A comparative study of the methods of synthesis has been made using both traditional and microwave techniques. A significant reduction in reaction time has been observed when the microwave method was used. In some of the reactions, the yields also increased significantly.展开更多
Antibacterial peptide(ABP) was purified from the haemolymph of the silkworm Bombyx mori pupae, and the ABP anticancer mechamism is systematically investigated with the EAC bearing mice and S180 bearing mice as anima...Antibacterial peptide(ABP) was purified from the haemolymph of the silkworm Bombyx mori pupae, and the ABP anticancer mechamism is systematically investigated with the EAC bearing mice and S180 bearing mice as animal models. The results show that ABP can obviously reduce the accumulation of EAC ascetic fluid and also is effective in inhibiting S180 growth. Histopathological assay shows that ABP affects tumor tissue necrosis in large scales and there are lots of inflammatory cells(monocytes, neutrophils and lymphocytes) around tumor cells. ABP can increase the index of spleen, the amount of IgG in peripheral blood and NK activity. It also increases the hemolysin production more or less.展开更多
