ADJUSTING EFFECTS OF APPLICATION OF GARLIC PASTE AT SHNQU (神阙 CV8) ON THE CIRCADIAN RHYTHM OF BODY TEMPERATURE INDUCED BY SLEEP DEPRIVATION

Objective To observe the effect of application of garlic paste at Shenque （神阙 CV8） on the circadian rhythm in sleep deprivation young students. Metheds Twenty healthy volunteer young male students from Southern Medical University were randomly divided into three groups： normal group （A）, sleep deprivation group （B） and treatment group （C）. Volunteers in group B and C received 48 h sleep deprivation （SD）, and in the mean time volunteers in group C were treated by garlic paste at Shenque （神阙 CV8）, while those in group A had no any treatment. The body temperature of all the volunteers was detected at 6：00 am, 12：00 am, 6：00 pm and 0：00 am, respectively, after the treatment. Results The mean body temperature values in group A and C both were highest at 6： 00 pm and lowest at 6： 00 am which had a significant difference in each group （P〈0.01）; in group B, the mean body temperature was highest at 0：00 am and lowestat 6：00 am, no significant difference was found between them （P〉0.05）. Results of cosine analysis showed that in subjects of group B the circadian rhythm of body temperature still kept going well after SD, but the peak amplitude and amplitude of vibration were higher than those of group A, and the acrophase of group B was obviously lower than that of group C and A. The 3 indexes of group C were similar to those of group A, denoting that garlic paste application of Shenque （神阙 CV8） could prevent disorders of circadian rhythm of the body temperature. Conclusion The garlic paste application at Shenque （神阙 CV8） can adjust circadian rhythm and accelerate the recovery processes of circadian rhythm in SD young students.

Application Effect of Remote Ultrasound Teaching in Standardized Residency Training

Objective:To explore the application effect of remote ultrasound teaching in the standardized training of residents.Methods:42 students who participated in the standardized residency training in the Department of Ultrasonography of our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=21)and the observation group(n=21)by using the random number table method.The control group was taught routinely,and the observation group was taught with remote ultrasound on the basis of the control group.The general data,teaching effect,ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate,and teaching satisfaction of the participants in the two groups were observed.Results:The baseline data of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=2.491,t=2.434,P=0.05);the ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate of the participants in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.33%)(χ2=33.574,P=0.000<0.001);the overall satisfaction rate of students in the observation group(20/95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(14/66.67%)(χ2=3.860,P=0.049<0.05).Conclusion:In standardized residency training,remote ultrasound teaching can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of students,enhance diagnostic accuracy,and improve students’teaching satisfaction.

Research on the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing Management in Pediatric Rehabilitation Wards

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing management in pediatric rehabilitation wards.Methods:82 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Among them,the control group was given routine care,while the observation group received humanized nursing management,and the clinical nursing effects and situations of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.Results:After nursing,the observation group showed significantly better performance in intelligent Developmental Quotient(DQ)values(P<0.05).The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^(2)=11.710,P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing management for patients in pediatric rehabilitation wards not only improves their recovery but also significantly enhances parental satisfaction,which is worth learning from and promoting in clinical settings.

Analysis of the Application Effect and Value of Dydrogesterone in The Treatment of Preeclampsia for Fetal Preservation

Objective: To analyze the application effect and value of dydrogesterone in the fertility preservation treatment of preeclampsia. Methods: Forty cases of patients with preeclampsia admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were divided randomly into a control group and an observation group of 20 cases each. The control group applied progesterone to preserve the fetus, and the observation group applied dydrogesterone. The symptom relief time, hormone levels before and after treatment, as well as adverse drug reactions, and the effect of fetal preservation between the two groups were compared. Results: The time to relieve vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain. and lumbago in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the progesterone levels and incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The success rate of fertility preservation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of fetal preservation of preeclampsia, the application of dydrogesterone positively alleviated vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, and lumbago, with mild adverse reactions and a good effect on fetal preservation.

Application Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Elderly Cerebral Infarction Patients with Dysphagia

Objective:To observe the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in elderly cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia.Methods:120 cases of elderly cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia were divided into 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the observation group by the double-blind method,and conventional nursing and early rehabilitation nursing were implemented respectively.Swallowing function,quality of life,adverse events,and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after nursing care.Results:After nursing,the swallowing function score of the observation group(1.01±0.18 points)was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score(160.63±9.95 points)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rates of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in the observation group(5.00%and 3.33%)were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(98.33%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing can reduce the degree of dysphagia in elderly patients with cerebral infarction,reduce the incidents of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia,and improve the quality of life,with high nursing satisfaction.

Application Effect of Feedforward Control in Outpatient Blood Specimen Management

Objective:To analyze the application effect of feedforward control in outpatient blood specimen management.Methods:1,200 patients who had their venous blood collected in outpatient phlebotomy room of our hospital's outpatient clinic from January 2021 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into 600 cases in the control group and 600 cases in the observation group.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of their satisfaction with the staff,the efficiency of the nurses and the quality of nursing care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,the rejection rate of the blood specimens,and the time of result reporting.Results:After the implementation of feedforward control,patients'satisfaction with staff,nurses work efficiency and quality of care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,specimen rejection rate,and result reporting time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of feedforward control in the management of outpatient blood specimens has significant effect,which effectively improves patients'satisfaction,enhances the efficiency of nurses and the quality of nursing care,shortens the turnaround time of specimens before analysis and the reporting time of results,and reduces the rejection rate of specimens.

Analysis of the Application Effect of Structured Healthcare Education in Brittle Diabetic Patients

Objective:To explore the application effect of structured healthcare education in patients with brittle diabetes mellitus.Methods:188 brittle diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=94)and the observation group(n=94)according to the random number table method.The control group used conventional nursing intervention and the observation group used structured healthcare education.The general information,glycemic indexes,self-efficacy,compliance,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:There was no statistical significance in the basic information of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the intervention,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and HbA1c of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001);after the intervention,the self-efficacy scores of the patients in the two groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001);the total adherence rate of the patients in the observation group(90/95.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80/90.10%)(χ^(2)=6.144,P<0.05);and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group(92/97.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78/82.98%)(χ^(2)=12.042,P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with brittle diabetes mellitus,structured healthcare education can effectively control patients’blood glucose levels,improve patients’self-efficacy and adherence,and enhance patient satisfaction.

Application Effect of Staged Health Education in the Nursing Care of Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective:To investigate the application effect of staged health education in the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:This study takes health education in the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding as the main direction.160 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who received treatment in our hospital were selected as samples,and the grouping software was used to divide them into the reference group and the study group,with 80 patients each.The reference group and the study group used routine health education and staged health education respectively.Relevant research data were recorded during the nursing process,analyzed,and used as research indicators.Results:The compliance behavior of the study group was higher than that of the reference group after the staged nursing care,and at the same time,the nursing care satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of staged health education for the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding not only enhances the degree of patient awareness and compliance but also improves nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Five-element Music Combined with Acupoint Application on Perioperative Sleep Quality in Patients Undergoing Joint Replacement Surgery

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) five-element music combined with acupoint application on perioperative sleep quality in patients undergoing joint replacement surgery. METHODS: In this study, a total of 122 patients with joint replacement surgery in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital were targeted from 2015 to 2018. All patients were grouped by random number table method. Among them, 61 patients with routine nursing were included in the control group. On this basis, the other 61 patients with acupoint application and TCM five-element music therapy were included as the observation group. 2 weeks later, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep quality in all patients. The sleep improvement of the 2 groups was evaluated, and the patient was assessed for anxiety and depression, and the curative efficacy was evaluated. RESULTS: After 2 weeks of nursing, the PSQI of the patients improved significantly. The PSQI of the observation group was only 6.6 ± 2.4, and the control group decreased to 9.9 ± 2.7. The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparing the 2 groups, the anxiety score of the observation group decreased to 4.8 ± 1.6, which was significantly lower than that of 6.9 ± 2.2 in the control group. The depression score of the observation group decreased to 4.6 ± 1.3, which was significantly lower than that of 6.8 ± 2.3 in the control group. In the control group, the negative emotion scores after nursing were better than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparing the 2 groups, the effective rate of sleep improvement in the observation group was 96.6%, and the cure rate was as high as 49.1%. The control group was 82.0%, and the cure rate was 18.0%. The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The combination of TCM five-element music with acupoint application can improve the perioperative sleep quality of patients undergoing joint replacement surgery, and it can help patients to relieve negative emotions. It is worth promoting.

Application Effects of Ultra-fine Powder Shaped Maize Seed Coating Agent in Spring Sowing areas in northeast China

The research explored adaptability maize seed coating agent in spring sowing and effects of ultra-fine powder shaped areas in northeast China. The results showed that germination potential and rate both improved around 5% and the num- ber of root increased by 4% in the treatments with ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent compared with the control group without seed coating. What＇s more, the treatments with ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent took advantages in terms of fresh weight of seeding, stem diameter, and dry weight. It is notable that control effects on underground insects performed the best, with per- centage over 94%, which is more excellent relative to other agents in markets. Therefore, ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent can be widely applied in spring sowing areas in northeast China, without side effects.

Preliminary Report on Application Effects of Slow-release Formula Fertilizer in Tea Plants

In order to accelerate the construction of green production mode for tea in Hubei Province, improve the yield of tea and use efficiency of fertilizers, and improve the quality of tea, application effects of special slow-release formula fertilizer in tea plants were investigated in Wuhan. The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization, application of tea plant-specific slow-release formula fertilizer improved the yield of tea by more than 30%. The amino acid content in tea was increased by 21.05% and 30.82%, respectively, and the income was increased 27 696 （33.88%） and 27 624 （33.79%） yuan/hm2, respectively.

Application Effects of Photosynthesis Synergist in Early Hybrid Rice

In order to explore the application effect of Yezhiyuan in early hybrid rice,Liangliangyou No.211 and Lingliangyou No.268 were tested in a teaching base in Hunan Agricultural University and Xidu Town, Hengyang County, with Yezhiyuan.The test results showed that the application of photosynthesis synergist in later tillering stage would increase the content of chlorophyll of functional leaf and photosynthetic rate, reduce transpiration rate and enhance yield per unit area. With Yezhiyuan applied, both of photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content kept higher compared with control group in two experimental sites, and practical yield in Hunan Agricultural University grew 8.54% higher compared with control group, and 10.67%in Hengyang.

Application of dezocine patient-controlled epidural analgesia in postoperative analgesia in patients with total myomectomy

BACKGROUND Uterine fibroids are common benign gynecological conditions.Patients who experience excessive menstruation,anemia,and pressure symptoms should be administered medication,and severe cases require a total hysterectomy.This procedure is invasive and causes severe postoperative pain,which can affect the patient’s postoperative sleep quality and,thus,the recovery process.AIM To evaluate use of dezocine in patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA)for postoperative pain management in patients undergoing total myomectomy.METHODS We selected 100 patients undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy for uterine fibroids and randomized them into two groups:A control group receiving 0.2%ropivacaine plus 0.06 mg/mL of morphine and an observation group receiving 0.2%ropivacaine plus 0.3 mg/mL of diazoxide in their PCEA.Outcomes assessed included pain levels,sedation,recovery indices,PCEA usage,stress factors,and sleep quality.RESULTS The observation group showed lower visual analog scale scores,shorter postoperative recovery indices,fewer mean PCEA compressions,lower cortisol and blood glucose levels,and better polysomnographic parameters compared to the control group(P<0.05).The cumulative incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Dezocine PCEA can effectively control the pain associated with total myomectomy,reduce the negative impact of stress factors,and have less impact on patients’sleep,consequently resulting in fewer adverse effects.

Resilience provides mediating effect of resilience between fear of progression and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies

BACKGROUND Hematological tumors are common malignant tumors,with high morbidity and mortality rates.Most patients with hematological malignancies develop sleep disorders that seriously affect their life and health because of acute onset of disease,rapid progression,high recurrence rates,complex treatment methods,and treatment costs.AIM To explore the mediating effect of resilience on fear of disease progression and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies.METHODS A cross-sectional analysis of 100 patients with hematological malignancies,treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University between August 2022 and August 2023,was conducted.Patients were assessed using a general data survey,a simplified scale for the fear of progression(FoP)of disease,a resilience scale,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.Statistical analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between various patient characteristics and FoP,resilience,and sleep quality.Spearman’s correlation analysis was used to examine the correlations between mental resilience,FoP,and sleep quality.RESULTS The total FoP score mean value in patients with hematological malignancies was 38.09±5.16;the total resilience score mean value was 40.73±7.04;and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score mean value was 10.72±1.90.FoP,resilience,and sleep quality of the patients were associated with family per capita monthly income and patient education level(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis revealed that FoP was negatively correlated with resilience and sleep quality scores(r=-0.560,-0.537,P<0.01),respectively,and resilience was significantly associated with sleep quality scores(r=0.688,P<0.01).Mediation analysis showed that the mediating effect of resilience between FoP and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies was-0.100 and accounted for 50.51%of the total effect.This indicated that FoP directly and indirectly affected sleep quality through the mesomeric effect of resilience.CONCLUSION Resilience is an intermediary variable between FoP and sleep quality in patients with hematological malignancies.Medical staff should evaluate and follow-up FoP and resilience to implement measures to improve sleep quality.

Effects of positive psychological control intervention on sleep and psychology of officers and soldiers working at sea

BACKGROUND The working environment of submarine crews is also very special.They are in a closed,high-temperature,high-noise,high-vibration and narrow working and living space for a long time,and they suffer from physical discomfort caused by seasickness,which will affect the mental health of officers and soldiers.American psychologists have achieved positive results in psychological resilience training for officers and soldiers from the perspective of positive psychology.At present,there are few reports on the correlation between psychological resilience in the field of domestic research on submarine crew psychology,and it is necessary to conduct further research.METHODS A total of 121 soldiers working in a confined space of a large ship were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The 50 soldiers in the experimental group were given a training course intervention,while the 71 soldiers in the control group did not receive any intervention measures.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Psychological Resilience Scale,military Psycho-logical Stress Self-Assessment Questionnaire,and General Self-Efficacy Scale scores were compared before and 6 months after the intervention.RESULTS Under the positive psychological control intervention,except for sleep efficiency(P=0.05),the difference between the remaining dimensions of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores and the total scores of the experimental group compared with the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the assessment of the psychological condition showed that,in addition to the Psychological Stress Self-assessment Questionnaire for Military Personnel scores(P=0.05),the scores of the Mental Toughness Scale(Dispositional Resilience Scale Resilience II)in the experimental group,General Self-Efficacy Scale scores were statistically significant(P<0.05)compared to pre-intervention.CONCLUSION Positive psychological intervention and control can improve the sleep state and psychological state of officers and soldiers working in confined space at sea.

Analysis on Demonstration Application of Silicon Fertilizer in Field Cultivation of Rice

[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the scientific application of silicon fertilizer in rice cultivation,one of the staple crops.[Methods]In 2022,Yandu District carried out a special experiment and field demonstration study on the effects of foliar application of Zhengda water-soluble silicon fertilizer on rice production.[Results]The preliminary results showed that①Zhengda water-soluble silicon fertilizer could effectively improve the growth and development of rice and improve the population quality.The peak number of tillers,productive tiller percentage,number of effective panicles and number of effective grains per panicle increased by 6.7%,5.8%,5.5%,and 1.2%,respectively.②The yield and processing quality were improved.After applying silicon fertilizer,the yield per unit area increased by about 6.8%,and the unpolished rice yield,milled rice yield and head rice yield increased by 0.7%,1.94%and 2.15%respectively.[Conclusions]The demonstration application of silicon fertilizer in field cultivation of rice in Yandu District further proves previous research conclusions and has important practical significance.

Mathematical Statistics Method of Evaluating Application Effects of a New Type of Gas Anchor

Based on the basic formula of the confidence interval and the sampling error of mathematical statistics, the mathematical statistics method of evaluating application effects of a new type of gas anchor was given in this paper. By the method mentioned above, the confidence interval and the sampling errors of the relevant mean value differences of Daqing Oilfield S block’s 150 wells, according to the mean value differences of the liquid producing capacity per day, the oil production per day, the submergence depth of the 10 sampling test wells, in which before and after a new type of gas anchor were laid down, were calculated. The calculation results show that a new type of gas anchor has a better effect of increasing oil production of oil well and enhancing pump efficiency. Through the real value differences analysis of the liquid producing capacity per day, the oil production per day, the submergence depth of 150 wells mentioned above, in which before and after a new type of gas anchor were laid down, it was verified. By using the confidence interval and the sampling errors of the liquid producing capacity per day, the oil production per day, the submergence depth mentioned above, in which before and after a new type of gas anchor were laid down, the application effects of a new type of gas anchor could be evaluated. And a mathematical statistics method of evaluation application effects of a new type of gas anchor is presented.

Research Progress on Material Basis,Pharmacological Effect and Clinical Application of Danggui Shaoyao Powder

The research of modern pharmacology displays that main material basis of Danggui Shaoyao Powder exerting efficacy includes ligustilide,paeoniflorin,poria acid,ferulic acid,ligustrazine and so on,and its efficacy is mainly realized by regulating neural receptor-ligand interaction,cytokine release,and TNF-αinflammatory pathway.Systematic study of metabonomics,serum pharmacochemistry and network pharmacology of Danggui Shaoyao Powder sufficiently clarifies its potential pharmacodynamic mechanism,and it could provide scientific theoretical basis for its clinical application.In this paper,by systemically analyzing material basis of Danggui Shaoyao Powder,and exploring its complex pharmacological mechanism and clinical application in vivo,it could comprehensively understand the clinical value of Danggui Shaoyao Powder,so as to provide beneficial reference for further development of the material basis,quality control and classical prescription of Danggui Shaoyao Powder.

Evaluation of Control Effects against Sugarcane Pests：A New Sustained-release and Long-lasting Pesticide and Convenient and Efficient Pesticide Application Technology

[Objective]The paper was to screen a new ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxic pesticide and convenient and efficient pesticide application technology for controlling Ceratovacuna lanigera and Baliathrips serratus. [Method]2% Imidacloprid GR were selected and applied in the soil for field efficacy trial. [Result] The optimum dosage of 2% imidacloprid GR was 30 kg/hm^2（ active ingredient 600 g）,which can be mixed with fertilizer（ 30 kg pesticide and 40-80 kg fertilizer per hm^2） once combined with sugarcane planting management or big ridging during February and June. The control effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus could be more than 98. 2% and 81. 1%,respectively. The actual yield and sugar content in various pesticide treatments were increased by 33 390 kg/hm^2 and 6. 6% respectively compared to blank control. [Conclusion]2% imidacloprid GR has good control effects on C. lanigera and B. serratus. It is a new pesticide with ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxin effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus. Therefore,it could be used alternatively with other pesticides,to delay production and development of drug resistance.
