Construction of University Librarian Team in the Context of Double First-Class Initiative

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries.

Research on Striving for Double First-Class Universities

The construction of“double first-class”universities is the strategic goal of the development of Chinese universities in the new period.On the basis of fully researching the domestic“double first-class”talent training model,this paper builds a new type of talent training model with Chinese characteristics suitable for the“double first-class”development requirements through reference,digestion,comparison and integration,hoping to further improve universities Quality of teaching.

Research on the cultural transmission of college students under the background of the ＂double first-class＂university construction

Throughout the world＇s first-class universities, the university culture is the soul of the universities＇ survival and development, and the cultural competitiveness has become an important symbol of the core competitiveness of the universities. The first-class university culture is very important to the construction of the ＂double first-class＂. Therefore, our country should bring the university cultural construction into the big pattern of the ＂double first-class＂ construction, guide the construction of the university cultures with the socialist core values, strengthen the cultural confidence, inherit the Chinese excellent traditional cultures, pay attention to the rational exchange of the multicultural cultures, highlight the Chinese characteristics of the first-class university cultures, and realize the dream of the Chinese nation of a power of the higher education.

Enlightenment of Intelligent Construction in the Construction of First-Class University Campus

In September 2017,the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Finance,and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly announced the first batch of“double first-class”construction universities,aiming to improve China’s education level and strengthen the country’s core competitiveness.In addition to first-class teaching and first-class scientific research,first-class universities should also have first-class campuses.The campus of a first-class university should have a complete range of infrastructure,scale,and function to meet the requirements of school-running and scientific research;it should also advocate sustainable development,which includes the concept of energy-saving,smart,and green.The traditional production methods and management models of the construction industry are far from being able to meet the needs of the construction and development of first-class campuses.Digital,intelligent,and informatized construction models are the only way for current campus construction.

亚冬会背景下黑龙江省高校传承冰雪体育文化的逻辑理路与实践策略

黑龙江省冰雪体育文化历史悠久、文脉流芳,适逢第9届亚洲冬季运动会即将在哈尔滨举办,在这一重要窗口期内,全省高校应以文化传承的主阵地姿态赋予冰雪体育文化更多的生长空间。采用文献资料、调查研究等研究方法梳理了黑龙江省高等院校助力冰雪体育文化发展的历史脉络,并针对黑龙江省高校在弘扬冰雪体育文化中的现实问题,提出了下一阶段冰雪体育文化工作的实践逻辑和具体措施。研究认为:龙江高校应以重大赛事为契机、以统一基调为逻辑指向、以有效联动为方法原则,大力凸显冰雪体育文化特质与内涵,进而促成冰雪体育文化在培育个人和引领社会中的双重作用,以文化共识达成文化自信,在文化兴盛中走向文化繁荣,从而以冰雪体育文化之笔书写出龙江地区再创辉煌的生动篇章。

亚冬会背景下冰雪文化在黑龙江省大学英语教学中的融入

伴随着哈尔滨市获得2025年第九届亚洲冬季运动会的举办权,黑龙江省的国际影响力得以提升,冰雪运动在我国再次迎来有利发展机遇。高校位处文化传输与人才培养的枢纽,英语学科具有跨越文化的特殊属性,将冰雪文化与大学英语教学有机整合,是发挥冰雪文化多重育人功能的重要途径。面对当前冰雪文化在黑龙江省大学英语教学中的缺失,提出深化课程整合,明确冰雪文化与大学英语课程的内在联系;促进文化交融,设计具有冰雪文化特色的大学英语教学内容;丰富教学手段,创新冰雪文化在大学英语教学中的实践应用;更新教学理念,培养冰雪文化意识和文化输出能力等路径举措。旨在通过冰雪文化在黑龙江省大学英语教学中的融入,为我国培养更多复合型人才,从而长效助力后冬奥时代冰雪强国的建设,提升中国冰雪运动的国际地位。

Study on the Present Situation and Optimization Path of Gamification Design in Chinese University Libraries

In this paper,137“First-class universities”and“First-class discipline”construction universities in China are selected as the objects of investigation to analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the game design of University Library in China.Taking the university library in other countries as the reference object,this paper compares the differences of the game design of University Library in China and other countries,sums up the deficiency of the gamification service practice in Chinese university libraries.At last,this paper proposes an optimization path of the gamification design of Chinese University Library from six aspects of game type,game service object,game interactive mode,game application,game development and game playability.

Towards a Framework for Evaluating the Research Performance of Chinese Double First-Class Universities

The study focuses on the research performance of Double First-Class(DFC)universities in China.A theoretical framework based on economic theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method for a novel evaluation model is proposed.The model is performed on a sample of 41 participant DFC universities in China.Using data collected from these universities,it was found that there is no consistency between performance ranking,input ranking,and output ranking,with the best ranked universities far from the most efficient.These findings provide empirical evidence of DFC universities’research performance situation and suggest strategies that the government can use to propel their sustainable development.

亚洲高校专利申请趋势及技术转移转化分析

高校专利申请量高速增长,但高校的专利转移转化能力与水平远远不如专利申请量增长速度,导致大量专利处于“沉睡”状态。本文以incoPat数据库为检索与分析工具,对2024年QS亚洲大学排名前15的高校的专利申请趋势、专利布局、主要技术热点和转移转化情况等进行分析,探讨亚洲高校的创新发展特征、技术优势以及专利转移转化情况等,并针对技术研发端、专利申请端和转移转化端提出可行性建议,以期为国内高校提高自主创新能力提供参考,为提升高校专利转化与运用水平提供对策。

欧美式现代化:一条非普适的现代化道路

欧美一些国家在工业化时代初期便成功地实现了现代化,生成由欧陆型、英国型和美国型共同构成的欧美式现代化道路。很多政客和学者认为欧美式现代化道路具有普适性,但现实情况证明这一观点是错误的。欧美式现代化道路不具有普适性的根本原因是这一现代化道路与亚非拉国家的国情不相符,外部成因是西方国家维护西方中心主义。欧美式现代化道路非普适性告诉人们:任何一条现代化道路都不可能普遍适用于所有国家和地区;亚非拉国家只有立足自身、适度借鉴,才能有效推进现代化进程,只有抓住内核、走和平道路,才能实现现代化。

亚运遗产视角下杭州高校体育场馆资源社会共享对策研究

第19届亚运会将在杭州拉开帷幕,亚运会的成功举办需要众多体育场馆来参与和保障。为提高资源利用率,部分亚运体育赛事被安排到高校体育场馆里举办。利用高校场馆办赛也有益于赛后作为亚运遗产继续进行资源共享,有效助力落实全民健身计划、推动体育强国建设。本研究以问卷和访谈的形式对高校内体育场馆管理人员、高校学生及周边居民展开调研,旨在基于亚运遗产视角,厘清杭州市高校体育场馆资源社会共享现状,研判体育场馆资源社会共享关键问题,提出高校体育场馆资源社会共享的针对性建议。

Language Learning Strategies Used by Asian Students in English-medium Universities

An increasing number of Asian students pursue English medium tertiary education for better academic credentials.These students face daunting linguistic challenges in their struggle for academic survival and success.This article gives an overview of language learning strategy(LLS)research undertaken in two theoretical and methodological orientations,namely,psychometric survey studies using a strategy inventory and sociocultural,largely qualitative research that examines learners'strategy use in relation to contextual mediation.Under each category of research,the article reviews four studies on Asian students'strategy use in different research contexts including Britain,Canada,Hong Kong,India,New Zealand and United States.It also documents relevant critiques associated with these studies.Given the widely accepted importance of strategy use in language learning,it can be argued that research on Asian tertiary students'strategy use in English medium universities informs an institutional effort to support their pursuit of linguistic competence.

2010年亚运会对广州大学生体育锻炼的影响

以跨理论模型作为研究大学生体育锻炼行为的理论工具,采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对2010年亚运会对广州大学生体育认知、体育行为、体育效能、决策平衡的影响进行调查分析。最后提出不同阶段大学生体育锻炼具体方案措施。

亚洲开放大学组织结构比较分析

组织结构研究一直是组织研究领域中的核心问题。在高等教育领域,大学的组织结构被认为是影响大学组织运行与发展的重要因素。开放大学的组织结构是指开放大学在组织定位的引领下,在职责职权等方面分工协作的体系,具体包括开放大学组织的分工形式、层次等级、分校组织架构、权力划分、协作机制等内容。从国际比较的视角来看,亚洲7所开放大学在组织定位、组织环境、组织特征、组织架构等方面表现出诸多共性。由于所处环境、文化、背景等方面的差异,亚洲7所开放大学在分校组织构架、内部治理模式、学科组合方式、行政权力与学术权力配置方面存在一定差异。目前我国开放大学建设已进入实质阶段,探讨和解决开放大学的体制机制等问题已是不争事实,这首先需要从组织结构层面对开放大学进行重新调整和完善。我国开放大学应充分立足本国国情,借鉴国际经验,在组织环境方面加快终身教育立法进程,在分校组织架构方面强调分权管理和合作共赢,在内部治理结构方面注重学术权力与行政权力相互制衡,在学科组合方式上探索多种模式。

广州大学城2010年亚运会场馆建设和前后期管理的研究

采用问卷调查、专家访谈、文献资料、数理统计法等研究方法,结合广州大学城高校体育教育的要求,对广州大学城高校体育场馆规划、设计、建设的规程以及资金投入的规模和方式进行分析研究,充分认识广州大学城高校体育场馆体育运动设施的用途,以及对体育场馆在亚运会前后的利用和管理进行研究和合理规划,使广州亚运会在大学城的体育场馆建设在满足亚运会的比赛要求的同时,还能够满足高校学生体育教育的需要和广州市民大众健身的需要,以期对大学城高校场馆建设的投资,产生最大的经济效益和社会效益。

中国高校东南亚语种人才培养现状及对策

在问卷调查的基础上,对中国高校东南亚语种人才培养进行探讨,分析东南亚语种面临的机遇和挑战及东南亚语种人才培养现状,提出加强东南亚语种人才培养的对策。

云南省大学生东南亚语种学习动机实证研究

本研究以304名云南省某高校学习东南亚语言的学生为研究对象,以语言学习动机理论为理论基础,以实证定量问卷调查法为研究方法,探讨了云南省大学生学习东南亚语言的动机类型。研究结果表明:学生学习动机出现了8个因子,即,融合型动机、继承语动机、工具型动机、内部动机、合作动机、任务价值动机,动机强度和学习焦虑。学生东南亚语言的学习动机强度较高,对任务价值的认同也较强,动机类型较之工具型更偏向融合型动机,学习焦虑较弱。

云南省高校南亚语种专业发展规划研究

云南是我国从陆地上连接东南亚、南亚的枢纽地带。在云南省高校的外语教育中,东南亚语种专业的发展非常迅速,而南亚语种专业的开设却明显滞后。在云南省建设面向南亚东南亚辐射中心的背景下,对云南省高校南亚语种专业的发展规划开展研究显得十分必要。在摸清各个南亚语种的社会需求,以及与东南亚语种的社会需求进行对比的基础上,应从南亚语种专业的数量、结构、招生规模等方面对南亚语种教育进行科学规划。
