银柴胡类生药的商品调查研究

通过全国范围调查，收集到２７个省、市、自治区的８８份银柴胡生药商品，鉴定结果表明其中仅６０％来源于中国药典品种，其余４０％来源于非药典品种。５２份来源于披针叶繁缕，在全国２４个省市使用，其中，约有２／３为１或２年生栽培品。商品中１８％为灯心草蚤缀根，在１０省区使用，其余２２％来源于丝石竹属、蝇子草属和蚤缀属３个属的５种植物根。

灯心蚤缀根的化学成分

AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Arenaria juncea Bieb.. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures were identified on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated from the roots of Arenaria juncea. Their structures were identified as friedelin (Ⅰ),arenarine C (Ⅱ),1-acetyl-β-carboline (Ⅲ),methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (Ⅳ),tectoridin (Ⅴ),quillaic acid (Ⅵ),β-sitosterol (Ⅶ) and daucosterol (Ⅷ). CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ～Ⅷ have been isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ have been isolated from Arenaria L. for the first time.

银柴胡与四种山银柴胡紫外光谱和甾醇含量比较

对银柴胡 (野生与栽培品 )与四种山银柴胡欧丝石竹、旱麦瓶草、满天星、灯心蚤缀进行了紫外光谱的比较鉴别 ,并用双波长薄层扫描法对其甾醇含量进行了分析。结果表明 5种银柴胡紫外光谱不同 。
