Archival Examination of the Change in Packaging Materials of Chemical Injections

Based on the deepening awareness of the risk of changing packaging materials of injections,the national regulatory authorities and the China National Pharmaceutical Packaging Association have issued the relevant guidelines and group standards for changing packaging materials in recent years,greatly improving the research and development and technical requirements of packaging materials of injections.In 2021,Guangdong Province carried out the archival examination of the change of listed drugs,among which the proportion of the acceptance of changed injection packaging materials has increased year by year.On the basis of sorting out the archival examination work and combining with the cases of changing packaging materials of chemical injections accepted by Guangdong Province during 2021-2022,the requirements and problems of archival examination were analyzed and discussed to provide a reference and idea for applicants when studying the change in packaging materials.

Improving Archival Records and Service of Traditional Korean Performing Arts in a Semantic Web Environment

Purpose:This research project aims to organize the archival information of traditional Korean performing arts in a semantic web environment.Key requirements,which the archival records manager should consider for publishing and distribution of gugak performing archival information in a semantic web environment,are presented in the perspective of linked data.Design/methodology/approach:This study analyzes the metadata provided by the National Gugak Center’s Gugak Archive,the search and browse menus of Gugak Archive’s website and K-PAAN,the performing arts portal site.Findings:The importance of consistency,continuity,and systematicity—crucial qualities in traditional record management practices—is undiminished in a semantic web environment.However,a semantic web environment also requires new tools such as web identifiers(URIs),data models(RDF),and link information(interlinking).Research limitations:The scope of this study does not include practical implementation strategies for the archival records management system and website services.The suggestions also do not discuss issues related to copyright or policy coordination between related organizations.Practical implications:The findings of this study can assist records managers in converting a traditional performing arts information archive into a semantic web environment-based online archival service and system.This can also be useful for collaboration with record managers who are unfamiliar with relational or triple database system.Originality/value:This study analyzed the metadata of the Gugak Archive and its online services to present practical requirements for managing and disseminating gugak performing arts information in a semantic web environment.In the application of the semantic web services’principles and methods to an Gugak Archive,this study can contribute to the improvement of information organization and services in the field of Korean traditional music.

Utilization of Altmetrics as a Measure of Trust of Archival Data

Altmetrics is a new method that is currently used to capture the impact of published scholarly works based on data visibility on the web as a supplement to traditional bibliometric methods. On the other hand, archives contain venerable data that can be extremely helpful to the scholars and public. However, there is no measurement tool that can measure the value and the impact of archival data. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to explore the potentials of embracing altmetrics as a trusted measure of archival data, especially with the lack of studies on altmetrics adoption by archives and cultural heritage organizations.

CARE: Cloud Archival Repository Express via Algorithmic Machine Learning

CARE—Cloud Archive Repository Express has emerged from algorithmic machine learning, and acts like a “fastlane” to bridge between DATA and wiseCIO where DATA stands for digital archiving & trans-analytics, and wiseCIO for web-based intelligent service. CARE incorporates DATA and wiseCIO into a triad for content management and delivery (CMD) to orchestrate Anything as a Service (XaaS) by using mathematical and computational solutions to cloud-based problems. This article presents algorithmic machine learning in CARE for “DNA-like” ingredients with trivial information eliminated through deep learning to support integral content management over DATA and informative delivery on wiseCIO. In particular with algorithmic machine learning, CARE creatively incorporates express tokens for information interchange (eTokin) to promote seamless intercommunications among the CMD triad that enables Anything as a Service and empowers ordinary users to be UNIQ professionals: such as ubiquitous manager on content management and delivery, novel designer on universal interface and user-centric experience, intelligent expert for business intelligence, and quinary liaison with XaaS without explicitly coding required. Furthermore, CMD triad harnesses rapid prototyping for user interface design and propels cohesive assembly from Anything orchestrated as a Service. More importantly, CARE collaboratively as a whole promotes instant publishing over DATA, efficient presentation to end-users via wiseCIO, and diligent intelligence for business, education, and entertainment (iBEE) through highly robotic process automation.

A discussion of major issues related to the archiving of office business records

Based on our research and data analysis, we have made an in-depth study of the elements that have had an impact on the archiving of those office records from the automated office management system. In addition, we also offered a few suggestions about archiving such electronic office records more efficiently and effectively from a holistic perspective. In this paper, these authors discussed at some length about the following issues which included but limited to the unique features and requirements about the offline record transmission, the online record archiving, the requirements of electronic archiving stemming from the automated office document generating system, how to make the electronic business management system more congenial to its task-specific requirements for business records management and how to protect the system users' interest during the process of the system's continuous evolutionary development.

Documenting the University's history in a digital era: Organizing and presenting archival resources at Lingnan University

Purpose: This paper chronicles Lingnan University(Hong Kong) Library’s experience in adopting the open source archival information system, Archon, and an institutional repository(IR) platform, Digital Commons, to create a holistic system for describing, managing and preserving the University’s historical documents.Design/Methodology/Approach: By combining the strength of Archon with Digital Commons, the Library can apply proper archival encoding practice with digital publishing capability to assemble the disparate and fragmentary Lingnan historical records into a more cohesive and well-organized historical collection facilitating wider access.Findings: Both the encoding process and digital publishing efforts have broadened access to several unique and valuable Lingnan records, providing greater search capabilities and accessibility. These initial sets of processed resources have successfully attracted attention from researchers and alumni who have strong interest in consulting the records. Together Archon and Digital Commons provide an ideal platform enabling the Library to reach out to more people who may also be interested in the records and have resulted in more donations to the Archives, further enriching the collection.Research limitations: Our initial efforts have created a solid foundation that we can use to develop a comprehensive archival collection showcasing the history of Lingnan University.However, the Library will need to develop a long-term strategy to formalize University archive policy for the ongoing systematic collection of university records and the effective management of born-digital data.Practical implications: Archival or historical records no longer need to be hidden or inaccessible due to lack of appropriate finding aids and search and retrieval systems. Archon provides an organizational and descriptive framework for the Library to process archival materials and create digital finding aids instantly in compliance with international archival standards, whereas IR software such as Digital Commons offers us a digital publishing platform to present the full-text content of these records online for worldwide access. We believe that as important as it is to collect and process a university’s records for historical preservation, it is equally important to make them easily available and accessible. By exploring the possibility of adopting new tools to manage old processes, we can add value while creating visibility for materials that were once hidden and inaccessible beyond our campus.Originality/value: As the first library in greater China to adopt Archon as well as use an IR platform, Digital Commons, to process archival materials and chronicle a university’s history, Lingnan University Library introduces a new approach that blends tools and resources of both archives and libraries to present a cohesive archival collection in a new digital era.

A Novel Collaborative Evolutionary Algorithm with Two-Population for Multi-Objective Flexible Job Shop Scheduling

Job shop scheduling(JS)is an important technology for modern manufacturing.Flexible job shop scheduling(FJS)is critical in JS,and it has been widely employed in many industries,including aerospace and energy.FJS enables any machine from a certain set to handle an operation,and this is an NP-hard problem.Furthermore,due to the requirements in real-world cases,multi-objective FJS is increasingly widespread,thus increasing the challenge of solving the FJS problems.As a result,it is necessary to develop a novel method to address this challenge.To achieve this goal,a novel collaborative evolutionary algorithmwith two-population based on Pareto optimality is proposed for FJS,which improves the solutions of FJS by interacting in each generation.In addition,several experimental results have demonstrated that the proposed method is promising and effective for multi-objective FJS,which has discovered some new Pareto solutions in the well-known benchmark problems,and some solutions can dominate the solutions of some other methods.

Construction of Intelligent Recommendation Retrieval Model of FuJian Intangible Cultural Heritage Digital Archives Resources

In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)model.The model is used to mine archive resource topics.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics.Based on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification.According to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources.The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.

Coevolutionary Framework for Generalized Multimodal Multi-Objective Optimization

Most multimodal multi-objective evolutionary algorithms(MMEAs)aim to find all global Pareto optimal sets(PSs)for a multimodal multi-objective optimization problem(MMOP).However,in real-world problems,decision makers(DMs)may be also interested in local PSs.Also,searching for both global and local PSs is more general in view of dealing with MMOPs,which can be seen as generalized MMOPs.Moreover,most state-of-theart MMEAs exhibit poor convergence on high-dimension MMOPs and are unable to deal with constrained MMOPs.To address the above issues,we present a novel multimodal multiobjective coevolutionary algorithm(Co MMEA)to better produce both global and local PSs,and simultaneously,to improve the convergence performance in dealing with high-dimension MMOPs.Specifically,the Co MMEA introduces two archives to the search process,and coevolves them simultaneously through effective knowledge transfer.The convergence archive assists the Co MMEA to quickly approach the Pareto optimal front.The knowledge of the converged solutions is then transferred to the diversity archive which utilizes the local convergence indicator and the-dominance-based method to obtain global and local PSs effectively.Experimental results show that Co MMEA is competitive compared to seven state-of-the-art MMEAs on fifty-four complex MMOPs.

Research on Multi-Blockchain Electronic Archives Sharing Model

The purpose of introducing blockchain into electronic archives sharing and utilization is to break the information barrier between electronic archives sharing departments by relying on technologies such as smart contract and asymmetric encryption.Aiming at the problem of dynamic permission management in common access control methods,a new access control method based on smart contract under blockchain is proposed,which improves the intelligence level under blockchain technology.Firstly,the Internet attribute access control model based on smart contract is established.For the dynamic access of heterogeneous devices,the management contract,permission judgment contract and access control contract are designed;Secondly,the access object credit evaluation algorithm based on particle swarm optimization radial basis function(PSO-RBF)neural network is used to dynamically generate the access node credit threshold combined with the access policy,so as to realize the intelligent access right management method.Finally,combined with the abovemodels and algorithms,the workflow of electronic archives sharing and utilization model of multi blockchain is constructed.The experimental results show that the timeconsuming of the process increases linearly with the number of continuous access to electronic archives blocks,and the secure access control of sharing and utilization is feasible,secure and effective.

Research on the Development Model of University Archives Cultural Products Based on Deep Learning

The products of an archival culture in colleges and universities are the final result of the development of archival cultural resources,and the development of archival cultural effects in colleges and universities should be an important part of improving the artistic level of libraries.The existing RippleNet model doesn’t consider the influence of key nodes on recommendation results,and the recommendation accuracy is not high.Therefore,based on the RippleNet model,this paper introduces the influence of complex network nodes into the model and puts forward the Cn RippleNet model.The performance of the model is verified by experiments,which provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and recommendation of its cultural products of universarchives,solve the problem that RippleNet doesn’t consider the influence of key nodes on recommendation results,and improve the recommendation accuracy.This paper also combs the development course of archival cultural products in detail.Finally,based on the Cn-RippleNet model,the cultural effect of university archives is recommended and popularized.

Discussion on Collection of Precious Meteorological Archives under the Background of New Archives Law

On January 1,2021,the newly revised Archives Law of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the new Archives Law)was officially implemented,providing legal protection for archive management,archive work and archive undertaking in the new era.Starting from the relevant provisions of the new Archives Law,the collection of precious meteorological archives was discussed,and it is believed that only on the basis of clarifying the definition,collection responsibility subject,collection scope,ways and methods of precious meteorological archives can the relevant units be convenient to practice and obtain substantive collection effect.

Detection of Low-Risk and High-Risk Oncogenic Human Papillomavirus in Archived Tissues from ENT Tumors in Burkina Faso

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is classified into high-risk HPV (HR-HPV) and HPV (LR-HPV) according to their oncogenic potential. These viruses can be found in the cervix, vagina, vulva, anus and in the ENT sphere. HPV ENT infections can lead to benign or malignant tumors in which we could find both LR-HPV and HR-HPV genotypes. The objective of this study was to investigate the genotypes of HR-HPV and LR-HPV in archived tissue samples derived from both benign and malignant tumors of the ear, nose, and throat (ENT) in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. One hundred and twenty formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded archived tissues of the ENT sphere from 26 benign tumors and 94 malignant tumors were included. The tissues were first deparaffinized with xylem. The extracted DNA was used to test for high-risk and low-risk HPV by Real-Time Multiplex PCR. HPV DNA was found in 57.7% (15/26) of benign tumors and 43.61% (41/94) of malignant tumors. The prevalence of HPV infection was 46.67% (56/120) in all tumors combined. The most common HPV genotypes found were HPV 11 (34.28%), HPV 6 (30%), HPV56 (14.28%) and HPV 33 (8.57%). There were 21.43% (12/56) cases of genotypes co-infections with 10 cases of double infection and 2 cases of triple infection. Both low-risk and high-risk HPV are found in ENT tumors with relatively high HPV prevalence.

With the development and progress of economic construction and market economy,urban construction is also developing rapidly.In the field of construction engineering,a large number of construction engineering files are constantly being produced and accumulated.Therefore,the role of file management is becoming more and more important.The archives are the true records of the whole process of project construction,including the information on the whole process from project design to completion,and are also the main basis for operation management after project delivery.However,there are many aspects to construction project archives,and there are many problems.Nowadays,the classification and preservation of archives are receiving more and more attention.In this article,the origin and development history of construction project archives is first expounded,and its attributes and importance are analyzed.Secondly,the differences between ancient and modern archives management are compared,and at the same time suggestions on improving the archives’traceability system,strengthening the use of archives,and establishing and improving archives management are given.In this paper,we summarize the problems in archives sorting and put forward specific solutions to improve the standardization and systematic management of archives work and enhance the authenticity and integrity of construction project archives.
