This paper discusses the digital application and benefit analysis of building information model(BIM)technology in the large-scale comprehensive development project of the Guangxi headquarters base.The project covers a total area of 92,100 square meters,with a total construction area of 379,700 square meters,including a variety of architectural forms.Through three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis,BIM technology significantly enhances the design quality and efficiency,shortens the design cycle by about 20%,and promotes the collaboration and integration of project management,improving the management efficiency by about 25%.During the construction phase,the collision detection and four-dimensional visual management functions of BIM technology have improved construction efficiency by about 15%and saved the cost by about 10%.In addition,BIM technology has promoted green building and sustainable development,achieved the dual improvement of technical and economic indicators and social and economic benefits,set an example for enterprises in digital transformation,and opened up new market businesses. 展开更多

Turkey has given importance to the development of the automobile industry since the Ottoman period.While the Ottomans,who were aware of the development process of the automobile industry in the world,provided transportation by horse-drawn carriage,they thought of importing automobiles for the Sultan and high-level bureaucrats in an effort to switch to automobile transportation.However,after the proclamation of the Republic,automobile production started,just like airplanes.While a factory was established for the production of a domestic aircraft,the first automobile production facility was established in Istanbul in 1929 by the American Ford company.This factory was closed after a short time due to the world economic crisis.After the activities of the Kayseri Aircraft Factory,which lasted until 1948,came to an end,this time,Revolution car prototypes could be manufactured completely domestically in 1961.After the project,which did not go into mass production,the KoçGroup started to produce the domestically-made Anadol car with technology transfer from multiple sources in 1967,but the production of Anadol continued until 1984.In 1971,Renault cars started to be produced under the French Renault license,and TOFAŞcars under the Italian FIAT license.Towards the end of the 1970s,creative imitation applications were made in TOFAŞcars with the bird series.In the 1990s,the production of Japanese Honda and Toyota and South Korean Hyundai cars started.In 2011,the idea of producing a domestic automobile emerged,the Devrim automobile was taken as an example in this project,the first Togg prototype was manufactured with technology transfer from multiple sources in December 2018,and it was announced that mass production would begin in March 2023.The 12-year period from 2011 to 2023 is too long for the creation of a domestic automobile.It has been understood that this long process has been passed in order to regain the pre-1980 level of technological ability.However,the most important thing is the transition from the creative imitation stage to the innovation stage.Our wish is that this process can be shortened with phase skipping approaches. 展开更多

The advancement of the fourth industrial revolution has shaped the integration and interaction of different information, communication and technologies (ICTs) in the merging cyber, physical, and social infrastructures. The impact of ICT has accelerated the progress of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and influenced the evolution of smart, sustainable, stable society development. Making the trustworthy information and communication technologies infrastructure widely available will promote the community innovation needed to stimulate domestic economics, provide decent work, and reduce inequalities. This article attempts to outline a big picture about the International Telecommunication Union (ITU)’s trust provisioning framework, including its motivation, current status, and application for achieving the UN SDGs by 2030. This article first describes the purpose of the UN SDGs and the evolution of the industrial revolution, then demonstrates the challenges of global risks affecting the fourth industrial revolution and the need for trustworthy ICT infrastructures. Subsequently, the article evaluates the ITU trust provisioning framework and assesses its applications in the future knowledge society, trust provisioning ecosystem, and cyber, physical, and social infrastructure toward achieving UN SDGs. Use cases are also presented in this article to show the effectiveness of the ITU trust provisioning framework on achieving UN SDGs. 展开更多

It is possible to say that the automotive industries of Brazil and Turkey have developed as assembly industries and showed great similarities in this context.In the 1980s,in line with the development direction of the world’s automotive industry,Turkey tried to make the country’s investment environment attractive for foreign international companies to produce in their country.We can say that while Brazil created the state incentive system in order to attract foreign investments to its country since the 1950s,it tried to increase its dose with the 1990s.Although,like Turkey,Brazil has thought of producing local cars,the difference between Turkey and Brazil is that it has considered exporting and was able to export not only to South America,but also to African countries.Another difference of Brazil is that it has implemented incentive policies for the automotive sector and has been able to rearrange its incentive elements according to changing conditions.Turkey,on the other hand,has decided to return from the policy of attracting foreign investments to its country since 2006,and in 2011,it was decided to produce domestic automobiles.As of December 2019,a prototype of the domestic car was produced by Turkey’s Automobile Initiative Group and work for mass production began.Thus,the problem of adaptation to electric vehicle production was tried to be overcome by moving to a new phase in the way of technology development.This approach was used by the South Korean automotive industry in the 1980s and it was successful and technology development capability was gained in a short time.In order to see the success of the application of this method in Turkey,it is thought that it is necessary to wait for the result of the domestic automobile project.Brazil,on the other hand,was able to rank high in world automotive industry production with its sectoral incentive policies that can adapt to changing conditions and its structure that considers exports from the past,while Turkey lagged behind. 展开更多

The technological evolution in this industry is formed by complicated effects of the em... In the automobile industry, especially in its modem era, large amount of technologies have been generated to produce automobiles. The technological evolution in this industry is formed by complicated effects of the emergence of some milestone inventions and interaction, integration, and succession among diverse technologies. It's a big challenge to sort out crucial inventions and technologies progresses that mainly form this industry's technological evolution. We use patent citation data and apply network analytical techniques to reveal characteristics of the "backbone" in the automobile industry's technological evolution. We employ three algorithms respectively to explore the main path of the technological evolution, the most important subnetwork which outlines the main characteristics of the industry's technological evolution, and the most important technological inventions (act as authorities and hubs of the technological evolution) in the industry. Main results are reported in detail by tables, figures and interpretations to disclose the most influential technologically developing path, pivotal transfers in technological trajectories, and important technological convergences and divergences over time, of the modem era automobile industry. 展开更多

It is possible to say that the automotive industries of Argentina,Brazil,and Turkey are each developed as an assembly industry and show great similarities to each other in this context.Since the 1980s,the development direction of the world automotive industry has been trying to make the country’s investment environment attractive for foreign international companies to produce in their countries in all three countries.However,with the 1980s,their adaptation to the flexible production system and other new technologies being implemented in the Japanese automotive industry took time,meaning that the learning time took a long time,and local contribution rates fell.This has made the slow development mechanism that has been going on since the past work even slower,and they have suffered the punishment for not being able to develop technologies in all three countries by falling behind in the automotive industry.In the 2000s,with technological advances in electric vehicles,when the use of electric vehicles began to become widespread,we can say that all three countries began to experience a new adaptation problem in the automotive industry more severely.In Turkey,this problem was experienced with all its weight along with the other country;in 2006,the policy of attracting foreign investment to the automotive industry was partially abandoned and the approach to producing domestic cars began to be considered,and in 2011,a decision was made to produce domestic cars.As of December 2019,a prototype of the domestic car has been produced by the automobile initiative group of Turkey and work has started for mass production.Thus,the problem of adaptation to the production of electric vehicles was desired to be overcome by moving to a new stage in the path of technology development.The South Korean automotive industry used this approach in the 1980s and was successful and soon gained the ability to develop technology.In order to see the success of the application of this method in Turkey,it is thought that it is necessary to wait for the result of the domestic car project. 展开更多

It is possible to say that each of the Mexican and Turkish automotive industries is developed as an assembly industry and shows great similarities to each other within this framework.However,due to its geographical proximity,the role of US-based automotive companies in the formation of the Mexican automotive industry has become greater,while the Ford Motor company,which entered the US automotive industry in Turkey,was able to take part only with the initiatives of the Otosan company in the 1960s.Another feature of the 1960s is that there were efforts to manufacture domestic cars in Turkey.Since the 1980s,in line with the direction of development of the world automotive industry,Turkey has been trying to make the country’s investment environment attractive for foreign international companies to produce in their countries.In Mexico,even with the possibility of reaching new markets by providing 1990 regional agreements NAFTA ruling party of the Mexican automotive industry,we can say that U.S.firms were largely determined by the direction of development,Turkey’s automotive industry development direction of the company is determined by the first European,then we can say that companies are becoming more efficient in the Far East countries.On the other hand,the US Ford Motor company considered it sufficient to be involved in the Turkey directly.Turkey has decided to return from the policy of attracting foreign investments to its country since 2006,and in 2011 it was decided to produce domestic cars.As of December 2019,a prototype of a domestic car has been produced by the Automobile Enterprise Group of Turkey and work has begun on mass production.Thus,the problem of adaptation to the production of electric vehicles was decided to be overcome by moving to a new stage on the way to technology development.This approach was used by the South Korean automotive industry in the 1980s and was successful,and the ability to develop technology was acquired in a short time.In order to see the success of the application of this method in Turkey,it is thought that it is necessary to wait for the result of the domestic automobile project.Mexico’s policy of opening up more to foreign investments has been successful since the 1990s,and Mexico has become the most productive country in Latin America,surpassing Brazil in automotive industry production. 展开更多

为探讨数字经济赋能黄河流域高质量发展的机理,并为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略的全面实施提供参考,在数字经济与高质量发展关系理论分析基础上,分别构建高质量发展水平和数字经济发展水平指标体系,基于黄河沿线60个城市2... 为探讨数字经济赋能黄河流域高质量发展的机理,并为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略的全面实施提供参考,在数字经济与高质量发展关系理论分析基础上,分别构建高质量发展水平和数字经济发展水平指标体系,基于黄河沿线60个城市2011—2020年的面板数据,采用熵值法测度黄河流域数字经济发展水平和高质量发展水平,进而以高质量发展水平为被解释变量、以数字经济发展水平为核心解释变量、以产业结构升级和绿色技术创新为机制变量、以环境水平和就业水平等为控制变量,构建基准计量模型和机制检验模型,通过模型回归实证分析数字经济推动黄河流域高质量发展的作用机制,并对实证分析结果进行内生性和稳健性检验。结果表明:数字经济赋能黄河流域高质量发展具有显著性,其内在机理是促进产业结构升级和绿色技术创新;数字经济赋能黄河流域高质量发展存在空间异质性,其作用在黄河中游地区最明显、在上游地区和下游地区相对较小。提出了全面推动黄河流域数字经济发展并使其进一步赋能高质量发展、推动产业结构升级、提升绿色技术创新水平、实施区域差异化发展战略、推动区域一体化发展等政策建议。 展开更多

为全面把握数字化关键核心技术对产业高质量发展的空间影响机制和效应,将数字化关键核心技术视为数字化关键核心要素的动态组合,多维度构建数字化关键核心要素评价指标体系,利用2011—2022年中国31个省份的空间面板数据,通过静态和动态... 为全面把握数字化关键核心技术对产业高质量发展的空间影响机制和效应,将数字化关键核心技术视为数字化关键核心要素的动态组合,多维度构建数字化关键核心要素评价指标体系,利用2011—2022年中国31个省份的空间面板数据,通过静态和动态空间面板模型探讨在两种距离特征条件下,数字化关键核心技术对产业高质量发展的空间效应。结果表明:(1)数字化关键核心要素和产业高质量发展具有空间集聚性,数字化关键核心要素对产业高质量发展具有空间效应。经济距离特征条件下,数字化资本和数字化人力资本对域外产业高质量发展产生阴影效应;(2)数字新基建距离特征下,资源禀赋具有吸虹作用,数字化人力资本具有牛鞭效应。此外,动态空间模型可以修正静态模型的估计误差。基于此,提出重视数字化关键核心要素禀赋优势,充分发挥其对产业高质量发展的正向空间效应;利用集聚和扩散效应,形成域间产业梯度格局,推进域间产业高质量协同发展。 展开更多

新一代信息技术是全球技术创新的竞争高地,培育壮大新一代信息技术产业是激发高质量发展新动能的创新引擎。近年,中国新一代信息技术产业的发展取得了长足进步,市场规模不断扩大,关键领域发展均衡,创新能力持续提升,整体仅次于美国,位... 新一代信息技术是全球技术创新的竞争高地,培育壮大新一代信息技术产业是激发高质量发展新动能的创新引擎。近年,中国新一代信息技术产业的发展取得了长足进步,市场规模不断扩大,关键领域发展均衡,创新能力持续提升,整体仅次于美国,位于全球领先的第二方阵。通过采用2024年《财富》世界500强排行榜相关样本横向比较分析发现,中国新一代信息技术产业发展面临多元竞争格局,在规模企业数量、关键领域效益、开源创新系统构建等方面与处于第一方阵的美国相比尚有差距。与第三方阵其他国家相比,中国在整体布局和产业规模上具有领先优势,但在云计算等细分领域仍面临着较大的竞争压力。面对新一轮科技革命和产业变革,中国需加快完善新一代信息技术产业的顶层设计,打造全链布局优势,构建开源生态模式,探索多层次合作机制,多措并举推动新一代信息技术产业高质量发展。 展开更多

以专利数据为基础,绘制蒙古文信息处理技术的发展图谱,分析该技术发展现状和趋势,为技术研发提供数据支撑。利用innojoy和incopat专利检索分析平台对中国蒙古文信息处理技术专利进行统计和对比分析。从不同维度,对蒙古文信息处理技术的... 以专利数据为基础,绘制蒙古文信息处理技术的发展图谱,分析该技术发展现状和趋势,为技术研发提供数据支撑。利用innojoy和incopat专利检索分析平台对中国蒙古文信息处理技术专利进行统计和对比分析。从不同维度,对蒙古文信息处理技术的专利数量、申请量、活跃度、区域分布、专利技术构成等方面进行了分析和讨论。经过几十年的技术储备、应用尝试等,蒙古文信息处理技术处于大幅增长的态势。在区域分布上,内蒙古具有天然的优势,其中内蒙古工业大学相对于其他创新主体表现突出。然而,有权专利数量和占比均表现不佳。蒙古文信息处理技术通常注重在研发阶段以合作开发的方式开展研究以及应用工作,而在专利权取得后,以转让方式进行专利价值释放或者落地实施的方式并不明显。苏依拉和仁庆道尔吉研发力优势突出,即专利申请总量以及活跃度均表现较好。从蒙古文信息处理专利技术构成看,自然语言处理技术专利最多,其次为信息检索技术,最后是识别模式的方法和装置。 展开更多

为了探究低碳技术创新、经济发展对汽车业碳排放的影响,基于我国新能源汽车较为普及的7个省市2013—2020年的数据,采用静态面板模型和动态面板模型,细致分析低碳技术创新、区域经济发展对汽车业碳排放量的影响,并通过分样本回归检验低... 为了探究低碳技术创新、经济发展对汽车业碳排放的影响,基于我国新能源汽车较为普及的7个省市2013—2020年的数据,采用静态面板模型和动态面板模型,细致分析低碳技术创新、区域经济发展对汽车业碳排放量的影响,并通过分样本回归检验低碳技术创新、经济发展对燃油车碳排放和新能源车碳排放的异质性影响。研究表明:低碳技术创新对汽车业碳排放量有显著负向影响,区域经济发展对汽车业碳排放量有显著正向影响;汽车业碳排放具有延续性特征,受前期排放量的影响较大;低碳技术水平的进步可以更有效地促进燃油车的碳减排,而经济发展水平的提高则会更显著影响新能源汽车的碳减排。 展开更多

Time-dependent structure analysis theory has been proved to be more accurate and reliable compared to commonly used methods during construction. However, so far applications are limited to partial period and part of the structure because of immeasurable artificial intervention. Based on the building informa-tion model (BIM) and four-dimensional (4D) technology, this paper proposes an improves structure analysis method, which can generate structural geometry, resistance model, and loading conditions automatically by a close interlink of the schedule information, architectural model, and material properties. The method was applied to a safety analysis during a continuous and dynamic simulation of the entire construction process. The results show that the organic combination of the BIM, 4D technology, construction simulation, and safety analysis of time-dependent structures is feasible and practical. This research also lays a foundation for further researches on building lifecycle management by combining architectural design, structure analysis, and construction management. 展开更多

青海省海北藏族自治州(以下简称“海北州”)草业资源丰富,具有特殊区位优势,如何权衡好生态保护与草业经济发展成为重要课题。为了促进海北州智慧草业高质量发展,通过构建RMP-SWOT权衡评价体系系统梳理海北州草业发展情况(优势、劣势、... 青海省海北藏族自治州(以下简称“海北州”)草业资源丰富,具有特殊区位优势,如何权衡好生态保护与草业经济发展成为重要课题。为了促进海北州智慧草业高质量发展,通过构建RMP-SWOT权衡评价体系系统梳理海北州草业发展情况(优势、劣势、机遇、威胁),从海北州草业资源利用潜力、草业市场经济和草业新型产品开发3个维度及12个方面进行权衡分析。结果表明:海北州草业发展具有资源丰富、草质优良、草原生态畜牧业规模初具、品牌效应逐步凸显等优势,存在草场资源开发机械化智能化程度低、配套基础设施较差、人才资源缺乏、数字技术布局不够充分等劣势;总体上在迎来大兴草业生态经济助力乡村振兴的时代机遇和国内外数字技术蓬勃发展的技术机遇的同时,面临着草业生态韧性较弱的内部威胁和市场竞争激烈的外部威胁。在采取SO战略的同时,应注重长期效益,克服劣势,减少威胁;阔步创新,加强多产业融合;引进专业人才,实现草产品提质增量,打造海北州草业特色品牌;以智慧草业网络体系建设为契机,构筑草原生态经济“试验田”。本研究可为青海省海北州智慧草业高质量发展和应对策略提供科学依据和指导。 展开更多
