我国临床药学专业本科教育药学服务能力培养现状分析

目的探索适合我国药学服务人才培养的本科教育模式。方法分类收集我国10所高等学校(山东大学、上海交通大学、四川大学,安徽医科大学、哈尔滨医科大学、南方医科大学、天津医科大学、南京医科大学,中国药科大学、沈阳药科大学)2018年至2... 目的探索适合我国药学服务人才培养的本科教育模式。方法分类收集我国10所高等学校(山东大学、上海交通大学、四川大学,安徽医科大学、哈尔滨医科大学、南方医科大学、天津医科大学、南京医科大学,中国药科大学、沈阳药科大学)2018年至2021年临床药学专业本科学生的培养方案,包括课程设置、学时和学分方案等,并对药学服务能力培养相关课程体系进行比较与分析。采用问卷调查法,调研四川大学华西药学院2018级至2022级在校临床药学专业本科学生对现行培养方案的认识、评价与需求。结果10所高等学校中,临床药学培养方案总学分和总学时、必修课程学分和学时设置最多的均为南京医科大学(290学分和3886学时,209学分和3562学时)。选修课程设置学分最多的为四川大学(35学分)。各医科大学理论课程设置学时较多,四川大学、中国药科大学、山东大学的实践课程设置学时较多,理论课程、实践课程学时最多的分别为南方医科大学(2910学时)和四川大学(1332学时)。各高等学校(除上海交通大学无法统计外)毕业实习时长均达到42周。中国药科大学和四川大学开设的药学服务类课程相对较多(14门、494学时和14门、424学时),且兼顾了理论和实践教学。共发放问卷149份,回收有效问卷141份,四川大学临床药学专业学生对培养方案和药学服务相关课程总体满意度高(均超过70%),但仍有24.11%的学生认为理论课程过多,实践课程过少。结论调研的10所高等学校临床药学专业本科学生的培养方案存在较大差异,且均缺乏系统的药学服务能力培养课程体系。建议以药学服务胜任力为目标,完善临床药学专业本科实践课程体系建设,增设跨学科、跨专业实践课程,建设药学服务课程群,将药学服务能力培养贯穿本科教育始终,构建适合我国药学服务人才培养的本科教育模式。 展开更多

目的对护理学院本科生的中医学针灸教学内容进行改革,检验教学改革成效,为优化课程设置提供建设性资料。方法根据既往问卷调查结果修改“中医学(TCM)”针灸课程教学内容,包括减少枯燥理论知识,增加常用针灸技术及临床案例分析。组织202... 目的对护理学院本科生的中医学针灸教学内容进行改革,检验教学改革成效,为优化课程设置提供建设性资料。方法根据既往问卷调查结果修改“中医学(TCM)”针灸课程教学内容,包括减少枯燥理论知识,增加常用针灸技术及临床案例分析。组织2023年北京协和医学院护理学院所有参加中医学授课的本科生填写“针灸课程内容问卷调查表”,内容主要包括课程前学生对针灸的基本认知情况、课程中学生的学习反馈、课程后学生的学习成效及学生对进一步优化针灸课程的改进建议4个方面。结果149名学生参与问卷调查。73.15%的学生对针灸课程感兴趣。62.42%的学生认为最难理解的课程内容是“腧穴各论”部分,71.81%的同学认为最制约学习成效的因素是难以记住经络和穴位。学生最感兴趣的是“针灸治疗概述及常见病的针灸治疗”,占44.3%。通过学习,88.59%的学生愿意向具有适应症的患者推荐针灸治疗。在针灸课程的改进建议方面,学生希望增加课堂实践或操作视频。结论改革后的针灸教学课程内容,突出了课程内容的实用性,提高了学生的学习兴趣和主观能动性,但实践性仍需加强。 展开更多

目的探讨情景模拟结合基于问题的学习(PBL)教学法在临床医学本科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2023年3月至9月桂林医学院临床医学专业2020级本科有急诊医学“急性胸痛”课程的288名医学生作为研究对象,随机选取两个班为观察组(145名),另... 目的探讨情景模拟结合基于问题的学习(PBL)教学法在临床医学本科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2023年3月至9月桂林医学院临床医学专业2020级本科有急诊医学“急性胸痛”课程的288名医学生作为研究对象,随机选取两个班为观察组(145名),另两个班为对照组(143名)。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用情景模拟联合PBL教学法。课程结束后采用问卷调查及考试测评的方法比较两种不同教学方法的教学效果。结果观察组学生鉴别诊断、治疗方案、课后小测验考核总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习兴趣、知识理解、急诊思维、鉴别判断分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生应急能力分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在教学评价上,分数最高的是学习兴趣(9.57±0.68)分,其次是急诊思维(9.50±0.69)分。结论基于情景模拟的PBL教学法在急诊医学“急性胸痛”课程中有较好的应用效果,能提高医学生的学生积极性和主动性,有助于急诊临床思维的培养,可在急诊本科教学课程中进行推广应用。 展开更多

目的探讨基于多种教学方法相结合模式在本科阶段临床医学超声诊断学专业的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏超声诊断科的96名临床医学超声诊断学专业的本科实习生为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组... 目的探讨基于多种教学方法相结合模式在本科阶段临床医学超声诊断学专业的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏超声诊断科的96名临床医学超声诊断学专业的本科实习生为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=48)、研究组(n=48)。对照组使用传统教学模式,研究组使用基于多种教学方法相结合的教学模式。对比两组出科成绩、教学效果及教学满意度。结果研究组理论知识评分、实践操作技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组表达能力、学习效率、教学氛围、学习兴趣、思维能力评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组教学总满意度(97.92%)较对照组(83.33%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本科阶段临床医学超声诊断学专业学生采用基于多种教学方法相结合模式可提高出科成绩与教学效果,提升教学满意度。 展开更多
