The incidence of ischemic stroke in patients with diabetes is increasing. While brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (BaPWV) and ankle-bra- chial index (ABI) are known to be associated with ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, whether these measures predict the risk of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in diabetic patients remains unclear. 117 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in this study. According to the results of head magnetic resonance imaging, the patients were divided into a diabetes-only group (n = 55) and a diabetes and ischemic stroke group (n = 62). We then performed ABI and BaPWV examinations for all patients. Compared with the diabe- tes-only group, we found decreased ABI and increased BaPWV in the diabetes and ischemic stroke group. Multivariate logistic regression analyses revealed that BaPWV and ABI were risk factors for ischemic stroke in patients with type 2 diabetes. Our findings indicate that decreased ABI and increased BaPWV are objective indicators of increased risk of ischemic stroke in patients with type 2 diabetes. 展开更多

Methods The relation between serum calcium level and elevated BaPWV was studied in 9 615 subjects. The mean value of left and right BaPWV was analyzed. BaPWV was defined as high when it was31 752.5 cm/s (the upper quartile) either side. Results The BaPWV and its elevated percentage progressively increased across the quartiles of the serum calcium level (P〈0.05). The prevalence of elevated BaPWV was significantly higher in subjects of the second, third and highest quartiles than in those of the lowest quartile (26.9%, 28.4%, and 33.2%vs 23.7%, P=0.0116, P=0.0004, and P〈0.0001). Logistic regression analysis revealed that the risk of elevated BaPWV was 1.32- fold higher in subjects of the highest quartile than in those of the lowest quartile (OR=1.32, 95%CI:1.08-1.60). Conclusion The elevated serum calcium level is related to an elevated BaPWV and a higher risk of arterial stiffness, independent of conventional risk factors, in middle-aged and elderly Chinese subjects. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to assess the relationship between arterial stiffness, as measured by brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), and the presence of the metabolic syndrome (MS) in a Chinese population. A total of 4,445 subjects were enrolled. The prevalence of MS in for the general population, males and females, respectively. our study population was 21.7%, 17.2% and 25.6% With adjustments for age, gender, cigarette smoking, heart rate, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and the use of anti-hypertensive drug, the stepwise regression analysis showed that baPWV had a significant relationship with components of MS, including systolic blood pressure (P 〈 0.001), diastolic blood pressure (P 〈 0.001), glucose (P 〈 0.001), highdensity lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (P = 0.04), and triglycerides (P 〈 0.001), but no relationship with waist circumference (P = 0.25). With an increase in the number of the MS components, baPWV increased significantly both in women and men. This study indicated that the MS is indeed a risk factor for arterial stiffness. Monitoring of baPWV in patients with MS may help in identifying persons at high risk for cardiovascular disease. 展开更多

Background Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) is a reliable method for measuring arterial elasticity, but the absence of reference value for baPWV has limited its wide use. We conducted an epidemical study in north China to investigate the reference value of baPWV for Chinese people and its influential factors. Methods A total of 974 identified healthy subjects were recruited in this study. The values of baPWV were evaluated noninvasively with an automatic device. Results For healthy population, the mean value of baPWV was higher for male (P 〈0.001). Multiple regression analysis demonstrated that both age and systolic blood pressure were positively associated with baPWV for male and female (P 〈0.001). BaPWV value was higher in male than in female in younger group (〈50 years) but not in older group (P〈-0.001). The upper limits of baPWV were 1394/1264 cm/s, 1435/1361 cm/s, 1552/1433 cm/s, 1597/1609 cm/s and 1798/1915 cm/s for healthy male/female at 10 years interval (age range 20-70 years). Conclusions Aging is the most important reason of arterial stiffness, but the effect of age on baPWV augmentation is greater for healthy female than their male counterpart. The reference values of baPWV by sex and age are very useful for clinical and preventive medicine. 展开更多

Background Pulse wave velocity and flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD) are widely used as noninvasive modalities for evaluating atherosclerosis. However, it is not known whether pulse wave velocity is related to FMD in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Therefore, the present study was designed to investigate the alteration in brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and endothelial function in CAD patients. Methods Thirty-three patients with CAD and thirty control subjects were recruited for this study, baPWV was measured non-invasively using a VP 1000 automated PWV/ABI analyzer (PWV/ABI, Colin Co. Ltd., Komaki, Japan). Endothelial function as reflected by FMD in the brachial artery was assessed with a high-resolution ultrasound device. Results baPWV was increased in CAD patients compared with control subjects [(1756.1±253.1) cm/s vs (1495.3±202.3) cm/s, P〈0.01]. FMD was significantly reduced in CAD patients compared with control subjects [(5.2±2.1) % vs (11.1±4.4) %, P〈0.01]. baPWV correlated with FMD (r =-0.68, P〈0.001). The endothelium-independent vasodilation induced by sublingual nitroglycerin in the brachial artery was similar in the CAD group compared with the control group.Conclusions CAD is associated with increased baPWV and endothelial dysfunction. Increased baPWV parallels diminished endothelial function. Our data therefore suggest that baPWV can be used as a noninvasive surrogate index in clinical evaluation of endothelial function. 展开更多

Background The prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MetS) increased recently and there was still not a screening index to predict MetS.The aim of this study was to estimate whether brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPVVV),a novel marker for systemic arterial stiffness,could predict MetS in Chinese community population.Methods A total of 2 191 participants were recruited and underwent medical examination including 1 455 men and 756 women from June 2011 to January 2012.MetS was diagnosed according to the criteria of the International Diabetes Federation (IDF).Multiple Logistic regressions were conducted to explore the risk factors of MetS.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was performed to estimate the ideal diagnostic cutoff point of baPWV to predict MetS.Results The mean age was (45.35±8.27) years old.In multiple Logistic regression analysis,the gender,baPWV and smoking status were risk factors to MetS after adjusting age,gender,baPWV,walk time and sleeping time.The prevalence of MetS was 17.48% in 30-year age population in Shanghai.There were significant differences (Х^2=96.46,P 〈0.05) between male and female participants on MetS prevalence.According to the ROC analyses,the ideal cutoff point of baPWV was 1 358.50 cm/s (AUC=60.20%) to predict MetS among male group and 1 350.00 cm/s (AUC=70.90%) among female group.Conclusion BaPWV may be considered as a screening marker to predict MetS in community Chinese population and the diagnostic value of 1 350.00 cm/s was more significant for the female group. 展开更多

Background Pulse wave velocity(PWV) is a marker of arterial stiffness, which represents sub-clinical atherosclerosis. Pulsatile stress and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) are associated with arteriosclerosis. However, there is no prospective data confirming whether changes in pulsatile stress and inflammatory markers affect the progression of arterial stiffness. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships over time between the effects of changes in pulsatile stress and hs-CRP, and arterial stiffness progression during a 2-year follow-up. Methods We performed a longitudinal study involving 3978 participants. All participants underwent a physical examination in 2010–2011 and 2012–2013, during which we measured participants’ hs-CRP levels, brachial–ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV), and pulsatile stress. Results Baseline hs-CRP was correlated with ba PWV(r = 0.18, P = 0.000);however the correlation was weaker than that with systolic blood pressure(r = 0.65), pulsatile stress(r = 0.57), and rate-pressure product(r = 0.58). Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that changes in pulsatile stress, mean arterial pressure, and low-density lipoprotein-C(LDL-C) were positively correlated with changes in ba PWV, with correlation coefficients of 0.27, 0.25, and 0.07, respectively, but not with changes in hs-CRP. Moreover, each 100-a U increase in pulsatile stress, 1 mm Hg increase in mean blood pressure, and 1 mmol/L increase in LDL-C was associated with a 3 cm/s, 4.78 cm/s, and 17.37 cm/s increase in ba PWV, respectively. Conclusions Pulsatile stress increases are associated with arterial stiffness progression, but that changes in hs-CRP had no effect on arterial stiffness progression. Hs-CRP may simply be a marker of inflammation in arterial stiffness and has no association with arterial stiffness progression. 展开更多

目的:胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)与动脉硬化和不良心血管病事件均存在密切关联。甘油三酯-葡萄糖(triglyceride-glucose,TyG)指数可作为评估IR的有效指标。本研究旨在探讨Ty G指数与动脉硬化进展风险的关系。方法:本研究为回顾... 目的:胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)与动脉硬化和不良心血管病事件均存在密切关联。甘油三酯-葡萄糖(triglyceride-glucose,TyG)指数可作为评估IR的有效指标。本研究旨在探讨Ty G指数与动脉硬化进展风险的关系。方法:本研究为回顾性队列研究。选取2012年1月至2022年12月在中南大学湘雅三医院健康管理医学中心参加健康体检次数≥2且完成动脉硬化检测的成年人作为研究对象,收集其临床资料。TyG指数采用公式ln(甘油三酯×空腹血糖/2)计算。基线TyG指数分别以连续变量和四分位数的分类变量为自变量评价。动脉硬化进展采用臂踝脉搏波传导速度(brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity,baPWV)的年变化速率和新发动脉僵硬度增加为因变量评价。通过线性回归模型和Cox比例风险回归模型,探索TyG指数是否为动脉硬化进展的独立风险因素。根据年龄、性别、体重指数,以及是否合并2型糖尿病、高血压和高脂血症进行亚组分析,以确定TyG指数和动脉硬化进展之间的关联特征。结果:共纳入4971名研究对象,随访时间为(3.01±1.98)年。随访期间,baPWV的年变化速率为(24.94±81.15)cm/s,共计278例为新发动脉僵硬度增加。在全面校正混杂因素后,自变量为连续变量时,基线Ty G指数与baPWV的年变化速率(β=17.5,95%CI 9.00~25.94,P<0.001)和新发动脉僵硬度增加[风险比(hazard ratio,HR)=1.43,95%CI 1.18~1.74,P<0.001]呈独立正相关。自变量为分类变量时,与第1四分位数组相比,第2、3、4四分位数组的baPWV年变化速率依次增加,新发动脉僵硬度增加的风险也依次增高(均P<0.05)。年龄≥45岁、男性、BMI<28 kg/m2、高血压病、无高血压病、无2型糖尿病和无高脂血症亚组中,基线TyG指数(连续和分类变量)与新发动脉僵硬度增加具有明显关联(均P<0.05),各亚组均不存在显著的交互作用(均P>0.05)。结论:TyG指数与动脉硬化进展风险增加独立相关,可用作体检人群动脉硬化进展风险的评估指标。 展开更多

血清Adropin浓度与踝臂指数、肱-踝动脉脉搏波传导速度的相关性

目的研究血清Adropin浓度与踝臂指数(ankle brachial index,ABI)、肱-踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(brachial ankle pulse wave velocity,Ba-PWV)的相关性。方法纳入2022年1月至2023年6月心内科住院治疗的患者179例,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清Adro... 目的研究血清Adropin浓度与踝臂指数(ankle brachial index,ABI)、肱-踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(brachial ankle pulse wave velocity,Ba-PWV)的相关性。方法纳入2022年1月至2023年6月心内科住院治疗的患者179例,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清Adropin浓度,测量肱、踝动脉收缩压及Ba-PWV,计算ABI。根据ABI分组:ABI较低组(ABI<0.9,n=71)和ABI较高组(ABI≥0.9,n=108)。根据Ba-PWV分组:Ba-PWV较高组(Ba-PWV≥1400 cm/s,n=118),Ba-PWV较低组(Ba-PWV<1400 cm/s,n=61)。结果与ABI较高组比较,ABI较低组高血压发病率高、血清Adropin浓度低(P<0.001)。Logistic回归分析显示:血清Adropin浓度与低ABI呈负相关(偏相关系数为-0.715,P=0.027,OR=0.529,95%CI:0.342~0.987)。ROC分析:血清Adropin浓度<2998 pg/mL可预测低ABI及动脉粥样硬化(P<0.001),ROC曲线下面积:0.864;95%CI:(0.804~0.925),灵敏度:89.8%,特异性:81.7%。与Ba-PWV较低组比较,Ba-PWV较高组空腹血糖水平高、高血压病发病率高、血清Adropin浓度低(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析:血清adropin浓度与高Ba-PWV呈负相关(偏相关系数为-0.562,P=0.002,OR=0.587,95%CI:0.398~0.837)。ROC分析:血清Adropin浓度<3019 pg/mL可预测高Ba-PWV及动脉粥样硬化(P<0.001),ROC曲线下面积:0.861;95%CI:(0.792~0.929),灵敏度:86.9%,特异性:53.4%。结论血清Adropin浓度与大动脉硬化及外周动脉粥样硬化相关。 展开更多

高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征病人动脉硬化情况以及关联性分析

目的探讨高血压和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)疾病对病人自身动脉硬化情况的影响,以及分析动脉硬化与高血压分级、睡眠呼吸相关参数以及心血管疾病高危因素之间的相关性。方法选取2020年10月至2021年12月就诊于东南大学附属... 目的探讨高血压和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)疾病对病人自身动脉硬化情况的影响,以及分析动脉硬化与高血压分级、睡眠呼吸相关参数以及心血管疾病高危因素之间的相关性。方法选取2020年10月至2021年12月就诊于东南大学附属中大医院并行睡眠呼吸监测病人,依据诊断将其分为无高血压无OSAHS组24例(对照组)、无高血压有OSAHS组35例(单OSAHS组)、有高血压无OSAHS组53例(单HBP组)、高血压合并OSAHS组92例(双阳组)。比较四组间臂踝脉搏波速度(baPWV);同时根据baPWV>1800 cm/s为界判断baPWV是否异常作为因变量进行多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果高血压合并OSAHS组(双阳组)baPWV(1952.70±466.75)cm/s明显大于单纯高血压组(1664.96±306.52)cm/s、单纯OSAHS组(1710.29±440.61)cm/s以及对照组(1379.63±209.46)cm/s;单纯高血压组、单纯OSAHS组baPWV也大于对照组;单纯高血压组与单纯OSAHS组之间baPWV差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在以baPWV异常作为因变量的动脉硬化多因素非条件logistic回归中显示年龄、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)分级、血压分级、糖化血红蛋白是臂踝脉搏波速度增加的危险因素,与高血压年限、性别、最低血氧饱和度等无明显相关性。结论高血压及OSAHS与早期动脉硬化指标的变化明显相关,同时AHI以及血压水平越高,早期动脉硬化指标异常越明显;在高血压人群中因OSAHS的存在动脉硬化程度明显异常,在高血压人群中早期筛查及干预OSAHS可能有效减缓动脉硬化的发展。 展开更多

目的探讨臂-踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)与2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关性。方法选取住院的2型糖尿病患者344例,根据有无DPN将患者分为DPN组(n=196)和无DPN组(n=148),再根据ba PWV四分位数分为Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4组(n=86),进行组间各指... 目的探讨臂-踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)与2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关性。方法选取住院的2型糖尿病患者344例,根据有无DPN将患者分为DPN组(n=196)和无DPN组(n=148),再根据ba PWV四分位数分为Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4组(n=86),进行组间各指标差异比较及DPN相关影响因素的分析。结果与无DPN组相比,DPN组患者ba PWV更高(P<0.01)。以ba PWV四分位数分组,ba PWV由Q1组的1023cm/s上升到Q4组的3279cm/s时,出现中/重度神经病变体征的患者比例由27.9%增加到68.2%(P<0.05)。DPN危险因素的单因素分析显示,SBP≥140mm Hg、ba PWV≥1600m/s、高血压、糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)、糖尿病肾病(DN)与DPN密切相关(P<0.01)。多因素logistic回归校正年龄、SBP及尿白蛋白/肌酐对ba PWV的影响后,糖尿病病程、DR是DPN的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者升高的ba PWV与DPN具有一定的相关性。 展开更多

目的探讨性别对人群肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)的影响。方法本研究采用横断面研究方法。在2006~2007年参加健康体检的101510名开滦集团职工中随机分层抽取5 852人作为研究对象,符合入选标准的5 440例纳入研究队列,每两年进行一次随... 目的探讨性别对人群肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)的影响。方法本研究采用横断面研究方法。在2006~2007年参加健康体检的101510名开滦集团职工中随机分层抽取5 852人作为研究对象,符合入选标准的5 440例纳入研究队列,每两年进行一次随访,参加2010~2011年体检且脉搏波资料完整的5 222例最终纳入统计分析。比较不同性别、不同年龄段ba PWV分布情况,采用多元线性回归和多因素Logistic回归分析性别对ba PWV的影响。结果总体人群平均ba PWV为1545.85±373.02 cm/s,其中男性为1570.19±300.53 cm/s,女性为1507.93±301.27 cm/s;多元线性回归分析显示〈60岁人群,ba PWV男性〉ba PWV女性(P〈0.05);60~80岁人群,ba PWV女性〉ba PWV男性(P〈0.05);≥80岁人群中不同性别人群ba PWV差异无统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归分析显示校正年龄、收缩压、空腹血糖、体质指数、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸,以及吸烟、饮酒、高血压、糖尿病病史等混杂因素后,在〈60岁人群中,女性为动脉硬化的保护因素,OR值为0.74,95%CI(0.59~0.93);在60岁以上人群中男、女患病危险并无统计学差异。结论无论男性还是女性,ba PWV均随年龄增长而增快,女性ba PWV随年龄增快速度大于男性。60岁之前女性的ba PWV慢于男性,60岁以后两性差别不明显。 展开更多

目的探讨血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)对原发性高血压患者血管功能和结构的影响.方法选取2011年9月至2012年2月就诊的未经抗高血压药物治疗的原发性高血压患者86例,根据血Hcy水平分组,分为"H型"高血压组57例,非"H型"高血压... 目的探讨血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)对原发性高血压患者血管功能和结构的影响.方法选取2011年9月至2012年2月就诊的未经抗高血压药物治疗的原发性高血压患者86例,根据血Hcy水平分组,分为"H型"高血压组57例,非"H型"高血压组29例.测定踝-臂脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV),颈总动脉内膜中膜厚度(c IMT),并筛查有无颈动脉粥样斑块.结果 (1)与非"H型"高血压组比较,"H型"高血压组的年龄较大、男性所占比率、Hcy、Cr、ba PWV、ba PWV异常检出率、c IMT、颈动脉斑块检出率、24 h收缩压变异(24 h SBP-SD)较高(P<0.05);(2)在校正了年龄、性别、血脂谱、血糖、动态血压各指标后进行偏相关分析,Hcy与ba PWV呈正相关(r=0.331,P=0.007);Hcy与c IMT呈正相关(r=0.250,P=0.037).结论原发性高血压患者Hcy水平均与ba PWV和c IMT相关,可作为ba PWV和c IMT的独立预测因子.Hcy可能参与了高血压患者动脉粥样硬化的病理过程. 展开更多

目的通过研究冠心病患者肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与颈动脉内中膜厚度(cIMT)的变化及相关性,探讨动脉硬化和动脉粥样硬化之间的相关性。方法本研究入选102例在本院行冠脉造影的患者,按冠脉造影的结果分为对照组和冠心病组,冠心病组根... 目的通过研究冠心病患者肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与颈动脉内中膜厚度(cIMT)的变化及相关性,探讨动脉硬化和动脉粥样硬化之间的相关性。方法本研究入选102例在本院行冠脉造影的患者,按冠脉造影的结果分为对照组和冠心病组,冠心病组根据冠脉病变程度进一步分为单支、双支、多支病变组。所有入选者在冠脉造影前用日本欧姆龙科林一起同步记录两侧baPWV,用超声检测cIMT。结果冠心病组baPWV、cIMT明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠状动脉病变程度分析中baPWV、cIMT随着冠脉病变程度加重均有增高趋势,其中多支病变、双支病变组baPWV和cIMT均高于单支病变组、对照组,单支病变组baPWV明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将选入的患者baPWV和cIMT做直线相关分析,结果呈正相关(r=0.451,P<0.001)。在控制了吸烟、高血压病史、糖尿病史等多种动脉粥样硬化危险因素后,这种相关性仍然存在(r=0.391,P<0.01)。结论baPWV和cIMT密切相关,在一定程度上说明动脉硬化与动脉粥样硬化可能存在相关性。 展开更多

目的探讨臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与心脏结构的关系。方法对2009年4月~2010年6月高血压科住院患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中578例患者baPWV检查及其他临床资料完善。采用德国Philips IE33型彩色多普勒超声心动图检查仪,探头S5-1,... 目的探讨臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与心脏结构的关系。方法对2009年4月~2010年6月高血压科住院患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中578例患者baPWV检查及其他临床资料完善。采用德国Philips IE33型彩色多普勒超声心动图检查仪,探头S5-1,频率2.5 MHz。通过二维引导的M-模式进行测量记录左心室结构。结果在578例患者中,没有调整其他心血管危险因素时,baPWV与年龄、性别、糖尿病程、收缩压、脉压、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、左室后壁厚度呈正相关。与舒张压、左室舒张末内径、E/A呈显著负相关。但在调整年龄和收缩压之后,baPWV与年龄(P=0.000)、收缩压(P=0.003)、脉压(0.000)呈正相关。而与左室后壁厚度(P=0.083)、左室舒张末内径(P=0.136)、E/A(P=0.191)、主动脉内径(AoD)无明显相关(r=0.796)。结论血管和心脏结构之间存在年龄、血压相关的动脉粥样硬化性动脉–心脏密切相互作用,但AoD、室间隔厚度、左室舒末内径、E/A和舒张压(DBP)的变化早于baPWV与动脉粥样硬化无关。 展开更多

目的探讨冠心病患者肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与冠状动脉粥样硬化及其病变程度的关系。方法将102例行冠脉造影的患者分为冠心病组和对照组,冠心病组按冠状动脉病变程度分为单支、双支和严重病变组。所有患者在冠脉造影前应用脉搏波速... 目的探讨冠心病患者肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与冠状动脉粥样硬化及其病变程度的关系。方法将102例行冠脉造影的患者分为冠心病组和对照组,冠心病组按冠状动脉病变程度分为单支、双支和严重病变组。所有患者在冠脉造影前应用脉搏波速度测量系统测量baPWV。结果冠心病组baPWV值(1603.75±223.99)cm/s明显高于对照组(1328.37±178.52)cm/s,(P<0.05)。应用Logistic回归分析显示在校正动脉粥样硬化多种危险因素后,baPWV的OR值为1.009,(95%CI:1.005-1.013,P<0.010)。进一步分析baPWV以1400cm/s作为组界进行Logistic逐步回归分析,结果显示baPWV≥1400cm/s的患者发生冠心病的危险度是baPWV<1400cm/s者的12.723倍(95%CI:4.625-34.997,P<0.001)。冠状动脉病变程度分析中,baPWV在冠状动脉单支病变组(1437.78±221.89)cm/s即已明显高于对照组(1328.37±178.52)cm/s(P<0.05);严重病变组(1674.98±211.28)cm/s和双支病变组(1667.65±161.78)cm/s明显高于单支病变组和对照组(P<0.05)。严重病变组baPWV和双支病变组组间比较没有明显差异性(P>0.05)。结论baPWV与冠状动脉粥样硬化密切相关,baPWV升高可能是冠状动脉粥样硬化新的预测因子之一,检测baPWV在一定程度上能反映冠脉的病变程度。 展开更多

目的观察原发性高血压患者运动时血压水平与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和踝臂脉搏波传导速度(BaPWV)的相关性。方法选择高血压病1、2级患者共80例,均行血脂、血糖、hs-CRP和BaPWV检测,然后所有受试者均接受运动平板试验,分别测量运动前、运... 目的观察原发性高血压患者运动时血压水平与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和踝臂脉搏波传导速度(BaPWV)的相关性。方法选择高血压病1、2级患者共80例,均行血脂、血糖、hs-CRP和BaPWV检测,然后所有受试者均接受运动平板试验,分别测量运动前、运动亚极量、运动后的血压情况,按照运动高血压的标准,将受试者分为运动高血压组(H组)和运动血压正常组(N组),比较两组间收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)、hs-CRP和BaPWV等指标,以及运动血压水平与hs-CRP、BaPWV的相关性。结果 H组hs-CRP浓度和BaPWV值[(8.42±3.82)mg/L、(19.84±8.13)m/s]均高于N组[(6.64±4.12)mg/L、(15.71±9.24)m/s](均P<0.05),并与运动亚极量时SBP、PP水平具有相关性(hs-CRP与SBP、PP,r=0.26、0.25,均P<0.05;BaPWV与SBP、PP,r=0.29、0.36,P<0.05或0.01)。结论运功高血压患者较运动血压正常者炎症反应和动脉硬化程度更明显,对运动高血压的早期发现和积极干预,可能在一定程度上能改善高血压患者的预后。 展开更多
