At the legislative level in China,there has been insufficient theoretical preparation to explicitly include“sexual autonomy”within the scope of general personality rights.In handling the increasing number of dispute...At the legislative level in China,there has been insufficient theoretical preparation to explicitly include“sexual autonomy”within the scope of general personality rights.In handling the increasing number of disputes related to violations of“sexual autonomy,”judicial biases have emerged during the trial process when courts determine the attribute of the right to“sexual autonomy.”This situation necessitates a clear legal analysis of the concept and attributes of“sexual autonomy”to establish its essential attribute as a personality right,and,from the perspective of legal doctrine,enable the justification of the right to“sexual autonomy”as either a general personality right or other personality interests,thereby providing theoretical support for courts to“adjudicate according to law.”By delineating and categorizing instances of violations of“sexual autonomy,”the constitutive elements and fundamental characteristics of such violations can be clarified.By examining the legal norms governing civil litigation and civil litigation associated with criminal cases concerning violations of“sexual autonomy,”the responsibility determination,remedies,and existing regulatory loopholes regarding violations of“sexual autonomy,”especially in cases involving both criminal and civil matters,can be defined.Based on this foundation,the legal basis,determination mechanism,and compensation standards for claiming compensation for mental damages resulting from violations of“sexual autonomy”can be elucidated.展开更多

This special heterogeneous team structure causes demands for effective organizational structure design solutions. Implementing adjustable autonomy in the organizational structure, the expected evaluation function is established based on the physical resource, intelligent resource, network efficiency, network vulnerability and task execution reliability. According to the above constraints, together with interaction latency, decision-making information processing capacity, and decision-making latency, we aim to find a preferential organizational structure. The proposed organizational structure includes cooperative relationships, supervisory control relationships, and decision-making authorization relationships. In addition,by considering the influence on the intelligent support capabilities and the task execution reliability created by adjustable autonomy, it helps to build the proposed organizational structure designed with certain degree of flexibility to deal with the potential changes in the unpredictable battlefield environment. Even though they support both patients and their relatives, these nurses may experience moral distress from their prof...Background: Nurses serve as the primary source of care for minor patients in intensive care units. Even though they support both patients and their relatives, these nurses may experience moral distress from their profession. While managing their daily relationships with their patients, nurses must also be able to control their actions to feel that they are from a social unit and feel their competence in association with others.Objective: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between professional autonomy and moral distress among nurses working in children's units and pediatric intensive care wards. Methods: This descriptive/comparative cross-sectional study was conducted in 2015 using 120 nurses as subjects. Subjects were selected using the census method. The research tools used to gain measurable data were the Pankratznursing questionnaire(PNQ) and Corley'sMoral distress scale (MDS). In order to analyze the collected data, descriptive statistic tests such as the relative frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation and the Pearson correlation test, T-test, ANOVA, and regression were used. The SPSSv.20 software was also used to analyze the data obtained. Results: The relationship between professional autonomy and moral distress revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between professional autonomy and moral distress in the intensity (r=0.39;P<0.001) and the iteration (r=0.41;P<0.001). In addition, professional autonomy predicted 18% of changes in intensity of moral distress in total(MR = 0.42, R2 = 0.18) and also professional au-tonomy predicted 25% of iteration in moral distress in total(MR = 0.507, R2= 0.25). Conclusions: The results of this study revealed that there was a direct positive relationship between professional autonomy and moral distress.展开更多

Objectives: Nurses' autonomy is a complex and multi-dimensional concept that has often been overlooked.Although many studies have addressed patients' autonomy,there has been no assessment of nurses' experi...Objectives: Nurses' autonomy is a complex and multi-dimensional concept that has often been overlooked.Although many studies have addressed patients' autonomy,there has been no assessment of nurses' experience of professional autonomy.The present study aimed to assess nurses' lived experiences of professional autonomy in Shiraz,Iran.Methods: The present qualitative study was conducted in Shiraz (Iran) from January 2016 to February 2018.The target population was selected among nursing professionals employed by various hospitals affiliated to Shiraz University of Medical Sciences,Shiraz,Iran.The experiences of the participants were assessed through 14 in-depth semi-structured interviews.The response of the participants was analyzed using Van Manen's 6-step approach for interpretive phenomenology.Results: Based on the analysis of the interviews,4 themes,11 categories,and 13 sub-categories were extracted.The themes were: Advocacy for patients and nurses,independence in the workplace,Involvement in professional decision-making,and Professional accountability.Conclusion: Due to the intense interaction between nurses and patients,a better quality of care will be achieved if the professional autonomy of nurses is ensured.Healthcare authorities and hospital managers should provide the framework and permit the nurses to practically exercise full independence in the workplace.展开更多

The obtained data through SPSS analysis and case simulation showthat there is a positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and learner autonomy, which proves the necessity and feasibility ofconstructing autonomous learning factor model to improve the self-learning ability of contemporary non-English majors.
文摘Learner autonomy,the ability of taking one's own learning in charge,plays an important role in language learning.The paper reviews the definition and the level of learner autonomy,the characteristics of autonomous learners,the application of learner autonomy in the classroom and out of the classroom and the relationship between learner autonomy and culture.In the paper,the development and the study of learner autonomy in China are also summarized.

文摘Objectives: Nurses' autonomy is a complex and multi-dimensional concept that has often been overlooked.Although many studies have addressed patients' autonomy,there has been no assessment of nurses' experience of professional autonomy.The present study aimed to assess nurses' lived experiences of professional autonomy in Shiraz,Iran.Methods: The present qualitative study was conducted in Shiraz (Iran) from January 2016 to February 2018.The target population was selected among nursing professionals employed by various hospitals affiliated to Shiraz University of Medical Sciences,Shiraz,Iran.The experiences of the participants were assessed through 14 in-depth semi-structured interviews.The response of the participants was analyzed using Van Manen's 6-step approach for interpretive phenomenology.Results: Based on the analysis of the interviews,4 themes,11 categories,and 13 sub-categories were extracted.The themes were: Advocacy for patients and nurses,independence in the workplace,Involvement in professional decision-making,and Professional accountability.Conclusion: Due to the intense interaction between nurses and patients,a better quality of care will be achieved if the professional autonomy of nurses is ensured.Healthcare authorities and hospital managers should provide the framework and permit the nurses to practically exercise full independence in the workplace.

文摘The uncertainty of distributed generation energy has dramatically challenged the coordinated development of distribution networks at all levels.This paper focuses on the multi-time-scale regulation model of distributed generation energy under normal conditions.The simulation results of the example verify the self-optimization characteristics and the effectiveness of real-time dispatching of the distribution network control technology at all levels under multiple time scales.
