The present study aims to establish a relationship between serum AMH levels and age in a large group of women living in Bulgaria, as well as to establish reference age-specific AMH levels in women that would serve as ... The present study aims to establish a relationship between serum AMH levels and age in a large group of women living in Bulgaria, as well as to establish reference age-specific AMH levels in women that would serve as an initial estimate of ovarian age. A total of 28,016 women on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria were tested for serum AMH levels with a median age of 37.0 years (interquartile range 32.0 to 41.0). For women aged 20 - 29 years, the Bulgarian population has relatively high median levels of AMH, similar to women of Asian origin. For women aged 30 - 34 years, our results are comparable to those of women living in Western Europe. For women aged 35 - 39 years, our results are comparable to those of women living in the territory of India and Kenya. For women aged 40 - 44 years, our results were lower than those for women from the Western European and Chinese populations, close to the Indian and higher than Korean and Kenya populations, respectively. Our results for women of Bulgarian origin are also comparable to US Latina women at age 30, 35 and 40 ages. On the base on constructed a statistical model to predicting the decline in AMH levels at different ages, we found non-linear structure of AMH decline for the low AMH 3.5) the dependence of the decline of AMH on age was confirmed as linear. In conclusion, we evaluated the serum level of AMH in Bulgarian women and established age-specific AMH percentile reference values based on a large representative sample. We have developed a prognostic statistical model that can facilitate the application of AMH in clinical practice and the prediction of reproductive capacity and population health. 展开更多

Pu-erh tea, a traditional Chinese beverage, has been believed to have many benefits to human health and without side effects. In this study, we systematically analyzed the main active components of Pu-erh tea and investigated its anti-obesity, anti-atherosclerotic and anti-oxidant effects using an obese rat model. Obesity was induced by feeding a high-fat diet and subsequently the experimental obese mice were fed with high-fat diet supplemented with low (2.5%), medium (5%) or high (7.5%) doses of Pu-erh tea powder for 6 weeks respectively. As result, the body weight gain of the rats was decreased by medium and high doses of Pu-erh tea treatments. Furthermore, the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and atherosclerosis index (AI) were significantly lowered by Pu-erh tea compared to the control group. Conversely, high density lipoproteincholesterol (HDL-C) level of the rats was significantly elevated by Pu-erh tea treatments. In addition, Pu-erh tea treatments increased the activities of anti-oxidative enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxides (GSH-Px), whereas reduced the level of lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) in obese rats. Collectively, our find-ings revealed that Pu-erh tea exerts comprehensive benefits in anti-obesity, anti-atherosclerotic and anti-oxidant effects, therefore can be used as a promising functional food in obesity management. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the methanolic extract of the leaves of Triumfetta rhomboidea on mice and rats respectively.And to screen the phytochemical constituent of the extract. Methods:The analgesic effect was determined by acetic acid-induced writhing test in mice.While the anti-inflammatory activity was determined by egg albumin-induced oedema of the rat paw.Phytochemical screening was done by standard procedures.Results:Triumfetta rhomboidea leaf extract(50 -400 mg/kg) caused a statistically significant inhibition on the egg albumin-induced eodema or inflammation in Wister albino rats with P【0.001(ANOVA).This effect was higher than the observed effect with Piroxicam(0.5 mg/kg) which was used as a standard.The effect was also dose-dependent.Furthermore,Triumfetta rhomboidea extract caused a statistically significant reduction in the number of acetic acid-induced writhing in mice,with P【0.001(ANOVA).These effects were also does-dependent and greater than the analgesic effects by paracetamol which was used as a reference drug.Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of flavonoids,steroids, triterpenoids alkaloids,tannins and saponins in Truimfetta rhomboidea leaf extract.Conclusion:Triumfetta rhomboidea can be recommended for acute inflammatory disorders and diseases associated with pains.This also supports its traditional use as an anti-snake bite and anti-cancer or anti-tumor agent.Further study is on the way to find out the mechanism of its action and also to isolate,identify and characterize the active principle responsible for these effects in this plant. 展开更多

Simulation results show that angiostatin and endostatin can improve the abnormal microenvironment inside the tumour tissue by effectively inhibiting the process of tumor angiogenesis and decreasing tumour cells. Based on the analysis for the interception process of ship-to-air missile system to the anti-ship missile stream, the antagonism of ship-to-air missile and anti-ship missile stream was modeled by Monte Carlo method. This model containing the probability of acquiring anti-ship missile, threat estimation, firepower distribution, interception, effectiveness evaluation and firepower turning, can dynamically simulate the antagonism process of anti-ship missile attack stream and anti-air missile weapon system. The anti-ship missile's saturation attack stream for different ship-to-air missile systems can be calculated quantitatively. The simulated results reveal the relations among the anti-ship missile saturation attack and the attack intensity of anti-ship missile, interception mode and the main parameters of anti-air missile weapon system. It provides a theoretical basis for the effective operation of anti-ship missile. 展开更多

防滑阀为高速机车防滑制动的关键执行部位,当前缺少对其动特性的全面研究,存在仿真结果和检测结果无法统一的问题。首先,基于MATLAB/Simulink软件设计了防滑阀的物理仿真模型,获得了不同工作压力下防滑阀动特性的仿真曲线。其次,基于数... 防滑阀为高速机车防滑制动的关键执行部位,当前缺少对其动特性的全面研究,存在仿真结果和检测结果无法统一的问题。首先,基于MATLAB/Simulink软件设计了防滑阀的物理仿真模型,获得了不同工作压力下防滑阀动特性的仿真曲线。其次,基于数据采集技术及气动控制技术研制了检测系统,实现对其动特性检测;通过获得高度拟合的仿真曲线和实验曲线,交互验证了仿真模型的正确性和检测系统的可靠性。最后,为全面分析相关参数对防滑阀动特性的影响,基于显著性分析理论和回归分析理论,在完成试验因子和动特性显著性分析的基础上,采用响应曲面法应用拟合总效果判定系数R^2=0.9999、0.9967,修正判定系数R■=0.9985、0.9952和预测判定系数R■=0.9977、0.9927的量化指标评估了试验设计的合理性,为防滑阀的结构优化设计提供了合理、可行的方法。 展开更多

为测试DICE结构抗辐射静态随机存储器(Static random-access memory,SRAM)在生产制造后是否存在故障,针对DICE结构抗辐射SRAM设计存储器内建自测试电路(Memory built-in self-test,MBIST)。DICE结构SRAM不同于传统结构SRAM,由于它的存... 为测试DICE结构抗辐射静态随机存储器(Static random-access memory,SRAM)在生产制造后是否存在故障,针对DICE结构抗辐射SRAM设计存储器内建自测试电路(Memory built-in self-test,MBIST)。DICE结构SRAM不同于传统结构SRAM,由于它的存储单元结构更复杂,更多缺陷易出现在DICE结构SRAM的生产制造过程中。为了有针对性地测试出由这些缺陷导致的故障,提出了一种针对DICE结构SRAM的改进算法,此算法在March C算法的基础上仅增加了两个测试序列,使其不仅能覆盖March C算法所能覆盖的所有故障,还能覆盖DICE结构SRAM所特有的故障,提高了测试算法对DICE结构SRAM的综合故障覆盖率,在实际应用开发中,实现了对待测电路的特异性测试算法优化的目标。本算法对DICE结构SRAM设计MBIST电路,并对设计完成的MBIST电路RTL代码进行功能仿真,仿真结果证明了所设计电路的可行性和正确性,可为抗辐射SoC芯片内嵌SRAM测试提供符合工程项目开发的IP。 展开更多

为科学评估防暴动能弹的致伤威力,建立可靠的终点效应测试靶标,基于靶标结构特性,将现有测试靶标划分为生物靶标、物理靶标、仿生靶标和数值靶标4类,并通过系统综述已有相关文献,对比分析了各类靶标的结构特点、应用场景、可测参数、损... 为科学评估防暴动能弹的致伤威力,建立可靠的终点效应测试靶标,基于靶标结构特性,将现有测试靶标划分为生物靶标、物理靶标、仿生靶标和数值靶标4类,并通过系统综述已有相关文献,对比分析了各类靶标的结构特点、应用场景、可测参数、损伤判据及其优缺点.研究发现,当前对生物靶标和仿生靶标的研究进展缓慢;数值靶标仿真程度高,但器官、骨骼等材料特性,特别是动载荷下的材料响应特性未知,导致难以真实反应人体在实际冲击中的损伤效应;物理靶标中的人体躯干模型相较目前已有的假人靶标而言,具有解剖结构相似程度高、骨骼内脏受压情况可测等优点,但仍具有内部损伤不可验证等缺陷,结合实际需求指明了测试靶标的下一步发展方向. 展开更多
