The anti-Japanese woodcuts focus on the red revolutionary culture and describe the connotation of the Anti-Japanese War era,which is self-evident in the commemorative value of China’s revolutionary struggle history.For example,in Shanxi,China,woodcut art activities and social practice promotion activities organized around the theme of the Anti-Japanese War are also everywhere,which all show the people’s nature of the Chinese people during the revolutionary struggle from the two aspects of the red culture of the Anti-Japanese War and traditional art and culture,and its humanistic connotation is quite profound.In this paper,we first introduce the historical origin of woodcut during the Anti-Japanese War,and then show the people’s value connotation of woodcut art activities in Shanxi.This paper mainly discusses the image narration,language and picture narration and construction significance of woodcuts in Shanxi’s War of Resistance,fully reveals the narrative nature of image media,strives to arouse people’s recognition of this period of Shanxi’s War of Resistance culture and history,and reflects the realistic value and significance of Shanxi’s War of Resistance Woodcuts art activities.

An Analysis of the Spiritual Salvation of Adela in A Passage to India

This paper mainly analyzes the spiritual salvation of the protagonist Adela in the novel. In the early 20 thcentury, India is under the British colonial rule and Indians suffer a lot from it. India lacks autonomy and there is a wide racial gap between the British and Indians. In this context, Adela has deeply-rooted prejudice against Indians at first, whose discrimination makes her falsely accuse Aziz of attempting to rape her. As a typical Lenin-style political party,what should be concerned most is the CPC’s (Communist Party of China) capacity in fighting against and clearing enemies.This study provides a distinct perspective to observe and recognize CPC’s ability of turning hostility into friendship.Japanese prisoners of war (POW) had been poisoned by ultra-nationalism and militarism for years,and thus were extremely difficult to be reformed.However,under the correct ideological guidance of Mao and the unremitting efforts of the CPC’s political officers and cadres,a great number of them acknowledged the CPC’s political ideology and joined the CPC’s team.

RAPD Analysis for Genetic Diversity of Varanus salvator

[Objective] The aim was to carry out RAPD analysis on genetic diversity of Varanus salvator. [Method] 20 random primers were used for PCR amplification of genomic DNA of 36 individuals of V. salvator. [Result] 10 primers could produce highly reproducible RAPD bands. A total of 2 952 DNA fragments were successfully amplified. Each individual got 82 amplified bands on average,47 of which showed polymorphism. The polymorphic locus percent was 57.32%. The genetic distance among 36 individuals ranged from 0.035 9 to 0.335 9 with an average of 0.135 9. The Nei＇s gene diversity index （H） and Shannon＇s information index （I） were 0.181 9 and 0.263 0,respectively,indicating that V. salvator had greater genetic diversity. [Conclusion] The phylogenetic tree was inferred by using UPGMA analysis,it was found that the 36 individuals could be classified as one group,and there was no obvious population differentiation.

广东是否有圆鼻巨蜥(Varanus salvator)的自然分布

圆鼻巨蜥(Varanus salvator)是国家Ⅰ级保护动物,一直认为广东有圆鼻巨蜥的自然分布,但缺乏科学证据支持。我们在文献分析、访问调查和野外调查的基础上,结合圆鼻巨蜥生态习性和栖息地知识,对广东是否有该物种分布进行了综合分析。结果表明,没有足够证据支持广东历史上有圆鼻巨蜥的自然分布;文献资料记载的韶关、云浮、深圳和阳江发现的圆鼻巨蜥实体实为走私放生或走私途中逃离的个体,不是本地种;296名受访者中仅茂名有2人在野外见过圆鼻巨蜥,但为当地林业局放生的走私个体;在野外布设的21条样线上没有观察到圆鼻巨蜥实体或痕迹;清远、韶关、云浮属亚热带气候,气温较低,并不适宜热带动物巨蜥生存;茂名和阳江气候偏热,自然环境符合巨蜥对栖息地的要求,在阳江放生的圆鼻巨蜥种群可能已经存活下来,且建立了自然种群,大致的分布范围是茂名林洲顶鳄蜥自然保护区、阳江百涌保护区和漠阳江流域,但数量相当稀少;在韶关等地放生的个体,可能由于气候原因没有存活下来。本研究有助于科学制定广东生物多样性保护战略。
