primipara and 86.0% of multipara said it helped them communicate with the doctor/midwife. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The significant differences in understanding of the course of delivery seen between the intervention and control groups, the satisfaction scores on the “Self-evaluation scale for experience of delivery (abridged version)” questionnaire, opinions about and evaluation of the Delivery Animation all show that a personal explanation of the course of childbirth has a positive effect on the understanding and satisfaction of parturient women.展开更多

文摘With the rapid development of the Internet era,the way people get information is also changing.The way to obtain information becomes more convenient and efficient,so the effective utilization of mobile digital terminals can spread information more widely and quickly.Using animation as a medium to express cultural information through the Internet has become an important means of regional cultural communication.As creators and producers of animation determine the quality of animation,how to cultivate such talents has become an issue worth thinking deeply in the process of animation education.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore how to create animation based on the northeast regional culture and in line with the current social aesthetic awareness and development trend in the process of animation education and teaching.

文摘Background: The successful treatment of military combat casualties with penetrating injuries is significantly dependent on the time needed to get the patient to an adequate treatment facility. Profound hypothermia induced suspended animation for delayed resuscitation(SADR) is a novel approach for inducing cardiac arrest and buying additional time for such injuries. However, the time used to safely administer circulatory arrest(CA) is controversial. The goal of this study was to evaluate the safety of hypothermia-induced SADR over 90 and 120 min time intervals.Methods: Sixteen male BAMA minipigs were randomized into two groups: CA90 group(90 min, n =8) and CA120 group(120 min, n =8). Cannulation of the right common carotid arteries and internal jugular veins was performed to establish cardiopulmonary bypass for each animal. Through the perfusion of cold organ preservation solution(OPS), cardioplegia and profound hypothermia(15℃) were induced. After CA, cardiopumonary bypass(CPB) was restarted, and the animals were gradually re-warmed and resuscitated. The animals were assisted with ventilators until spontaneous breathing was achieved. The index of hemodynamic perioperative serum chemistry values [alanine transaminase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), creatinine(CR), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and troponin T(TnT)] and survival were observed from pre-operation to 7 days post-operation.Results: Fifteen animals were enrolled in the experiment, while 1 animal in CA120 group died from surgical error. All 8 animals in CA90 group recovered, with only 1 animal displaying mild disability. However, in CA120 group, only 2 animals survived with severe disability, and the other 5 animals died after 2 days post-operation. In CA90 group, the perioperative serum chemistry values increased at 1 day post-operation(ALT 84.43±18.65 U/L; AST 88.99±23.19 U/L; Cr 87.90±24.49μmol/L; LDH 1894.13±322.26 U/L; TnT 0.849±0.135 ng/ml) but decreased to normal or almost normal levels at 7 days post-operation(ALT 52.48±9.04 U/L; AST 75.23±21.46 U/L; Cr 82.69±18.41μmol/L; LDH 944.67±834.32 U/L; TnT 0.336±0.076 ng/ml).Conclusion: Profound hypothermia-induced SADR is an effective method for inducing cardiac arrest. Our results indicate that inducing CA for 90 min(at 15℃) is safer than doing so for 120 min. Our results indicate that 120 min of CA at 15℃ is dangerous and can result in high mortality and severe neurological complications. Further experimentation is needed to determine whether 120 min of CA at temperatures lower than 15℃ can lead to safe recovery.
文摘In Chinese ancient costume animation movies, there are problems of unreasonable cultural expression in many architectural scenes, such as not meticulous scene design and weak understanding of the relationship between artistic design and image cultural expression. This is greatly different from the spirit of passing on national ethnic culture. In order to transform such situation, it is recommended to set up the concept of passing on the ethnic culture, follow the principle of creation of national art and practice of story creation, improve the style of domestic animation movies, and raise the concept of cultural creation.
文摘<strong>Objectives:</strong> To clarify the effects on the delivery experience of midwives giving parturient females individual explanations about how the course of delivery, using 3D animation software (Delivery Animation). <strong>Method:</strong> 1) Subjects: Women admitted to Institution A for delivery;70 in the intervention group (34 primipara, 36 multipara), and 79 (41 primipara, 38 multipara) in the control group. 2) Data collection method: Intervention group;3) During phases 1 and 2 of delivery, after internal examinations, collaborative-researcher midwives gave parturient women explanations about the course of delivery, using tablets with the Delivery Animation software installed. This software was independently developed by the researchers. On postpartum day 1, the collaborative-researcher midwives distributed anonymous, self-administered questionnaires to the postpartum women. 4) During phases 1 and 2 of delivery, the course of delivery was explained using existing methods, and anonymous, self-administered questionnaires were distributed on postpartum day 1. 5) The intervention group and control group were compared using descriptive and inferential statistics, organized into primipara and multipara. <strong>Results:</strong> In the Understanding the Delivery Process category, primipara in the intervention group had significantly higher scores for “understood baby’s rotation” (p < 0.01) and “understood progress through delivery” (p < 0.05). In multipara, the intervention group scored significantly higher for “understood baby’s rotation” (p < 0.01). In the anonymous self-evaluation, primipara in the intervention group scored significantly higher in “midwife I could trust was by my side” (p < 0.01). Opinions on the Delivery Animation were classified into 7 categories. In their evaluations of the Delivery Animation, 89.0% of primipara and 92.0% of multipara said it helped them understand the course of labor, and 85.0% of primipara and 86.0% of multipara said it helped them communicate with the doctor/midwife. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The significant differences in understanding of the course of delivery seen between the intervention and control groups, the satisfaction scores on the “Self-evaluation scale for experience of delivery (abridged version)” questionnaire, opinions about and evaluation of the Delivery Animation all show that a personal explanation of the course of childbirth has a positive effect on the understanding and satisfaction of parturient women.

文摘In this paper,an interactive method is proposed to describe computer animation data and accelerate the process of animation generation.First,a semantic model and a resource description framework(RDF)are utilized to analyze and describe the relationships between animation data.Second,a novel context model which is able to keep the context-awareness was proposed to facilitate data organization and storage.In our context model,all the main animation elements in a scene are operated as a whole.Then sketch is utilized as the main interactive method to describe the relationships between animation data,edit the context model and make some other user operations.Finally,a context-aware computer animation data description system based on sketch is generated and it also works well in animation generation process.

文摘How to solve the coupling relations in a 6 - DOF parallel robot quickly and accurately within the limits of realtime control is a critical problem. In traditional analytic method, the complicated mathemtical model must first be constructed and then solved by programming.Obviously, this method is not very practical. This paper,therefore, proposes a new way of approach with a new method using 3- D animation for the solving of coupling relations in the 6 - DOF parallel robot. This method is much simpler and its solving accuracy approaches that of the more complicated analytic method.
