A high performance 70nm CMOS device has been demonstrated for the first time in the continent, China. Some innovations in techniques are applied to restrain the short channel effect and improve the driving ability, such as 3nm nitrided oxide, dual poly Si gate electrode, novel super steep retrograde channel doping by heavy ion implantation, ultra shallow S/D extension formed by Ge PAI(Pre Amorphism Implantation) plus LEI(Low Energy Implantation), thin and low resistance Ti SALICIDE by Ge PAI and special cleaning, etc. The shortest channel length of the CMOS device is 70nm. The threshold voltages, G m and off current are 0 28V,490mS·mm -1 and 0 08nA/μm for NMOS and -0 3V,340mS·mm -1 and 0 2nA/μm for PMOS, respectively. Delays of 23 5ps/stage at 1 5V, 17 5ps/stage at 2 0V and 12 5ps/stage at 3V are achieved in the 57 stage unloaded 100nm CMOS ring oscillator circuits. 展开更多

The predominant method for smart phone accessing is confined to methods directing the authentication by means of Point-of-Entry that heavily depend on physiological biometrics like,fingerprint or face.Implicit continuous authentication initiating to be loftier to conventional authentication mechanisms by continuously confirming users’identities on continuing basis and mark the instant at which an illegitimate hacker grasps dominance of the session.However,divergent issues remain unaddressed.This research aims to investigate the power of Deep Reinforcement Learning technique to implicit continuous authentication for mobile devices using a method called,Gaussian Weighted Cauchy Kriging-based Continuous Czekanowski’s(GWCK-CC).First,a Gaussian Weighted Non-local Mean Filter Preprocessing model is applied for reducing the noise pre-sent in the raw input face images.Cauchy Kriging Regression function is employed to reduce the dimensionality.Finally,Continuous Czekanowski’s Clas-sification is utilized for proficient classification between the genuine user and attacker.By this way,the proposed GWCK-CC method achieves accurate authen-tication with minimum error rate and time.Experimental assessment of the pro-posed GWCK-CC method and existing methods are carried out with different factors by using UMDAA-02 Face Dataset.The results confirm that the proposed GWCK-CC method enhances authentication accuracy,by 9%,reduces the authen-tication time,and error rate by 44%,and 43%as compared to the existing methods. 展开更多

Background: Studies have pointed out the influence of different children’s activities and prolonged use of digital products on their social development. However, whether the parent-child activities and using digital devices were serial mediators of the relationship between children’s health and social development needs further verification. Purpose: This study explored how parent-child activities and children’s use of digital devices influence the relationship between children’s health and their social competence. Method: This study used data from Kids in Taiwan: National Longitudinal Study of Child Development and Care. A total sample of 2164 participants was used in this study. Serial mediation analyses were performed using model six of Hayes’ PROCESS (2012). Results: This study found that parent-child activities and the use of digital devices can serially mediate the relationship between children’s health and social competence. Children’s health could directly improve their social competence, but it could also serially mediate social competence by increasing parent-child activities and reducing the use of digital devices. Conclusion: Childcare policy planners and parenting educators should not only call on parents to reduce the use of electronic products for their children, but also encourage parents to spend more time interacting with their children, so that children can learn social skills by interacting with others in their daily lives. 展开更多

Efficacy and safety of thermobalancing therapy with Dr Allen’s Device for chronic low back pain:A randomised controlled trial

BACKGROUND Lumbar disc herniation and non-specific low back pain are common conditions that seriously affect patients’health-related quality of life(HRQoL).Although empirical evidence has demonstrated that novel Thermobalancing therapy and Dr Allen’s Device can relieve chronic low back pain,there have been no randomised controlled trials for these indications.AIM To evaluate the efficacy of Dr Allen’s Device in lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and non-specific low back pain(NSLBP).METHODS A randomised clinical trial was conducted investigating 55 patients with chronic low back pain due to LDH(n=28)or NSLBP(n=27),out of which 15 were randomly assigned to the control group and 40 were assigned to the treatment group.The intervention was treatment with Dr Allen’s Device for 3 mo.Changes in HRQoL were assessed using the Numerical Pain Rating Scale and the Japanese Orthopedic Association Back Pain Questionnaire.RESULTS Thermobalancing therapy with Dr Allen’s Device showed a significant reduction in pain in the treatment group(P<0.001),with no recorded adverse effects.Both pain assessment scales showed a significant improvement in patients’perception of pain indicating improvement in HRQoL.CONCLUSION The out-of-hospital use of Thermobalancing therapy with Dr Allen’s Device for Low Back Treatment relieves chronic low back pain significantly and without adverse effects,improves the level of activity and HRQoL among patients with LDH and NSLBP.This study demonstrates the importance of this safe first-line therapy that can be used for effective at-home management of chronic low back pain. 展开更多

Copper Zinc Antimony Sulfide(CZAS)is derived from Copper Antimony Sulfide(CAS),a famatinite class of compound.In the current paper,the first step for using Copper,Zinc,Antimony and Sulfide as materials in manufacturing synchrotronic biosensor-namely increasing the sensitivity of biosensor through creating Copper Zinc Antimony Sulfide,CZAS(Cu1.18Zn0.40Sb1.90S7.2)semiconductor and using it instead of Copper Tin Sulfide,CTS(Cu2SnS3)for tracking,monitoring,imaging,measuring,diagnosing and detecting cancer cells,is evaluated.Further,optimization of tris(2,2'-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II)(Ru(bpy)32+)concentrations and Copper Zinc Antimony Sulfide,CZAS(Cu1.18Zn0.40Sb1.90S7.2)semiconductor as two main and effective materials in the intensity of synchrotron for tracking,monitoring,imaging,measuring,diagnosing and detecting cancer cells are considered so that the highest sensitivity obtains.In this regard,various concentrations of two materials were prepared and photon emission was investigated in the absence of cancer cells.On the other hand,ccancer diagnosis requires the analysis of images and attributes as well as collecting many clinical and mammography variables.In diagnosis of cancer,it is important to determine whether a tumor is benign or malignant.The information about cancer risk prediction along with the type of tumor are crucial for patients and effective medical decision making.An ideal diagnostic system could effectively distinguish between benign and malignant cells;however,such a system has not been created yet.In this study,a model is developed to improve the prediction probability of cancer.It is necessary to have such a prediction model as the survival probability of cancer is high when patients are diagnosed at early stages. 展开更多

BACKGROUND:Devic's neuromyelitis optica (DNMO) and multiple sclerosis in Asian populations have been considered to be the same disease. However, there is an increasing number of studies suggesting that DNMO and multiple sclerosis are different diseases.OBJECTIVE:Little information is available regarding comparisons of DNMO patients between China and other countries, as well as clinical manifestations of Chinese patients with DNMO and multiple sclerosis. The present study performed a multi-center, pathological, retrospective analysis.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING:A retrospective analysis of clinical data from seven patients with DNMO diagnosed between 1957 and 1998.PARTICIPANTS:Data from Chinese DNMO patients was provided by the Shanghai Second Medical University, Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences and the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in China.METHODS:Clinical and pathological data from Chinese patients with DNMO were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical characteristics of DNMO were compared between Chinese and Caucasian patients. In addition, clinical and pathological differences between DNMO and multiple sclerosis Chinese patients were compared.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Clinical and pathological features of Chinese patients with DNMO.RESULTS:All seven Chinese patients with DNMO exhibited abrupt onset of vision disturbance, with a disease course of 3 clays to 9 years. DNMO recurred in two of the patients. Demyelinating lesions were observed in all patients, with necrotic lesions and gitter cells in five patients, collagenous hyperplasia in one patient, and perivascular inflammatory cell infiltration in six patients. Comparison between Chinese and Caucasian DNMO patients revealed no significant differences in age at onset, clinical onset, duration, or interval between optic neuritis and myelitis. Compared with Chinese multiple sclerosis patients, Chinese DNMO patients presented with fewer recurrences, higher occurrence of necrosis, perivascular inflammatory cell infiltration and gitter cells, and a lower occurrence of collagenous hyperplasia.CONCLUSION:There was no difference in DNMO clinical features between Chinese and Caucasian patients. However, the clinical and pathological features of DNMO were different compared with multiple sclerosis in Chinese patients. Results suggested that the characteristics of DNMO in Chinese patients were significantly different than multiple sclerosis. 展开更多

Considered for a long time as a special form of Multi... Introduction: Devic’s neuromyelitis optica is an autoimmune and central nervous system demyelinating disease. It mainly affects the spinal chord and optic nerves. Considered for a long time as a special form of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), it is distinguished clinically by its rarity and poor prognostic, biologically by NMO (IgG) antibody, radiologically by extended myelitis. Treatment include mega dose of methylprednisolone during relapses and immunosuppressive drug in prevention of recurrences. Observation: Devic’s disease manifests itself in outbreaks of neuritis optic or myelitis. We report the case of a patient who had no particular antecedents. She presented a spastic tetraparesis, accompanied by a decreasing left visual acuity (4/10th);the all evolving by thrust since one year. Spinal chord lesions on MRI, second stage brain damages appearance affecting the white substance and the discovery in the patient serum of anti-aquaporin 4 antibodies (anti-AQP4 Ab) allowed the diagnosis of Devic’s disease. Conclusion: Diagnosis of Devic’s neuromyelitis optica that was initially based on clinical examination and radiological assessment is currently confirmed by the discovery in the patient serum of the NMO immunoglobulin G directed against Aquaporin 4. 展开更多

离心力驱动下的MEMS安全系统在弹药发射时,会受到离心力和后坐力的同时作用,安全系统中的隔爆滑块和后坐保险在这种双环境力作用下,两个部件不会按照理想情况运动,安全系统可能不会成功由安全状态转化为待发状态,从而影响到整体结构的... 离心力驱动下的MEMS安全系统在弹药发射时,会受到离心力和后坐力的同时作用,安全系统中的隔爆滑块和后坐保险在这种双环境力作用下,两个部件不会按照理想情况运动,安全系统可能不会成功由安全状态转化为待发状态,从而影响到整体结构的可靠性和安全性。文中针对上述情况,设计了一种基于小口径弹药的MEMS安全系统,对其中的后坐保险和隔爆滑块进行了参数化设计,分析了闭锁机构在受到非驱动力发生运动而错开的判别条件和后坐保险与隔爆滑块能够成功完成闭锁动作的能量条件,并对设计好的结构进行了仿真分析,验证了设计好的结构在小口径弹药的过载条件下能够成功完成动作并且结构保持完好,最后通过马歇特锤和离心试验验证了安全系统能够在50000 g过载下保持结构完好,并且后坐保险能够在后坐加速度50000 g、离心转速700 r/s的过载条件下正常工作。 展开更多

Purpose: This case report highlights a rare instance of a 26-week pregnant woman presenting with limb numbness, diagnosed with acute transverse myelitis (ATM) following COVID-19 vaccination. Notably, she tested positive for neuromyelitis optica (NMO) but did not exhibit the typical symptoms of blurred vision. Methods: Data were collected from I Seha in governmental hospitals in Bahrain, providing a comprehensive overview of the patient’s clinical journey. Results: The patient was treated with carbamazepine, steroids, and clexane, leading to the successful delivery of a healthy baby at 34 weeks. However, two years postpartum, she reported new episodes of blurred vision and numbness. Subsequent treatment with Rituximab resulted in significant improvement, with a diagnosis of Devic’s disease established. Conclusion: Acute transverse myelitis is a rare condition, particularly during pregnancy, and in this case, symptoms of Devic’s disease were masked by the absence of blurred vision. This condition predominantly affects females in their 20s during childbearing years and can lead to complications such as premature delivery. Effective management includes steroids and antiepileptic drugs, with clexane playing a crucial role in preventing embolisms. A delivery mode may vary based on obstetric factors, and MRI remains the gold standard for diagnosis. Close follow-up is essential for optimal patient outcomes. 展开更多

In recent years,embodied cognition has ushered in a new research upsurge in the academic field,and has become a hot topic in the field of cognitive psychology.In this paper,from the perspective of embodied cognition,the interaction ways of a landscape device for children were discussed to achieve a more real and harmonious interaction between children and scenes.The research data of embodied cognition used by children was analyzed,and the drawbacks and breakthrough points of current landscape devices for children were discussed.The core characteristics of children’s growth period were extracted to establish children’s interaction model and summarize the interactive design methods of landscape devices for children.Embodied cognition has become the most intuitive way for children to know and understand the environment,and plays a pivotal role in children’s growth.Based on embodied cognition principle and interactive behavior mode,the interactive design of a landscape device for children was studied,and three interactive design modes,including simple and convenient interaction mode,multi-sensory interaction mode and game natural interaction mode were summarized.On the basis of this research,relevant design practice and research were carried out to bring a new vision to the design of children’s landscape. 展开更多

通过专用无源互调(Passive Intermodulation,PIM)分析仪对S波段波导同轴转换器的PIM特性进行了研究.对S波段波导同轴转换器的原型器件进行了PIM测试,结果表明:在输入载波功率为40dBm时其三阶PIM约为-56dBm;从连接器的外导体镀层材料和... 通过专用无源互调(Passive Intermodulation,PIM)分析仪对S波段波导同轴转换器的PIM特性进行了研究.对S波段波导同轴转换器的原型器件进行了PIM测试,结果表明:在输入载波功率为40dBm时其三阶PIM约为-56dBm;从连接器的外导体镀层材料和内导体探针的结构设计两个角度对所测结果进行了解释,并通过改进实验予以验证;为进一步获得低PIM性能,依据低PIM设计的基本原理对S波段波导同轴转换器进行了设计加工及验证测试,测试结果表明在输入载波功率为43dBm时其三阶PIM约为-114dBm.所得结果对开展有关波导PIM特性实验研究、微波无源器件的低PIM设计具有借鉴意义. 展开更多

MEMS技术是未来提升武器性能最有发展前途的技术之一,引信MEMS安全与解除隔离(S&A)装置具有体积小、成本低,易于和引信起爆控制电路集成等优点,国内外对MEMS安全与起爆技术开展了深入的研究。针对引信MEMS S&A装置研究进展,在收集、分析国内外大量文献资料的基础上,总结了引信MEMS S&A装置发展现状及趋势。按照解除隔离的驱动力类型,将MEMS S&A装置划分为惯性力驱动、电热驱动、火药能量驱动三种类型。结合各类型典型装置的分析,分别总结了其技术特征,研判出MEMS S&A装置发展的三个趋势:硅基工艺制作MEMS S&A装置的结构以分层平行基板式,体积更小,更适于大规模生产;微火工品集成在MEMS S&A装置中一体化设计制造;MEMS S&A装置、含能材料设计与制作在一片或多片芯片上,并与微电子系统集成出片(状)上引信。 展开更多
