However, few researches have been carried out in the field of text linguistics on BEC2, especially on the sentence-filling section. The intention of this study is to high-light the cohesive functions in the sentence-filling section in BEC2, and tries to obtain some first-hand materials in order to carry out fur-ther and in-depth studies in this area in order to improve the student’s testing performance. Specially, the purpose is to find out the fre-quency of cohesive devices in the sentence-filling section in BEC2 and to find out how these cohesive devices contribute to students’ per-formance in it.展开更多

Based on the analytical solution, two formulae are derived to relate the particle numbers N_A and N_B with the root mean square radii of the two kinds of atoms. Only the case that both kinds of atoms have nonzero distribution at the center of an isotropic trap is considered. In this case the TFA has been found to work nicely. Thus, the two formulae are applicable and are useful for the evaluation of N_A and N_B.展开更多
