Combined with buoyancy, a k ε model is adopted to solve the turbulent flow in a typical air conditioned automobile chamber. During the calculation, the solar radiation energy is also considered by means of the Monte Carlo method. Human body is regarded as an important component during the calculation. To verify the numerical calculation, experiments have been carried out under a series of working conditions and the results are acceptable. In order to meet the demand of industrial engineering, software CAAC was provided with a convenient interface. Finally, most of the factors were analyzed to evaluate their importance.展开更多
To explore the green development of automobile enterprises and promote the achievement of the“dual carbon”target,based on the bounded rationality assumptions,this study constructed a tripartite evolutionary game mod...To explore the green development of automobile enterprises and promote the achievement of the“dual carbon”target,based on the bounded rationality assumptions,this study constructed a tripartite evolutionary game model of gov-ernment,commercial banks,and automobile enterprises;introduced a dynamic reward and punishment mechanism;and analyzed the development process of the three parties’strategic behavior under the static and dynamic reward and punish-ment mechanism.Vensim PLE was used for numerical simulation analysis.Our results indicate that the system could not reach a stable state under the static reward and punishment mechanism.A dynamic reward and punishment mechanism can effectively improve the system stability and better fit real situations.Under the dynamic reward and punishment mechan-ism,an increase in the initial probabilities of the three parties can promote the system stability,and the government can im-plement effective supervision by adjusting the upper limit of the reward and punishment intensity.Finally,the implementa-tion of green credit by commercial banks plays a significant role in promoting the green development of automobile enter-prises.展开更多

Based on the outline dimension of the forging...The automobile suspension parts of a high strength 6xxx aluminum alloy were produced using a novel technique known as near net shape casting for forging stock preparation. Based on the outline dimension of the forging stock, the shape of the ingot was designed as the near net shape and its casting process was studied by the numerical simulation and experimental investigation. The results show that the shrinkage of the ingot was highly correlated to its shape parameters and could be successfully forecast by the stimulation model. The casting parameters of the near net shape ingot were optimized and the near net shape 6xxx aluminum alloy ingots free of defects were cast in the laboratory. In order to obtain high performance forged suspension parts, the hot compression tests of the ingot were carried out. The results show that the subgrain fraction of the forged ingot was strongly affected by Zener-Hollomon parameters (Z parameters). The intermediate Z parameters, 1.09×10^16 s^-1, will contribute to the larger number fraction of subgrains inside the forged ingot, which contributes to the high performance of the forged products.展开更多

A water loop variable refrigerant flow(WLVRF)air-conditioning system is designed to be applied in large-scale buildings in northern China.The system is energy saving and it is an integrated system consisting of a va...A water loop variable refrigerant flow(WLVRF)air-conditioning system is designed to be applied in large-scale buildings in northern China.The system is energy saving and it is an integrated system consisting of a variable refrigerant flow(VRF)air-conditioning unit,a water loop and an air source heat pump.The water loop transports energy among different regions in the buildings instead of refrigerant pipes,decreasing the scale of the VRF air-conditioning unit and improving the performance.Previous models for refrigerants and building loads are cited in this investigation.Mathematical models of major equipment and other elements of the system are established using the lumped parameter method based on the DATAFIT software and the MATLAB software.The performance of the WLVRF system is simulated.The initial investments and the running costs are calculated based on the results of market research.Finally,a contrast is carried out between the WLVRF system and the traditional VRF system.The results show that the WLVRF system has a better working condition and lower running costs than the traditional VRF system.展开更多

The automotive lightweight and application of high strength steel sheets and aluminum alloys sheets are analyzed, and the significance of testing of dent resistance, especially for dynamic dent resistance of auto-panels, and the finite element simulation analysis are emphasized. To explain the physical phenomenon of dent behaviors, the latest and concerned study results are also discussed. According to this study, a dent resistance test and evaluation standard of Society of Automotive Engineers of China for automotive body panel is presented and is being carried out, and an industry conference is hold to discuss the working-out of the standard, a primary schedule of this standard is confirmed now. However, LIBs use valuable rare metals, such as Co and Li, aswell as environmentally toxic reagents. LIBs are also necessary to utilize for a long period and to recycle useful materials. The reduction, reuse,and recycle (3R) of spent LIBs is an important consideration in constructing a circular economy. In this paper, a flowsheet of the 3R of LIBs isproposed and methods to reduce the utilization of valuable rare metals and the amount of spent LIBs by remanufacturing used parts and designingnew batteries considering the concept of 3R are described. Next, several technological processes for the reuse and recycling of LIBs are introduced.These technologies include discharge, sorting, crushing, binder removal, physical separation, and pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgicalprocessing. Each process, as well as the related physical, chemical, and biological treatments, are discussed. Finally, the problem of developedtechnologies and future subjects for 3R of LIBs are described.展开更多

The results show that the ...To fully analyze emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds( VOCs) from automobile coating industry in Chongqing City,related enterprises in the city were investigated in detail. The results show that the emission of VOCs from the automobile industry in Chongqing City was approximately 20 000 t in 2012,and the contribution rate of automobile coating was 83%. Most VOCs discharged from automobile coating industry were mainly from the use of coatings,diluents,curing agents and other materials containing VOCs. During the process of automobile coating,VOCs were mainly produced during the processes of spraying and drying. Besides,VOCs are partly produced during the processes of mixing paint,gluing,waxing,and repairing. The major ingredients of VOCs discharged during the process of automobile coating were methylbenzene,dimethylbenzene,trimethylbenzene,cumene,ethyl acetate,butyl alcohol,n-butyl alcohol,isobutyl alcohol,formaldehyde,butanone,acetone,cyclohexanone,and methyl ethyl ketone. Besides,the ingredients of naphtha and aromatic hydrocarbon in VOCs need to be determined. The maximum ozone formation potential( OFP) of the above pollutants by the typical enterprises was 900-1 300 mg/m^3. The production of secondary organic aerosol( SOA) was 3 636-11 073 t/a,which didn't include the contribution of aldehydes,ketones,ethers and esters to SOA. This research could provide scientific reference for the establishment of emission standard,control technology and management methods of VOCs from automobile coating industry that accord with economic and social development in Chongqing City.展开更多

The physical processes of inversion casting, including the flux supporting reacting and volatilizing at high temperature, the melting and solidification when the elements of solid and liquid fresh alloys meet with each other, the mutual diffusion of elements in solid and liquid, the crystallization and forming of metallurgical combination and the following rolling process, were analyzed. At the same time, the composite mechanism of this technique was also discussed. [
文摘The demand for Li-ion batteries (LIBs) for vehicles is increasing. However, LIBs use valuable rare metals, such as Co and Li, aswell as environmentally toxic reagents. LIBs are also necessary to utilize for a long period and to recycle useful materials. The reduction, reuse,and recycle (3R) of spent LIBs is an important consideration in constructing a circular economy. In this paper, a flowsheet of the 3R of LIBs isproposed and methods to reduce the utilization of valuable rare metals and the amount of spent LIBs by remanufacturing used parts and designingnew batteries considering the concept of 3R are described. Next, several technological processes for the reuse and recycling of LIBs are introduced.These technologies include discharge, sorting, crushing, binder removal, physical separation, and pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgicalprocessing. Each process, as well as the related physical, chemical, and biological treatments, are discussed. Finally, the problem of developedtechnologies and future subjects for 3R of LIBs are described.
文摘To fully analyze emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds( VOCs) from automobile coating industry in Chongqing City,related enterprises in the city were investigated in detail. The results show that the emission of VOCs from the automobile industry in Chongqing City was approximately 20 000 t in 2012,and the contribution rate of automobile coating was 83%. Most VOCs discharged from automobile coating industry were mainly from the use of coatings,diluents,curing agents and other materials containing VOCs. During the process of automobile coating,VOCs were mainly produced during the processes of spraying and drying. Besides,VOCs are partly produced during the processes of mixing paint,gluing,waxing,and repairing. The major ingredients of VOCs discharged during the process of automobile coating were methylbenzene,dimethylbenzene,trimethylbenzene,cumene,ethyl acetate,butyl alcohol,n-butyl alcohol,isobutyl alcohol,formaldehyde,butanone,acetone,cyclohexanone,and methyl ethyl ketone. Besides,the ingredients of naphtha and aromatic hydrocarbon in VOCs need to be determined. The maximum ozone formation potential( OFP) of the above pollutants by the typical enterprises was 900-1 300 mg/m^3. The production of secondary organic aerosol( SOA) was 3 636-11 073 t/a,which didn't include the contribution of aldehydes,ketones,ethers and esters to SOA. This research could provide scientific reference for the establishment of emission standard,control technology and management methods of VOCs from automobile coating industry that accord with economic and social development in Chongqing City.
