We propose a new design of the high channel capacity in Mobile Ad Hoc Network that uses the dense wave-length division multiplexing wavelength enhancement, in which the increasing in channel capacity and sig-nal security can be provided. The increasing in number of channel can be obtained by the increasing in wavelength density, while the security is introduced by the specific wavelength filter, which is operated by the Ad Hoc node operator and link with other nodes in coverage by dedicated one-to-one in direct or relay node. The optical communication wavelength enhancement is reviewed. The advantage is that the proposed system can be implemented and used incorporating with the existed communication link in both infrastruc-ture-based and Ad Hoc networks wireless network, where the privacy can be provided, which is discussed in details. 展开更多

Studies on omnidirectional enhancement of giga-hertz radiation by sub-wavelength plasma modulation

The technology of radio frequency (RF) radiation intensification for radio compact antennas based on modulation and enhancement effects of sub-wavelength plasma structures represents an innovative developing strategy. It exhibits important scientific significance and promising potential of broad applications in various areas of national strategic demands, such as electrical information network and microwave communication, detection and control technology. In this paper, laboratory experiments and corresponding analyses have been carried out to investigate the modulation and enhancement technology of sub-wavelength plasma structure on the RF electromagnetic radiation. An application focused sub-wavelength plasma-added intensification up to ~7 dB higher than the free-space radiation is observed experimentally in giga-hertz (GHz) RF band. The effective radiation enhancement bandwidth covers from 0.85 to 1.17 GHz, while the enhanced electromagnetic signals transmitted by sub-wavelength plasma structures maintain good communication quality. Particularly, differing from the traditional RF electromagnetic radiation enhancement method characterized by focusing the radiation field of antenna in a specific direction, the sub-wavelength plasma-added intensification of the antenna radiation presents an omnidirectional enhancement, which is reported experimentally for the first time. Corresponding performance characteristics and enhancement mechanism analyses are also conducted in this paper. The results have demonstrated the feasibility and promising potential of sub-wavelength plasma modulation in application focused RF communication, and provided the scientific basis for further research and development of sub-wavelength plasma enhanced compact antennas with wide-range requests and good quality for communication. 展开更多

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is one of the most significant diseases affecting the pig industry worldwide.The PRRSV mutation rate is the highest among the RNA viruses.To date,NADC30-like PRRSV and highly pathogenic PRRSV(HP-PRRSV)are the dominant epidemic strains in China;however,commercial vaccines do not always provide sufficient cross-protection,and the reasons for insufficient protection are unclear.This study isolated a wild-type NADC30-like PRRSV,SX-YL1806,from Shaanxi Province.Vaccination challenge experiments in piglets showed that commercial modified live virus(MLV)vaccines provided good protection against HP-PRRSV.However,it could not provide sufficient protection against the novel strain SXYL1806.To explore the reasons for this phenomenon,we compared the genomic homology between the MLV strain and HP-PRRSV or NADC30-like PRRSV and found that the MLV strain had a lower genome similarity with NADC30-like PRRSV.Serum neutralization assay showed that MLV-immune serum slightly promoted the homologous HP-PRRSV replication and significantly promoted the heterologous NADC30-like PRRSV strain replication in vitro,suggesting that antibody-dependent enhancement(ADE)might also play a role in decreasing MLV protective efficacy.These findings expand our understanding of the potential factors affecting the protective effect of PRRSV MLV vaccines against the NADC30-like strains. 展开更多

自动相关监视广播数据(automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast,ADS-B)信号在航空领域通信中占据非常重要的地位,其检测、分析对航空运输安全保障意义重大。ADS-B信号常常带有噪声或干扰,这使得直接解码的准确性受到影响。为了更... 自动相关监视广播数据(automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast,ADS-B)信号在航空领域通信中占据非常重要的地位,其检测、分析对航空运输安全保障意义重大。ADS-B信号常常带有噪声或干扰,这使得直接解码的准确性受到影响。为了更好地捕捉ADS-B信号的信息提升其准确性,提出了EASTR深度学习模型。所提模型首先使用基于非因果扩张卷积和残差网络结构的方法,对原始含噪ADS-B信号进行降噪与增强;随后,经过降噪处理的信号被转换为星群图像,再利用多层感知机进行分类识别。收集了5000条来自不同飞机的ADS-B信号数据,在此数据集上将EASTR与其他同类模型进行比较。实验结果表明:不同信噪比下EASTR均在准确率上优于其他模型。通过消融实验验证了数据增强模块的效能。 展开更多

目的探讨重组腺相关病毒载体能否有效地转染脂肪组织来源基质干细胞及(ADSC)其影响,同时为组织工程寻找一种理想的病毒载体及细胞示踪标记方法。方法采用抽脂法分离培养ADSC,诱导培养液诱导细胞成脂分化,行细胞形态学检查,细胞表面抗原... 目的探讨重组腺相关病毒载体能否有效地转染脂肪组织来源基质干细胞及(ADSC)其影响,同时为组织工程寻找一种理想的病毒载体及细胞示踪标记方法。方法采用抽脂法分离培养ADSC,诱导培养液诱导细胞成脂分化,行细胞形态学检查,细胞表面抗原鉴定,油红O染色,评价细胞成脂情况。在此基础上转染Ad-EGFP,观察细胞形态学改变及荧光表达的时间与强度,计算转染效率,确定转染的理想感染复数(MOI)值,同时通过活力和增殖实验进行Ad-EGFP体外转染对ADSC的影响研究。结果细胞扩增迅速,形态良好,经诱导后呈现明显的成脂改变。实验确定Ad转染细胞的较佳MOI值为50,以此值转染Ad-EGFP后细胞荧光持续高效稳定表达,并可传至子代,可以满足示踪标记的需要。Ad转染效率高,对细胞活性影响小。结论ADSC的培养和分化能满足脂肪组织工程的要求;Ad长期稳定表达目的基因,是一种理想的组织工程病毒载体;基因转染方法高效稳定表达EGFP,可作为种子细胞良好的示踪标记方法。 展开更多

S模式的广播式自动相关监视技术(Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast,ADS-B)是目前空中交通管制大力推广的技术,但ADS-B信号在远距离传输过程中,由于传输信道的影响,会出现幅度减小和能量衰减等问题,从而导致接收到的微弱ADS-B信号不能正确译码。针对这种情况,提出用小波变换对信号做增强处理的方法,首先改进小波系数,接着确定分解层数,再利用重构指数来选取最优小波基,最后对阈值进行改进,考虑在不同的小波分解尺度上选取不同的阈值。对实际数据进行测试的结果表明,该算法能有效地对ADS-B信号进行增强,对信号强度为-94 dBm的微弱信号也能正确译码,译码准确率明显提高,对空中管理、空间安全等实际应用有一定意义。 展开更多

目的探讨精液源性病毒增强因子(SEVI)促进HIV-1初始传播(TF)病毒及其慢性控制(CC)病毒感染的情况,及ADS-J1拮抗SEVI增强病毒感染的作用机制。方法硫磺素T(Th T)实验验证PAP248-286能自组装成SEVI淀粉样纤维;扩增1对TF和CC感染性克隆病毒... 目的探讨精液源性病毒增强因子(SEVI)促进HIV-1初始传播(TF)病毒及其慢性控制(CC)病毒感染的情况,及ADS-J1拮抗SEVI增强病毒感染的作用机制。方法硫磺素T(Th T)实验验证PAP248-286能自组装成SEVI淀粉样纤维;扩增1对TF和CC感染性克隆病毒,SEVI分别与TF、CC病毒混合后感染TZM-bl细胞,72 h后测定荧光素酶活性,评价SEVI增强病毒感染的倍数;用不同浓度的ADS-J1处理SEVI,再分别与TF、CC病毒混合后感染TZM-bl细胞,72 h后测定荧光素酶活性,考察ADS-J1对SEVI增强TF和CC病毒感染的拮抗作用;接着用ADS-J1和病毒混合后感染TZM-bl细胞,72 h后测定荧光素酶活性,验证ADS-J1直接的抗病毒作用。最后用不同浓度的ADS-J1处理SEVI,检测其Zeta电位,初步探索ADS-J1拮抗SEVI增强TF和CC病毒感染的作用机制。结果 Th T实验结果表明PAP248-286能自组装成SEVI淀粉样纤维;SEVI可显著促进TF和CC病毒的感染(P<0.05),ADS-J1不仅能显著拮抗SEVI增强TF和CC感染(P<0.05)的作用,还能直接抑制TF和CC感染靶细胞(P<0.05);ADS-J1能浓度依赖性地中和SEVI所带的正电荷。结论 SEVI能促进TF和CC病毒的感染,ADS-J1可能通过中和SEVI表面的正电荷来拮抗SEVI增强TF和CC的感染作用。 展开更多

A new algorithm called spatially aware routing algorithm with enhanced learning (SAREL) is proposed to guarantee the rationality of route selecting in inter-vehicle communication scenario. Firstly, the traffic model is discussed and set up by using Poisson distribution. Then we analyze the process of traffic evaluation with enhanced learning, and exploit movement estimation to assist state memorization. The improvement of algorithm is provided at last compared with our previous work. Simulation results show that SAREL algorithm could achieve better performance in packet delivery ratio, especially when network connection ratio is average. Objective: To evaluate the expression of DNA plasmid-harboring modified antibody gene that produces neutralizing human monoclonal antibodies against four serotypes of dengue virus(DENV) without enhancing activity in BALB/c mice. Methods: We constructed pFUSE-based vectors(pFUSE1 G7 C2hVH and pFUSE1 G7 C2hVL) containing genes encoding the variable domains of the heavy or light chain of the anti-dengue virus antibody 1 G7 C2, a human IgG1 that has been characterized for its neutralizing activity to DENV-1-4. Leucine(L) at positions 234 and 235 on the Fc CH2 domain in pFUSE1 G7 C2hVH was mutated to alanine(A)(LALA mutation) by site direct mutagenesis, and the new plasmid was termed pFUSE1 G7 C2hVHLALA. An equal amount of pFUSE1 G7 C2hVL and 1 G7 C2hG1-LALA plasmids were co-transfected into Chinese hamster ovary cells(CHO-K1) and a single dose of 100 μg 1 G7 C2hG1-LALA plasmid was intramuscularly injected, followed by electroporation in BALB/c mice. The secreted 1 G7 C2hG1-LALA antibodies in cell culture supernatant and mouse serum were examined for their biological functions, neutralization and enhancing activity. Results: The co-transfection of heavy-and light-chain 1 G7 C2hG1-LALA plasmids in CHO-K1 cells produced approximately 3 900 ng/mL human IgG and neutralized 90%-100% all four DENV, with no enhancing activity. Furthermore, the modified human IgG was produced more than 1 000 ng/mL in mouse serum on day 7 post plasmid injection and showed cross-neutralization to four DENV serotypes. Subsequently, antibody production and neutralization decreased rapidly. Nevertheless, the secreted neutralizing 1 G7 C2hG1-LALA in mouse serum demonstrated complete absence of enhancing activities to all DENV serotypes. Conclusions: These findings reveal that a new modified 1 G7 C2h G1-LALA expressing plasmid based on gene transfer is a possible therapeutic antibody candidate against DENV infection. 展开更多

目的探讨CT三期增强扫描对孤立性肺结节(SPN)的定性诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年12月南阳中心医院收治的82例SPN患者临床资料,所有患者均接受CT平扫和三期增强扫描,获取CT值、CT净增值(ΔCT值)和CT强化率。以病理结果为... 目的探讨CT三期增强扫描对孤立性肺结节(SPN)的定性诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年12月南阳中心医院收治的82例SPN患者临床资料,所有患者均接受CT平扫和三期增强扫描,获取CT值、CT净增值(ΔCT值)和CT强化率。以病理结果为金标准,比较良、恶性SPN患者CT平扫、三期增强扫描的CT值;比较良、恶性SPN患者ΔCT值、CT强化率;计算CT三期增强扫描对SPN恶性诊断的准确性、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和Kappa值;受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线分析CT三期增强扫描结果对SPN定性诊断的价值。结果纳入患者82例,其中33例为良性SPN(40.24%),49例为恶性SPN(59.76%);良性SPN和恶性SPN平扫CT值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);良性SPN的主动脉期、延迟期增强CT扫描CT值均显著低于恶性SPN,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性SPN以肺动脉期强化为主,三期ΔCT值及强化率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);恶性SPN以主动脉期强化为主,三期ΔCT值及强化率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性SPN肺动脉期、主动脉期的ΔCT值、强化率均显著高于恶性SPN,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT三期增强扫描诊断SPN良恶性的敏感度、特异度为79.59%、81.82%(Kappa=0.602);ROC结果显示,CT三期增强扫描结果诊断恶性SPN的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.802,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT三期增强扫描是SPN定性诊断的可靠方法,可作为SPN良恶性诊断的可靠影像学方法。 展开更多

In order to solve the bad low frequency sound absorption of the Micro-Perforated panel (MPP) absorber, mechanical impedance was introduced in the back of the MPP absorber to form a composite structure. According to the same particle vibration velocity on both sides of a plate, the mechanical impedance plate transfer matrix could be obtained. The units of the mechanical impedance, cavity and MPP were connected in series with the use of the transfer matrix method, thus creating the composite structure's theoretical calculation model. The qual- ity factor affecting absorption bandwidth was analyzed. Bandwidth is inversely proportional to the mechanical impedance plate mass. During the experiments, when at close to 400 Hz, the composite structure reached an absorption peak with a coefficient of above 0.8. Experimen- tal results concurred with theoretical calculations. Mechanical resonance is added based on the traditional MPP resonance sound absorption mechanism. Through this, the performance of low frequency sound absorption can be improved without increasing the thickness of the structure. The frequency band can be broadened by reducing the mechanical impedance plate mass and controlling its boundary-damping coefficient. 展开更多
