Development Trend Analysis of Computer Management Information System

Based on the retrospect and analysis of the main points of the development of computer management information system,on the basis of the study of relevant data such as enterprise units,mass media,personal information and information security,and according to the actual situation of our country,this paper intentionally and systematically collects relevant research materials on the role of management information system in the survival and development of enterprises,and aims at one or more merits.To study its impact,this paper focuses on three aspects:application analysis,development direction and implementation strategy,which can provide strong reference and guidance for the application of enterprise computer management system.

How to stabilize the hearts of employees and cultivate their loyalty will naturally become a hot topic with a constant temperature of contemporary human resource management .This paper will use the analysis method that combines theoretical analysis and case-related to explore the importance of human resource management from the aspect of human resource recruitment, and the enterprise employee recruitment has a very important position in the whole process of business management and development even business survival and on the basis of it to analyze the future development trends of human resource management for the development of enterprise to enhance persistence and sustainability, so that the enterprises enable to compete successfully in the dynamic changes.

Research on Modem Enterprise Management Accounting Development Trend and the Influences on Promoting the Enterprise

In this paper, we conduct basic research on the modem enterprise management accounting development trend and the influences on promoting the enterprise. Management accounting subject refers to the management accounting as the services of a particular unit. Because of the management accounting mainly provides the useful decision information to the internal management of internal accounting need not follow generally accepted accounting standards, thus main body of management accounting can is administrative. Depending on the enterprise internal management needs, the subject of the management accounting can be throughout the enterprise, also can be unit of enterprise interior various levels of responsibility. Management accounting mainly through a series of special methods using financial accounting information and other relevant data sorting, calculation, comparison and analysis, which can make the enterprise management personnel at all levels of all economic activity in the daily planning and control, and to help business leaders to make the whole set of the information processing system of decisions. Our research conducts detailed and in-depth analysis on the related issues that serves as the novel paradigm.

Development of Pull Strategies in Production Management in Order to Increase Efficiency of Manufacturing Enterprise

The article deals with possible approaches to the management of manufacturing organizations. The authors emphasize the need for integration of lean management with eco-innovation. This integration represents a sustainable development so that environmental impacts are reduced, more effective use of natural resources is achieved and production costs are reduced. Manufacturing organizations based on that approach must use so-called pull production control systems. Pull systems are most often presented in production management system--Kanban. This article also deals with specification of these systems and the development of pull strategies in production management in order to increase efficiency of manufacturing enterprise.

合同节水管理发展现状及趋势分析

2023年水利部、国家发展改革委、财政部等九部门联合印发《关于推广合同节水管理的若干措施》,对推动合同节水管理起到了极大的促进作用,当年实施合同节水管理项目达到281项,同比增长69.28%。选取2014—2023年合同节水管理项目实施数据,对项目实施数量、投资额度、分布领域、采取模式等指标进行分析,结果表明合同节水管理项目实施数量逐年增长,实施领域不断拓展,合同节水管理模式不断创新,培育壮大了一批节水服务企业。通过梳理合同节水管理发展现状和取得成效,分析下一步发展趋势,研究结果可为政府、用水户、节水服务企业等多方共同推动合同节水管理实现进一步高质量发展提供重要参考。

The Development and Comparative Analysis of Engineering Project Management Modes

Engineering project management is the whole process of project construction management activities up to the point of achieving the goals of engineering construction, which adopts the means of planning, organizing,leading, and controlling. In addition, engineering project management modes are the works of project management and the technical guarantee of project success. For the quality and efficient transformation demands of the Chinese construction industry in the process of marketization, internationalization and informatization, based on the connotation and development path of engineering project management modes, the 16 main and new kinds of project management modes both domestically and abroad are divided into trading mode, financing mode and management mode. These have led to comparative analysis and brief commentary. Finally, it will be pointed out that the engineering project management modes move throughout the whole management process, the combined model and the expansion development of financing model. This work will provide reference for project participants to choose the appropriate project management modes and better understand building company transformation.

实验室化学试剂管理研究进展

目前国内大部分化学试剂使用实验室对化学试剂的管理属于粗放型管理方式,存在较大试剂使用浪费和管理安全隐患。对当前国内外化学试剂的管理研究进展进行综述,指出目前我国化学试剂主要采用的实验室专人管理、软件系统管理、物理分割试剂柜管理模式存在的不足,并对未来化学试剂管理研究一定是人工智能和物联网的结合应用进行了展望,以期为我国监管部门和化学试剂使用者提供参考。

电信网络诈骗犯罪发展趋势及侦查治理路径

多年来,电信网络诈骗犯罪引起社会各界的广泛关注,国家持续推动相关立法工作的开展,电信网络诈骗犯罪治理取得了一定的成效,国家治理体系和治理能力现代化得到了生动的诠释。但是,反诈工作任重而道远,溯源治理、综合治理的执法任务仍然艰巨。本文分析近年来电信网络诈骗的发展趋势,发现电信网络诈骗犯罪具有交易诈骗与交易纠纷难辨别、信息公开隐患难除、诈骗阻断与反阻断对抗加剧、境外大型犯罪集团正在形成的发展趋势和治理困境,在总结经验和提出问题的基础上提出提升犯罪预测预警能力、完善法律制度体系、优化个人信息管理机制、促进全球共同治理等侦查对策与治理途径,以此来提高侦查效率,提升治理效果。

井下辅助运输系统作为煤矿智能化建设的关键部分,是集驱动、控制、运维和管理等先进技术于一体的高效、安全、趋向智能化和无人化的运输系统,其核心在于新技术与新理论在井下的应用实践。为此,对我国煤矿井下辅助运输系统的研究现状进行了总结与分析,对其未来的发展趋势进行了探讨。首先,介绍了有轨辅助运输在车辆设计与优化、轨道结构与布局、电机车控制与自动化等方面的技术,目前有轨电机车无人驾驶技术尚未达到自主自动驾驶程度,辅助运输系统应重点研究精细化闭环管控和高级辅助驾驶技术;其次,阐述了目前无轨运输在设计构建、安全管理和经济效益方面的研究现状,认为井下无轨运输车辆无人驾驶技术目前受限于汽车自动驾驶技术,并不能满足井下复杂环境的要求,且低功耗和防爆设计难度较大,暂未有实际进展;最后,分析了辅助运输系统在自动化与智能化、新型动力系统、无线通信和远程监控技术等关键技术的发展要求,提出未来煤矿井下辅助运输将朝向自动化、智能化、节能环保和数据驱动的方向发展。

ICT技术的迅猛发展,给工程建设行业项目管理效率提升、实现精准管控等提供了更多可能性及便利条件.以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)为数据来源,确定2012—2021年核心及以上的258篇文献为目标样本,运用文献计量法、内容分析法,辅以CiteSpace知识图谱可视化工具进行统计分析,得到:高等院校和企业为主要研究者来源,高校为高频发文单位,信息管理、可视化管理、进度管理、设计优化四个方面为主要研究热点,演进方向则有施工管理、碰撞检测、造价管理和协同管理的实际功能应用,以及三维模型构建、数学模型构建到信息系统(平台)构建的辅助功能应用两个趋势.研究成果可为我国ICT技术在项目管理领域应用的研究和实践提供参考.
