This machine is mainly composed of a two dimension seam tracking system based on microcomputer's memory and a welding tractor as well as rail. The main features of the machine are: while welding the first layer of a seam, its microcomputer system can analyze and store the tracing information from a two dimension sensor, and control the welding head device to realize two dimension real time tracing; while welding the second layer up to the top layer of the seam, it can realize two dimension tracing based on the memorial data, automatically determine the layer number and continually sway the welding head. The welding test shows that the machine has good tracing and welding behavior, and is suitable for spherical tank's all position multi layer welds.展开更多

The kinematics and dynamics equation of the combined mechanism is established on the basis of the mathematic model. By the virtual prototype technology, the motion of this mechanism is simulated, whose result is post-processed by ADAMS. To improve the output motion, according to the simulation output and automatic piecing device's practical working condition, the optimisation of the cam mechanism is carried out by finite difference method. The simulation result of this combined mechanism turns out in accordance with its theoretical analysis of virtual prototype in this research, which, therefore, lays a principle basis for the further study of automatic piecing device.展开更多

Based on the driver surveillance video data and controller area network(CAN)data,the methods of studying commercial vehicles’driving behavior is relatively advanced.However,these methods have difficulty in covering p...Based on the driver surveillance video data and controller area network(CAN)data,the methods of studying commercial vehicles’driving behavior is relatively advanced.However,these methods have difficulty in covering private vehicles.Naturalistic driving studies have disadvantages of small sample size and high cost,one new driving behavior evaluation method using massive vehicle trajectory data is put forward.An automatic encoding machine is used to reduce the noise of raw data,and then driving dynamics and self-organizing mapping(SOM)classification are used to give thresholds or the judgement method of overspeed,rapid speed change,rapid turning and rapid lane changing.The proportion of different driving behaviors and typical dangerous driving behaviors is calculated,then the temporal and spatial distribution of drivers’driving behavior and the driving behavior characteristics on typical roads are analyzed.Driving behaviors on accident-prone road sections and normal road sections are compared.Results show that in Shenzhen,frequent lane changing and overspeed are the most common unsafe driving behaviors;16.1%drivers have relatively aggressive driving behavior;the proportion of dangerous driving behavior is higher outside the original economic special zone;dangerous driving behavior is highly correlated with traffic accident frequency.展开更多

However, in low signal to noise ratio(SNR)...There are various heterogeneous networks for terminals to deliver a better quality of service. Signal system recognition and classification contribute a lot to the process. However, in low signal to noise ratio(SNR) circumstances or under time-varying multipath channels, the majority of the existing algorithms for signal recognition are already facing limitations. In this series, we present a robust signal recognition method based upon the original and latest updated version of the extreme learning machine(ELM) to help users to switch between networks. The ELM utilizes signal characteristics to distinguish systems. The superiority of this algorithm lies in the random choices of hidden nodes and in the fact that it determines the output weights analytically, which result in lower complexity. Theoretically, the algorithm tends to offer a good generalization performance at an extremely fast speed of learning. Moreover, we implement the GSM/WCDMA/LTE models in the Matlab environment by using the Simulink tools. The simulations reveal that the signals can be recognized successfully to achieve a 95% accuracy in a low SNR(0 dB) environment in the time-varying multipath Rayleigh fading channel.展开更多

Thelow-cost C-Mn steel was microalloyed with:0.08 mass%- 0.12 mass% Ti rather than n...A novel hot rolled steel LG600A with the tensile strength exceeding 700 MPa was developed for automatic teller machine application. Thelow-cost C-Mn steel was microalloyed with:0.08 mass%- 0.12 mass% Ti rather than noble alloying elements, such as Nb, V, Mo, and Cu, etc. The novel steel had a good surface quality and welding property. After the hot rolled steel coils were leveled, the steel plates, the length of which was even down to 1 500 mm, had an excellent flatness. The effects of hot rolling parameters on mechanical per formance, m icrostructure and recrystallization behavior were studied. The metallurgical concept for the steel production was also discussed. The result shows that decreasing the finish rolling temperature, increasing cooling rate in the first cooling stage and decreasing the cooling rate in the last cooling stage, together with coiling at a modestly high coiling temperature all resulted in the refined grains and TiC precipitates, thereby improving the strength and toughness of this new steel greatly.展开更多
