Application Effect of Remote Ultrasound Teaching in Standardized Residency Training

Objective:To explore the application effect of remote ultrasound teaching in the standardized training of residents.Methods:42 students who participated in the standardized residency training in the Department of Ultrasonography of our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=21)and the observation group(n=21)by using the random number table method.The control group was taught routinely,and the observation group was taught with remote ultrasound on the basis of the control group.The general data,teaching effect,ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate,and teaching satisfaction of the participants in the two groups were observed.Results:The baseline data of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=2.491,t=2.434,P=0.05);the ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate of the participants in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.33%)(χ2=33.574,P=0.000<0.001);the overall satisfaction rate of students in the observation group(20/95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(14/66.67%)(χ2=3.860,P=0.049<0.05).Conclusion:In standardized residency training,remote ultrasound teaching can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of students,enhance diagnostic accuracy,and improve students’teaching satisfaction.

Analysis of the Application Effect and Value of Dydrogesterone in The Treatment of Preeclampsia for Fetal Preservation

Objective: To analyze the application effect and value of dydrogesterone in the fertility preservation treatment of preeclampsia. Methods: Forty cases of patients with preeclampsia admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were divided randomly into a control group and an observation group of 20 cases each. The control group applied progesterone to preserve the fetus, and the observation group applied dydrogesterone. The symptom relief time, hormone levels before and after treatment, as well as adverse drug reactions, and the effect of fetal preservation between the two groups were compared. Results: The time to relieve vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain. and lumbago in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the progesterone levels and incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The success rate of fertility preservation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of fetal preservation of preeclampsia, the application of dydrogesterone positively alleviated vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, and lumbago, with mild adverse reactions and a good effect on fetal preservation.

Application Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Elderly Cerebral Infarction Patients with Dysphagia

Objective:To observe the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in elderly cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia.Methods:120 cases of elderly cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia were divided into 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the observation group by the double-blind method,and conventional nursing and early rehabilitation nursing were implemented respectively.Swallowing function,quality of life,adverse events,and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after nursing care.Results:After nursing,the swallowing function score of the observation group(1.01±0.18 points)was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score(160.63±9.95 points)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rates of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in the observation group(5.00%and 3.33%)were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(98.33%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing can reduce the degree of dysphagia in elderly patients with cerebral infarction,reduce the incidents of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia,and improve the quality of life,with high nursing satisfaction.

Application Effect of Feedforward Control in Outpatient Blood Specimen Management

Objective:To analyze the application effect of feedforward control in outpatient blood specimen management.Methods:1,200 patients who had their venous blood collected in outpatient phlebotomy room of our hospital's outpatient clinic from January 2021 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into 600 cases in the control group and 600 cases in the observation group.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of their satisfaction with the staff,the efficiency of the nurses and the quality of nursing care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,the rejection rate of the blood specimens,and the time of result reporting.Results:After the implementation of feedforward control,patients'satisfaction with staff,nurses work efficiency and quality of care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,specimen rejection rate,and result reporting time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of feedforward control in the management of outpatient blood specimens has significant effect,which effectively improves patients'satisfaction,enhances the efficiency of nurses and the quality of nursing care,shortens the turnaround time of specimens before analysis and the reporting time of results,and reduces the rejection rate of specimens.

Application Effect of Staged Health Education in the Nursing Care of Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective:To investigate the application effect of staged health education in the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:This study takes health education in the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding as the main direction.160 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who received treatment in our hospital were selected as samples,and the grouping software was used to divide them into the reference group and the study group,with 80 patients each.The reference group and the study group used routine health education and staged health education respectively.Relevant research data were recorded during the nursing process,analyzed,and used as research indicators.Results:The compliance behavior of the study group was higher than that of the reference group after the staged nursing care,and at the same time,the nursing care satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of staged health education for the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding not only enhances the degree of patient awareness and compliance but also improves nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.

Analysis of the Application Effect of Structured Healthcare Education in Brittle Diabetic Patients

Objective:To explore the application effect of structured healthcare education in patients with brittle diabetes mellitus.Methods:188 brittle diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=94)and the observation group(n=94)according to the random number table method.The control group used conventional nursing intervention and the observation group used structured healthcare education.The general information,glycemic indexes,self-efficacy,compliance,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:There was no statistical significance in the basic information of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the intervention,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and HbA1c of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001);after the intervention,the self-efficacy scores of the patients in the two groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001);the total adherence rate of the patients in the observation group(90/95.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80/90.10%)(χ^(2)=6.144,P<0.05);and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group(92/97.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78/82.98%)(χ^(2)=12.042,P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with brittle diabetes mellitus,structured healthcare education can effectively control patients’blood glucose levels,improve patients’self-efficacy and adherence,and enhance patient satisfaction.

In order to promote the transformation and high-quality development of strawberry industry and speed up the application of functional microbial products in strawberry,the application technology of functional microbial products in strawberry planting is studied and summarized.It mainly includes:the periods and methods of continuous cropping strawberry soil reduction and disinfection at high temperature,before and after strawberry planting,before plastic film mulching and whole process of plant spraying.Through multi-point test and demonstration,the purpose of advancing the season of strawberries,improving the quality,increasing production and increasing efficiency is achieved,and there is no risk of agricultural residue pollution,which meets the needs of people's consumption upgrading.Therefore,the application of functional microbial products in green ecological planting is very necessary,and it is worth further speeding up the demonstration and promotion.

Application Effect of Medium-Length Peripheral Catheter in Critically Ill Patients Undergoing Hepatobiliary Surgery

Objective:To investigate the effect of using peripheral medium-length catheters in critically ill patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the nursing experience and effect of using medium-length catheters for infusion in 102 critically ill patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery from March 2021 to April 2022 was conducted.Results:All 102 patients had successful catheter placement with no catheter-associated infections,blockage,decannulation,or breakage.However,four cases had blood oozing from the puncture site,but it resolved after changing the dressing.Conclusion:Medium-length catheters are superior to traditional infusion tools in terms of benefit;thus,they deserve to be widely promoted in clinical practice.

Objective:To study the clinical effect of applying clinical pathway teaching method in clinica1 teaching of cardiology.Methods:This paper verifies and calculates that 50 interns working in cardiology department in our hospita1 from October 2016 to October 2019 are divided into groups and comparea in the form of double-blind method.1he rererence group(n=25)uses traditional teachingmethods,and the experimental group(n=25)uses clinical pathway teaching method.The satisfaction degree,teaching quality,theoretical assessment results,operation assessment and comprehensive assessment results of interns in the experimental group and the reference group are compared.Results:The satisfaction degree,theoretical examination result,operation examinationt comprehensive examination result,improvement of team spirit,professiona1 quality,improvemen of professional ethics,standardized diagnosis and treatment,improvement of clinical problem handling ability,stimulation of learning interest and cultivation of clinical thinking of the interns in the experimental group were compared with those of the reference group(P<0.05),showing the value of statistica1 comparison and demonstration between data indexes.Conclusion:The application of clinical path-teaching method in clinical teaching of cardiology can improve the clinical teaching effect and teaching quality.

Study on Application Effect of 6S Management Mode in Infection Control Management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center

Objective:In 2022,a pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus broke out in Shanghai.A large number of medical personnel were deployed nationwide to support the Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Because the of the underdeveloped infrastructure and the disorganized layout process,the phenomenon of infection among medical personnel was rampant given the highly contagious nature of the Omicron variant.This paper discusses the effect of 6S management in infection control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Methods:A series of 6S management practices were carried out based on the evaluation of the control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)during the anti-epidemic period,and the effect of the implementation of 6S management was studied based on the rapport among team members and the overall control system process,the management of wearing and stripping channels,the time of wearing protective articles and the psychological and emotional changes of the team members.Results:After the implementation of 6S management mode,the management of dressing room,epidemic prevention materials,and occupational protection awareness and infection control safety were significantly improved.More than 95.5%of the team members believed that improving the working environment in the shelter increased the confidence of victory in the fight against the epidemic,reduced the preparations before entering and leaving the cabin,improved the work efficiency and ensured occupational safety.It ensures the realization of the goal of“zero infection”and is set as a benchmark of control work of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Conclusion:The application of 6S management mode to the shelter infection control management can create and maintain a good working environment in the shelter,promote the implementation effect of various systems and processes of infection control,reduce the potential infection risk in the shelter and improve the efficiency of infection control management.

A Preliminary Study on Application Effect of Intelligent Insect Sexual Attraction Monitoring System

[Objectives]The paper was to verify and explore the application effect of intelligent insect sexual attraction monitoring system.[Methods]The data of Helicoverpa armigera and Spodoptera frugiperda monitored by intelligent insect sexual attraction monitoring system,manual survey and traditional pest monitoring tool were compared and analyzed,and the application effect of guiding field pest control was investigated.[Results]The statistical data of intelligent insect sexual attraction monitoring system were highly consistent with that of manual survey,and were consistent with that of traditional pest monitoring tool,which had good effect in guiding field control.[Conclusions]The monitoring data of intelligent insect sexual attraction monitoring system are accurate,efficient,real-time and practical.It can solve the problem of high monitoring intensity for the monitoring personnel and conform to the development direction of modern agriculture.

Application Effect Evaluation of Telmisartan combined with Spironolactone after Catheter Ablation of Patients with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of telmisartan combined with spironolactone after catheter ablation of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:80 cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who received radiofrequency catheter ablation treatment from March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected,these patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,namely,the telmisartan with Spironolactone treatment group(combined treatment group,n=40)and the conventional therapy group(n=40).The hs-CRP,NT-proBNP,LAD and recurrence of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The hs-CRP,NT-proBNP levels after 3 months of the combined treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.05),the recurrence rate 10.0%(4/40)was significantly lower than the conventional therapy group 27.5%(11/40)(P<0.05),the time to recurrence was significantly longer than the conventional therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effects of telmisartan combined with spironolactone after catheter ablation in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation are better than conventional therapy.

Study on the Application Effect of Family Follow-Up Rehabilitation Nursing in Elderly Autistic Patients in Community Institutions

Objective:To study the effect of family follow-up nursing in rehabilitation of elderly autistic patients in community institutions.Methods:120 elderly autistic patients from February 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a test group with 60 cases each.The patients in the control group were cared for at home by their family members,while the patients in the test group were given family follow-up rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group.The compliance of patients in the rehabilitation process,the UCLA loneliness score,the autism treatment assessment scale(ATEC)score of patients after this nursing care,and the quality-of-life scores of patients of the two groups before and after nursing care were compared.Results:The compliance of patients in the process of rehabilitation treatment was better in the experimental group than in the experimental group.The physical function score of patients after nursing was better in the experimental group than in the experimental group.The UCLA loneliness score and ATEC score of patients in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the quality-of-life score was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family follow-up nursing in the rehabilitation of elderly autistic patients in community institutions can significantly improve patients’compliance and improve their prognosis,thus having high clinical value.

Application Effect of Informationized Teaching Method Based on Evidence-based Nursing in Surgical Nursing Teaching

Objective:The study was to analyze the application effect of informationized teaching method based on evidence-based nursing in surgical nursing teaching.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,60 students were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 students in the teaching group.The observation group applied informationized teaching based on evidence-based nursing method,and the control group used the traditional teaching model.The teaching effect was evaluated.Results:The test scores of subjective theoretical knowledge and objective theoretical knowledge of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the comprehensive ability evaluation of the observation group was also higher(P<0.05).The majority of students accepted the informationized teaching method based on evidence-based nursing,and a few held a neutral or disapproval attitude.Conclusion:Informationized teaching method based on evidencebased nursing can improve students'theoretical and practical levels in surgical nursing teaching,and most students also accept this teaching method,which has application value.

Research on the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing Management in Pediatric Rehabilitation Wards

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing management in pediatric rehabilitation wards.Methods:82 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Among them,the control group was given routine care,while the observation group received humanized nursing management,and the clinical nursing effects and situations of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.Results:After nursing,the observation group showed significantly better performance in intelligent Developmental Quotient(DQ)values(P<0.05).The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^(2)=11.710,P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing management for patients in pediatric rehabilitation wards not only improves their recovery but also significantly enhances parental satisfaction,which is worth learning from and promoting in clinical settings.

Analysis of the Effect of the Comprehensive Nursing Model on Patients with Moyamoya Disease Undergoing Intracranial and Extracranial Revascularization Surgery

Objective:To explore the effect of a comprehensive nursing model on patients with Moyamoya disease who underwent intracranial and extracranial revascularization surgery.Methods:110 cases were divided into control and observation groups with 55 cases each.The control group received routine perioperative care,and the observation group received perioperative care along with comprehensive nursing care.The two groups’disease cognition levels,anxiety,symptoms,daily living ability scores,and postoperative complication rates were compared.Results:The anxiety score and total postoperative complications of the observation group upon discharge were lower than that of the control group,and the disease cognition level and daily living ability upon discharge were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the comprehensive nursing model in conjunction with perioperative care for patients undergoing surgery can effectively improve their anxiety,strengthen activities of daily living,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.

Effect of the Application of Health Management in Nursing on Osteoarthropathy

Objective:To explore the effect of the application of health management in nursing on osteoarthropathy.Methods:Fifty patients with osteoarthropathy in our hospital were randomly selected and recruited for the current study from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method.group A(25 cases)received routine nursing,while group B(25 cases)received health management in nursing on the basis of the treatment given to group A.Joint function index,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The index of joint function in group B was higher than that in group A,the quality of life in group B was higher than that in group A,and the nursing satisfaction in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with osteoarthropathy,the application of health management can effectively improve joint function and improve the quality of life.The effect is ideal and the method is worthy of wide application.
