Effect of Head Meridian Massage Combined with Auricular Acupoint Plaster on Patients with Insomnia

Objective:To study the effect of head meridian massage combined with auricular acupoint plasters on patients with insomnia.Methods:The sample consisted of 50 cases,and all of them were admitted to Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with a combination of head meridian massage and auricular acupoint plaster while the control group underwent conventional nursing care.The improvement of sleep quality and nursing effect were used as evaluation criteria to compare the clinical effects of the nursing programs.Results:After nursing intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the observation group,which was 7.17±1.41 points was lower than that of the control group(9.04±1.96 points),(t=3.8724,P<0.05).The total efficacy was 96.00%for the observation group and 76.00%for the control group(2=4.1528,P<0.05).Conclusion:Head meridian massage combined with auricular acupoint can improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia.

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Auricular Acupoint Pressure Patch Combined with Modified Huangqi Decoction in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To explore the efficacy of auricular acupoint pressure patch combined with modified Huangqi Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with auricular acupoint pressure patches combined with modified Huangqi Decoction.The patients’fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),urinary protein quantification,urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),and other indicators were detected and recorded before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the FPG,the 2hPG,and the HbA1c between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the FPG,the 2hPG,and the HbA1c of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the urinary protein quantification,the BUN,and the SCr between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the urinary protein quantification,BUN,and SCr of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group showed better improvement in symptoms such as fatigue,backache,and frequency of nocturia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint pressure patch combined with modified Huangqi Decoction effectively treats diabetic nephropathy and it helps control blood sugar and renal function indicators and improve clinical symptoms,therefore improving the patients’quality of life.

Auricular acupoint application combined with Fujing prescription treatment for patients with premature ovarian failure

Background:To study the efficacy of Fujing prescription combined with auricular acupoint application in premature ovarian failure and its effect on hormone levels.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,100 patients with premature ovarian failure treated in our outpatient clinic were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 50 cases and a treatment group of 50 cases.The control group was treated with Femoston for 28 consecutive days,and the treatment group was treated with not only Femoston,but also Fujing prescription and auricular acupoint application.The patients in the two groups were treated with a 3-month course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine integral,serum hormone level,immune index and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the indexes of IgG,IgM and IgA in the treatment group were all increased(P<0.05 for all);compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Fujing prescription and auricular acupoint application in the treatment of premature ovarian failure can improve patients'clinical symptoms significantly,resulting in a decrease in follicle-stimulating hormone levels and an increase in estrogen levels.The combination of Fujing prescription and acupoint application has provided a clinical basis for the TCM treatment of premature ovarian failure.

Application of auricular acupoints therapy in relieving the gastrointestinal side effects induced by chemotherapy： an integrative review

Background： It is an urgent matter to relieve the side effects induced by chemotherapy. In recent years, auricular acupoints therapy, which is a nursing technique used in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, has been used on many patients who are undergoing chemotherapy without causing any side effects. Furthermore, it has a good efficacy and is inexpensive. Aim： The aim of this study was to provide evidence for the need of further research in the treatment and nursing of patients during chemotherapy. Methods： We conducted an integrated review of the reports in CNK1, WanFang Data, SinoMed, and PubMed databases for journal articles published after 1990. The search terms included auricular acupoints taping and pressing, auricular acupoints therapy, auricular point sticking, ear points, chemotherapy, and side effects and relevant Medical Subject Heading terms. We then analyzed the mechanism, acu- points, and operation method and summarized the application of auricular acupoints therapy in patients suffering from chemotherapy side effects. Results： This review included 102 articles published between 1990 and 2016, and we brought 63 other articles into the study. Eighteen articles focused on auricular acupoints therapy, combined with other therapy, to relieve patient side effects during chemotherapy. Conclusions： Auricular acupoints therapy can prevent and relieve the side effects induced by chemotherapy. It deserves further clinical applications.

Observation on the Curative Effect of Auricular Acupoint Sticking Combined with Acupoint Sticking in the Treatment of Diabetic Constipation

The study was conducted to observe the clinical effect of acupoint and auricular point application on diabetes patients with constipation.Around 104 patients with diabetes and constipation were selected from the Hospital Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2022 as the study subjects.They were divided into groups by drawing lots.The experimental group carried out the combined analysis of acupoint and auricular point application based on the treatment methods of the control group.Meanwhile,the control group carried out the traditional treatment,and the evaluation index,including the improvement of constipation and the clinical effective rate data were included in the analysis.This study showed that,the total effective number of patients,times of defecation per week,time of defecation,and interval of defecation in the experimental group were greater,compared to control group(p<0.05).In summary,diabetes patients with constipation,the auricular plaster and acupoint application can effectively improve the constipation symptoms,shorten the defecation time,improve the cure rate of the disease,and ensure the normal defecation cycle in the patients.

CONSTIPATION TREATED BY AURICULAR ACUPOINT PRESSING COMBINED WITH ACUPUNCTURE AT ZUSANLI POINT

This paper reports that 65 cases with functional constipation were treated by putting one Wang Bu Liu Xing (semen vaccariae) seed on each acupoint, Intestinum crassum, Intestinum tenue,Sympathicum, Lung, Spleen, Subcortex, of auricula and pressing, associated with acupuncture at Zusanli point on both sides. The patients were instructed to press the stuck seed twice a day for 3 to 5 minutes each time. Auricular acupoints of both sides were used alternately every 2 days. The electric acupuncture was applied at Zusanli points about 30 minutes each time every other day. Ten times (i. e. 20 days) make one course of treatment and the routine treatment consists of 1 to 2 courses. The results showed that all the patients were cured, patients with Shi Mi (the constipation of excess type) were cured after one course of treatrnent while Xu Mi (the constipation of deficiency type) were cured after two courses. The study suggests that this kind of treatment is an ideal therapy for functional constipation. The pathogenesis and mechanism of treatment of auricular acupuncture pressing associated with acupuncture at Zusanli point for constipation are discussed.

Effect of Auricular Acupoint Bloodletting plus Auricular Acupressure on Sleep Quality and Neuroendocrine Level in College Students with Primary Insomnia:A Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective:To evaluate the effects of auricular acupoint bloodletting(AB)and auricular acupressure(AA)on sleep quality and the levels of melatonin(MT),glutamic acid(Glu),and γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in college students with primary insomnia,and to explore the possible mechanism.Methods:Totally 74 college students at Hebei University of Chinese Medicine with primary insomnia were selected from October 2019 to October 2020.All patients were assigned to AB+AA group(37 cases,received combination of AB and AA)and AA group(37 cases,received only AA on the same acupoints)by a random number table.Each group was treated twice a week for 4 weeks.The Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,Chinese medicine(CM)syndrome score,total effective rate,serum concentrations of MT,Glu,and GABA,and Glu/GABA ratio were compared between the two groups after treatment and at follow-up.The safety of therapy was also evaluated.Results:After 4-week treatment,the total scores of PSQI,each PSQI component score,and the CM syndrome scores in both groups all decreased(P<0.05);the serum MT concentrations in both groups all increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of Glu and GABA in the AB+AA group were significantly higher than those in the AA group after treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the ratio of Glu/GABA in both groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).At follow-up,the CM syndrome score in the AB+AA group was significantly lower than that in the AA group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in total effective rates and adverse events(P>0.05).Conclusions:Both AB+AA and AA can relieve insomnia symptoms,but a stronger long-term effect were observed for AB+AA.AB+AA canpromote the secretion of MT,increase the levelsof Glu and GABA more effective than AA,and regulate their imbalance,and thus it may bebenificial for treating insomnia.

Effectiveness and safety of auricular acupoint bloodletting in treatment of insomnia:an assessor-blinded pilot randomized controlled trial

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of auricular acupoint bloodletting in treatment of insomniaMETHODS: Participants(n = 60) with insomnia were randomized into two groups to receive treatment of auricular acupoint bloodletting: low frequency group, 1 times/week for five weeks(n = 30);high frequency group, 2 times/week for two weeks(n = 30). The following outcomes were measured blindly at baseline, after first treatment, 4 weeks,and 8 weeks: Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI).RESULTS: The groups were balanced at baseline for insomnia and demographic characteristics. There were no significant differences between the groups in terms of any of the outcomes, at the first follow-up time point. However, the therapeutic effect of LFG(once per week) is obviously lower than that of HFG(twice per week). In addition, there was no significant difference in the side effects between the two groups.CONCLUSION: The treatment of insomnia with different frequencies of auricular acupoint bloodletting is effective and has less side effects. More reasonable treatment frequencies are worth further study.

耳穴贴压联合针灸对高血压病患者血压血脂的影响

目的 探析高血压病患者采用耳穴贴压联合针灸治疗对血压与血脂的影响。方法 选择枣庄市立医院2021年3月—2022年3月接诊的90例高血压病患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组45例。对照组口服药物治疗,观察组耳穴贴压联合针灸治疗。比较2组患者血压、血脂、中医证候积分和治疗总有效率。结果 治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主症(头痛、眩晕)与次症(心悸、胸闷、畏寒肢冷)中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高血压病患者采用耳穴贴压联合针灸治疗可以更好地改善血压与血脂,值得推广。

耳穴揿针联合栀黄散穴位贴敷在胆石症患者中的应用研究

目的观察耳穴揿针联合栀黄散穴位贴敷对胆石症患者的应用效果。方法将120例患者随机分为A组:耳穴揿针组(40例),B组:穴位贴敷组(40例),C组:联合治疗组(40例)。A组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上加用耳穴揿针治疗,按压4~6次/d,1~3 min/次,5 d 1个疗程,双耳交替操作。B组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上加用栀黄散穴位贴敷,贴敷于双侧胆俞穴、双侧肝俞穴、右侧期门穴、双侧阳陵泉穴,贴敷时间为4~6 h,2次/d,5 d 1个疗程。C组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上联合使用耳穴揿针和栀黄散穴位贴敷治疗。通过疼痛数值评分量表(NRS)比较3组患者治疗后0.5、1、2、24、48 h疼痛评分;治疗前后3组患者C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、胆红素、肝功能(ALT)变化情况;通过B超检查治疗前后胆囊收缩功能、胆囊壁厚度。结果干预后3组患者疼痛评分时间效应值、CRP、胆红素、ALT数值、胆囊壁厚度均低于干预前,胆囊收缩功能较干预前增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组、B组两组患者干预后疼痛评分时间效应值、CRP、胆红素、ALT数值、胆囊壁厚度、胆囊收缩功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组患者干预后疼痛评分时间效应值、CRP、胆红素、ALT数值、胆囊壁厚度均低于A、B两组,胆囊收缩功能高于A、B两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴揿针和栀黄散穴位贴敷应用于胆石症患者,均可减轻患者的疼痛反应,降低炎症作用,促进肝功能恢复,增强胆囊收缩功能。将两者联合应用,临床疗效更加显著,能够加速患者康复,值得临床推广。

耳穴疗法联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

目的分析耳穴疗法联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床效果。方法经随机方式把80例带状疱疹(HZ)住院患者归入对照组、治疗组,分别实施常规治护+普瑞巴林胶囊口服止痛疗法、常规治护+中医耳穴压豆+普瑞巴林胶囊口服止痛疗法,对比两组神经痛改善状况。结果在疼痛缓解方面,相较对照组,治疗组具有显著优势(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.00%(36/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40);治疗组的复发率为10.00%(4/40),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40)(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆+普瑞巴林胶囊疗法对于气滞血瘀型PHN的缓解有着积极作用,同时止痛效果相较单用普瑞巴林胶囊更具优势。

耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴埋豆对社区肝阳上亢型高血压患者的干预效果评价

目的观察耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴埋豆对社区肝阳上亢型高血压患者的干预效果。方法选取2023年1月—6月厦门大学附属第一医院思明区中华道社区卫生服务中心参与慢病管理的肝阳上亢型高血压患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各38例。对照组给予口服降压药物及常规高血压慢性病管理,研究组在对照组基础上采用耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴埋豆治疗。对比分析两组干预前后血压水平和中医症候总积分。结果干预后,两组患者收缩压和舒张压均较干预前下降,且研究组患者收缩压明显改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后,两组患者中医证候评分均较干预前降低,且研究组中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴埋豆对社区肝阳上亢型高血压患者的血压水平控制及中医症候的改善具有明确效果,对提高社区高血压慢性病管理质量具有重要促进作用,值得社区推广运用。

针灸治疗剖宫产术后胃肠功能障碍临床研究进展

由于麻醉、手术创伤等诸多因素影响,胃肠功能障碍是剖宫产术后最常见的并发症之一,剖宫产术后胃肠功能障碍对于产妇的早期康复及新生儿均有一定不利影响,因此,及早胃肠功能恢复就显得尤为重要。笔者阅读近年来有关将中医药技术应用于围手术期治疗剖宫产术后胃肠功能障碍的文献,发现针灸作为主要的治疗方法显示出一定疗效,且未发现明显不良反应。针灸治疗方式多种多样,既能和西医联合应用,也可与中医药技术合并应用。目前主要的针灸方法包括体穴治疗(针刺疗法、电针疗法、经皮穴位电刺激、穴位敷贴、穴位按摩、穴位注射、穴位埋线、艾灸疗法等)、耳穴治疗(耳穴压豆、耳针疗法等)或多种方法联合应用,各种方式均有其独特优势。同时笔者发现,足三里穴具有疏通经络、调理气血、恢复脏腑功能及调和阴阳之功效,可促进术后胃肠功能恢复,因此在针灸治疗选取穴位时多以足三里穴为主或联合其他穴位,且针灸在治疗剖宫产术后胃肠功能障碍方面具有操作简便、不良反应小、安全性高等特点,在本领域显示出广阔的应用前景。文章就针灸疗法治疗剖宫产术后胃肠功能障碍的临床研究作一综述。

穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆在股骨头坏死患者中的应用

目的观察穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆在股骨头坏死患者中的应用效果。方法选取郑州中医骨伤病医院2021年12月—2022年12月收治的股骨头坏死患者100例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各50例。对比2组患者护理前后髋关节功能、疼痛评分、心理情绪评分和生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组髋关节功能、心理情绪评分、生活质量和心理情绪评分比对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆干预股骨头坏死患者,能更好地缓解疼痛,改善髋关节功能和负面情绪,提高生活质量,在临床中可以运用推广。

中西医结合护理技术在前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁中的应用研究

目的:观察中西医结合护理技术在前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁中的应用效果。方法:将114例前列腺癌根治术患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各57例。对照组采用盆底肌肉锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上实施艾灸联合耳穴压豆中医护理技术。观察两组患者术后1个月尿失禁治疗有效率以及生活质量、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、护理满意度评分。结果:干预1个月后观察组患者尿失禁治疗有效率、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对前列腺癌患者实施中西医结合护理技术,有利于患者尿控功能的快速恢复,减少患者负性情绪,提高护理满意度,改善患者生活质量。

全国名中医尤昭玲基于“以胞宫为中心的五脏一体观”诊治绝经前后诸证

绝经前后诸证对应西医学围绝经期综合征,或多种因素致卵巢功能衰竭而出现围绝经期综合征临床表现的患者。全国名中医尤昭玲基于《黄帝内经》“五脏一体观”,提出“以胞宫为中心的五脏一体观”,认为“五脏失调”为绝经前后诸证的主要病机,以“调和五脏”为治则,创制经验方更年方。以胞宫为中心,顺应胞宫藏泻有序的特点,绝经前分经期、排卵前、排卵后辨证施以耳穴辅助治疗,绝经后顺应胞宫藏而不泻的生理特性,辅以耳穴静养阴阳。分年龄配合药膳养巢煲或养生安神煲,临证中收获佳效。

眼周穴位推拿结合耳穴按压干预儿童轻度近视临床研究

目的:观察眼周穴位推拿结合耳穴按压干预儿童轻度近视的效果。方法:将60例小学3、4年级轻度近视儿童按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组采用眼周穴位推拿结合耳穴按压(《亮晶晶眼操》)干预,同时配合耳穴贴敷,对照组采用非接触眼保健操干预。两组均每天干预2次,每周干预5 d(周一至周五),共干预12周。比较两组儿童干预前后的裸眼视力、屈光度、眼轴长度,计算干预前后屈光度差值、眼轴长度差值,并评价临床疗效。结果:干预后,观察组儿童裸眼视力、屈光度、眼轴长度较干预前无明显变化(P>0.05);对照组儿童裸眼视力较干预前下降(P<0.05),屈光度、眼轴长度较干预前上升(P<0.05);观察组儿童裸眼视力优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组干预前后屈光度差值、眼轴长度差值小于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:眼周穴位推拿结合耳穴按压不能有效提升轻度近视儿童的裸眼视力、降低屈光度及眼轴长度,但能防控裸眼视力下降,延缓屈光度及眼轴长度增长。

耳穴压豆联合温针灸在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用

目的分析糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用耳穴压豆与温针灸联合治疗的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月赣南医学院附属兴国医院内分泌科收治的70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照双色球法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压豆联合温针灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率,比较两组治疗前后的正中神经与腓总神经感觉传导速度(SCV)及运动传导速度(MCV)变化,分析治疗前后两组血糖指标[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、空腹血糖(FBG)],比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分及生命质量[糖尿病特异性生命质量量表(A-DQOL)]评分。结果观察组的总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的82.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的FBG、HbA1C水平及中医证候积分、A-DQOL评分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的FBG、HbA1C水平及中医证候积分、A-DQOL评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后正中神经与腓总神经的SCV、MCV均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后正中神经与腓总神经的SCV、MCV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合温针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的应用效果显著,对患者临床症状有一定改善作用,可纠正血糖代谢,加快周围神经传导速度,值得推广。

耳穴贴压对重症急性胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养喂养耐受性的临床研究

目的:探讨耳穴贴压治疗对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者早期肠内营养喂养耐受性的临床研究。方法:选择2021年12月—2022年12月期间于天津市中西医结合医院住院的经早期肠内营养治疗的88例SAP患者,随机分为对照组(30例)、研究组(29例)及安慰剂组(29例)。对照组仅给予SAP中西医结合常规护理和早期肠内营养,研究组在对照组的基础上加用耳穴贴压疗法,安慰剂组在对照组的基础上采用空白耳穴贴贴压(耳穴穴位与研究组相同),对比三组患者的喂养耐受性评分、喂养不耐受发生率、血清总蛋白和白蛋白数值。结果:与对照组和安慰剂组相比,研究组患者喂养不耐受发生率及喂养耐受性评分均降低,血清总蛋白和白蛋白均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压可提高SAP患者早期肠内营养耐受性,改善患者营养指标,值得临床推广。

耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷护理对癌痛患者的影响

目的 探讨耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷护理对癌痛患者的影响。方法 将河南中医药大学第一附属医院于2020年3月至2022年3月期间收治的80例晚期癌痛患者按照数字表法分成两组,其中40例设为试验组,患者接受耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷护理,另40例患者设为参照组,接受常规护理。对比两组患者护理前后的疼痛分级、负性情绪改善情况以及生活质量。结果 护理后,试验组轻度癌痛、无癌痛例数高于参照组,中度癌痛例数低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组SAS、SDS分值低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组躯体疼痛、角色受限、感情因素、生命活力、精神健康、社交能力、活动能力、总体健康评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷的护理模式对晚期癌痛患者进行干预,能够很好地缓解患者疼痛及提高患者的生活质量。
