Bloodletting Cupping Therapy for postherpetic neuralgia:a systematic review and meta-analysis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of bloodletting cupping therapy(BCT)for patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:We comprehensively searched four Chinese databases(Wanfang,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals,China Biology Medicine disc)and foreign databases(Pubmed,Cochrane Library).The retrieval time was from the build-up time to May 2018.RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:We finally obtained 18 eligible studies.Compared with routine western medicine,BCT can significantly improve PHN(OR=7.45,95%CI,3.36-16.51,Z=4.95,P<0.01).BCT plus other methods of acupuncture with fire needle and filiform needle has significant therapeutic effect(OR=5.54,95%CI,3.01-10.19,P<0.01),BCT plus routine western medicine has significant therapeutic effect(OR=4.99,95%CI,2.73-9.11,P<0.00001).Conclusion:It showed that the therapeutic effects of BCT,BCT plus other acupuncture methods with fire needle and filiform needle,and BCT combined with western medicine are better than those treated with single western medicine.It is effective to treat postherpetic neuralgia with Bloodletting Cupping Therapy.

Treatment of Hordeolum by Bloodletting at Ear Apex

Hordeolum, the acute pyogenic infection of staphylococci in the palpebral glands, is one of the most commonly seen disorders of the external eye diseases. According to the location of the lesion, it can be divided into internal and external hordeolum. The early symptoms are redness, swelling, and pain in the eyelid. In severe cases, the condition can be accompanied with ipsilateral headache and swelling of the pre-auricular lymph node. Since TCM bloodletting has remarkable effect for treating hordeolum at the early stage, we would like to recommend this simple, easy and effective treatment to doctors who are interested in physiocracy.

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Moderate and Severe Periodical Mastalgia with TCM Hot-wet Compress Therapy

[Objectives] To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of local hot-wet compress therapy of digestion ointment prescription on the patients with moderate and severe mastalgia. [Methods] Firstly,60 patients with mastalgia were selected,and divided into the experimental group and control group( 30 cases for each group). The control group was treated with acupuncture at distal point,and the experimental group was treated with TCM local hot-wet compress therapy combined with acupuncture at distal point. Then,the clinical therapeutic efficacy of two groups was compared. [Results]The experimental group was superior to the control group in relieving the breast pain,improving emotional integral,reducing breast lumps,improving lump texture,and improving TCM syndrome integral( P < 0. 05). [Conclusions]The digestion ointment prescription local hot-wet compress therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on treatment of mastalgia and can significantly improve the breast pain symptom of patients.

The use of traditional Chinese medicine internally and externally combined with auricular acupuncture point bloodletting in the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia

Vulvar leukoplakia refers to the chronic disease of degeneration and hypopigmentation of the skin and mucous membrane of the vulva with unbearable itching in women, seriously affecting the quality of life. The main treatment of western medicine for vulvar leukoplakia is the external use of glucocorticoids or estrogen, resulting to the high recurrence rate and side effects. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has the characteristics of the overall concept and dialectical treatment with a variety of ways. Literature review in recent years found that the treatment of TCM decoction combined with external therapies, such as external fumigation, acupuncture and other treatments, or the combination of TCM decoction and external western medicine hormone ointment, can obtain good effects in vulvar leukoplakia. During the clinical practice, we found that the use of TCM internally and externally combined with auricular acupuncture point bloodletting was highly effective with unique advantages in the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia, providing the ideas guidance for clinicians.

Clinical Effects of the Qi-acupuncture Therapy of TCM on Portal Hypertension

Objective:To explore the effective prevention and treatment of portal hypertension(PH).Methods:A total of 220 patients who came to our hospital from March 2015 to October 2018 were treated.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each with 110 cases.Before treatment,there was no significant differences in age,sex,clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory tests and color Doppler ultrasound related examinations between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Among them,the treatment group on the basis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in our hospital,the Qi-acupuncture therapy of TCM was added.The extra meridian acupoints along with acupoints were selected.The control group received conventional treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicine in our hospital.Results:There were significant differences in clinical symptoms,signs and chemistry between groups after treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences in test,color ultrasound related examination and so on(P<0.01).Those in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of the Qi-acupuncture therapy of TCM,selecting extra meridian acupoint and acupoints can effectively treat PH.

Non-pharmacological therapy of TCM for the treatment of essential hypertension

Non-pharmacotogicat treatment is an important means to control hypertension, with many advantages such as tow cost, tess medication, stable btood pressure, tess compHcations, and improved prognosis. This article reviews the research progress of non-drug treatment of hypertension in Chinese medicine in the past five years, and evaluates traditional Chinese medicine such as TCM Qigong, Wuhuo opera, Ba Duanjin and Taijiquan, and Chinese medicine acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, apptication, acupoint embedding and other traditional Chinese medicine. The effect of external treatment in hypertension control provides guidance for non-drug therapy to control hypertension.

Systematic review and meta analysis of the TCM therapy of Fuzheng and Kangai combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced NSCLC

Objective:To systematically evaluate TCM of Fuzheng and Kangai combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of Advanced NSCLC,including the efficacy and effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods:Two researchers independently searched the literature of clinical trails from Jan.2010 until Jun.2020 in the Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Embase,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP database.Also,they had been evaluated and extracted strictly by REVMAN 5.3.Results:A total of 1303 patients were included in 15 articles.The meta analysis shows that the TCM of Fuzheng and Kangai combined with chemotherapy can improve the objective response rate[OR=2.14,95%CI(1.67,2.74),P<0.00001],disease control rate[OR=2.54,95%CI(1.88,3.42),P<0.00001]and KPS score[OR=3.28,95%CI(1.92,5.60),P<0.0001],decrease the incidence rate of liver injury[OR=0.34,95%CI(0.21,0.54),P=0.003],hemoglobin reduction[OR=0.53,95%CI(0.28,1.01),P=0.05],leukopenia[OR=0.22,95%CI(0.13,0.39),P<0.00001],thrombocytopenia[OR=0.32,95%CI(0.21,0.50),P<0.00001],toxic effects on the digestive systems[OR=0.30,95%CI(0.19,0.46),P<0.00001].Conclusions:the experimental group was better than control one in short-term efficacy and KPS score.Furthermore,the experimental group can reduce the incidence rate of myelosuppression,toxicity of digestive system and liver.

Technical operation specification for pricking-cupping therapy

Pricking-cupping therapy is a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing technology that can adjust the viscera of the human body,make the meridians smooth,and Yin and Yang balanced mainly by means of relieving heat and detoxification,harmonizing Qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dredging meridians and activating collaterals,reducing swelling and pain,purging heat and calming shock,clearing heat,and opening orifices.Pricking-cupping therapy has a long history and wide application.After thousands of years of development,it has made great progress.They are widely used to treat lumbar disc herniation,herpes zoster,acute arthritis,migraine,and other diseases in China.Through the clinical practice and theoretical exploration of physicians of past dynasties,the therapeutic mechanism and application scope of pricking-cupping therapy have been greatly enriched.Modern TCM practitioners have conducted in-depth researches on the operation norms of the therapy on the basis of the ancients,hoping to grasp the essence of the disease more accurately and make the rational use of the operation technology of the therapy.

放血疗法联合神经阻滞及臭氧注射治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床观察

目的探讨放血疗法联合神经阻滞及臭氧注射对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛症状、睡眠质量的影响及安全性分析。方法选取2023年6月—2023年12月上海市浦东新区人民医院疼痛门诊收治的80例老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组:观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组接受神经阻滞联合臭氧注射治疗,观察组则在与对照组相同治疗的基础之上加用行放血疗法,2组均连续治疗4周。分别于治疗前及治疗4周后对2组患者进行疼痛VAS评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,观察2组临床疗效、治疗不良反应发生情况,对2组上述评估值进行分析与比较。结果治疗后,2组VAS评分、PSQI评分均较同组治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组VAS评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗期间不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放血疗法联合神经阻滞及臭氧注射可能显著改善老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛症状,提高患者的睡眠质量和临床疗效。

基于“血实宜决之”应用咽部刺营治疗慢性咽炎探析

慢性咽炎是耳鼻喉科常见疾病,临床发病率高,其病因复杂,慢性感染性因素是慢性咽炎的主要病因之一。基于《黄帝内经》“血实宜决之”理论,认为邪滞咽喉、气郁痰阻、血瘀阻络、津伤络瘀是慢性咽炎的主要病机,其中“邪滞、气郁、痰阻、血瘀”是“血实”的病理基础,刺营是“决之”的治疗手段,通过针刺咽后壁淋巴滤泡、迂曲明显的浅表血管、咽侧索,使局部少量出血,可以达到“祛邪、通阳、化滞、散瘀”的目的,改善咽部症状,具有短期疗效明显,长期疗效稳定,操作简便,安全性高的特点。其作用机制可能是通过咽部针刺放血后改善咽部局部微循环,促进炎症吸收,调节免疫功能及咽部神经生理有关。对咽部刺营作用机制的探析,以期为临床治疗慢性咽炎提供新的思路和方法。

血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病研究进展

冠心病是临床常见的心血管疾病之一,其发病率和病死率呈上升趋势,严重危害居民健康,加重国家经济负担。血府逐瘀汤有活血化瘀、理气止痛的功效,主治胸中血瘀证。临床上根据其功效常用于治疗血瘀证冠心病,并取得良好疗效。此文旨在对血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病的临床运用、作用机制及研究进展展开探讨,为深入挖掘血府逐瘀汤临床及实验研究提供新思路。

八段锦联合放松功对轻中度抑郁的影响研究

【目的】探究中医行为心理疗法八段锦联合放松功干预轻中度抑郁的效果。【方法】将40例轻中度抑郁患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各20例。干预组给予八段锦锻炼联合放松功干预治疗,对照组给予西药氢溴酸西酞普兰片治疗,疗程为6周。观察2组患者干预前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、蒙哥马利抑郁量表(MADRS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分以及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分的变化情况,并评价2组患者的抑郁改善疗效。【结果】(1)抑郁改善疗效方面,治疗6周后,干预组的总有效率为95.0%(19/20),对照组为90.0%(18/20),组间比较(χ2检验),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)抑郁程度方面,治疗后,2组患者的HAMD评分和MADRS评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),但治疗后组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)生活质量方面,治疗后,2组患者的GQOL-74的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活等各项评分及总分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),但治疗后组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)睡眠质量方面,治疗后,2组患者的PSQI的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物和日间功能等各项评分及总分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且干预组对PSQI的睡眠质量、入睡时间评分及总分的改善作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】八段锦锻炼联合放松功干预对轻中度抑郁症状的改善有明确的疗效,可以为轻中度抑郁症患者提供更广泛的选择可能,特别是对西药治疗不耐受的患者更具有一定的优势。

痛点触摸下放血疗法与超声引导下穿刺减压治疗急性冈上肌钙化性肌腱炎的疗效比较

目的:比较痛点触摸下放血疗法与超声引导下穿刺减压两种方法治疗急性冈上肌钙化性肌腱炎的疗效。方法:2020年1月至2023年1月,选取我科收治的45例急性冈上肌钙化性肌腱炎患者,分成治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组22例,女16例,男6例;年龄20~64(39.31±5.80)岁;左侧11例,右侧11例;采用超声引导下穿刺减压治疗。对照组23例,女15例,男8例;年龄19~66(40.67±6.13)岁;左侧12例,右侧11例;采用痛点触摸下放血疗法治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后1周及治疗后1、3、6个月,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS),美国加州大学肩关节系统(University of California,Los Angeles,UCLA)评分,肩关节Constant-Murley评分,对治疗效果进行评估。结果:对照组1例,治疗1周后因个人原因放弃随访,其余44例完成全部随访,治疗后6个月,两组患者均未出现复发病例。治疗组和对照组治疗后各时间段的VAS、UCLA、Constant-Murley评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痛点触摸下放血疗法与超声引导下穿刺减压两种方法治疗急性冈上肌钙化性肌腱炎均疗效明显,操作简单、费用低廉,能够有效减轻局部疼痛,有效改善肩关节功能,基层医院可根据自身情况选择性操作治疗。

中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化研究进展

特发性肺纤维化是原因不明的慢性进行性致纤维化间质性肺炎,主要见于中老年男性,局限于肺,临床上呈渐进性呼吸困难和肺功能恶化,组织病理学和胸部HRCT表现为特征性的寻常型间质性肺炎。特发性肺纤维化属中医学“肺痿、肺痹”范畴,中医对此病的认识历史悠久,优势明显,近年来受到越来越多的重视,通过对近5年多(2018年—至今)中医药在特发性肺纤维化的研究文献进行总结,主要从病机(“肺虚络瘀”论、“热毒滞络”论、“肺寒络凝”论、其他)、临床研究(古方、自拟方、中成药、六字诀呼吸操、热敏灸)2方面进行了综述,以期为此病的治疗提供有益的参考。

隐性听力损失中医病机及防治研究进展

隐性听力损失是以纯音听阈正常,噪声背景下言语识别能力降低为主要症状的疾病,噪声暴露、药物损伤、年龄老化是主要的致病危险因素,其发病隐匿,容易忽视,危险因素持续暴露可造成不可逆听力损伤,目前临床多无有效的治疗方法,以早期预防为主。根据隐性听力损失的致病因素及发病机制,探讨隐性听力损失的中医病机,认为脾虚湿滞、清窍蒙蔽、肾元不足、邪聚耳窍为致病的内在因素,毒邪犯耳、内毒留滞、毒瘀经络为病理机制,并对近年来隐性听力损失的预防与治疗研究概况做一总结,为中医药治疗隐性听力损失研究提供理论依据和临床经验。

调补脾肾中药复方治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床研究

目的:观察调补脾肾中药复方治疗原发性骨质疏松症(primary osteoporosis,POP)的临床疗效。方法:POP患者共计60例,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组治疗方法为常规综合治疗,治疗组治疗方法为在对照组的基础上加用调补脾肾中药复方。比较2组患者的骨密度、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组的ALP水平均降低,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),Hb、ALB水平及骨密度均提高,三个指标相比较治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:POP用调补脾肾中药复方治疗效果明确,能有效调节ALP、Hb、ALB水平,提高骨密度。

中医外治法治疗痛风性关节炎研究文献可视化分析

目的 分析中医外治法治疗痛风性关节炎相关文献,了解该领域研究现状、研究热点和发展趋势,为该领域后续研究提供研究思路。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)2000年1月1日-2022年11月30日收录的中医外治法治疗痛风性关节炎研究文献,利用NoteExpress3.6.0软件对文献进行人工筛选,借助Excel2019绘制发文趋势图和期刊分布图;采用VOSviewer1.6.18软件绘制核心作者合作网络、机构合作密度视图和关键词共现图谱,使用CiteSpace6.1.R4软件绘制关键词聚类分析图、时间线图及关键词突现图谱,并对以上内容进行分析。结果 共纳入1 304篇文献,发文量总体呈增长态势;纳入文献涉及318本期刊、2 890位作者,发文量最多的是广州中医药大学;分析得出文献关键词1 181个,形成12个有意义的聚类,并展现出了湿热蕴结型、炎性因子、中医药疗法等20个突现词。结论 中医外治法治疗痛风性关节炎的研究热点主要集中于中药内服外敷、临床疗效观察及中药外敷、针刺、刺血疗法、电针、火针、针刀等中医外治法,备受关注的中医证型是湿热蕴结型。

皮部引流法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的:观察皮部引流法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法:将2022年10月—2023年10月在安徽中医药大学第二附属医院脑病三科就诊的确诊为LDH的60例患者随机分为皮部组和针刺组,每组30例。针刺组给予普通针刺治疗,皮部组给予皮部引流法治疗,采用刮痧疗法、刺血疗法联合“工”字形针刺法,2组均5次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和日本骨科协会腰椎功能障碍指数(JOA)评估两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度及腰椎功能,比较两组的总体疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后VAS评分明显降低,JOA评分明显升高,且皮部组VAS评分降低程度和JOA评分升高程度均高于针刺组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);皮部组临床疗效明显优于针刺组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮部引流法治疗LDH疗效显著。

灸刺放血联合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病急性发作期临床观察

目的 观察灸刺放血联合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病急性发作期的临床效果。方法 将70例椎动脉型颈椎病急性发作期患者随机分成观察组(灸刺放血结合组)和对照组(灸刺结合组),各35例。观察组予电子灸、普通针刺及刺络放血拔罐疗法,对照组给予电子灸及普通针刺法联合治疗;于首次治疗前后行椎-基底动脉血流动力学[脑血管彩色多普勒超声(TCD)]测定及对眩晕程度进行评估对比。结果 治疗后,TCD显示2组患者收缩峰期血流速度(Vs)、平均血流速度(Vm)均降低(P<0.01),且2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但2组血管搏动指数(PI)、血管阻力指数(RI)无改善(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组眩晕程度均好转(P<0.01),且2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 灸刺放血结合疗法能够有效减慢椎动脉型颈椎病急性发作期患者的椎-基底动脉高血流速度、缓解眩晕程度,即时效果明显优于针刺艾灸结合组,可在各级医疗机构推广应用。
