In our experiment, an ultrathin pentacene passivation layer on poly-(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) insulator and a bathophenanthroline (Bphen)/Ag bilayer electrode are prepared. The OFET shows a significant enhancement of electron mobility compared with the corresponding device with a single PMMA insultor and an Ag electrode. By analysing the C60 film with atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques, it is shown that the pentacene passivation layer can contribute to C60 film growth with the large grain size and significantly improve crystallinity. Moreover, the Bphen buffer layer can reduce the electron contact barrier from Ag electrodes to C60 film efficiently.展开更多

[Method] Three quadrats with the size of 10 m×10 m were randomly selected in three sampling plots in Loess Plateau, three profiles in upper, middle and lower slope were excavated, and the samples were collected with interval of 10 cm; the surface layer with the depth of 0-10 cm was divided into two layers of 0-5 and 5-10 cm for sampling, respectively. Eleven samples were collected in each profile with a total of 99 samples. Its organic carbon content, granularity, total nitrogen content, carbon-nitrogen ratio and CaCO3 content were analyzed. [Result] The soil profiles in three sampling sites contained five characteristic layers, including a1, b1, b2, c1 and c2, the content of soil granule with particle size less than 0.02 mm decreased, and those with particle size 0.02 mm increased, the organic carbon content and C/N value (a1, b1, b2, c2) increased, but the increase trend of CaCO3 content was not obvious. [Conclusion] The study shows that the characteristic soil layer is commonly existed in loess region, especially the eroded loess region, which should be paid attention in the research fields of modern soil science and ecology.展开更多

Simulation experiments at different temperatures were performed byexposing C/SiC specimens in single and coupling gases partial pressure atmospheres, namely, O2, H2O vapor andmolten salt (Na+) vapor. It suggested that at intermediate temperature range (about 600~800℃) a dramatic effectof PyC thickness on the weight and strength change of C/SiC was shown, which was mainly influenced by O2 partialpressure; at high temperature range (about 1200~1300℃) the effect was not obvious relatively, which might beinfluenced by H2O vapor partial pressure; and finally at very high temperature range (>1500℃) the molten saltvapor was the factor of most possibility affecting the weight change of C/SiC.展开更多

Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy were used to observe the microstructure of the surfacing layer and the chemical composition of the sample. The hardness and wear resistance of the surfacing layer were tested and analyzed by the HV-1000 hardness tester and the impact wear device. The results showed that in the microstructure, fishbone, spider-web, and floral-like structures appeared in the surfacing layer. When the micro-hardness was tested, the depth of the indentation reflected the hardness of the surfacing layer. When analyzing wear resistance, the amount of wear increases with time.展开更多

Initial conditions, which are very important for the nonlinear problem, are investigated by computing initial solution of the harmonic waves, modifying the mean-flow-distortion, and giving initial value of TS wave and its subharmonic waves at initial station by solving linear PSE. A numerical method with high-order accuracy are developed in the text, the key normalization conditions in the PSE are satisfied, and nonlinear PSE are solved efficiently and implemented stably by the spatial marching. It has been shown that the computed process of nonlinear evolution of C-type instability in Blasius boundary layer is in good agreement with the experimental results.展开更多

The results show that the lower-layer atmosphere mainly consists of CO2 and then of CH4, and the CO2 concentrations are calculated to have a high average value of 0.87 omega/10(-2) about three times that of the regional background (0-3 omega/10(-2)). The result also shows that the average value of C isotope - 20.8 x 10(-3) is given to the CO2, inferring that it is inorganic gas. Thus, for the future 's work in the Okinawa Trough, special attention should be paid to CO2 hydrate, which is very possibly an important hydrate type.展开更多

The results show that the hardfacing layers have higher tempering stability and secondary hardening property. After quenching at 820 ℃ ,the hardness value( HRC37 ) and the microstructure of the layers are similar to that normalized at 820 - 1 000 ℃. The tempering stability and the hardness increases with increasing quench temperature, which is attributed to the amount of the alloy element in the matrix. These results are very helpful for improving the mechanical properties of the hardfacing layers.展开更多

These rocks have been extensively metamorphosed and altered to serpentinite. The komatiite nature of ultramafics is conspicuous. In most of the areas of the belt these ultramafics are massive in nature. However, some of the ultramafic units show layered nature. But, their outcrops are encompassed within the massive komatiitic bodies. These komatiitic ultramafics are predominantly Mg-rich in nature. The layered rocks are also Mg-rich, and their field setting and geochemistry suggest their intermittent occurrence as sills, during the differentiation of peridotitic magma. The layered rocks, which have been intensely serpentinisation show homogenous nature. They are almost wholly made of serpentine with occasional relics of pyroxene. Secondary carbonate mineral is often noticed. Their higher MgO content indicates Mg-rich ultramafic magmatism during Archaean orogeny.展开更多
