近年来,在一系列政策措施的推动下,中国出版业“走出去”的规模和影响不断扩大。建构科学、合理的政策效果评估指标体系是推动我国出版业高质量发展和高水平“走出去”、扩大中华文化海外影响的必然要求。相关政策内容构成了出版业“走... 近年来,在一系列政策措施的推动下,中国出版业“走出去”的规模和影响不断扩大。建构科学、合理的政策效果评估指标体系是推动我国出版业高质量发展和高水平“走出去”、扩大中华文化海外影响的必然要求。相关政策内容构成了出版业“走出去”政策效果评估指标体系的内在基础。基于平衡计分卡(BSC)思想从理论视角初步建构了包括财务、顾客、内部流程和学习与发展四个维度在内的评估指标体系。经德尔菲法对指标的筛选搭建了BSC-AHP评价模型,通过层次分析法(AHP)设置各个评价指标的权重,最后提出了一套由三级评价框架构成的出版业“走出去”政策效果评估指标体系,为我国“走出去”政策的持续推进与调适提供依据。 展开更多

A household satisfaction index (HSI) model based on the American customer satisfaction index (ACSI) model was fit to the housing industry in China and used with the software LISREL to measure the HSI in Beijing. Specifically, the empirical study analyzes the HSI of low-priced housing in Beijing. The results show that the HSI model is valid and the customer satisfaction theory can effectively analyze the housing industry. The results can help illustrate the factors which most affect customer satisfaction, and can be used to not only enhance the quality of homes and promote the housing market, but also to improve the standard of living for lower income people and provide suggestions to policy makers. 展开更多

This research aims to generate processes of industrialization and qualification of social housing in Colombia through prefabrication,low energy consumption and high environmental quality to reduce the current deficit and improve the quality of life in communities with fewer economic resources.Modular coordination and the use of materials with thermal behaviors,appropriate to the country’s climatic characteristics,reduce production costs,avoid waste and improve the architectural and environmental quality of social housing.Passive cooling strategies,such as controlling solar incursion and generating natural cross ventilation eliminate energy consumption and allow reaching desired standards of comfort.In a context in which traditional construction systems have still not resolved the social housing deficit in Colombia and which generate high costs for energy consumption in the search for thermal comfort,industrialized and efficient construction with high environmental quality provides solutions according to the economic,geographic,social and cultural context in Colombia. 展开更多

Libya is a developing country that has a growing construction industry, however, the management of construction projects frequently experiences challenges with time and cost restraints and this affects the overall performance of the project as well as the performance of the project managers. The main aim of this paper is to apply BSC in the Libyan construction industry and evaluate the factors that impact project manager performance and their ability to complete and deliver projects successfully in Libya. This study will ascertain the role of project managers, the challenges that project managers in Libya frequently encounter the cause of time and cost overruns within construction projects and the main factors for successful construction projects. This research adopted both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The findings are based upon 300 structured questionnaires distributed to general, project managers working on construction sectors in Libya (Tripoli). Completed questionnaires received were 183. This is a response rate of 61%. A statistical analysis was used to confirm and address the issues of reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey as a measuring instrument. In addition structured interviews with qualified project managers were used to confirm that the data collected were truly reflective. Upon the data analysis from the questionnaire survey and structured interview the project manager is the most important factor affecting the success of the project in construction industries Libya, furthermore project manager skills are important components that influence the performance of project manager. 展开更多

Since the city of Chongqing became a municipality on 14th March, 1997, the structure of Chongqing population has undergone tremendous changes. Especially the young, born after the 1980s, will play an important part in the future housing market. So it seems quite urgem to effectively satisfy the housing needs of young people. Massive research and practices indicate that the housing industrialization conserves the environment, improves quality and reduces cost of housing and is among the most effective ways to boost sustainable development of housing industry. The main objective of the paper is to discuss how to meet the growing housing demands of the young and concludes that housing with recreation, sports and other ancillary facilities will be better fit to the young to rent or to own. Furthermore, an analysis of the Chongqing housing market potential of young people's wish to rent or to purchase satisfactory housing demonstrates that some real estate investors may be failing to exploit serious opportunities that could arise from providing service to the young. And this case study of meeting the changing housing needs of the young may help accelerate the process of housing industrialization in Chongqing as well as providing a useful study concerning housing industry. 展开更多

住房租赁经营者的违规无序经营会使租户产生负面情绪累积效应,极易导致市场危机不断演化升级,给行业发展带来巨大冲击。在传染病动力模型和演化博弈理论基础上,构建SEIR(易感者、感染者、传播者和康复者)演化博弈模型,分析地方政府与住... 住房租赁经营者的违规无序经营会使租户产生负面情绪累积效应,极易导致市场危机不断演化升级,给行业发展带来巨大冲击。在传染病动力模型和演化博弈理论基础上,构建SEIR(易感者、感染者、传播者和康复者)演化博弈模型,分析地方政府与住房租赁经营者行为策略的博弈关系及双方不同策略选择下租户情绪感知的演化路径,讨论住房租赁市场博弈系统达到稳定状态的规律,为政府行业治理提供决策支持。地方政府和租赁经营者对行业隐性损益的感知对其行为策略具有重要影响,违规经营的超额收益易使经营者产生短视行为。地方政府在住房租赁市场危机中起到重要的控制、引导和调节作用,应兼顾短期财政效益和行业长期发展,通过建立规范的行业制度、经济惩罚、政策性优惠制度等方式约束和激励经营者的行为,并提高经营者社会责任意识。另外,修复租户负面情感认知对阻止市场危机爆发和演化具有重要意义。地方政府和经营者应以积极的态度弥补租户损失,引导正面情绪,实现对市场危机的良性控制和有效预防。 展开更多

利用2007—2019年127个地级市的数据,系统检验了中心城市科技创新对城市群协调发展的影响机制,并讨论了收入房价比对二者关系的调节作用。研究发现:第一,中心城市科技创新水平的提高不仅显著促进了城市群协调发展,还加快了外围城市经济... 利用2007—2019年127个地级市的数据,系统检验了中心城市科技创新对城市群协调发展的影响机制,并讨论了收入房价比对二者关系的调节作用。研究发现:第一,中心城市科技创新水平的提高不仅显著促进了城市群协调发展,还加快了外围城市经济增长收敛,并在不同地区和不同发展阶段的城市群表现出明显的异质性。第二,中心城市科技创新通过深化产业分工促进城市群协调发展。第三,收入房价比能够调节中心城市科技创新与城市群协调发展之间的关系,但调节效果存在区域异质性,仅在中部地区显著增强了中心城市科技创新对城市群协调发展的促进作用,对东部和西部地区没有明显的调节作用。研究结论不仅丰富了中心城市科技创新影响城市群协调发展的理论研究,且在提高收入房价比方面提供了政策启示。 展开更多
