The article first discusses thetheoretical issues of early art production in China, mainly taking Mr. Dong Xuewen’s views as an example. Second,scholars have their own views on the discussion of the unbalanced development of art production and materialproduction in the 1970s and 1980s. Third, this article uses the art production theory to construct the contemporaryliterary art form, and raises the art production theory to the essentialism to discuss the art production theory and thereflection theory. The writings and artistic works of Antoni Tàpies(2009;2011)mirror the influences of the cosmic vision of the Chinese yin-yang.Signs,numbers,and creative procedures related to this correlative thought prevail in h...The writings and artistic works of Antoni Tàpies(2009;2011)mirror the influences of the cosmic vision of the Chinese yin-yang.Signs,numbers,and creative procedures related to this correlative thought prevail in his art.Tàpies integrated different iconological codes from the ancient Chinese thinking into his art to question the existential meaning of the universe and to express his thoughts on the cultural and socio-political controversies of his time.In other words,the images,media,and techniques that he utilized for his works were extensions of his life experiences intertwined with various socio-historical facts and his personal feelings.展开更多
I came to know the works of Ouyang Qiansen for the first time through the TV series Madame Shexiang(Shexiang Furen)and Unbreakable Pass(Xiongguan Mandao),and his screenwriting skills immediately struck me.Later,I read...I came to know the works of Ouyang Qiansen for the first time through the TV series Madame Shexiang(Shexiang Furen)and Unbreakable Pass(Xiongguan Mandao),and his screenwriting skills immediately struck me.Later,I read many of his full-length and medium-length novels as well as his short stories.The short stories of his works certainly display the most devotion and exemplify his highest achievement.There is no doubt that the short story is a very difficult literary form.As Lu Xun,Shen Congwen,Wang Zengqi,Sun Li,Su Tong and many other great writers have made remarkable artistic achievements,the art of the short story has been pushed to the extreme,thus making it even more challenging to achieve success in the genre.Ouyang Qiansen,however,has done it by immersing himself in the art of the short story.This paper explores the artistic achievements within Ouyang Qiansen's short stories,providing some reference for enriching the artistic landscape of the short story.展开更多
