Blending the stylistic disparities in the two Romanticist poems, Persuasion 's autumnal sensation changes its colors from being tinged with Keats's melancholy to the touch of Shelley's animation. The Oriental Stork(Ciconia boyciana)is listed as'Endangered'on the International Union for the Conservation of Nature(IUCN)Red List of Threatened Species and is classified as a first category nationally protected bird species in China.Understanding this species'seasonal movements and migration will facilitate effective conservation to promote its population.We tagged 27 Oriental Stork nestlings at Xingkai Lake on the Sanjiang Plain in Heilongjiang Province,China,used GPS tracking to follow them over the periods of 2014-2017 and 2019-2022,and confirmed their detailed migratory routes using the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS 10.7.We discovered four migration routes during autumn migration:one common long-distance migration route in which the storks migrated along the coastline of Bohai Bay to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River for wintering,one short-distance migration route in which the storks wintered in Bohai Bay and two other migration routes in which the storks crossed the Bohai Strait around the Yellow River and wintered in South Korea.There were no significant differences in the number of migration days,residence days,migration distances,number of stopovers and average number of days spent at stopover sites between the autumn and spring migrations(P>0.05).However,the storks migrated significantly faster in spring than in autumn(P=0.03).The same individuals did not exhibit a high degree of repetition in their migration timing and route selection in either autumn or spring migration.Even storks from the same nest exhibited considerable between-individual variation in their migration routes.Some important stopover sites were identified,especially in the Bohai Rim Region and on the Songnen Plain,and we further explored the current conservation status at these two important sites.Overall,our results contribute to the understanding of the annual migration,dispersal and protection status of the endangered Oriental Stork and provide a scientific basis for conservation decisions and the development of action plans for this species. 展开更多

A rare large-scale hail process in Yantai and Weihai City in the autumn of 2021 was analyzed based on the surface meteorology,high-altitude observation and S-band radar detection data.The results showed that this process was influenced by shallow trough,and strong upper-level jet stream in the middle and upper levels guided the intrusion of mid-level cold air into the warm and humid environment at the lower level.The shear lines and trunk lines in the lower level also provided certain triggering conditions for uplift,brewing conditions suitable for the occurrence and development of strong convection.The vertical wind shear was unusually large,and vertical wind shear was up to 10 m/s at 0-1 km,20 m/s at 0-3 km,and 32 m/s at 0-6 km,which was conducive to the growth of the storm.In this process,isolated multi-cell thunderstorm was generated at the beginning,and then it developed and strengthened continuously,moving to the southeast.In the later stage,a convection cell was born at the boundary between Yantai and Weihai,and developed into supercell storm.The storm lasted for a long time,and continued to develop and strengthen as it moved eastward,affecting most areas of Weihai from northwest to southeast.In the development stage of the storm,the radar reflectivity factor had obvious characteristics of hook echo and three-body scatter spike,and there was echo overhang and other hail echo features in the middle layer.Weak mesocyclone appeared at a low elevation,and there was the potential for the occurrence of tornado. 展开更多

目的研究秋水仙碱、秋水仙总碱提取物染毒SD大鼠肝损伤机制。方法 70只SD大鼠随机分为7组,连续灌胃染毒28 d后,分析大鼠血清生化指标,观察肝脏组织病理变化。免疫组织化学方法检测肝脏多药耐药蛋白Ⅱ(MRP2)蛋白表达水平,Western blot法... 目的研究秋水仙碱、秋水仙总碱提取物染毒SD大鼠肝损伤机制。方法 70只SD大鼠随机分为7组,连续灌胃染毒28 d后,分析大鼠血清生化指标,观察肝脏组织病理变化。免疫组织化学方法检测肝脏多药耐药蛋白Ⅱ(MRP2)蛋白表达水平,Western blot法检测肝脏法尼醇受体(FXR)、胆固醇7-α羟化酶(CYP7A1)、胆盐输出泵(BSEP)蛋白表达量。结果与正常组比较,大鼠染毒28 d后,秋水仙碱各组ALT活性明显升高,其中6.0 mg.kg-1剂量组TBA浓度和ALP活性高出对照组2倍以上;肝组织可见多处小灶性坏死,严重水肿伴有脂肪变性;CYP7A1表达上调,BSEP和MRP2表达下调。秋水仙总碱组大鼠,肝功能受损,但血清TBA含量和ALP活性无变化;肝组织病变。结论秋水仙碱和秋水仙总碱染毒28 d均可导致大鼠肝功能损伤,肝组织病变,且秋水仙碱致肝毒更严重。肝脏病理条件下,秋水仙碱和对乙酰氨基酚对大鼠胆汁酸合成、转运调控机制相似,并推断秋水仙碱致肝损伤主要是引起了严重的肝内胆汁淤积。 展开更多

Through field investigation on autumn and winter ornamental landscape plants in representative main roads, residential areas and parks of Kuitun City and based on relevant materials, the disposition and landscaping of these plants were analyzed from the perspectives of plant species, ornamental characteristics and landscape creation. The result showed that autumn and winter landscape plants in Kuitun City were primarily evergreen coniferous and deciduous trees outstanding for their shapes and colors, and that landscape was created through different types of plant disposition. Especially colors of trunks, barks, leaves, winter buds and fruits' colors provided favorable conditions for appreciating plants in autumn and winter. Finally, suggestions were proposed according to the investigation and analysis of autumn and winter ornamental plants in Kuitun City, so as to provide reference for future construction and development of landscape plants. 展开更多
