目的鉴定1株脑梗死患者血液中分离的生痰二氧化碳嗜纤维菌。方法用血培养仪对脑梗死患者静脉血标本进行需氧和厌氧培养,分离培养阳性培养物,用生化鉴定卡进行生化鉴定,用质谱分析及16S r RNA基因序列分析进行补充鉴定,并用KB法进行药敏...目的鉴定1株脑梗死患者血液中分离的生痰二氧化碳嗜纤维菌。方法用血培养仪对脑梗死患者静脉血标本进行需氧和厌氧培养,分离培养阳性培养物,用生化鉴定卡进行生化鉴定,用质谱分析及16S r RNA基因序列分析进行补充鉴定,并用KB法进行药敏试验。结果该菌为革兰阴性细梭状杆菌,常规的方法无法鉴定至种。结合质谱分析及16S r RNA基因序列分析结果,鉴定为生痰二氧化碳嗜纤维菌。该菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星、红霉素、阿奇霉素抑菌环均为6 mm,对其他药物的抑菌环较大。结论质谱分析和16S r RNA基因序列分析为常规方法无法鉴定至种的细菌鉴定提供了可靠依据,将本例细菌鉴定为生痰二氧化碳嗜纤维菌。展开更多
