METHODS: A total of 183 patients (102 males, mean age 73 years; 81 females, mean age 70 years) with suspected common bile duct stones diagnosed through abdominal computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and abdominal Type-B ultrasound were included in the study. The diagnosis was confirmed through endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) followed by IDUS. RESULTS: A total of 183 patients with suspected common bile duct (CBD) stones were included in the study as follows: 36 patients with high-density CBD stones, 68 patients with sand-like stones, 44 patients with low-density stones, 21 patients with ampullary cancer, and 14 patients with pancreatic cancer. Conventional imaging revealed 124 cases of choledochectasia, and only 36 cases of suspected CBD stones; ERCP revealed 145 cases of CBD stones with three missed diagnoses. IDUS revealed 148 cases of CBD stones, 21 cases of ampullary tumors, and 14 cases of pancreatic cancer. CONCLUSION: IDUS was more effective in the diagnosis of bile duct stones than ERCP, upper abdominal CT or upper abdominal MRI.展开更多
Niobium-doped indium tin oxide (ITO:Nb) thin films are fabricated on glass substrates by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at different temperatures. Structural, electrical and optical properties of the f...Niobium-doped indium tin oxide (ITO:Nb) thin films are fabricated on glass substrates by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at different temperatures. Structural, electrical and optical properties of the films are investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), ultraviolet-visible (UV-VIS) spectroscopy and electrical measurements. XRD patterns show that the preferential orientation ofpolycrystalline structure changes from (400) to (222) crystal plane, and the crystallite size increases with the increase of substrate temperature. AFM analyses reveal that the film is very smooth at low temperature. The root mean square (RMS) roughness and the average roughness are 2.16 nm and 1.64 nm, respectively. The obtained lowest resistivity of the films is 1.2 × 10^4 Ω-cm, and the resistivity decreases with the increase of substrate temperature. The highest Hall mobility and carrier concentration are 16.5 cmVV.s and 1.88× 10^21 cm^-3, respectively. Band gap energy of the films depends on substrate temperature, which is varied from 3.49 eV to 3.63 eV.展开更多
A strain smoothing formulation for NURBS (non-uniform rational B-splines) based isogeometric finite element analysis is presented. This approach is formulated within the framework of assumed strain methods and strain ...A strain smoothing formulation for NURBS (non-uniform rational B-splines) based isogeometric finite element analysis is presented. This approach is formulated within the framework of assumed strain methods and strain smoothing operations. The strain smoothing is defined through strain averaging in the element sub-domains which are subsequently used for numerical integration of the Galerkin weak form. This formulation satisfies the orthogonality condition of the assumed strain methods. Meanwhile the present formulation totally avoids the gradient computation of the rational NURBS basis functions in the formulation of stiffness matrix. A transformation method is employed to accurately enforce the displacement boundary conditions. Numerical results demonstrate that the present formation gives very satisfactory solution accuracy simultaneously with improved computational efficiency.展开更多
