By adding the marine bacillus BC-2 (Accession number: MK811408) to substrate sludge, the bacillus complex bacterial liquid (pit Mud Functional Bacterial liquid) has been modified. The complex bacterial liquid was used in the production of Luzhou-flavor Liquor and it dramatically promoted the content of health-beneficial ingredients in the new workshop. These results demonstrated that the marine bacillus BC-2 can effectively improve the quality and health benefit of Luzhou-flavor Liquor.展开更多

Fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) is a tyrosine kinase receptor that is a member of the family of individually distinct fibroblast growth factor receptors involved in tumorigenesis. FGFR2 gene is amplified and over expressed in breast cancer (1 - 3). The aim of the study was to determine whether polymorphisms in rs2981582, rs2420946, rs17102287, rs1219648, rs2981578, and rs17542768 in FGFR2 gene are associated with breast cancer susceptibility in the population of Kazakhstan. The statistically significant associations between SNPs analyzed and breast cancer risk according χ2 and p < 0.05 criterions were not evaluated. The information describing the association of SNPs in FGFR2 with BC risk in the world populations could not be unambiguously used for Kazakhstan population.展开更多
以人神经母细胞瘤细胞SH-SY5Y为模型,在细胞体系探讨经O3氧化过的黑碳(O3-oxidized black carbon,OBC)颗粒对神经细胞的毒性作用.应用MTT方法评估SH-SY5Y细胞的存活率;通过测定培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LHD)浓度评估...以人神经母细胞瘤细胞SH-SY5Y为模型,在细胞体系探讨经O3氧化过的黑碳(O3-oxidized black carbon,OBC)颗粒对神经细胞的毒性作用.应用MTT方法评估SH-SY5Y细胞的存活率;通过测定培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LHD)浓度评估细胞膜的损伤程度;利用流式细胞术评价细胞凋亡率;使用荧光探针(Fluo 3-AM)检测细胞内Ca^2+浓度.结果显示,OBC颗粒对SH-SY5Y细胞暴露24和48 h的半致死浓度(IC50)分别为202.2和133.3μg/mL;随着BC颗粒染毒浓度的增加(0,5,10,20,40μg/mL),胞外LDH浓度、细胞凋亡率和Ca^2+浓度均逐渐升高,呈显著的剂量-效应关系(p<0.05).研究表明,OBC颗粒可导致神经细胞内Ca^2+浓度升高、细胞膜损坏,并最终导致细胞凋亡的发生.展开更多
