基于N-BEATS的能源互联网短期负荷预测

短期负荷预测在能源互联网的规划中既占重要组成部分,又是能源系统可靠高效运行的基础。在能源互联网中能源的短期负荷预测精度问题是人们重点关注问题。N-BEATS的深度神经结构未使用时序特别组成成分,仅使用一种基于后向和前向残差链... 短期负荷预测在能源互联网的规划中既占重要组成部分,又是能源系统可靠高效运行的基础。在能源互联网中能源的短期负荷预测精度问题是人们重点关注问题。N-BEATS的深度神经结构未使用时序特别组成成分,仅使用一种基于后向和前向残差链路以及非常深的全连接层堆栈的深度神经架构。该结构具有可解释性、适用于广泛的目标域、并且训练速度快等优点。实验使用N-BEATS模型对历史负荷数据进行训练,然后对未来负荷进行短期负荷预测,取得了较高的预测精度。测得平均绝对百分比误差(eMAPE)为1.26%,平均绝对误差(eMAE)为84.238 kW,决定系数(R^(2))为0.9955,实验结果表明采用该方法的预测精度高于传统的预测方法,如在eMAPE方面相比TCN降低了0.61%。 展开更多

针对轴承剩余使用寿命预测时采集到的信号序列复杂且不平稳,导致预测精度和性能较低的问题,采用经验模式分解对信号序列进行自适应分解,利用动态时间规整算法筛选主要退化特征,提取信号序列趋势特征,使用具有残差原理的深层神经网络N-BE... 针对轴承剩余使用寿命预测时采集到的信号序列复杂且不平稳,导致预测精度和性能较低的问题,采用经验模式分解对信号序列进行自适应分解,利用动态时间规整算法筛选主要退化特征,提取信号序列趋势特征,使用具有残差原理的深层神经网络N-BEATS进行预测。对于预测历史数据较少的问题,采用递归与直接相结合的预测结构对剩余寿命进行多步预测。将N-BEATS与长短时记忆神经网络、灰色预测模型进行比较,结果表明在不同工况下,所提出的方法预测结果的平均绝对误差相较于LSTM、灰色预测模型分别提升了3.2%以及3.3%,相对均方根误差分别提升了3.5%以及3.1%。 展开更多

Background: Isolated tricuspid valve disease remains a controversial indication for surgical intervention. Many patients referred for surgery already have a poor clinical condition and an advanced New York Heart Association functional class. There is no consensus on the optimal surgical technique for this condition, including on whether to perform the procedure on a beating or an arrested heart and whether to perform valve repair or replacement. Methods: We analyzed four case series between 2015 and 2022 in which patients with secondary tricuspid regurgitation (TR) underwent valve repair on a beating heart and right atrial plication for a dilated right atrium. The TRI-SCORE was calculated for each patient. Results: All patients experienced a favorable postoperative course with significant improvements in heart failure symptoms. TR was markedly reduced;however, in one patient with concomitant mitral regurgitation (MR) and a high TRI-SCORE, MR worsened postoperatively. This patient later died from unknown causes due to multiple comorbidities in the late phase. Conclusions: Tricuspid valve repair on a beating heart was effective for improving the cardiac function, and the TRI-SCORE proved useful as a preoperative risk assessment tool. The underlying mechanism by which TR exacerbates MR requires further investigation. 展开更多

目的探讨One beat冠状动脉轴扫结合Snap shot Freeze重组技术在自由呼吸冠脉扫描(CCTA)中的价值。方法收集我院行16 cm宽体探测器One beat轴扫的冠脉CTA检查者126例,按屏气和自由呼吸分为两组,其中屏气组74例,自由呼吸52例。再根据受检... 目的探讨One beat冠状动脉轴扫结合Snap shot Freeze重组技术在自由呼吸冠脉扫描(CCTA)中的价值。方法收集我院行16 cm宽体探测器One beat轴扫的冠脉CTA检查者126例,按屏气和自由呼吸分为两组,其中屏气组74例,自由呼吸52例。再根据受检者心率分为低中高三个心率组(A、B、C),其中屏气组:A1组(小于70 bpm)41例,B1组(71~85 bpm)24例,C1组(大于85 bpm)9例;自由呼吸组:A2 (小于70 bpm)27例,B2组(71~85 bpm)16例,C2组(大于85 bpm)9例。所有受检者均采用手动选取最佳时相并结合冠状动脉冻结技术(SSF)技术进行重组,得到运动伪影补偿前、后的图像。客观评分:分别测量屏气组和自由呼吸组冠状动脉CTA图像的主动脉弓根部CT值、噪声值、信噪比、对比度噪声比;主观评分:由2名有经验的放射科医师采用5分法对SSF前后的5组图像的右冠状动脉(RCA)、左前降支(LAD)、左旋支(LCX)进行评分。比较各分支在SSF前后图像质量的变化并比较在自由呼吸和屏气扫描下SSF后不同心率组图像质量的差异。结果屏气组和自由呼吸组的主动脉弓根部CT值、噪声、信噪比、对比度噪声比均无明显差别(P>0.05)。在使用SSF后无论在自由呼吸组还是屏气组均能够提高图像质量(P<0.05);自由呼吸组和屏气组在使用SSF后对于不同心率冠状动脉图像的质量的提升均无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论通过自由呼吸组和屏气组的主客观的比较,依赖于One beat冠状动脉轴扫结合SSF重组,自由呼吸冠状动脉扫描可以提供高质量的图像。 展开更多

Protective effects of L-arginine against ischemia-reperfusion injury in non-heart beating rat liver graft 被引量:5

BACKGROUND: Although the use of non-heart beating donors (NHBDs) could bridge the widening gap between organ demand and supply, its application to liver transplantation is limited due to the high incidence of primary graft loss. Prevention of liver injury in NHBDs will benefit the results of transplantation. This study was conducted to evaluate the protective effects of L-arginine on liver grafts from NHBDs. METHODS: One hundred and four Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: normal control (n=8) controls 1, 2 and 3 (C-1, C-2, C-3, n=16), and experimental 1, 2 and 3 (E-1, E-2, E-3, n=16). For groups C-1 and E-1, C-2 and E-2, and C-3 and E-3, the warm ischemia time was 0, 30, and 45 minutes, respectively. Liver grafts were flushed with and preserved in 4 degrees C Euro-collins solution containing 1 mmol/L L-arginine for 1 hour in each experimental group. Recipients of each experimental group were injected with L-arginine (10 mg/kg body weight) by tail vein 10 minutes before portal vein reperfusion. Donors and recipients of each experimental control group were treated with normal saline. Then transplantation was performed. At 1, 3, and 24 hours after portal vein reperfusion, blood samples were obtained to determine the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin (ET). At 3 hours after portal vein reperfusion, grafts samples were fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde for electron microscopic observation. RESULTS: At I hour after portal vein reperfusion, the levels of NO in groups E-1, E-2, E-3 and C-1, C-2, C-3 were lower, while the levels of plasma ET, serum ALT and AST were higher than those in the normal control group (P<0.05). At 1, 3, and 24 hours, the levels of NO in groups E-1, E-2, E-3 were higher, while the levels of plasma ET, serum ALT and AST were lower than those in the corresponding control groups (C-1, C-2, C-3) (P<0.05). The levels of NO in groups C-2 and C-3 were lower than in group C-1 (P<0.05), and the level of NO in group C-3 was lower than in group C-2 (P<0.05). At 1, 3 and 24 hours, the levels of plasma ET, serum ALT, and AST in groups E-1, E-2, E-3 were lower than those in the corresponding control groups (C-1, C-2, C-3) (P<0.05). The levels of plasma ET, serum ALT, and AST were lower in group C-3 than in groups C-1 and C-2 (P<0.05). Pathological changes in groups E-1, E-2, E-3 were milder than those in the corresponding experimental control groups (C-1, C-2, C-3). CONCLUSIONS: The imbalance between NO and ET plays an important role in the development of ischemia-reperfusion injury of liver grafts from NHBDs. L-arginine can attenuate injury in liver grafts from NHBDs by improving the balance between NO and ET. 展开更多

The present research on involute spline cold roll-beating forming is mainly about the principles and motion relations of cold roll-beating,the theory of roller design,and the stress and strain field analysis of cold roll-beating,etc.However,the research on law of metal flow in the forming process of involute spline cold roll-beating is rare.According to the principle of involute spline cold roll-beating,the contact model between the rollers and the spline shaft blank in the process of cold roll-beating forming is established,and the theoretical analysis of metal flow in the cold roll-beating deforming region is proceeded.A finite element model of the spline cold roll-beating process is established,the formation mechanism of the involute spline tooth profile in cold roll-beating forming process is studied,and the node flow tracks of the deformation area are analyzed.The experimental research on the metal flow of cold roll-beating spline is conducted,and the metallographic structure variation,grain characteristics and metal flow line of the different tooth profile area are analyzed.The experimental results show that the particle flow directions of the deformable bodies in cold roll-beating deformation area are determined by the minimum moving resistance.There are five types of metal flow rules of the deforming region in the process of cold roll-beating forming.The characteristics of involute spline cold roll-beating forming are given,and the forming mechanism of involute spline cold roll-beating is revealed.This paper researches the law of metal flow in the forming process of involute spline cold roll-beating,which provides theoretical supports for solving the tooth profile forming quality problem. 展开更多

Work Hardening Behavior of 1020 Steel During Cold-Beating Simulation 被引量:2

The present research of cold-beating formation mainly focused on roller design and manufacture, kinematics, constitutive relation, metal flow law, thermo-mechanical coupling, surface micro-topography and microstructure evolution. However, the research on surface quality and performance of workpieces in the process of cold-beating is rare. Cold-beating simulation experiment of 1020 steel is conducted at room temperature and strain rates ranging from 2000 to 4000 s^-1 base on the law of plastic forming. According to the experimental data, the model of strain hardening of 1020 steel is established, Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) is conducted, the mechanism of the work hardening of 1020 steel is clarified by analyzing microstructure variation of 1020 steel. It is found that the strain rate hardening effect of 1020 steel is stronger than the softening effect induced by increasing temperatures, the process of simulation cold-beating cause the grain shape of 1020 steel significant change and microstructure elongate significantly to form a fibrous tis- sue parallel to the direction of deformation, the higher strain rate, the more obvious grain refinement and the more hardening effect. Additionally, the change law of the work hardening rate is investigated, the relationship between dislocation density and strain, the relationship between work hardening rate and dislocation density is obtained. Results show that the change trend of the work hardening rate of 1020 steel is divided into two stages, the work hardening rate decreases dramatically in the first stage and slowly decreases in the second stage, finally tending toward zero. Dislocation density increases with increasing strain and strain rate, work hardening rate decreases with increasing dislocation density. The research results provide the basis for solving the problem of improving the surface quality and performance of workpieces under cold-beating formation of 1020 steel. 展开更多

In the pump-controlled motor hydraulic transmission system,when the pressure pulsation frequencies seperately generated by the pump and the motor are close to each other,the hydraulic system will generate a strong pressure beat vibration phenomenon,which will seriously affect the smooth running of the hydraulic system.However,the modulated pressure signal also carries information related to the operating state of the hydraulic system,and a accurate extraction of pressure vibration characteristics is the key to obtain the operating state information of the hydraulic system.In order to extract the pressure beat vibration signal component effectively from the multi-component time-varying aliasing pressure signal and reconstruct the time domain characteristics,an extraction method of the pressure beat vibration characteristics of the hydraulic transmission system based on variational mode decomposition(VMD)is proposed.The experimental results show that the VMD method can accurately extract the pressure beat vibration characteristics from the high-pressure oil pressure signal of the hydraulic system,and the extraction effect is preferable to that of the traditional signal processing methods such as empirical mode decomposition(EMD). 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Wenxin Keli for premature beats in structurally normal heart systematically.Methods:Eight databases at home and abroad were searched to collect randomized controlled trials of Wenxin Keli for premature beats without cardiac diseases.The included literatures were systematically evaluated with Cochrane Handbook 5.1 evaluation criteria and tools,and Meta analysis was performed with software RevMan5.3.Results:A total of 13 randomized controlled trials with 1278 subjects were included.The exprimental group used Wenxin Keli alone while the control group used antiarrhythmic medicine.The Meta analysis results showed that the total effective rate(RR=1.06,95%CI[0.97,1.16],P=0.23)and clinical symptom effective rate(RR=1.16,95%CI[0.94,1.44],P=0.18)of Wenxin Keli on idiopathic premature beats was not significantly different from western medicine group.The subgroup analysis of total effective rate showed that Wenxin Keli had no significant difference with metoprolol(RR=1.04,95%CI[0.95,1.15],P=0.41),bisoprolol(RR=1.32,95%CI[0.85,2.05],P=0.22)and propanone(RR=1.07,95%CI[0.90,1.26],P=0.44).ECG changes showed that the PR intervals(MD=-12.57,95%CI[-16.15,-8.99],P<0.00001)and QTc intervals(MD=-8.09,95%CI[-15.52,-0.65],P=0.03)in the western medicine group were prolonged significantly more than those of Wenxin Keli.In terms of safety,the incidence of adverse reactions of Wenxin Keli was significantly less than that of western medicine group(RR=0.32,95%CI[0.19,0.54],P<0.0001).Conclusion:The efficacy of Wenxin Keli in the treatment of premature beats with structurally normal heart is accurate,and there are no serious adverse reactions.However,because of the low quality of the included papers,which affected the reliability of the conclusions,high-quality clinical research is needed to further demonstrate. 展开更多

The first-stage is a Fourier planetary gear train and the second-stage is a non-circular planetary gear train. For designing of this new mechanism, the ideal kinematic equations of the sley are constructed first. Then the kinematic model of the first-stage Fourier planetary gear train is established and the reverse solution for the pitch curves of the second-stage non-circular gears is deduced. With a computer-aided design program, the influences of several important parameters on the pitch curves of the second-stage non-circular gears are analyzed, and a set of preferable structural parameters are obtained. Finally, a test bed of this mechanism is developed and the experimental results show that this new beating-up mechanism can achieve the designed dwelling time, namely it can meet the requirements of beating-up process. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a scheme for photon echo chirped detection process composed of additional modulation pulses to obtain controllable geometric phase. The geometric phases are observed and measured by a beat signal between the photon echo field and the chirped field. The chirped detection model reveals that the period of the beat signal increases as the chirped rate and delay time increase. Additionally, a two-fold relationship between the modulation phase and the echo shift phase is obtained. The numerical simulations accord with the theoretical results obtained by the finite difference time domain(FDTD) method. 展开更多

Diagnostic techniques of CEOF, power spectrum and bandpass filter wave are applied in this paper to analyze the seasonal northward beating of the northern subtropical high using day to day geopotential fields of 2.5 ×2.5 at 500 hPa May through July in 1988 and 1991. It is concluded that it is globally observed that the subtropical high has northward beats that propagate westward; the source of beating mainly lies in the region of Arabian Sea and central Pacific and the sink in eastern Pacific; the seasonal beating is dominated by effects of the disturbance field; low frequency oscillation plays a key role in the beating and the westward propagation so that the difference in the latter in individual years is caused by the varying source of disturbance and the low frequency waves it excites. 展开更多
