Exploration and Reflection on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities

Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation mode of deep integration between schools and enterprises,and an effective way for higher vocational colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation and realize professional service to society.Guangxi College for Preschool Education of Special Education College of Applied Behavior Analysis cooperates with Guangxi Youzhuan Special Children Care Service Center to coeducate rehabilitation teachers of autistic children using the modern apprenticeship mode,constructs school-enterprise synergistic cultivation mechanism,promotes the integration of enrollment and recruitment,improves the system and standard of talent cultivation,builds the faculty team that is mutually employed by the school and enterprise,establishes the guarantee for the management system of modern apprenticeship,and so on.The practice has been carried out with the initial experience gained.However,the construction of a long-term operation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship mode still requires consideration of the contradiction with the traditional cultivation mode and the construction of a perfect evaluation system.

Research on the Training Mode of Business English Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Concept of Modern Apprenticeship

Based on the experience and lessons of modern apprenticeship in the UK,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of the training of business English majors in higher vocational colleges in China,and puts forward the“three identities in four phases”personnel training model which is suitable for the business English majors in higher vocational colleges in China.It provides a reference for the development of business English majors in relevant higher vocational colleges.

Masters as Fathers-The Experiences of Apprenticeship in Late Medieval England

While the basic model of learning masculinity is fathers, how, exactly, a fatherless boy learned masculity？ How and where did the children growing up without traditional family structure learn to be men？ This study examines a specific group of children – young apprentices in medeival England – in order to reconstruct how fatherless sons learned the concept of masculinity. To further the question – did the separation of their natal fathers during their youth made boys less masculine？ By examining the indentures, court records and various administrative records, this study demonstrates that, apprentices went through more masculine relationships than the children grew up with their fathers’ prescence, because masters wielded he supreme power which made them de facto “surrogate fathers”. This study also manisfests that apprenticeship was the extension of fatherhood, because it led apprentices to experience absolute subordination to their masters, reducing them to the position of “full-dependence” in their social communities.

Problems and Solutions in Implementing Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Institutions

With the furthering of educational reform in higher vocational institutions, China＇s vocational education has given a new connotation to modem apprenticeship. The government makes efforts in promoting the modem apprenticeship and this is met with active response of the higher vocational institutions. However, in the practical situation of the higher vocational institutions, the implementation of modem apprenticeship is still faced with lots of problems. It is the author＇s opinion that the government and higher vocational institutions should overall integrate the planning for scientific and systematic designing of the implementation of modem apprenticeship to create an integrated environment for the enterprises to actively participate in the higher vocational education. The institutions and enterprises should join hands in the management of higher vocational education, strengthen the pilot institutionsand promote the apprenticeship to solve the problems in the implementation and enhance the development of the higher vocational education of China.

Research on the Training Model of Electronic Business Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Modern Apprenticeship

For vocational education, modern apprenticeship is of great importance to its teaching quality, and the application of modern apprenticeship in training e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges can promote the training of e-commerce professionals. This paper briefly introduces the modern apprenticeship system, and has analyzed the existing problems in the teaching of e-commerce specialty in higher vocational colleges and the training model of modern apprenticeship for e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges, and finally, it puts forward several problems which we should pay attention to in the application of the modern apprenticeship to improve the teaching level of the major of e-commerce and promote the development of contemporary vocational education.

中医药师承教育是中医教育人才培养的重要途径。院校教育与师承教育相结合的模式被认为是当前最符合中医药教育自身规律的教育模式,西医院校的中医教育现状及存在的主要问题是中西医思维方式的切换难度大、中医临床见习课时有限。文化传承、经典传承、名师传授、实践导向、个性化教育,是中医师承教育的优势与特点。因此,将中医师承教育融入中医临床见习,是西医学生学习中医一种新型的教育模式,为培养中西医结合高级别人才做出探索与尝试。

数字化背景下美国青年学徒制:实施现状、应对策略及经验启示

美国青年学徒制旨在降低青年失业率和填补企业未满足的劳动力需求,获得社会广泛支持。数字化背景下,美国青年学徒制开发了系列指导原则,形成了以职业为导向、注重公平、学分可转换、强调适应性和建立问责制等特色。同时也面临着数据收集标准与范围不明确,各利益相关主体的角色及责任不清晰,数据收集基础设施建设不完善,数据访问和存储有待进一步优化等方面的问题。美国采取了数据收集和使用以学习者为中心、开发青年学徒制数据框架、促进雇主与行业的共同参与、把职业教育与青年学徒项目联系起来、加强青年学徒制的质量评估等应对策略。这对发展中国特色学徒制提供了经验启示:现代学徒制试点学校的课程设置要强调以学生为中心,建立学徒制信息数据平台,明确学校和企业职责,建立纵向贯通的就业和升学渠道,搭建全过程综合评价平台。

合作尝试法联合仿真模拟人在妇产科见习中的应用研究

目的分析合作尝试教学法联合仿真模拟人在妇产科主动融通见习中的应用效果。方法2022年10月,选择在中南大学湘雅三医院妇产科见习的五年制学生,共131名,随机分2组:研究组66名学生采用合作尝试教学法联合仿真模拟人进行教学,对照组65名学生采用以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL),教学评估内容为产后出血的模拟训练,通过理论测试、迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)、学生评教表、课后调查问卷表等多方面评估教学效果。结果研究组的理论测试成绩、Mini-CEX评分表中的各项成绩、课后问卷调查的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。学生评教表中研究组学生对带教老师的教学基本功、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果的评分远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在师德、教学管理方面的评分一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在妇产科主动融通见习教学中,应用合作尝试教学法联合仿真模拟人的教学形式,可以有效促进理论知识的学习、提高体格检查及操作技能水平、调动学生学习的主动性、积极性,能够真正做到“主动、融通”,并能够使学生更准确地做出临床判断、更好地做到人文关怀、改善其在临床工作中的整体表现,显著提高临床见习教学效果,并能够改善学生对教师的主观评价,更好的体现教师的教学能力及价值,值得在医学生本科教学中应用。

现代学徒制视域下企业参与动机、行为及收益的影响机制及效应研究

深入探讨企业参与现代学徒制动机、行为及收益之间的作用机制,对更好地开展具有中国特色现代学徒制意义重大。基于对浙江省97家参与学徒制合作企业开展的结构性访谈和问卷调查,在明确企业参与现代学徒制动机、行为及收益观测指标的基础上构建了相应的假设关系模型,并采用AMOS软件对三者的关系进行模型拟合。研究结果显示:企业参与现代学徒制动机对采取的行为及收益均有着显著的正向影响;企业行为对收益以及在“动机—收益”间的中介效应不够显著;“动机—行为—收益”间的作用关系在企业规模、所有权性质、所属行业以及科研&技术人员占比等方面表现出异质性。对此建议,进一步提升企业参与现代学徒制的积极性,一要强化制度保障,增加企业的参与收益;二要增强校企交流,提高校企合作匹配度;三要完善合作机制,提升学徒培养质量。

中国特色学徒制与实践教学体系耦合的机理、困境与路径

在推进中国式职业教育现代化与产教融合战略背景下,中国特色学徒制与实践教学体系相互协同、交互耦合,共同致力于培养高素质技术技能人才,推动职业教育体系的持续创新与发展。以制定统一的人才培养目标缓解人才供需矛盾、以设计共同的教学内容契合产业发展需求、以构建协同的教学管理机制保障技能人才成长、以建立合作互补的师资队伍支撑人才培养质量,可以实现中国特色学徒制与实践教学体系的耦合。然而,职业教育在实践发展中面临着企业参与和合作意愿不高、教学内容标准缺失、教学管理软硬件保障不足、专业型教师缺乏等困境。通过协商共建人才培养方案、协同共研教学内容、共建共享数字资源平台、互聘共用“双导师”队伍,可以有效促进中国特色学徒制与实践教学体系的耦合,从而助推高素质技术技能人才的培养、产教融合战略的顺利实施和中国式教育现代化的实现。

现代学徒制是一种新型人才培养模式,针对现代学徒制教学质量评价研究较少的现状,通过梳理和研究教育评价的基本理论,具体分析了教育家斯塔弗比姆提出的CIPP模式,该模式在教育评价中具备全面性和可行性。结合现代学徒制教学的特点,提出了基于CIPP模式的现代学徒制教学质量评价体系,对现代学徒制的专业办学定位、人才培养方案、教学过程和教学成果设置具体评价指标,并阐述了评价体系的实施方法,为提升现代学徒制教育教学质量提供参考和保障。

新时代中国特色学徒制制度特征及优化路径--基于对2012-2022年81份学徒制政策文本的分析

中国特色学徒制制度是现代学徒制在新时代中国的制度实现形态,是中国特色学徒制政策发展的逻辑起点。以2012-2022年中国特色学徒制政策文本内容为依据,从政策视角对新时代中国特色学徒制制度进行分析表明,中国特色学徒制制度是中国特色职业教育和培训制度改革发展的必然结果,它建立在新时代学徒制本土化实践试验的基础上,融汇聚力政校行企等多元主体参与学徒人才培养,最终为中国式现代化提供技术技能人才支撑。针对中国特色学徒制制度构建中所面临的难点,未来还需进一步优化顶层设计、强化制度供给,协调各方利益、构建共治网络,引导行业参与、增强校企合力,完善质量体系、提升应用价值,由此推动中国特色学徒制实现高质量内涵式发展。

高职智能制造类专业现场工程师培养路径研究

目前,高等职业教育正面临着教育结构、人才培养结构、专业结构上的失配性问题,不缺毕业生,但缺高层次、现场应用型工程师人才。而中国特色学徒制的改革和现场工程师的培养存在共生关系,开展高职智能制造类专业现场工程师的培养路径探索、进一步提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。基于此,文章首先对智能制造类专业现场工程师培养现状进行了分析,并基于校企协同育人理念,分别从企业角度、学校角度、教师角度及学生角度阐述了现场工程师培养的具体路径,提出创新校企协同育人新机制、校企共同研制人才培养方案及课程体系、校企双方共同实施“双导师双循环”工学交替的培养模式、打造高水平“双师型”结构化教学团队、创新评价考核方式等具有可行性的培养方案。推动校企合作全面融合,形成校企双方全员、全程、全方位育人,实现各专业教学资源共享度优、利用率高、教学效果好的建设目标,培养德技并修的复合型高素质技术技能人才。

基于现场工程师培养的学徒培养标准构建,有利于增强高职教育培养符合产业数字化转型需要的技术技能人才。针对校企合作不深导致对学徒培养标准不够重视、学徒培养标准与产业数字化岗位标准对接不足、学徒培养标准引领性不强等问题,基于现场工程师培养的学徒培养标准构建需要坚持专业建设与产业数字化转型的匹配,课程标准与岗位标准、素养标准的匹配以及学历与现场工程师身份的匹配。基于现场工程师培养的学徒培养标准实践路径为:坚持政校行企“四主体”跨界联通;加强与产业数字化岗位的“同频共振”;重构理实一体化课程教学体系。

针对工业过程自动化技术专业思政内涵、元素、路径不清晰等限制,开展中国特色学徒制视域下工业过程自动化技术专业思政教学探索与实践。构建工业过程自动化技术专业思政整体框架,提出基于“模块化课程组式、校企联动式、线上线下一体化式”的全方位课程思政育人模式,开发中国特色学徒制背景下“三课堂”协同式“课程思政”育人路径,有效解决课程思政在人才培养全过程存在的系统性、连贯性、逻辑性等不足的问题,实现工业过程自动化技术专业人才培养质量的全面提升。

现代学徒制多元育人体系的构建与实践——以常州信息职业技术学院为例

建立多元育人体系是深入推进现代学徒制工作的重要内容,也是保障现代学徒培养质量的关键举措。常州信息职业技术学院以现代学徒制建设为契机,在国内国际学徒培养上,对职教“引进来”“走出去”模式进行实践探索。针对学徒培养无法兼顾不同企业需求、培养过程资源缺乏针对性、国际学徒投入成本过高等问题,创设“企业联盟+专业集群”的招生招工模式,将联盟标准融入教学实践课程;构建“行·校·企”与“政·校·企”的一体化育人机制,奠定制度化培养基础;通过内外协同合作,创建“南非博众学院”“鲁班工坊”等实体机构,建立“虚实结合、岗位融合”学习平台,解决学徒投入资源过高问题,实现便捷低成本教学,逐步形成现代学徒制多元育人体系。
