Speech at the Symposium on Study and Implementation of the Spirit of the 19^(th) CPC National Congress at the China Society for Human Rights Studies

Following the successful conclusion of the 19thCommunist Party of China National Congress,there has been a nationwide upsurge in the study and implementation of the spirit of the Congress.It was therefore both necessary and timely for the China Society for Human Rights Studies to organize a symposium on the study and implementation of the spirit of the Congress.I’d like to express my understanding of the study and implementation of the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress from three aspects:

China Society for Human Rights Studies Organizes Forum to Study and Implement Guidelines of 3rd Plenum of 18th CPC Central Committee

The China Society for Human Rights Studies （CSHRS） organized on Nov. 28 a forum to study and implement the guidelines of the third plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC）. Executive members of CSHRS and other CSHRS members in Beijing discussed improvement of judicial protection for human rights and legal construction in China. CSHRS President Luo Haocai, who was vice chairman of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People＇s Political Consultative Conference, delivered a speech at the forum.

CHINA SOCIETY FOR HUMAN RIGHTS STUDIES

Sponsored by scholars and experts concerned with human rights at nine Beijing-based schools of higher learning and research institutes, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the All-China Women’s Federation, the China Society for Human Rights Studies (CSHRS) was founded in January 1993. It is the largest academic organization specializing in human rights studies in China, and a non-government organization that is in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council. A non-profit organization, CSHRS relies on financial aid and donations to maintain its operations.

EDITOR＇S NOTE： An exhibition on human rights in China was held in the Cultural Palace of Ethnic Groups, Beijing, November 17-26, 2006, jointly by the Information Office of the State Council, China Society for Human Rights Studies （CSHRS） and China Human Rights Development Fund. The exhibition attracted more than 10,000 visitors from in and outside the country and aroused much media attention. How Does the Film Raise the Red Lantern Explore the Oppression of Women by the Patriarchal Society in China

With the gradual improvement of Chinese women’s status in the 21st-century,gender studies and gender relations had become one of the hottest topics in Chinese society,which consequently prompted Chinese Women’s Cinema to attract the attention of larger audiences.Therefore,many researchers have focused their research on Chinese Women’s Cinema,but at present,it seems that there is still a research gap to discuss and analyze the changes in women’s status and identity in China in recent years.This paper will take the famous early Chinese Women’s Cinema Raise the Red Lantern as an example for discussion and analysis.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the oppression of women in Chinese feudal patriarchal society through the details in the film Raise the Red Lantern.The significance of this paper is to appeal for gender equality in China by analyzing the oppression of women by the feudal patriarchal society in the film Raise the Red Lantern.Through careful analysis and research,it is concluded that the film Raise the Red Lantern profoundly criticizes the oppression and exploitation of women and vulnerable groups by the Republic of China through shooting details.At the same time,it is in sharp contrast with the independent thought and social status of Chinese women in the 21st-century.

Comprehensively Implementing the Rule of Law Solidly Pushing Forward Human Rights Development——Interview with President Luo Haocai of the China Society for Human Rights Studies(CSHRS)

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） reviewed and approved the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Certain Key Issues Concerning Comprehensively Pushing Forward the Rule of Law （hereafter, ＂Decision＂）. The plenary session was convened at a pivotal stage in comprehensively building a well-off society and comprehen- sively deepening reform. It was the first of its kind with the theme of the rule of law and was a landmark event in China＇s legal construction. The Journal interviewed Professor Luo Haocai, who is also president of the China Society for Human Rights Studies （CSHRS）.

Human Rights NGOs and the United Nations Human Rights Council——Participation by the China Society for Human Rights Studies in the Universal Periodic Review Mechanism

Since its founding in 1993, the China Society for Human Rights Studies （CSHRS） has extensively participated inthe human rights work of the United Nations （UN） and has actively carried out international exchange and cooperation. In May 2012, the UN Human Rights Council （UNHRC） initiated the second round of country reviews on human rights.

Scholars Discuss Hu Jintao's Letter to China Society for Human Rights Studies

Hu Jintao, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of ,China and state president,recently wrote a letter to the China Society for Human Rights Studies （CSHRS）. The letter was published on December 10, 2008. Social circles have responded enthusiastically to the letter. On December 16, 2008 the society held a forum where participants discussed important ideas Hu expresses in his letter.

美国汉学刊物与中国文化的海外传播

学术刊物是美国汉学成果发表与传播的重要媒介,其创办进程一定程度上呈现了汉学史发展脉络,推动了汉学的纵深发展。以汉学刊物为窗口,可以透视美国汉学的阶段性特点。根据时间的历史坐标,美国汉学刊物大致可以分为如下阶段:传教士时期,以《中国丛报》与《教务杂志》为代表;本土化与分化时期,以各学会会刊为典型;当代学科细分化时期,以《中国文学》为代表。不同时期的汉学刊物体现了特定的创刊理念与发展思路。分析代表性的汉学刊物,可以为推进整体的美国汉学史研究提供方向和指南。

山西革命根据地的冬学运动与乡村社会变迁

新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党立足山西革命根据地,创造性地实施与当时革命战情、农村实情相结合的冬学运动,并以文化教育为主要实施媒介,以群众斗争的普遍发动为核心策略,全面开展对山西乡村民众的文化识字、政治思想、科学卫生及文化娱乐等教育工作,促进了山西乡村社会的深刻变迁与现代化转型。冬学运动对乡村社会变迁的推动效应,主要体现为培养新型农民、重建乡村社会政治秩序、树立新的劳动观念和进步生产方式、确立全新社会风气、创设进步文化生活等五个方面,再现中国共产党在乡村社会如何以冬学运动为抓手,实现乡村社会现代化变迁与发展的历史图景。

科技社团促进专业学位研究生培养途径——以中国林学会为例

科技社团是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,是建设科技强国的重要力量,在推动科技进步、培育高素质人才、促进完善社会治理体系中发挥着越来越重要的作用。专业学位研究生教育是教育改革的重点方向,是培养社会各行各业特定职业高层次人才的有效举措。科技社团在促进专业学位研究生教育中具有独特优势条件。文中以中国林学会为例,分析了科技社团促进林业专业学位研究生培养的途径:首先,针对当前我国林业专业学位研究生教育过程中存在的培养目标不明确、培养层次不完善、校外导师作用不明显和实践基地建设不完备等问题,基于中国林学会的优势条件,提出了打造“学校+导师+学会”联合体,共同促进林业专业学位研究生培养的构想;其次,从整合专家资源、优化校外导师库,开展学术活动、搭建交流平台,建立实践基地、提升专业素养,组建服务团队、增强专业能力等方面提出中国林学会促进林业专业学位研究生培养的具体路径。

20世纪以来我国社会教育的发展历程、演进逻辑与现实启示

我国现代意义上的社会教育是清末民初学习西方思想与实践的产物,如今已成为协同育人新格局的重要构成。一个多世纪以来,社会教育与我国社会发展进程紧密联系,历经新民主主义革命阶段、社会主义革命和建设阶段、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代四个时期。切合时代境遇,其发展呈现从生存式逻辑到依附式逻辑,再到服务式逻辑,最后到超越式逻辑的变迁。社会教育在我国的演进为其在新时代的发展提供了现实启示:社会教育应坚持人本主义的价值立场,从被动发展走向主动发展,在国家和政府的关注下实现社会性和教育性的有机融合。

“创意创新创业”研习社的区校一体化建设研究

本文以无锡科技职业学院为例,开展大学生第二课堂——“创意创新创业”研习社的区校一体化建设研究。旨在通过区校资源整理形成合力,进行高校学生社团特色化建设;落实立德树人根本任务,推进素质教育;根据学生兴趣特长促进学生成长成才,打造“新吴工匠”,进一步提升服务无锡高新区(新吴区)“强富美高”建设和高质量发展的水平和贡献度。

交融于川--西南交通大学民居研究学术史脉络

文章回顾了西南交通大学民居研究的发端和演化历程,尝试厘清其学术脉络。西南交通大学研究团队传承了中国营造学社的现场调研传统,重访了学社在四川调查的民居,汲取了学社的调研方法。团队关注四川民居建筑与聚落背后的逻辑生成,深入研究了巴蜀汉族地区的单体散居和场镇聚落,以及多民族地区的防御性聚落;特别是季富政教授,他在调研中融入了“画意”和“个性”,强调审美意趣和主观体验。在遗产保护层面,团队对民居调查对象提出了具有操作性的保护与利用策略。

关于残疾人学研究的几个基本问题

残疾人学研究是人学研究的一个分支学科。党的十八大以来,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入研究残疾人学这门新型的学科,不能离开一定历史发展阶段的社会,必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,从变动着的社会关系与心理关系出发,从满足残疾人的实际需求做起,研究残疾人劳动就业与创业、残疾预防、康复、文化、教育、体育等,阐明残疾人的本质、生命的意义。

知识网络视角下中国人类学海外民族志的演进

中国人类学海外民族志在结构与建构、个体与群体、学术与学科的交互中形成了多维度的知识网络。海外民族志知识网络的生成嵌入具体的时空语境,与中国在世界角色地位的演变相伴,具有自觉的学术理念、规范的方法论本位和开放的研究视野,汇聚多领域、多地区知识生产的主客体和内容要素,呈现出较强的社群性、递进性和自反性特征。研究者的能动性实践及群际间互动推动海外民族志的迭代更新,增强海外民族志知识网络的韧性,既映射全球知识生产和消费机制的变迁,也契合中国人类学与国内相邻学科以及国际人类学的互促发展。面对知识社会发展的新趋势以及中国学科调整的新机遇,海外民族志研究者应进一步丰富个案研究的层次和内涵,强化学术实践与知识呈现的网络构建,注重提炼和运用关键概念,依托海外社会经验研究的知识升维,拓展交流对话的广度和深度,发挥人类学公共知识产品在提升国民素养、服务多元主体和促进文明互鉴等方面的作用。
