Optimization Analysis of Human Resource Management Strategies of Nantong University,a Local Comprehensive University in China

This study analyzes the current situation and challenges of Nantong University amid the rapid development of higher education,addressing aspects such as faculty structure,administrative management efficiency,and promotion mechanisms.Through questionnaire surveys and field research,coupled with SWOT analysis and various theoretical methods,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on Nantong University’s internal and external environment.The study proposes an improved comprehensive development strategy and implementation measures,which include updating management concepts,strengthening professional training,optimizing employment conditions,and improving salary systems.Ultimately,this study provides practical strategies for human resource management and the transformational development of Nantong University and other local comprehensive universities.

基于CDIO模式的地方高校建筑设计系列课程教学改革与实践

随着时代的更迭和社会的发展,建筑学专业迎来了新的机遇和挑战。立足社会发展对应用型人才的需求,各地方高校对建筑设计系列课程教学进行深入改革。结合地方高校实况,引入CDIO教育理念,运用文献梳理、案例分析、归纳总结等研究方法,从构思、设计、实施、运行四个方面出发对实践教学体系进行重构,将课程体系、应用型特色平台、教学模式和教学评价体系进行改革,从而达到培养出高素质复合型人才的教育目标,为新形势下地方高校建筑设计系列课程实践改革提供路径。

Thoughts on Cultivation of Top-notch Innovative Talents of Food Subject in Local Universities

The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is one of the most prominent tasks in China s universities in the new era,and also an opportunity and challenge for local universities.Taking the food subject of local universities as an example,some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of security measures,teacher team construction,talent selection and management,and talent cultivation,in order to provide reference for the exploration and practice of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in the food subject of local universities.

Current Situation and Implementation Paths of International Understanding Education in Local Application-oriented Universities

It is urgent and necessary to implement international understanding education in local application-oriented colleges and universities.Improving the international competitiveness of talents and cultivating global citizens is one of the goals of higher education.This paper discussed the problems of international understanding education in local application-oriented colleges and universities,including weak policy orientation,insufficient practical exploration,aphasia of national culture,etc.It is recommended to implement the international understanding education from two ways:subject penetration and project-based professional courses.In addition,the introduction of Chinese culture cannot be ignored to prevent the absence of national culture in cross-cultural communication.

Survey and Analysis on the Students Satisfaction with Undergraduate Teaching Management in Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Tianjin Agricultural University

Local agricultural colleges and universities undertake the important task of training rural revitalization talents suitable for regional characteristics.Only by mastering students'satisfaction with teaching management can we find the problems existing in teaching management.Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the undergraduates'satisfaction with teaching management by questionnaire and SPSS24.0.The results show that undergraduates can actively and actively participate in undergraduate teaching management,but their satisfaction is not high.There are significant differences in teaching evaluation management satisfaction among students of different majors and grades.It is suggested to improve the level of teaching management from the aspects of guiding and cultivating a new concept of management and education,establishing and perfecting a scientific and rigorous teaching management system,strengthening the information-based construction of teaching management and strengthening personnel training.

Analysis on the Path of Local Universities’Intervention in the Sustainable Development of Poor Rural Areas in the Era of Post-Poverty Alleviation:Taking Sichuan University of Science and Engineering as an Example

基于CDIO理念的校企合作共建实验室运行新模式探究

CDIO作为一种得到国际广泛认可的工程教育模式,为促进教育教学改革提供了新方向、新思路。借助CDIO工程教育理念,以校企合作共建实验室为研究对象,从共建实验室组织框架构思,到实验室体系设计,再到新实验室体系实施的具体举措,配套以合作共建实验室的运行保障,构建以创新应用能力培养为目标的校企共建实验室运行新模式,从而实现校企合作共赢,更好地为教学实践、科研和社会长远发展服务。

应用型高校课程体系建设中创新创业教育与CDIO工程教育融合的实践研究

创新创业教育是教育者影响、引导或促进受教育者将已有想法连接与组合、思考、推理和行动,创造、提高和实现价值或使价值再生,并最终实现自我价值的过程。CDIO工程教育模式强调以产品研发到运行的生命周期为载体,使学生主动地找到实践与课程之间有机联系的方式学习工程。应用型高校课程体系建设中,创新创业教育与CDIO工程教育的融合实践存在理论课程与实践课程关系失序、专业课程与创新创业课程融合度低及课程体系结构固化问题。基于概念界定和问题现状分析,得到了建立健全以工程实践为中心、以育人为目标导向的专创融合的课程体系和树立动态开放的课程观、积极为学生参与课程结构优化创造条件的实践方案,对深化应用型高校高等教育改革具有一定参考意义。

新医科背景下医学院校大学英语多模态教学探究——基于CDIO理念

Mode Analysis and Deepening Path of the Collaborative Education between Local Engineering Universities and Enterprises

At present, China's local engineering universities have basically formed five modes of collaborative education between Engineering Universities and Enterprises, namely the mode relied on university-enterprise alliance, the mode centered on the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program", the mode rooted in key disciplines, the mode based on the innovation and entrepreneurship education activities and the mode of carrying out international joint training, etc. However, in the process of university -enterprise collaborative education, there are still some shortcomings such as long-term deficiency, low fit and insufficient system. Therefore, three main ways to deepen the university-enterprise collaborative education are proposed: The first is to improve and implement the local government's policy guarantee system and incentive measures, fully mobilize and stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprises to participate in university -enterprise collaborative education;The second is to innovate the long-tenn operation mechanism of university-enterprise collaborative education, and to open up the last mile of educating and employing people;The third is to innovate the university-enterprise joint university-running mode and build a system of engineering talents that integrates innovation and practical capabilities.

应用型机械类学生导师制的层级式CDIO培养模式

为探究一种适合应用型大学机械专业类的人才培养模式,对应用型大学机械工程专业本科生培养方案和目标进行分析,提出采用“传帮带”本科生导师制的层级式CDIO培养模式,即构思(Conceive)、设计(Design)、实施(Implement)和运作(Operate)。将导师的指导和评价贯穿于各层级CDIO的四个主要环节,以研究生为辅助,构建三个层级基础专业知识层、技能与创新能力培养层和创新操作层三个层级的CDIO的“传帮带”培养模式,健全本科生的专业知识体系,提升其创新技能和独立实施项目的能力。对形成应用型大学优良的学风,提高应用型人才培养质量和水平,具有重要的作用和意义。
