【目的】常规大气等离子喷涂制备新型热障涂层陶瓷层候选材料Ba(Mg_(1/3)Ta_(2/3))O_(3)(BMT)涂层应变容限较低。【方法】基于悬浮液等离子喷涂技术(SPS),以乙醇为分散介质,聚丙烯酸(PAA)、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为分散剂,借... 【目的】常规大气等离子喷涂制备新型热障涂层陶瓷层候选材料Ba(Mg_(1/3)Ta_(2/3))O_(3)(BMT)涂层应变容限较低。【方法】基于悬浮液等离子喷涂技术(SPS),以乙醇为分散介质,聚丙烯酸(PAA)、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为分散剂,借助机械球磨制备了不同成分配比的BMT悬浮液。通过重力沉降观察法、紫外-可见分光光度计、Zeta电位仪对悬浮液的分散行为进行了研究,分析了分散剂种类及添加量对BMT悬浮液稳定性的影响;并利用SPS沉积了BMT涂层,对涂层的物相结构、表面形貌和截面组织进行了表征分析。【结果】结果表明:分散剂PEI在BMT颗粒表面吸附能够提高其Zeta电位,增强颗粒间斥力,并提供空间位阻作用,相比PAA和PEG,BMT悬浮液可以获得更好的分散效果。同时,添加PEI的BMT悬浮液黏度较低(介于1.5~2mPa·s),适用于SPS.由SPS制备的BMT涂层基本维持了BMT的物相结构,涂层呈现明显的柱状晶组织,且随悬浮液固含量的提高,涂层沉积效率增加,所形成的柱状晶体积更大,符合高应变容限涂层的组织结构特征。 展开更多

钽镁酸钡(Ba(Mg_(1/3)Ta_(2/3))O_(3),BMT)陶瓷具有优异的微波介电性能,而制备出高质量微波介电陶瓷的关键在于合成出晶相纯、粒度均匀、分散性好的BMT纳米粉体。以氧化钽、硝酸镁与硝酸钡为原料,以KOH溶液和异丙醇为溶剂,采用水热法制... 钽镁酸钡(Ba(Mg_(1/3)Ta_(2/3))O_(3),BMT)陶瓷具有优异的微波介电性能,而制备出高质量微波介电陶瓷的关键在于合成出晶相纯、粒度均匀、分散性好的BMT纳米粉体。以氧化钽、硝酸镁与硝酸钡为原料,以KOH溶液和异丙醇为溶剂,采用水热法制备BMT纳米粉体。通过X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜表征产物的晶体结构、显微形貌和颗粒尺寸,探讨KOH浓度、反应温度、反应时间对BMT粉体的影响;通过差热分析,研究煅烧温度对BMT粉体的影响。结果表明,当KOH浓度为2 mol/L、反应温度为200℃、反应时间为24 h、冷冻干燥后煅烧温度为1000℃时,制得的BMT纳米颗粒呈类球形,分散均匀,基本无团聚现象,颗粒直径约为100 nm。该研究成果对水热合成BMT纳米粉体具有一定的指导意义。 展开更多

The single-phase Ba(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3(BMN) powder was successfully prepared by the KCl molten salt synthesis(MSS) method.The temperature for single-phase BMN powders by MSS was about 400℃ lower than that by the solid-phase method.The average particle size(APS) was about 0.91μm at 900℃ and increased with increasing synthesis temperature.Based on the APS,the activation energy for particle growth in the MSS,whose value was 64.1kJmol^(-1),was attained.The sinterability of the powder prepared by MSS method was better than that prepared by solid-phase method. 展开更多

Commercially available niobium (V) oxide [Nb_2O_5], with barium acetate[Ba(CH_3COO)_2] and magnesium acetate [Mg(CH_3COO)_2·4H_2O] was used as the starting material inthe sol-gel process for preparing Ba(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3 (BMN) nanopowders. At first, Nb_2O_5reacted with melting sodium hydroxide and transformed into dispersible oxide. The resulting glassysubstance after cooling was dispersed and washed several times in distilled water to remove the Na^+ions. The as-prepared colloidal Nb_2O_5·nH_2O was subsequently mixed with acetic solution ofbarium acetate and magnesium acetate according to the required molar proportions and followed bygelation. The ultrafine BMN powders were finally obtained after heat-treating the gel at 820℃ for 1h, and the as-sintered nanoceramics revealed a high relative density of 98.2%, and a high microwaveQ-factor, of 10397 at 1,45GHz. 展开更多

新一代弛豫铁电薄膜Pb(In_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)-Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-PbTiO_(3)(PIMNT)因兼具优异的电学性能与高的相变温度,在国内外获得广泛关注.为了探究不同薄膜厚度对PIMNT薄膜的结构及电学性能的影响,通过溶胶凝胶法制备了1... 新一代弛豫铁电薄膜Pb(In_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)-Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-PbTiO_(3)(PIMNT)因兼具优异的电学性能与高的相变温度,在国内外获得广泛关注.为了探究不同薄膜厚度对PIMNT薄膜的结构及电学性能的影响,通过溶胶凝胶法制备了150 nm~1μm不同厚度的PIMNT薄膜,对其形貌结构以及电学性能进行了对比研究,在此基础上进一步研究了极化对其电学性能的影响.实验结果表明:随着厚度的增加,薄膜介电常数先增加后略有降低,剩余极化强度先增大后减小,矫顽场逐渐增大;在极化电压为18 V、极化温度和时间分别为100℃和5 min时,1μm厚度PIMNT薄膜的介电常数和损耗在100 Hz下分别为1009和0.022,室温下的热释电系数达6.85×10^(-4) C∙m^(-2)∙K^(-1),是目前主流的锆钛酸铅(PZT)薄膜的3倍左右. 展开更多

采用BaTiO_(3)(BT)片状微晶制备了[001]取向的0.29PSN–0.39PMN–0.32PT(0.29Pb(Sc_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)–0.39Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)–0.32PbTiO_(3))织构陶瓷。制备了不同模板含量的织构陶瓷,并在织构度、微观结构以及压电、铁电... 采用BaTiO_(3)(BT)片状微晶制备了[001]取向的0.29PSN–0.39PMN–0.32PT(0.29Pb(Sc_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)–0.39Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)–0.32PbTiO_(3))织构陶瓷。制备了不同模板含量的织构陶瓷,并在织构度、微观结构以及压电、铁电和介电性能方面进行了比较。在PSN–PMN–PT织构陶瓷中,在3%(体积分数)BaTiO_(3)模板下实现了高达98.6%的[001]织构度,并且获得了高的压电性能(d_(33)=816 pC/N,d_(33)^(*)=1080 pm/V)和高Curie温度(T_(c)=185℃),这远远优于随机取向的陶瓷。此外,与具有相近压电常数的铅基陶瓷相比,织构化PSN–PMN–PT陶瓷表现出显著改善的热稳定性。高质量的织构化三元陶瓷在新一代高性能、宽温度范围的机电器件中具有广阔的应用前景。 展开更多

The increase in energy consumption and its collateral damage on the environment has encouraged the development of environment-friendly ceramic materials with good energy storage properties.In this work,(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-xCa(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) ceramics were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method.The 0.88Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-0.12Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) ceramic exhibited a high recoverable energy storage density of 8.1 J/cm3 and energy storage efficiency of 82.4% at 550 kV/cm.The introduction of Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) reduced the grain size and increased the band gap,thereby enhancing the breakdown field strength of the ceramic materials.The method also resulted in good temperature stability(20–140℃),frequency stability(1–200 Hz),and fatigue stability over 10^(6) cycles.In addition,an ultrahigh power density of 187 MW/cm^(3) and a fast charge-discharge rate(t_(0.9)=57.2 ns)can be obtained simultaneously.Finite element method analysis revealed that the decrease of grain size was beneficial to the increase of breakdown field strength.Therefore,the 0.88Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-0.12Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) ceramics resulted in high energy storage properties with good stability and were promising environment-friendly materials for advanced pulsed power systems applications. 展开更多

Bulk crystals of high Curie temperature(T_(C))24Pb(In_(1/2(Nb_(1/2))O_(3)-43Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-33PbTiO_(3)(24PIN-43PMN-33PT)with 55 mm in diameter and 130mm in length were reproducibly grown by the bottom-seeded Bridgman method.The X-ray diffraction(XRD)spectrum indicated that the as-grown crystal was a single phase with rthombohedral structure at room temperature,the domain morphology and the phase transition sequence of R→T→C were observed,the full width at half maximum(FWHM)of X-ray rocking curve of(002)face was about 0.77°,and the defect density was inferred to 2.56×10^(10)cm^(-2).The measured density of the as-grown crystals was very close to the theoretical one.Variation of the transition temperature of the as-grown crystals along the growth direction revealed that T_(C) increased linearly along the growth direction and rthombohedral to tetrahedral phase transition temperature(T_(RT))gradually decreased in the middle part of the ingot. 展开更多

Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)–PbTiO_(3)(PMN-PT)piezoelectric ceramics have excellent piezoelectric properties and are used in a wide range of applications.Adjusting the solid solution ratios of PMN/PT and different concentrations of elemental doping are the main methods to modulate their piezoelectric coefficients.The combination of these controllable conditions leads to an exponential increase of possible compositions in ceramics,which makes it not easy to extend the sample data by additional experimental or theoretical calculations.In this paper,a physics-embedded machine learning method is proposed to overcome the difficulties in obtaining piezoelectric coefficients and Curie temperatures of Sm-doped PMN-PT ceramics with different components.In contrast to all-data-driven model,physics-embedded machine learning is able to learn nonlinear variation rules based on small datasets through potential correlation between ferroelectric properties.Based on the model outputs,the positions of morphotropic phase boundary(MPB)with different Sm doping amounts are explored.We also find the components with the best piezoelectric property and comprehensive performance.Moreover,we set up a database according to the obtained results,through which we can quickly find the optimal components of Sm-doped PMN-PT ceramics according to our specific needs. 展开更多

In this work,we report the dielectric and ferroelectric properties of CuO-doped(1-x)[0.5573Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-0.4427PbTiO_(3)]-xBa(Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))_(3)(PMNT-xBZN)relaxor ferrielectric ceramic samples with x=0.... In this work,we report the dielectric and ferroelectric properties of CuO-doped(1-x)[0.5573Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-0.4427PbTiO_(3)]-xBa(Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))_(3)(PMNT-xBZN)relaxor ferrielectric ceramic samples with x=0.1725,0.1925,02125 and 0.2325,which were fabricated by a conventional solid-state reaction method.By introducing the CuO into PMNT-xBZN,the sintering temperature of this system is drastically lowered from 1280℃to 1120℃.The second pyrochlore phase,which is often generated during sintering at high temperature,is also inhibited.Meanwhile,broad dielectric peaks with strong dielectric relaxation characteristics are observed from150℃to 100℃.Slim and slanted P-E hysteresis loops and purely electrostrictive strains with V-shape are obtained simultaneously in studied compositions from 30℃to 150℃.These results suggest that CuO could effectively lower the sintering temperature while maintaining the dielectric and ferroelectric properties of PMNT-xBZN relaxor ferroelectric ceramics. 展开更多

The piezotronics effect utilizes a piezopotential to modulate and control current in piezo-semiconductors.Ferroelectric materials,as a type of piezoelectric materials,possess piezoelectric coefficients that are significantly larger than those found in conventional piezoelectric materials.Here,we propose a strain modulated ferroelectric field-effect transistor(St-FeFET)utilizing external strain instead of gate voltage to achieve ferroelectric modulation,which eliminates the need for gate voltage.By applying a very small strain(0.01%),the St-FeFET can achieve a maximum on-off current ratio of 1250%and realizes a gauge factor(GF)of 1.19×10^(6),which is much higher than that of conventional strain sensors.This work proposes a new method for realizing highly sensitive strain sensors and presents innovative approaches to the operation methods of ferroelectric field-effect transistors as well as potential applications for coupling of strain sensors and various devices across different fields. 展开更多

Transparent electro-optic(EO)ceramics of La-doped 0.75Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-0.25PbTiO_(3)(0.75PMN-0.25PT)were prepared successfully.High transparency of 69%in the near-infrared(IR)wavelength(1550 nm)was achieved at 2 mo1%La doping,meanwhile it shows an extremely high quadratic EO coeficient of 45.4×10^(-16)m^(2)·V^(-2),which s indispensable for applications in EO devices.The distribution of a polar nanodomain structure of the samples experiences disorder-order-disorder evolution in a La doping range.It is found that a parallelly-stacked polar nanodomain structure with an easier and faster polarization switching in the 2 mol%La-doped sample suggests that an ordering distribution of polar nanoregions would be critical to inducing large EO effect,transparency,and piezoelectric response.A triple-cavity tunable optical filter(TOF)with a single transmission peak and a tuning voltage below 30 V in a tuning range of 190-197 THz was designed based on our ceramics.The work is believed to bridge the relationship among doping-engineering,EO properties,and polarization behavior,which would guide the further optimization of transparent EO ceramics. 展开更多

Electro-optic modulators,which convert electrical signals onto the transmission light,are key devices in electro-optic modulating systems.Modulation efficiency is one of the most important parameters of an electro-optic modulator,which directly determines the footprint and power consumption of the device.Generally,modulation efficiency strongly depends on the electro-optic response of the crystal.The Pb(In_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)-Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-PbTiO_(3)(PIN-PMN-PT)single crystal with giant electro-optic coefficient(λ_(c))and high transparency indicates the potential to achieve greatly enhanced modulation efficiency.In this study,a prototype PIN-PMN-PT phase modulator was fabricated based on a titanium(Ti)in-diffusion waveguide,which is reported for the first time.The influences of titanium in-diffusion on the composition and domain structure of the PIN-PMN-PT single crystal were studied by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and piezoelectric force microscopy(PFM),respectively.Finally,a half-wave voltage(V_(π))of 2.3 V was obtained using a device with 6-mm-long(L)electrodes.Furthermore,the electro-optic modulation efficiency(V_(π)L)was calculated as 1.38 V-cm,which was approximately one order of magnitude lower than that of commercial lithium niobate(LiNbO_(3),LN)phase modulators.Such enhanced modulation efficiency indicates more compact device and lower power consumption,which is of great significance for electro-optic modulation systems used in micro-fiber gyroscope,integrated photonic devices,etc. 展开更多
